Heading to SCOTUS. They will rule that the government cannot dictate private medical decisions by parents. Multiple “conservative” justices will claim it’s a “parents’ rights” issue.
The States have an uphill battle against the Medical Industrial Complex because they’ll need to argue that it is child abuse in the doctor’s office.
Which it IS. But the court went along with a lot of COVID stupidity because: “Science!” So there are good odds that SCOTUS tells states they have to obey doctor’s orders.
Another case will make it to Supreme Court that government identifies as parent and supersedes parental rights when it comes to mutilating the minor children.

Putting emotion aside for a moment, don’t we need to be very careful about laws that remove rights of parents? A “law” passed today to remove a right could also set precedence for the government to remove other rights from parents. Such a law must be written/crafted with a view of its potential impact in the future, especially if a future legislature is made up of people who don’t adhere to the morals and principles of the current citizenry of the state.

4. Are we able to go after these government officials for violating our rights under the color of law?
