I would like to add my advice:
Recognize that the biggest problems occur when Dems have control of everything. They are the ones who endlessly harass Trump, who tried to prevent him from winning in 2016, who tried to remove him from office during his first term, who deprived him of his legitimate win in 2020, and who are trying again to prevent him from winning in 2024. Do all you can to prevent Dems from winning elections. Every office, every level.

I wholeheartedly agree with you. Unity in actions and words are needed now more than ever. There must be an outcry from the people who know what’s going on and who are ready to be one very loud voice with actions to match. We still have financial and consumer power we can use. It needs to be done. The more of us who get the message, organize our approaches and actually do more active initiatives, the better chance we all have to take this nation back to sanity and freedom.
One thing we can make very noticeable is right around the corner. Tomorrow, donate to PTrump’s campaign right about the time he is getting arraigned for the false crimes he never committed. Show him we know, we care, we have his back and we want him sitting in our WH again. Swamp his campaign with money and encouragement. Show the world how many of us there are.

After ‘parting ways’ in April following the network’s historic settlement with Dominion Voting Systems, Fox notably refused to let Carlson out of his contract in which they have exclusive rights to his content through Dec. 31, 2024 – after the next presidential election. There was reported (but unconfirmed) claims that Carlson’s contract prohibits him from appearing on any network – not necessarily a social media platform.
Carlson has argued that he has a First Amendment right to post on Twitter, and asserts that Fox has committed material breaches of contract.
“Fox defends its very existence on freedom of speech grounds. Now they want to take Tucker Carlson’s right to speak freely away from him because he took to social media to share his thoughts on current events,” said Carlson’s lawyer, Bryan Freedman, in a statement to Axios last week after Fox notified attorneys for Carlson that the former host had violated his contract with his Twitter show.
No doubt in my mind that Tucker Carlson and his lawyers knew in advance that they would be sued by Fox by doing his twitter talks.
I actually believe that if Robert Barnes made the network stops to explain the ludicrous indictment, w/in a couple of weeks there would be tremendous pressure for the prosecution to drop the charges.
In fact, I’d send Barnes to every Red State with a governor who is backing DeSantis.

Laura, if it is not a crime to rally peacefully, take it to the front steps of the FBI HQ, and lead millions of others there.
Nobody is stopping her from holding an event. The Miami-Dade police and DHS are monitoring activity. If Loomer and the people who join her (I would if I lived anywhere near there) are peaceful then she will not be disrupted. And if the other side, the violent Dem nuts, show up and try to harm Loomer or the other participants the police will be there to protect.
If any violence is committed by our side it will hurt Trump. People need to remain calm. Engage in peaceful rallying and protesting. No violence, no property damage.
Seems like the FBI is going to take this opportunity to create another J6-type event; praying those who are able to rally don’t get caught up by whatever the Ray Epps types are planning on encouraging.

Robert Barnes did an interview today with pollster Rich Baris, with both of them DeSantis has “no chance.” Barnes recommended that anyone left working with DeSantis at this point, take a look at their career, and say, “We have no chance.”
Barnes said DeSantis’ hope of ever being POTUS is kaput, but that he heard that what was offered him was 10 million dollars if his campaign went south.

Attny Robert Barnes Explains Why Trump Indictment Is Crap.
President Trump had total ownership and legal possession of all the documents that he took from the White House whether CLASSIFIED or UNCLASSIFIED. That’s long established PLENARY POWER under the Constitution and case law.
There is no bureaucrat who can veto or second guess what documents President Trump could remove from the White House when he was leaving or what he could do with the documents once he left. By the mear act of taking them out of the White House the documents became his personal property to do whatever he wanted.
The first element of 18 USC 793 requires the UNAUTHORIZED POSSESSION and President Trump was authorized to possess the documents charged in the indictment!

Not only was he authorized as President to take them, whether or not he (by his mere words or actions) declassified them, as a Former President he retains the very highest level of security clearance … forever. (He’s also entitled to receive classified national security briefings every day forever.)
VICE-Presidents, Senators, and FBI Agents do not. Many people have drawn twenty-year prison sentences for doing far less.
Breaking News: Magistrate Judge John Goodman will be handling the arraignment and bond matters tomorrow not Judge Cannon who was originally expected to handle the arraignment.
But it looks like Judge Cannon is still going to handle the actual case. The left is trying hard to get her forced off the case, though right now the thinking is there is no legal justification for that.

Has a big heart, good to know as a friend. Most of the time he’s late for court. Also, takes a long time on each case in comparison to others in the district and lets most of the defendants out on bond regardless of their criminal past.
He is a very simple person not like other judges that think they walk on water.

Does anyone know anything more about Judge Goodman who is replacing Judge Cannon for President Trump’s arraignment and bond decisions tomorrow? I found the above rating site info, but only has those few comments.
Sorry, way too much bold type above … just a little anxious I guess.
Retired Magistrate here: It is not unusual for a Magistrate to handle criminal arraignments and bond hearings. President Trump will enter a not guilty plea and then bond, if any, will be set. So, no need to get excited; this is not out of the ordinary.

A faux conservative radio ‘personality’ talks about some survey that supposedly says 80% of likely gop primary voters would vote for President Trump even if he were convicted of the documents indictment. He goes on to saying how shocked he is, and said none of them read the indictment and if they did they would know serious it is. He the proceeded to read 2 paragraphs which he thought were so egregious. I left my car before he read it, this I a channel that used to list to Rush on.
As I have said before, the high water mark for the DOJ was the day they released the indictment. It is all uphill for them from then on.
