Having posted here for a couple years and reading much longer than that, in fairness to the member, discussing problems and clarifying injustices is most of what goes on here.
Solutions are seldom discussed in any depth.
However, let’s talk economic warfare. Ecofare, kinda like Lawfare except with money. How many are willing to suffer in their comfortable lives to economically target the enemies of patriots?
I bring the topic up pretty often because, well, I’m doing it right now and have been for the better part of the last decade. Crickets is the usual result. I see it with others who bring it up too. No violence, nothing illegal, perhaps some civil disobedience for the more bold. Crickets.
The rest is for the Green Dragon. Complaining and clarifying here will continue to get the message out and educate. What people do with that is up to them. Free will. I doubt many frogs will jump out of the pot. They like it in there. It’s safe, if controlled.

The persecution of Trump on specious document grounds reminds me of the case of the Canadian businessman Conrad Black, much discussed by Rush Limbaugh and Mark Steyn.
Federal prosecutor Patrick Fitzpatrick (the same zealot who prosecuted Scooter Libby) charged Black with embezzling from his company (Hollinger). They placed a trustee in charge of Hollinger, who swiftly ran it into bankruptcy.
Conrad Black was evicted from his Toronto office, and he dutifully removed his private documents and possessions, as ordered. The suspicious-looking surveillance video thereby created proved all-important.
Poor sweet Conrad turned up for his trial in Chicago, expressing his faith in the American justice system.
Black’s convictions for embezzlement were overturned on appeal because Hollinger’s board of directors had approved the payment of a bonus to Conrad, and multiple documents existed to support this.
Black ended up serving 42 months for obstruction of justice because the prosecutors alleged that documents relevant to the case had been removed on those surveillance videos. No such documents were ever specified, or proof offered that Black possessed them.
Trump risks being snared in the same sort of snipe (document) hunt as Black. The imaginary, theoretical nature of the evidence only helps the prosecution.

California shows that a one party liberal hegemonic system can last much longer than one would think, though it has been sustained by Silicon Valley revenue, and the exodus of the middle class acting as a safety valve for discontent. The financial propagandists who talk of a soft landing are partially correct, in that it is a soft landing or no recession for those at the top. In fact, America is working great for the people who run it, but not for those with no power and influence. The incoming severe recession may just mean more urban blight, homeless encampments, increased deaths of despair, and widening income inequality, but not necessarily a collapse of institutional power.

The Teapot Dome scandal led to increased regulation from the House Ways and Means Committee. The Vietnam War prompted the War Powers Resolution of 1973. Watergate caused Congress to strengthen the Freedom of Information Act.
But what if the government had responded to Iran-Contra by increasing the president’s ability to circumvent federal arms embargoes? In the wake of the Johnstown Flood, what if lawmakers’ reaction had been to make it more difficult for victims to recover for their damages?
We’d consider the rulers delusional and corrupt, callous to the damage that they inflicted on the people they purport to represent. It would be worse than dereliction; it would indicate that they relished the damage or remained beholden to interests averse to the general public.
It is now clear that those responsible for the Covid response aren’t looking for amnesty or forgiveness; they seek a government structure that codifies their authoritarian impulses and a legal system that offers citizens no means of demanding accountability from their rulers. Publicly, they are searching for any “emergency” to increase their power. Privately, they are looking to put that system into law.
With the East Coast enveloped in smoke, the political class immediately saw the temporary crisis as an opportunity to implement permanent change. Despite evidence that arson caused the wildfires in Quebec, the same groups that adopted mantras of “public health” to collect power announced that the smog was evidence of a “climate crisis.” Like Covid, the emergency demanded centralizing power and overturning American society.
I must have overlooked the disclaimer:

This hapless foot-soldier of the Deep State is about to collide with at least three settled SCOTUS cases which are grounded in Article 2. And proper findings of “malicious prosecution.”
These employees of the Executive Branch have tried to “determine” that said Executive Branch mis-handled, according to them, things which they themselves “determined” to be national security documents, and to then use the Judicial Branch to imprison him for a hundred years.
Ostensibly, “just because THEY disagree.” And because they fantasize that THEY get to decide.
They seem to do this “on their own authority,” whereas in (e.g.) “Navy v. Eagan,” it was determined that ALL of them have none. Only(!) the President himself can make such determinations, and there is no “due process” for doing so. He requires no consent. There can be no objection. He cannot be overruled.
The legal term for this is that his powers are “plenary.” Our entire system of classification was created by a President (Truman …) and derives its delegated power from his Office yet never applies personally to him.
This is settled law, and there is nothing Congress, nor any Court, nor any Grand Jury, nor any Executive Branch =employee= can do about it. Article 2 says what it says, as did the SCOTUS on multiple occasions.
All of these charges should simply be disallowed for lack of standing, and not even be filed. Presidency had its privileges.
I don’t disagree with anything you have said. However, I think most people’s concern is not what the law says, or what the correct decision is, or what justice is. The concern is that our laws and indeed our Constitution have been utterly shredded by these people and we appear to be living in a de facto banana republic. The law can say anything, our system requires that there must be people in positions of power that are dedicated to the rule of law. Unfortunately, there appear to be vanishingly few.
Does this mean that I have given up? Should we throw in the towel? Not at all, I am hopeful that the right thing will be done and laws will be followed, and justice will prevail. But there is cause for concern.
The worst part is that the courts have been corrupted right up to the Supreme Court. I have lost all faith and trust in our justice system other than Clarence Thomas who apparently is the last of the “old breed”, ie someone who understands the constitution and does not give a hoot about politics or cocktail parties.

When that didn’t work they impeached him under the false charge that he sought foreign assistance for his 2020 re-election bid. This time a spy, in the person of NSC staffer Alexander Vindman, was sent to listen in on Trump’s phone call with Ukrainian president Zelensky and then make all manner of false charges against Trump based on it.
When that didn’t work they impeached Trump again over the false charge that he led an “insurrection” against the US government on January 6, 2021. The more surveillance video we see of this “insurrection,” the more it looks like a false-flag operation cooked up perhaps by Nancy Pelosi and the rest of the Washington swamp to finally be rid of Trump. Hundreds of political prisoners have been held in solitary confinement on false accusations that they tried to overthrow the US government.

I visited Portland & Seattle back in the 90’s before they destroyed them. The locals were leery than of mentally ill liberal californians coming there and ruining their states. They were very nice and welcoming to me and my friends as we were from the East Coast. Also enjoyed watching the migrating Gray Whales right off the Pacific Coast Hwy, which were very close to where we were sitting on the bluffs overlooking the coast.
