To avoid these, CDC recommends not wearing N95 for more than 1 hour.
In other words, all-day use advocated by Covidians causes harm, without demonstrated benefit.
To fix the problem of breathing too much CO2 that has built up within the respirator facepiece, a worker can simply remove the respirator.
Simple fix. They just need to remove their masks periodically.

Anyone who studied the respiratory system in biology should have known that we breathe in oxygen and expel carbon dioxide. Where did they think the carbon dioxide went? If there is any impediment, such as a mask, that prevents it from going into the atmosphere, it will build up behind the mask to be breathed back into the lungs.
This apparently does not apply to the face masks worn to protect against COVID.
The good masks have an exhaust valve, except we weren’t permitted to wear the exhaust valve n95s, because they release unfiltered air.
But we are all wearing masks to filter that co-2 laden exhaust mask, aren’t we???
Don’t ask questions- your grandma’s life is at stake- and double mask grandma because she’s in a vulnerable age group.
I was checking my mom into the hospital and the checker-in woman approached wearing a space helmet. “Wow, the hospital gives you powered air purifying respirators”, I explained and then pointed out that it was only filtering her air, but blowing her unfiltered breath in my face. She explained that they were all tested and jabbed. At least the hospital was concerned about workers co-2 exposure!

This follows other significant recent losses.
The total replacement cost of the above vehicles at present value is about $60-70 million.
During the spring and summer of 2022 the Russian forces destroyed the regular Ukrainian pre-war army. It was replaced with Soviet era material from east European states and Ukrainian draftees. By the beginning of this year that second army had also been destroyed.
What we currently witness is the demilitarization of Ukraine’s third army.

The stocks of two complete armies have by now been destroyed in Ukraine. The resources for a smaller third one will be delivered in the next rounds of ‘western’ equipment deliveries during the next months. Russia will dully destroy Ukraine’s third army just as it has destroyed the first and second one. It is doubtful that the ‘West’ has enough material left to provide Ukraine with a fourth one.
That then leaves only two options. Send in ‘western’ armies with the equipment they still have or declare victory and go home.
I do not sense any appetite in the U.S. or Europe to send their soldiers into Ukraine. It is quite obvious that their fates would be no different from the Ukrainian ones.
That leaves negotiations as the only option. There will be a lot of hesitation as the price Russia will ask for to stop the war will be high:
For starters, will Russia insist on securing the rights to all territory east of the Dnieper River and on a special status for Odessa? I think so. Odessa would no longer be ruled by Ukraine. I also would expect Russia to demand (non-negotiable) the arrest and prosecution of those responsible for the murder of 42 Russian speaking Ukrainians in 2014 who sought refuge in the Trade Unions House.

I also would like someone separately to interview President Trump as well. There was a decision he had to make and I’ve been vocal about my opinion of it. (it did not paint a pretty picture…but it was the public facing picture that has left many to wonder why it was necessary to so easily accept the staged fbi take down and take pence at his word…fortunately, later President Trump pardoned LTGEN Flynn but at that point the damage was done to the reputation and drew unnecessary criticism and speculation and red meat for the corruptors). Having said that, we might get that testimony as LTGEN has filed a law suit and it might well play out that President Trump is asked to bear witness to the events of that day and the aftermath. It might be worth his time to do so to square away unanswered question, defend a honorable patriot who served his country well, and also show a truthful texture about pence that some of his hardliner supporters need to hear.

Correction to my comment: this is ONE reason why we need GOP majorities in the House and Senate. There are other reasons, like not allowing Dems to have power, and supporting Trump when he is re-elected. Majorities are extremely important. The majority party drives the agenda and controls all of the votes, hearings, and investigations.
I agree as long President Trump is in the general election. I will do the “hold my nose and vote for RINO’s” to give him a majority with the hope they will work with him, although I’m not holding my breath. But if not, never RINO again. MAGA or no vote for me.

Actually it did. The last time was the 2016 election, Trump won and the GOP had the House and Senate majorities. We still had to deal with RINO BS, to be expected, but the GOP did not directly attack Trump.
As soon as voters allowed the Dems to seize control of the House after the 2018 mid-terms the Dems immediately impeached Trump and held numerous “hearings”.
Dem majorities are ALWAYS bad news. If Trump is re-elected and he has to deal with Dem House and/or Senate majorities it’s guaranteed they will cause misery for him. Why would you subject him to that?

Not saying this is a bad idea at all, but there is a down side to early voting: it gives the uni-party plenty of time to know how many ballots they need to manufacture to win any given race. They know where the R and D votes come from and they know who has already voted. Makes their job of manufacturing a victory for the selected candidate easier.
The thing that created the massive Fed-run vote fraud in 2020 was how same day turnout for Trump in 2016 blew them away. They had no mechanism to fill the same day void. I’m sure there was plenty of fraud in 2016, just not enough to overcome the same day Trump turnout.

Fitstly, it WASN’T the massive election day turn out that thwarted them in 2016, per se.
Hillary cancelled her victory celebration, a day or two BEFORE election day.
IMHO, it was the “Trump effect” which effected the INTERNAL POLLING they were using, to guage the actual margin of victory of DJT, so they would know what #’s to put into the Dominion algorythm.
When they realised the #’s they had set were too low, and that they did not have the large #’s of paper ballots neccesary to “backfill” after stopping the count to reset the algorythms, they knew it was over.
They can NOT use the “algorythms” (” drop and roll”) nor the complimentary centralised ballot ENVELOPE stuffing system to generate massive #’s of ballots for backfilling, (2000 mules) anymore.
Once a theft system is EXPOSED to all, it becomes unusable.
Proof is in 2022, in must steal Maracopa, neither drop and roll or 2000 mules was used.
They DID used 4 different systems in Maracopa, which have now ALSO been exposed.
ALL 4 were totally dependant on KL voters voting in person, on election day.
Hobbs official “margin of victory” was only 17,000 votes.
An accurate estimate is 48,000 KL voters were effectively disenfranchised by the “machine problems” that occurred only in KL polling locations ON ELECTION DAY.
“Sharpiegate” was also employed, again and is also thwarted by early in person or absentee voting.
They jammed 30,000 phantom voter absentee ballots thru, ON ELECTION DAY, knowing the sig var system would be overwhelmed.
And, they identified 10,000 R voters that never requested absentee ballots (KL voters).
They changed their zip codes and requested absentee ballots.
When the ballots were sent out, because the zip code didn’t match the address the automated equipment at the post office, dumped the ballots in the “undeliverable” dept. where they were taken by the cheaters.
They maked the ballots for Hobbs, injected them into the system, waited until the system showed the ballots had been counted and then changed tje zip codes back.
When the actual voter showed up on election day, they were told thay had already voted by mail.
When the voter contested this, they were given a provisional ballot, which is effectively negating their vote.
By both putting IN a vote for Hobbs, AND negating a vote for KL, this had the net effect of “giving” Hobbs 20,000 votes, which is just enough to secure her “win”.
The best way voters can insure their vote is counted, with the current systems in place, is to request a absentee ballot, and either USE it, and drop it off asap at an early voting location or the County Recorders office, or do early in person voting.
More broadly, working to tighten up Sig. varification, by lobbying, and working for the election dept doing dig var. is an interim step to negate phantom voters; if they don’t get thru the filter of sig var, phantom voters don’t effect election outcomes.
In large metro areas, which is where they put phantom voters, becoming a ballot envelope vaccuum, and taking as many phantom ballots OUT of circulation, is an effective strategy.
Working at “legal ballot harvesting” which is just an extention of GOTV, to REEDUCATE MAGA voters, to NOT insist on voting in person, on election day in order to thwart their voter suppression tactics is also crucial.
WE have our work cut out for us, but we still have time.
Sitting back and waiting for the RNC or your State Party to do anything is foolish, although MAGA precinct Captains can certainly initiate actions on GOTV, NOW.
And, “voter integrity citisen groups” have already formed, in EVERY STATE.
Look and you WILL find them, connect up with them and start your own group coordinating with the groups in your State, that are already coordinating Nationally.

Its right there in the 10A, and the language is clear and unequivocal.
However, in order to have a State Government assert its 10A power to push back against Federal Govt overreach, in a broad bases way, we need ONE STATE Gov. that is not compromised.
A MAGA majority legislature that does not have RINO leadership thwarting its will with parliamentary tricks, a Governor, SoS and AG, and to a lesser degree of import U.S. Senators and Representatives.
And, in order to achieve THAT, we first need MAGA Control of the State R party, AT THE TOP, as the State R party leadership will work to prevent such efforts.
ONE State is all it takes; Court cases of a State challenging Fed authority are inherently Constitutiinal challenges, and so fast tracked to SCOTUS, and for the same reason WILL be heard by SCOTUS.
A decision striking down Fed overregulation automatically applies in all 50 States.
As for “targets” you hardly have to aim, as there are so many examples of Federal overreach, which corrupted State Governments have accepted without challenge.
In addition to PDJT stripping such powers “from the top” a MAGA State Government, fighting “up from the bottom” could gut the FDA, CDC,NIH, Dept of Ed, Commerce, Ag, etc. and even Military of their un Constitutional abrogated power.
In the “long run” this IS the way to get back to the Founders vision, it requires FOCUS DETIRMINATION, and PERSEVERANCE as well as an understanding of HOW Political power is ACTUALLY wielded, and by whom.

I need to say something about this Ukraine war. I am flabbergasted that our military leadership is advising Biden that it’s a good idea to send millions of dollars of highly technical equipment (and equipment with large maintenance requirements) to an army (air force?) that doesn’t have one iota of what to do with it. This latest loss of armored equipment (and life!) is representative of leadership who thinks warfare, especially armored warfare, is some damn video game. The Pentagon has lost its effin mind supporting this war with equipment. More importantly, it’s demonstrating to the citizens of this country, and foreign governments world-wide that they do not know how to wage modern warfare–today’s warfare. When armies were moved by horses and trains, the tank was king. In WWII is was combined arms warfare–infantry/artillery–to protect it, In the Gulf it was combined arms warfare AND air superiority and counter-battery that allowed allied forces to make mince meat of the Iraqi’s. Not today. A criminal waste of material and life. Criminal. And demonstrative of a military (U.S.) that doesn’t know what it’s doing. God help this Country.

I haven’t eaten Kelloggs’ cereals in a while. Perhaps our family stopped in 2021 when they released the gay pride cereal that benefitted GLAAD –it might have been some other oddball thing Kelloggs did–but they used to be a staple in this house. Not so now.
I really don’t understand how this agenda is considered trendy and desirable for marketing. Does marketing only work if a company is “cutting edge”? “Hey, look at us. Can someone explain the longterm objective of this type of exposure?
And on a tangent, how influential are hugely popular bands (K-pop genre comes to mind) in pushing the youth of the world to dye their hair absurd colors, dress in androgonous clothing, etc? I recognize the foresight folks like JPII had in calling for a new evangelization. They could see that new media formats would infiltrate our minds and fill them with trash. I am thankful to have been brought up in a gentler time, that I know there is a loving & just but merciful God, that I have a hope of heaven. Life must be depressing and pointless for so many youth today. If you have no compass, anything glitzy will attract you. Racehorses are among the most finely tuned, exquisitely sensitive creatures on earth. So what happens when you give them all cell phones to wear during a race? They start dropping like… well, horses.
That is exactly what started happening this spring at Churchill Downs in Louisville, home of the world-famous Kentucky Derby. Churchill Downs hosts three “meets” every year during which there are horse races four to five days a week — a spring meet lasting all of May and June; a September meet; and a fall meet throughout November. The spring meet this year at the Downs began on April 29 and was to continue until July 3. And beginning on April 29, and in every race on every day thereafter, every horse was fitted with a device they had never worn before. It is a wireless device, shaped like an iPhone, that fits into the cloth underneath the saddle on the horse’s back. Horses also began wearing these devices this spring during morning workouts.
This STRIDESafe device monitors the horse’s movements 2,400 times per second throughout the race, sending 2,400 pulses of radio frequency (RF) radiation every second through the body of the horse. It also contains a GPS component that communicates with global positioning satellites. It also communicates with the RFID chip implanted in the left side of every horse’s neck, ensuring that the chip also emits radiation throughout the race. And because every racehorse wears horseshoes made of aluminum, which is one of the best conductors, the frequencies that are conducted from both the STRIDESafe device and the RFID chip throughout the horse’s body are absorbed and reradiated by its four shoes.

And on April 29, 2023, horses racing at Churchill Downs began to die during races or suffer such severe injuries during races that they were euthanized. So many horses have died this spring that on June 2 it was announced that the spring meet at the Downs would be suspended as of June 10. Officials at Churchill Downs are panicked because horses racing there have died in much larger numbers this spring than ever before. In 2022, nationwide, about 1.25 deaths occurred for every 1,000 horses starting at the gate. But since April 29, 2023, 12 deaths have occurred among just 1,600 starts at Churchill Downs, a sudden and unprecedented 8-fold increase in racehorse mortality.
Officials have carefully inspected the track and every part of the racing grounds and have found no change in any part of it from previous meets, and no reason for horses to be more prone to injury or collapse. But they have the same blind spot as the rest of society: they treat wireless devices, and the radiation they emit, as if they do not exist.

Governor Kevin Stitt of Oklahoma, who I didn’t know very well, called me before his last election to say he was in BIG trouble and very much needed my Endorsement. I LOVE Oklahoma & won 77 out of 77 Counties, something that never happened before. Ronald Reagan was next with 56. Anyway, I gave him my endorsement, he immediately went way up, and won. Now, despite the fact that DeSanctimonious is losing to Biden, & me, Stitt just endorsed him. Wow! He disliked “the Indians” & my great Senate pick!

I was wondering why DeSantis was in Oklahoma and why he was announced at the rodeo like he was some kind of Roman emperor (lol), and then I saw the news story about Stitt endorsing DeSantis. And then I saw that Trump had endorsed Stitt in both 2018 and 2022 and that Stitt really didn’t win by much. So Stitt is just like DeSantis, uses Trump for endorsements and then turns on Trump. What a couple of disloyal louts. I can’t stand people who do that kind of sh*t.
