it would be kind of unwieldy as a name – what would we call ourselves – Straaws – Strawsky – Strawsky and Hutch – I don’t knw!
I say “The Last Straw” because I think it will be made up of more than the original straight-party Republican voters who became the Deplorables – and it will be Democrats, too, who think THEIR party left them –

Durham Blames FBI but Ignores Ringleader John Brennan-
The Durham Report fails to identify the ringleader of the Russiagate fiasco, John Brennan. It was Brennan who first reported “contacts… between Russian officials and persons in the Trump campaign”. It was also Brennan who initially referred the case to the FBI. It was also Brennan who “hand-picked” the analysts who cobbled together the Intelligence Community Assessment (ICA) which said that Putin was trying to swing the election in Trump’s favor. And, it was also Brennan who hijacked the “Trump-Russia-meme” from the Hillary campaign in order to prosecute his war on Trump. At every turn, Brennan was there, massaging the intelligence, pulling the strings, and micromanaging the entire operation from behind the scenes. Actually, read Sundance’s latest article on Durham. Comey was desperately pushing for the FISA on Page in April, months before the op influencing the FBI to target Papadopoulos helped them.
BTW that was at the same time as Page’s work helping the FBI catch real Russian spies paid off with guilty pleas of those spies. There is NO DOUBT that all of FBI leadership and DOJ-NSD knew that Page was helping them catch Russian spies. Yet they lied to the FISC calling him a Russian Spy.

What we see is a desperate scramble at the top that coalesces on Hillary’s paid for lies as the justification for their actions.

The appropriations and omnibus routes seems hemmed in. If they are to break the agreement it would be via some supplemental voodoo. I think the House Rules Committee would block that. We’ll see. I still believe they will attempt this route using defense cuts as the excuse. Of course, the Democrats will respond as they always do and lard it up with social spending. In short, another big fight looms in about 115 days.

It appears members of the family that went down near Charlottesville after sonic booms were heard over D.C. from fighters being scrambled to intercept their wayward jet that overflew D.C. were from Florida and were big Trump supporters and the matriarch was involved with the NRA.
If the reporting I read was correct, the patriarch was not on the flight but a significant part of his family was killed.

The aircraft flew from TN to Long Island then flipped a U-turn and headed right over D.C., though at high altitude. Apparently the scrambled fighters reported seeing an unresponsive pilot.
The track to me looks like a shoot-down but that’s speculation. Also, usually there’s two pilots in such private jets. In any event, something went very wrong. Rest in peace.

The United States has long been the world’s most generous provider of health and humanitarian assistance to people around the world. This assistance is provided with the support of the American taxpayer with the reasonable expectation that it serve an effective purpose and reach those in need.
Unfortunately, the World Health Organization has failed badly by those measures, not only in its response to COVID-19, but to other health crises in recent decades. In addition, WHO has declined to adopt urgently needed reforms, starting with demonstrating its independence from the Chinese Communist Party.
When President Trump announced the U.S. withdrawal from that organization, he made clear that we would seek more credible and transparent partners.
That withdrawal becomes effective on July 6, 2021, and since the President’s announcement, the U.S. government has been working to identify partners to assume the activities previously undertaken by WHO.
Today, the United States is announcing the next steps with respect to our withdrawal from the WHO and the redirection of American resources. Those sperm contain either X chromosomes or Y chromosomes. If there is a winner, the process of making a baby begins. And that baby’s sex is determined by the chromosome the winning sperm delivers to the egg. The development of the baby as male or female is controlled by those chromosomes.
Sex is not assigned. And the doctors have no say in the matter, they just see and record the results of this race and subsequent development.
The sole exception is when this process falters and the development is incomplete. In these rare cases, a doctor will make a judgement of which sex the baby is closest to and make an assignment. Sometimes requiring surgery.
They want to allow five year olds with complete development to decide that they are the other sex; but doctors did not support a wait and see stance when the physical characteristics left them in doubt.
Too many doctors evidently have some kind of God complex.

Joe Biden Is Starting To Scare Everyone
Joe Biden is America’s first octogenarian president. Should he be reelected and serve out the full length of his second term in office, he’d be 86 when he left office.
The forty-sixth president was seemingly enjoying a sunny, breezy day at the Air Force Academy in Colorado. Wearing the blue Air Force hat, staring blankly at the graduates as they came up to receive their diploma, President Joe Biden looked as though he was overcome by a random though, he pivoted on stage, and went to jog to the other side of the stage, and before he could reach his destination, the forty-sixth president was down on the floor.
More troublingly, Biden couldn’t stand up again. He needed the help of two Secret Service agents and an Air Force officer.
As cameras zoomed in to get a better angle on the fallen president—who was clearly confused and panicked as he could not stand up quickly from the fall—many of the Air Force graduates leaving the stage with their diplomas in hand were smirking.
America’s great-grandfather had fallen. He was spastically trying to stand.

I have been curious as to why there is only one video of Biden falling and in that one you can not see his feet. There had to be cameras all over the place. I would like to see one from another angle to shoe just how far away that “sandbag” was. I am sure his advance people would have picked up on a potentially troublesome obstacle.
Someone must have additional video from another perspective so that his fall could be analyzed. Just curious.
When I injured my knee, a bunch of old men crowed about how I now had to walk carefully like them. But I didn’t listen, and of course (later) reinjured myself.
Youth have no clue about the care needed for the elderly frail people to negotiate life. I find it very likely that his advance team is not doing their job as his special needs require.
It doesn’t help that Biden cannot accept his shortcomings either. Probably forbids such discussions. He didn’t even look down at his path. Probably is constantly coached to not look frail and confused, to strut boldly, keep his head up and show confidence.
But yes, I would like to see that video too.
You know how actors have marks on the stage that the audience don’t see. If the advance team have done their job, there should be paths laid out, free of obstacles, for Biden to traverse. But like the stage marks they would make sure that nobody could videotape them.
It is highly likely that the absence of video is due to the work of that advance team in controlling the optics.

There was a note in one report I saw about the fall that said he recently disclosed that he has neuropathy in his legs and feet, which means he goes numb and cannot feel them. If that’s the case, it would not matter if there was anything in his path, he would fall regardless. It would also explain why he couldn’t get up. Biden, who already suffers from dementia, now has additional health issues that definitely interfere with his ability to do the job. He should NOT be running for a 2nd term. He should NOT have been installed in the first place. Not that his handlers or family care about his health; what they’re doing qualifies as elder abuse. That man should be in a nursing home.

As a child, I remember overhearing my parents anguishing over which of the 4 kids had to be absolute next priority for new shoes, because they had to pinch pennies to afford even one child’s, and shoes were an out-of-the-ordinary expense.
They worked 2 jobs each, Dad a full-time job and bartending weekends, Mom a full-time housekeeper for family of 6 and waitressing and deli-counter work on the side.

That’s simply not true: organs are harvested promptly after death. One of my loved ones donated various organs and corneas and I was actually present at her death. They promptly wheeled her body out to an OR to do the collection, taking the time to express their gratitude to the family … after she had been declared dead.

“We believe our chances of success at the trial level are less than 50%,” writes Micah Rubbo, Twitter’s associate director for litigation. She then asks, “Are we willing to litigate and risk the potential public disclosure of *many* documents in order to prevent disclosure of some of them now?’”
Twitter did not settle with Berenson out of remorse for its actions or care for journalistic freedoms. It was a calculated decision designed to mitigate public relations backlash.
Berenson’s reporting did not uncover the documents that the lawyers worried would become public, but the reaction indicates that any concessions would be better than discovery.
Notice how it took an Act of Congress to force the CDC et al to declare that “COVID” was “over.”
