NEW YORK — April 24, 2023 — FOX News Media and Tucker Carlson have agreed to part ways. We thank him for his service to the network as a host and prior to that as a contributor.
Mr. Carlson’s last program was Friday April 21st. Fox News Tonight will air live at 8 PM/ET starting this evening as an interim show helmed by rotating FOX News personalities until a new host is named.
Tucker Carlson had the number one rated news and broadcast show across the entire media industry.
An immediate firing with no further shows?

I know I posted about it, but others may have, as well. Personally, I think that would be bad for Tucker. He has his ‘freedom’ now and I tend to view Beck as a bit of a controller. He’d hold Tucker back. Time for Tucker to spread his own wings and soar. He doesn’t need Beck to ride in on a white horse and ‘save’ him. One of the benefits of Tucker being on Fox was that he brought in the younger demographics. He was younger-looking than a lot of hosts, witty, intelligent, entertaining, and thought provoking. A younger viewer who was curious might stop to listen one night, and then decide to come back for more…and you have a critically thinking young adult.
You made an important observation. The younger demo may not have watched Tucker on cable TV, but many in that demo were familiar with him from clips posted on YouTube, twitter, and most other social media platforms. Tucker’s clips were everywhere…oftentimes posted within minutes of airing on Fox.
Yes, and a tweet or YouTube clip might be interesting enough that the younger demo would start tuning in to the whole show.

If Tucker said something that was found out in discovery how friggin long ago was that? It was just this last weekend. They had this info for months and months. If they were gonna fire him for they they already would have.
I have never wavered in my support and liking of Tucker Carlson, no matter what everyone here thought. Just a year or so ago he was controlled opposition, right? Anyway, I do not think it is a coincidence that Ray Epps was on CBS last night crying about Tucker outing him I mean calling him a Fed. I hope Tucker goes independent like Joe Rogan. I would pay to watch/listen to him. I paid for Fox Nation for two years just for Tucker, my renewal was 4/30/23. I just canceled the renewal and told them why. No Tucker, no me. I do not have cable (cut the cord years ago) but there are many ways to find cable channels on the net so I never missed a show.
