Under current law, if a child who has run away from home goes to a licensed shelter, that shelter is required to notify the parents unless a compelling reason applies. The bill allows certified shelters to contact the Department of Children, Youth and Families (DCYF) in lieu of parents in certain additional instances, such as when a youth is seeking reproductive health services or gender-affirming care.
This would appear to apply to kids who’ve gone to government approved shelters, to allow them to have the State deny knowledge of their location to the parents, and to effectively facilitate the sterilization and mutilation and mind-frell of the child.
It doesn’t apparently allow the State to take the child, but I’m pretty sure that schools and other agents of chaos will wink wink encourage children to show up at said locations, after all, in this damned state schools can administer testosterone to your daughter without your knowledge at thirteen years of age; so I’m certain that facilitation of arrival at said shelters by school folks or other interlopers will be permitted and approved of.
This person needs to be heard, because they are telling the truth. Any parent that goes along w/this evil needs to be put away. Not only is the topic getting tiring and annoying, it is getting scary at how far they are going w/this agenda.

Is it the huge shortage of critical minerals needed to meet such a goal? Is it that our electrical grid has nowhere near the capacity to charge that many electric vehicles? Or maybe it is the fact that the charging infrastructure does not exist and has no chance of coming into being in eight short years.
The bottom line is that you should be prepared to spend money preserving your existing combustion engine vehicle form. If Biden has his way, all you’ll find on the market eight years from now will be $70,000 paperweights.
More than 80% of drivers do not want to buy an electric vehicle. Who can blame them? Not only are they expensive — the average EV costs just under $70,000 — but without a special plug installed at your house, it can take 50 hours to charge an electric car. It can take 10 hours even if you invest in a 240-volt outlet.

It’s not that the car manufacturers, all of them, are pushing their EV models like crazy by chance. It’s about all you see with their commercials. This just didn’t happen overnight. Sometime ago they had to agree to do this as an industry. There must be some kind of payoff, guarantee, something that was given to these companies to get them all onboard with the EV push because they had to know the car buying public would resist this big time, could not afford it and that the infrastructure across the country could not handle it in the amounts needed to convert from gas powered cars in the numbers owned today. There is a master plan somewhere they all agreed to but there also must be financial gain involved for these manufacturers of vehicles. The advertising alone costs millions and had to be in the works long ago.
Yesterday I saw an ad promoting the Maid of the Mist tour boats that are at Niagara Falls. The spokesperson was talking up the fact that this year they have two new electric powered boats running. He couldn’t talk enough about them and how quiet they are. It is being sold predominantly in every transport industry now and increasing quickly.
This switch is being sold daily to the public and will continue to be. The big car manufacturers and other transport manufacturers are all in on it and have set their sales campaigns for the promotion of these vehicles. Why? How is this being sold to them as profitable, viable products for current and future consumption? I have no problem with this mode of transport when and if it is affordable, dependable and easy to use for everyone. That is not any where close to where it stands now and in the near future. Who is doing this and was able to convince these companies it will be better for them financially if they go all in on EVs?
Big auto writes the laws and regulations. They want the cars they make to go away as soon as possible, so they can sell some new ones. Sophisticated modern cars are fast, at least they become ugly, dangerous and obsolete fast, and people have to buy some new ones that are more expensive, more complicated, more unrepairable, and with built in legal and technological obsolescence. A giant vaste of resources.
Battery cars is a ridiculous technology. In principle those batteries are like the ones in a battery torch you throw away when they are used up. It takes a little longer and they cost more but when they are spent, you throw them in the garbage and buy some new ones. If you can buy new ones. If it works the way it’s designed, you throw the car in the garbage too, because the technology now has been changed. All by design.

Spoke w/ a friend who’s in a smaller CA. town that’s recently seeing it’s 1st influx of homeless people.

If there is any sort of drug problem in your area now then the homeless issue will creep up eventually. Drug use began getting worse in our rural area several years ago- so much so that farmer friends couldn’t make hay anywhere near the roadways that border their farms due to the drug paraphernalia dumped in their fields. Now the local “health fairs” offer needle exchanges & dole out Narcan like its candy & the homeless drug addicts are starting to squat in an abandoned building near the elementary school. The cops chase them out every once-in-awhile, but then they come back. There are “supposedly” plans to tear the eyesore down this spring- we’ll see.
I pray it stays nice where you are, but it was nice & peaceful here once too, until it wasn’t.

Sunny we are in the running for the most homeless in the Country here in Florida, and according to the statistics I have found, Florida had more hard dope overdoses per capita than Commiefornia in 2021-2022. If that doesn’t set alarm bells ringing I don’t know what will.
I live close to St Augustine and use to go often into the Old Town for brunch but the last time I was there the small park was loaded with homeless people. I was shocked to see so many middle aged women. It become very uncomfortable as so many of them approached me for money. Hubby and I are heading there tonight for a dinner engagement and I am already a little apprehensive.
I live in the boondocks west of Ocala and we have Tent People living in the woods on anything not fenced in with phone linked game cameras and multiple signs, 15 miles in every direction from a population center next to some very swampy areas. If it’s getting bad out here, I can’t imagine what’s going on in the bigger cities. Ocala has really exploded with people from Points Unknown.

Back in the early 90s, our youngest daughter tried New College for 2 weeks. As part of the freshman orientation, they held a nude slip and slide along Hwy 1 – and the campus doctor told them they could do drugs responsibily. The campus was dirty, the students were smart, but the partying, drugs, alcohol was rampant.
When daughter was standing in line to check out – sign papers to get her money back – the campus cop said, ‘at least somebody around here has good sense’.
Daughter went from there to UGA – She wanted to be where it was more normal, less woke. She ended up with three degrees at UGA – bachelors, masters in speech pathology and a law degree. Graduated with honors Phi Beta Kappa.
6 years earlier, our oldest daughter left Smith College for the same reason – wanted to be around normal people – went to Vanderbilt, which was normal and untainted with woke back then. She also got several degrees, including Law.
