The officials stress that the interagency conversations and planning are precautionary in nature because no charges have been filed.

Write-ins victories in some states, although gratifying, would just mean the Dems win overall without breaking a sweat. If he formed a third party looking to the future, then I’m all in.
To be successful, third parties need to start at the grassroots level, not at the top. Die Grünen are an example of this. While I don’t like the Green Party, I was there in Germany in 1980 when Petra Kelly started The Greens at the state level. Now the Green Alliance is a force in German politics at the national level.

Probably the gathering of law enforcement agencies in New York to coordinate security at Manhattan Criminal Court is not merely a fire drill. With the Republican House digging up increasingly damning dirt on specific wire transfers from Chinese government actors to members of the bribe-taking Biden family, “Joe Biden” and his faithful servant Beria Garland evidently won’t raise a hand to stop the state of New York from going nuclear on its native son.
