(Databases & machines are hacked & tracked in real time… showing who voted & didn’t vote; so fraudulent ballots could be printed & filled out for those who didn’t vote, which are then given to the NGOs to distribute to the ballot boxes. The last step of distribution was shown in the “2000 Mules” documentary. Dr. Frank says the ballot box stuffing is a symptom of the fraud. The real fraud took place in the machine. So the key idea is every stuffed ballot has to be assigned to a voter in the voter rolls.)

What can they do to stop him in a little over a month? Nothing. No court is going to take up a case that fast and issue a ruling. And once published, what could they possibly claim as monetary damages? How would they have been hurt from the publishing of their letter. Embarrassment hardly calls for monetary damages.

I was a little shocked this morning to read that 2 Russian planes had downed a US drone flying in the Black Sea. The US said that the planes had dumped fuel on the drone and then knocked off one of its blades.
The Russians replied to the accusations. They said the drone was flying in the Black Sea with its transponder turned off. That it was 18 kilometers from the coast and headed toward Russian territory. That the planes were sent to check what it was and did not touch the drone or do anything to it. The planes returned to their base with no damage. The drone had made a sudden move that tipped it and it dove into the water.
Russia has retrieved the $32 million US drone.

I have not made much progress on that one. My first impression is that it would make sense from the point of protecting those routers from a cyber security strategy…and yes, it would make sense not to reveal the extent of such cyber monitoring and protection mechanisms (methods, sources, software, etc) . But as I learned the request to get ANY information about those routers was denied. Not even redacted documentation for instance. it struck me as another hole worth exploring.
I sent it to certain others I know who have some special skill sets, but have made no meaninful progress …so, this leads me to believe this was quite a dark operation.
anyway…yes, there ARE MANY issues to be pursued. I am more convinced than ever that a national crowd sourced network of investigators will need to be established to tackle many of these unanswered questions. Or just perhaps restoring wikileaks with an open invitation …which might be better given most of this would require insiders to leak. Going at this in the traditional manner is not going to provide much more than is already known in the public open source.

Now I will concede that burner phones make it much more difficult to attribute but there are other techniques that can be used and are commercially available and knowledge and skill to accomplish it.
if the fed or their contractors are operating burst encrypted radio freqs…e.g., military grade radios…does make it more difficult. yes.
btw…those earpieces worn by building capitol police and security forces…they can be tracked, as they all broadcast a unique signal. Not saying you can read the transmission or necessarily track the location and time stamp that, but you can see patterns…and match those up to video time sequences.

It is hard to pin down the creation and debate about the Patriot Act.
The actual Bill, Actions – H.R.3162 – 107th Congress (2001-2002): Uniting and Strengthening America by Providing Appropriate Tools Required to Intercept and Obstruct Terrorism (USA PATRIOT ACT) Act of 2001 | Congress.gov | Library of Congress was submitted 10/23 and signed into law 10/26.
Of course the concept was bouncing around long before that.
here is a good summary. USA PATRIOT Act | Facts, History, Acronym, & Controversy | Britannica. Two separate laws, one passed in each house. Just a few days after the Anthrax attacks. What we got was a massive compromise behind the scenes and rushed into force with little debate.

The problem with this CIA theory is that Atta and other 9/11 hijackers just happened to be living only miles from the first case of anthrax to appear (Bob Stephens, photo editor of The Sun, a subsidiary of American Media located in Boca Raton, Florida). And all the letters were mailed from areas the hijackers were in during the months before 9/11 … Delray Beach, Boca Raton and Fort Lauderdale. And don’t forget there was contact between two of the hijackers and the wife of the AMI editor (who Stephens worked for). She rented an apartment to them. The CIA would have had to have pre-knowledge of these facts.
Then there’s the fact that Atta specifically inquired about renting a crop duster from a local airport … just what you’d need to effectively spread the anthrax dust over a large populated area. In fact, in addition to Atta and several other hijackers asking about buying and modifying crop dusters, Khalid Sheikh Mohammed, the top al-qaeda member who was already in custody at the time, had admitted when interrogated, AFTER 9/11, that crop dusters were looked at by al-Qaeda as a means to spread … guess what? … anthrax.
Plus, a doctor and a pharmacist who treated Atta and another hijacker for a skin problem prior to 9/11, said later that the two had anthrax. A group of John Hopkin doctors issued a statement agreeing with that conclusion. When the contents of the John Hopkins memo became public, the conclusion was also endorsed by D.A. Henderson, the top bioterrorism official at the Department of Health and Human Services, and Richard Spertzel, who presided over the inspection of Iraq’s bio-weapons program as part of a United Nations team. So it’s pretty clear that the hijackers did have access to anthrax prior to 9/11.
You can’t simply ignore these facts in the CIA theory, unless you want to claim the CIA was behind the whole 9/11 plot and somehow got anthrax to the hijackers as well without them knowing it was the CIA supplying them.
On the other hand, it’s not unreasonable that the hijackers got the anthrax from Iraq. Czech intelligence said hijacker Atta met with Iraqi agent, Colonel al-Ani, in Prague as many as four times prior to the 9/11 attacks. Colonel al-Ani, who headed Iraq’s department for “special operations”, was exactly the person Iraq might have picked to handle such an important assignment. The Czech government stated their 70% certainty, which they maintain to this day, that Atta meet al-Ani on the day in question. They had an eye witness.
So if we’re going to accept a democRAT’s claim about CIA involvement (trying to pin this whole affair on them … the perfect patsies?), we better see some proof and hear an explanation for all the facts I listed above. Just saying …

I keep trying to tell people that. And it’s not just numbers of ballots. Democrats still control the counting … by both people and machines (which probably still connect to the internet in most places). They still control the organizations that are supposed to insure no cheating. They still control the DOJ and FBI. They still control the media. They still control the courts.
Conservatives are kidding themselves if they think that at this late date then can fix this the same way they’ve been trying to do it the last 3 years. Two years of *fixing* and Arizona was still a bust … and I see little progress elsewhere. We need to start thinking outside the box.

You can’t win a rigged race. You’re fooling yourself. If you want to win the coming election you have to level the playing field. But there’s only a year and half left to do it. Not enough time to fix the election system UNLESS we take drastic action right now. I’m NOT accepting defeat. I’m saying we need to fight on our own terms now. We need to change the battlefield … because they own the battlefields we are currently fighting on.
Now if you’ve read my other posts on CTH, you know what I suggest we do. So far, no-one has offered a convincing argument why I’m wrong about that. Although I have been called an FBI plant a time or two.

If election fraud is evident – lawyers across the nation file lawsuits against these state officials.

McConnell certainly isn’t honest enough, willing or able to stop the destruction of our Republic through election fraud/theft.
the federal government cannot lawfully control state election laws. mccarthy can create committees and investigatory teams to look into matters of nation election security. But states have and will always be sovereign in terms of how they describe and regulate their own election laws.
so if you change slightly your questions…yes, changes can be made, but it would require state legislatures, state election officials, state attorneys general to perform that work.

Trump needs to pressure Republican controlled legislators to go back to paper ballot , and

Not going to happen. And what pressure can he bring to bear, anyway. The truth is that much of the GOP is UNIPARTY now. They are working against Trump. Against us. If it was gong to happen it would already have happened. We have to wake up, folks! The only way what’s needed is going to happen is if WE make it happen, and not by using any of the methods that have already been used. Not by relying on the GOP. You’re right that we do need to take the gloves off, but all the way off. We need to come out and protest in the tens of millions and demand the things you say. And if they won’t do it, we need to shut the blue cities in blue states down … literally … until they fold. Our future and very lives depend on it now.

Not sure if anyone else caught this last night on Tucker… He had a really good interview with J6 defendant Daniel Goodwin, along with footage that shows him peacefully entering the Capitol through an open door for less than one minute — and leaving as soon as the Capitol police asked him to. For that he is being hunted down and hounded…
I was glad to see Tucker still staying with the J6 story and tapes. But Tucker made a statement at the end that sort of surprised me. He said, “January 6, I think, is probably second only to the 2020 election as the biggest scam in my lifetime.” Wow. That and other statements I’ve heard him make lately make me think that he actually does believe there was major fraud, whether he originally did or not. Just my take… It’s around the 35:00 mark. (The whole segment starts at the 30:05 mark — well worth watching. Goodwin talks about the police brutality against the 4 Trump supporters who died, and tells Tucker that should be looked into as well…)
Tucker is doing well. It is good that he has focused his efforts to not just destroy the false j6 and media narratives, but these videos will have a meaningful impact on the court cases of those who entered the building and at best “MIGHT” be liable to unlawful entry. a misdemeanor. I only state “MIGHT” to illustrate it from the perspective that yes, there are some who did damage, did engage in violence, did deface the capitol, did steal…but for those majority..the vast majority, it was indeed a peaceful protest…the videos shed sunlight into this legal aspect of whether it was even unlawful entry.
if a person enters a building…and security not only allows it but facilitated the entry..and does not VOICE a warning…I think clearly the courts and the defense have grounds to dismiss almost all of the cases of j6…the others, yes, the small minority, are going to have a much more difficult time explaining the violence. In total however, these videos completely destroy the completely false narratives of the j6 committee and the media. My own opinion is that most of these wrongfully detained and charged people have excellent chances of dismissal of all charged..and a very good case for a civil rights suit..with damages. I look forward to contributing to those legal fund drives
It’s heartbreaking to see civil liberty abuses at this level. Such a grave injustice done. He was in jail for 30 days, home confinement for a year. DOJ wanted him to serve 20 years initially, and he is still facing one year.
I’m not sure how to interpret Tucker’s scam comment either. Scam for ever challenging the election, or scam because he now sees election fraud or rigging?
However, I was wondering something similar in his recent “revelations” interview from several days ago. He gave an example of “rigged election” there and it sounds like he was ashamed of his past where he didn’t question the established narrative….and maybe should have asked…was the election rigged? Almost like he thinks it now was indeed rigged. I wonder if he knows something now that ge didn’t know two years ago….or if things like 2000 Mules and several state courts Admitting election laws weren’t followed just has him reevaluating it. Wish he would explain. Maybe he will eventually.

Right from the very first episode showing video he clearly stated people assembled in DC that day to protest all the election irregularities and that those concerns are justified. I was very surprised he “said that out loud”. He’s gone back to that premise several times since then in other episodes.
When I try to play, it tells me the video is private.
Hmmm – it was public on youtube when I posted it, but has since switched to saying it’s private video. I had it bookmarked, and now it blocks me out too with the private video label. Not sure where to find complete videos of Tucker Carlson Tonight, but it’s the 3.14.23 show.

That’s a dishonest argument for DeSantis. If either Trump or DeSantis run and lose, it’s over. The UNIPARTY will be firmly in control and there won’t be another chance to fix this country through elections. And if DeSantis wins with the current election system in place (i.e., with UNIPARTY cheating possible), BEWARE.
In that case, more than likely, DeSantis is a stealth UNIPARTY member, like Bush Jr. Then the UNIPARTY is gaming the system just like when Fabians ran Wilson against Teddy Roosevelt. The UNIPARTY wins regardless of who wins the election. The ONLY way we break the cycle of political corruption in this country is if we manage to put Trump in office and he burns the system down for the inside.
There’s only one way Trump or DeSantis win with the current system … that’s if We The People level the playing field and force fair and trustworthy elections. In other words, in person, paper ballot voting, counted by people (no machines) on election night (no late voting) with ID required and no ballot harvesting. Absentee voting only for invalids.
