Prayers up again for The Brunson Case 22-380 is in Supreme Court conference a second time today.

My guess is that this list is so long is because none of the above understand the Constitution let alone have read it!! Politicians of both parties know their party talking points and what their big donors want in exchange for campaign contributions but haven’t a clue as to what the requirements, restrictions, powers and their duties are as enumerated in the Constitution!! Hillsdale College students know more about the Constitution than almost anyone in Congress and the Executive Branch! I’m No expert , but seriously doubt if typical masks worn by people would protect against toxins in air – try cleaning your shower wearing a mask with a simple commercial bleach shower cleaner ( I happened to ) and see how much you choke from the vapors, almost as much as if you were wearing no mask .. – just saying , as they say …

To keep my job for receiving Religious Exemption to the jab- made me wear a respirator and put me in respiratory protection program. In other words, they put a tent over my head. While wearing ineffective N-95 the sprayed gallons of sugar solution into my face. It passed through the mask and into my lungs. I coughed the stuff out for days.

I’m old, and I don’t wear a mask. It is not good to wear a mask. There are too many things that can go wrong wearing a mask often and long. Never stayed home, did my own shopping, spent lots of time outside, and plan to again come Spring. If I wasn’t so old, I’d be outside more now, snow or no snow. I love Winter, but love Spring and Summer or Fall also. I’ve never been sick in the past 3 years either. What is all this mask stuff about anyhow. Oh, I realize there are many who actually think the MSM tells the truth, but all they do is try to keep people upset. That’s what they get paid to do don’t ya know?
They’d have to medically examine and approve “the exposed public” to give out any effective respiratory protection. They’re not -one size fits all! The cartridges that absorb acids and chemicals have a short life and need to be replaced before the contaminants break through.
Some contaminants or less than optimal amounts of Oxygen in the air require supplied air or SCBA.
So many things ignored when they mandated “nuisance masks” for Covid!

I must admit that I wore an N-95 during the LA riots as the columns of black smoke billowed all around. The white mask turned black fairly quickly and I’m glad some stuff wasn’t inhaled.
They’re better than nothing, but the difference between breathing 100% contaminated air and 50% contaminated air is pretty negligible and still pretty fatal depending on the contaminants.
Long before Covid, people in my area wore masks because of the severe wildfire smoke and soot in the air.
I tried it, because my throat was getting raw, and there was a neat oval shaped stain of brown on my mask after only a couple hours working in my garden.
Smoke and soot aren’t virus sized though.
You would need NBC style gas masks.
As you would to protect against a virus.
Somehow people who believed the surgical mask was stopping a virus would not trust the same face diaper against a gas.
Someone should ask DeWine about that.
The masks most wear to this day are ineffective. You really need a mask that filters to the submicron level to stop a virus. And if you recall, laboratory workers wear self contained air suits. which is the only real way to stop any microorganism.
We were recently in eastern Ohio’s Amish Land (a.k.a. The Switzerland of Ohio) and saw a handmade sign in front of a house on a road which could not have more than 20 cars a day pass by.
The sign said: “Notice to Biden, Schumer, Pelosi and other criminals ruining America! Enjoy your lives while you can! Punishment is coming for you, if not in this world, then in the next! TRUMP 2024!”
This sign was not in front of an Amish farm: they are famously unpolitical, but perhaps are seeing that they should become so.
The sign was found in front of a rather modest 1950’s brick ranch, and its maker must know that it will not be read by many people, given the isolated nature of the area. (Very isolated: we had in fact gotten lost due to the lack of a sign for a certain business which we were trying to visit.)
And so I wondered why the owner would have bothered to make such a sign. One answer was that a great frustration about the criminal politicians currently “ruining America” must have overwhelmed him or her (or them), and this overwhelming frustration with America’s Decline, a deliberate, planned, willful, and “managed” decline, had to be expressed somehow, even if only to the local birds and deer!
“Managed” decline: remember the essays from the MAObama years that America was declining, that it was inevitable, and the problem was not how to stop and reverse it?
The problem was how to “manage” the decline!
The person(s) behind that sign wanted nothing to do with “managing” a decline: they want it stopped, and it can be stopped, if the criminals currently “ruining America” are punished sooner rather than later!
We need to spread the message from that little, hand-lettered sign throughout the country!

The pain was so severe that I started having hot flashes and blacked out. They then put me in ICU and told me I had pericarditis. Went home!! 4 days later it was worse. They did another heart calf told me the arteries was fine again, and said I had myocarditis and inflammation of the lungs. I was doing breathing treatments in the hospital every 6 hours. It was like a night mare after leaving the hospital because I was confused, and no one had really seen it before with the vaccine – nor that severe. I still have problems today with reacting pain to my heart if I overdo anything. So now I have to take it easy.
Q: What was your life like after getting the vaccine? It’s different for sure. I have to take it easy or my heart pains will start back. I was on a lot of medication for a month. I was on steroids, anti inflammatory medication and pain meds. Now I’m not on anything, but I still have flare ups. I continue to go back and forth to the doctor.
Q: Share your experience with any medical care and any diagnoses you have received: Well at first I was angry because nobody would admit it came from the vaccine. It was like it was just happening to me. Then another doctor was like “you just can’t take pain because pericarditis isn’t that painful”. He runs a lot of tests like Eco/ ultrasound and EKG’s to see why I’m still having flare ups.

If the vinyl chloride tanks had been breached in the wreck, the chloride would have exited and immediately gasified and probably caused a catastrophic explosion. The evacuation for explosion came later. The gas being heavier than air would have drifted into low lying areas if it was not burning.
The other three chemicals are not highly volatile but could have been burning causing the chloride tank to become an explosive risk.
In a list of what is reported to be a total list of what derailed, one of the items listed is petrochemicals. Petrochemicals is a general term. What specifically would it be referring to. Was it a repeat of the listed items or was there something else.
What was drained off into a ditch and what was burning that caused the vinyl chloride tanks to become at risk of explosion.
Some things are probably not correct because of the terminology used to explain what happened, but someone with a full understanding of what happened and can explain it in the proper terms needs to give the people a step by step clear explanation of what happened.

The story says the city water was tested and is good, but individual wells need to be tested to see if they have issues.
Hhhmmm, most city water sits in a tall thingy called a water tower. I wonder how long it takes to empty and refill the water tower. I wonder too where the city’s water comes from, and if it is a well how deep the well is.

I looked up some of the properties of vinyl chloride and at ambient temperature its vapor pressure is about 3.9 atmospheres. So, to transport it as a liquid, the chemical is kept under pressure in the tank car. If there were any leaks, the vinyl chloride would have leaked out as a gas, and depending on the wind, and since it is not an “ideal gas” and heavier than other components of air, who knows where the vinyl chloride would have spread and at what concentrations. So, any intentional breach of the vinyl chloride tankers would have simply vented it off as a gas.
The photos of chemicals that were drained into ditches and then set afire had to have been the other chemicals. Normally, “safe” disposal of hazardous chemicals is done at very high temperatures in special equipment to ensure as complete combustion as possible. Open pit burning does not approach complete combustion. Just look at the photos of the smoke. In addition, incomplete combustion of chorine containing chemicals leads to all kinds of other chemicals like phosgene, dioxins, etc.

The vinyl chloride tanks have two hulls. The inside tank holds the vinyl chloride and the outer hull has nitrogen to help keep the vinyl chloride cool and stable in liquid form. If either one of the tanks was leaking it would be readily detectable. If they were not leaking there was no reason to burn them off. Burning the vinyl chloride results in products much worse than the vinyl chloride.
One report indicated they made holes in the tanks and drained the contents into the pit for burning. If the tanks had vinyl chloride that did not happen. They may have hooked up to the valves and piped the escaping gas to a pit for burning. Burning in an open pit allows burn at different temperatures and creates different products. None of them good.
The rush to burn what was in the tanks and create widespread damage is highly suspicious.
