I independently found the following gaping loophole in the US Code many years ago.
It’s actually offset/indented within the code, probably so employers don’t miss it.
Eliminate this loophole that allows businesses to hire illegals with no real consequences when caught doing so and you would thereby eliminate much of the incentive for illegal immigration – employment.
Guess who is specifically designated to be the SOLE authority responsible and enabled to eliminate it? The POTUS.
This is why the border wall and absolutely every other “fix” is a TOTAL FARCE. An easy and simple fix already exists. Why this isn’t done is described later.
With this loophole present, you can hire some very tanned, Latino-looking guys in their mid-20s who can’t speak a word of English standing outside Home Depot who each have “a document or combination of documents that reasonably appears on its face to be genuine” like something that says they were all born in Minnesota, Wisconsin, North Dakota, etc., and YOU the employer are good to go and any effort on your part to get proof of the validity of those documents is not required and perhaps even ILLEGAL.

Here’s the gaping loophole that protects employers from prosecution and illegal aliens from discovery when they apply for a job:
(1)(A)(ii) A person or entity has complied with the requirement of this paragraph with respect to examination of a document if the document reasonably appears on its face to be genuine. If an individual provides a document or combination of documents that reasonably appears on its face to be genuine and that is sufficient to meet the requirements of the first sentence of this paragraph, nothing in this paragraph shall be construed as requiring the person or entity to solicit the production of any other document or as requiring the individual to produce such another document.
WHO is the only person responsible for changing the code if it isn’t effective?:
(1)(A) The PRESIDENT shall provide for the monitoring and evaluation of the degree to which the employment verification system established under subsection (b) provides a secure system to determine employment eligibility in the United States and shall examine the suitability of existing Federal and State identification systems for use for this purpose.
(1)(B) To the extent that the system established under subsection (b) is found not to be a secure system to determine employment eligibility in the United States, the PRESIDENT shall, subject to paragraph (3) and taking into account the results of any demonstration projects conducted under paragraph (4), implement such changes in (including additions to) the requirements of subsection (b) as may be necessary to establish a secure system to determine employment eligibility in the United States.
Of course, if any POTUS actually fixed this, who would work on nasty, giant poultry farms, in meat processing plants and in all of the other really nasty jobs where they don’t dare complain about working conditions or unionize because of their illegal status and easy replacement?
Where would the hordes of future taxpayers and government dependents come from in our aging demographic, low birth rate country? Somehow incentivize women within the legal citizenry to have more children instead, you say? Nah, that would reduce the labor force.

Many of the so-called “documents” that the “Gestapo” took in the Raid of Mar-a-Lago, unlike the”No Raids of Biden,” were merely inexpensive and very common folders with words such as “Presidential Reading,” “Confidential,” “Classified,” or other words stamped on the front cover. There was nothing inside of the folders because, during meetings where information was passed out, say at the Oval Office, when finished the papers inside were taken back, but the empty folders were left behind…..

The Global Disinformation Index, a British organization with two affiliated U.S. nonprofit organizations, provides ad networks like Xandr with top-secret blacklists with the aim of shutting down websites that purport to sell “disinformation.” Now, sets of documents and emails that were stolen reveal how Xandr, which Microsoft acquired in 2021 for $1 billion, has targeted unpopular speech and prevented conservative websites from raking in significant advertising revenue.
An advertising business executive who works with conservative media outlets was given access to private Xandr data outlining which websites the company has penalised financially. 👇
The ten websites that GDI considers to be the ten “least dangerous” have been made public. These publications—all of which lean left—include the Wall Street Journal, NPR, ProPublica, the Associated Press, Insider, the New York Times, USA Today, the Washington Post, Buzzfeed News, and HuffPost.
The Washington Examiner previously reported that the State Department gave GDI a $330,000 grant, and now it has been revealed that Xandr has its own blacklist of conservative websites.
Records show that $250,000 was given to GDI by the National Endowment for Democracy, a nonprofit organization authorized by Congress and given $300 million by the State Department in 2021. According to the NED’s website, its 23-member board “controls” how appropriations are used. Notably, this board consists of Rep. The reasons why those sites are considered “least dangerous” is because the government still has control over what they publish.
Wall Street Journal, NPR, ProPublica, the Associated Press, Insider, the New York Times, USA Today, the Washington Post, Buzzfeed News and HuffPost should sue the Global Disinformation Index for defamation.
With possibly the exception of the Washington Examiner, I never see any of these banned conservative websites when I do a web search on Google. I also never see The Conservative Treehouse and The Gateway Pundit in search results. It’s truly censorship.
As a test, I did a search for Nord Stream pipeline bombing OR attack. None of the conservative sites listed above were included in the top 100 search results on Google. (However NY Post and FoxNews appeared, as well as a rare inclusion of FreeBeacon.) Typical Google search results were like this article from Forbes: “The underwater attack on Nord Stream shows Russia’s desperation and an attempt to make Europe kneel.”
I was more impressed with Microsoft’s Bing search results, however it only included a few of the banned sites. There were more results on the Seymour Hersh report. NY Post and FoxNews were in the top 10. Washington Examiner was in the top 20. Down in the 80’s were reddit and Daily Caller. The Epoch Times was shown in the 90’s.
Over at the Qwant.com search engine, NY Post and FoxNews were in the top 10 search results. Heritage.org was in the top 20 with a commentary blaming Putin for the attack. The Liberty Beacon was also included near the end of the maximum 50 search results.
So if you want to find search results for the above banned websites you may be out of luck. However you may be able to find results by including site:TheConservativeTreeHouse.com. When I added that to my searches, Google found 139 CTH listings, but Bing and Qwant found no CTH articles.

The bureaucratic insiders, the Deep State, were unaware of Donald Trump’s actual popularity with the American people. Barack Obama set the record for election success in 2008 with 69 million votes. Donald Trump garnered 73 million votes (at least) in 2020.
Bernie Sanders was describing, in frightening detail, a few days in advance, the State’s plan for election night. Trump would be ahead when most of us went to bed, but during the night millions of mail-in ballots and other dubious votes would appear, and the State could announce Biden’s triumph, at least in their eyes.
But faced with the Trump juggernaut, the fascists panicked and awarded Biden the ludicrous vote count of 81 million.
So Biden must have been far more popular with blacks than Obama? Far more popular with women than Hillary? Absurd.
For the fascists, the Deep State, the path forward is clear. No more elections can be permitted.
Some enormous state of emergency, some overpowering paranoia must be generated, that would justify cancelling the 2024 election.
The fascists, the ubermensch, are just not as smart as they thought.
All tyrannies must corrupt their ‘elections’ in order to stay in power, but they can’t change men’s hearts to believe their lies or accept their legitimacy.
I get the feeling that balloon world is them reeling from one stupid mistake to another.
Watching the balloon from launch thru American then Canadian Airspace, saying nothing, doing nothing, but then being caught flat footed when the people see it.
Declaring it unsafe to down the balloon over unoccupied land, then being embarrassed for letting it continue spying and for not shooting it down.
Making a big production of shooting it down after letting it spy, but rushing to do so before it once again reaches international waters.
Then lamely declaring Trump did it too, only to be met with a buzzsaw of denials from a multitude of those who served Trump, both haters and loyalists.
Flatfooting their response to the denials by declaring the military was hiding it. Nothing like accusing the military of treason to get them to back you up. Oops.
Then we get some lame arm waving about how our defense systems are absolutely too incompetent to notice multiple spy balloons for years, but that we noticed them after the fact because Biden is brilliant or some such malarkey.
Then, totally having embarrassed themselves, they go on a rampage, shooting down anything that might be a spy balloon, but not taking trouble to figure out what it is, before or after shooting them down.
Still smarting from the embarrassment and shame, they are still trying to escape by blaming Trump in secret briefings. But other than passing the blame, they can only do Sgt Schultz imitations. “We know nuffink!”
Even if this were a carefully launched distraction, they have sacrificed respect, reputation, and everyone they can throw at the problem, just to make themselves look incompetent, petulant and willing to have violent temper tantrums when embarrassed.
But I agree, this group couldn’t run a winning campaign to be elected dogcatcher.

I kind of like Klaus Schwab or Bill Gates for that role.
The problem with those two is that eveyone hates them.
Wouldn’t go that far, but no, I don’t trust him. I find Musk’s NeuraLink project troublesome. (See Winston’s post below…) How can Musk fail to anticipate dire uses for NeuraLink by those who believe most of humanity are “useless eaters?”
