I agree 100%, always review your bills. I had stomach pains some time ago, maybe 15 years or so. I went through all kinds of tests and before the final test I had two drink two shakes. I got a bill later which listed the fact that they were $800 each. I called up my insurance company and asked if there was gold in them there shakes.
Needless to say I did not pay the b.s. price. In fact, I never even got the results of this alleged test, so I recall paying NOTHING for it.
I was in the hospital last year. They knew I was unjabbed for COVID without asking but asked about the pneumonia vaxx so they somehow knew about COVID without me telling them.

I have also thought of the success of European culture and I believe it is the result of scientific inquiry dating back to antiquity coupled with a culturally fragmented continent with many great universities, where no single power could, like in China, stop innovations and learning that might conflict with the interests of an all powerful ruler.
Technology became importent to the survival of a European Nation-State and the competition was severe.
Once the British started the industrial revolution, which was quickly adopted by the USA and other European states, Europe stole a march on the world that made it supreme. There’s a reason the language of technology and science is English.

I have said the same about plastics for a long time. In fact this morning the garbage guys picked up our regular weekly garbage and it was less than half a small white bag because we recycle almost everything and I have always done so since I was a young child.
In my 7th grade year, last year of grade school for us, we took numerous field trips on money we had all earned in our classroom from various recycling efforts. These were career exploration field trips too.
I will know there is a real climate crisis when The Swamp stops buying bottled water for everyone within a hundred mile radius. They will save us BILLION$, plus the plastic waste.
I recently wondered if all these balloons weren’t other countries dropping off the plastics we ship to other countries to dispose of or recycle, just as we do all of our electronics filled with all kinds of hazardous materials.
I remember when Chi-nah said we aren’t taking your plastics anymore just as President TRUMP was telling everyone how he was going to bring on fair trade. China would send us massive ships full of cheap products made in Chi-nah that we had to pay for and we would send back our plastic waste that we also had to pay them for taking. I believe this is the reason why many countries are not solicited to be in the go green pacts. When you are the cause of much of their pollution, how can you tell them to stop polluting?
I also recently read an article about how the dissolving plastic in dishwashing detergent pods stays on our dishes and we are eating it every time we use something from the dishwasher. It also goes into our waterways and drinking water. It’s in the local fish we eat. I have vowed to never use these dissolving plastic pods again. If we can make a capsule to put medicine in that does not have plastics, why can’t we make a pod that is not plastics for our dishes and laundry?

We just had a train derail in East Palestine Ohio. There is circulating video out showing apparent sparks and evidence of severe overheating on one of the car’s axles in the immediate vicinity of a “hot box” detector alongside the track. The evidence shows this condition existed something like forty miles before the derailment occurred. This is quite-convincing evidence that the train operators, corporate or both either (1) had knowledge that the train was unsafe while in operation before the derailment and could have prevented the derailment by stopping the train and attending to the fault or (2) there was serious and gross negligence in that the detector was not working.
Indeed one of the purposes of the guy in the caboose in years gone by was exactly this; as your train went past his he got to look at all the trucks on your railcars and your caboose attendant got to look at his and if there was an evident overheating problem said attendant would see it. We now have electronic devices that can do this job placed alongside the tracks but you have to (1) maintain them and (2) use the data they give you.
GM infamously was tagged for knowingly using defective ignition switches that would fail to make contact at inappropriate times and were blamed for fatalities when the engines shut off and resulted in a serious accident and, during some of the events, death. The company managed to avoid getting tagged financially for most of these incidents when they filed for bankruptcy during the 08 timeframe. But no part of their corporate liability shield in fact protected any of the people who knew of the defective switches and did nothing to stop using them, and they were, under criminal law, accessories before the fact to those serious injuries and deaths. This absolutely supported manslaughter charges for each and one of said deaths yet exactly zero said persons were prosecuted.
