I think he was referring more specifically to either Erie or Ontario. So you never know, right?

On 2/17/23, the supreme court will be given its most recent chance to “cut to the chase” and install President Trump into his lawfully won office of President of the United States saving America from any more damage from the illegal biden administration.
It comes with the Rehearing of the Raland J. Brunson case number 22-380 scheduled by the supreme court for 2/17/23.

Another point I can highlight today is that this case does not ask the Supreme Court to say anything about the election outcome.
The case is asking for a straightforward pronouncement on how the function of the state legislatures was thwarted by negligence of the defendants.
When a case is brought to the Supreme Court initially, who sees it and recommends
that the entire Supreme Court hear the case? Is there an individual judge involved?
The law clerks are assigned to sort the petitions according to relevant criteria.
For example:
Is a major question of the interpretation of federal law presented, and if so, is there a split among the circuits?
Is it a case between 2 states (orginal jurisdiction)?
Is it a major question of constitutional law directly ruled on below that at least 4 justices wish to take up?
Nowhere in the criteria does it say, did one of the other two co-equal branches of government do its job properly?
Article III does not get to make rules for Article II or Article I duties, and trying to loop in superintendance via a reference to Article II or Article I has always resulted in the same answer – it is a political question. The means by which the Constitution allows for the correction of malfeasance in office is the combination of elections and the distribution of power horizontally and vertically.
In short, the remedy is to throw the bums out, and/or charge them with treason and sedition if the proof exists.
The remedy is to get rid of the machines, the drop boxes, election month, and the state level criminals. Not to go running to SCOTUS.
The remedy is not to elevate one branch into supervising another.
If you were writing the Constitution, would you willingly have given that level of power to nine unelected people who serve for life? That same branch that legislated not only Roe v. Wade from the bench but also made up out of whole cloth a constitutional right of illegal alien minors to free US educations?

A Canadian teenager named Josh Alexander was arrested at St. Joseph’s Catholic High School in Renfrew, Ontario on Monday after showing up for class following a suspension in November over his objection to the school’s transgender policies.
The 16-year-old is a devout Christian, according to the Daily Mail. He told other students that he believed there are only two genders, that students can’t switch between male and female, and that if someone is born male, he should not be allowed into the girls’ bathroom.

What struck me was the pan-sexualism and pan-racism of the baggy white costumes worn by the dancers.
Professional dancers mostly have gorgeous athletic bodies: that is the main excuse for their presence.
I realized, in the middle of this dance number, that the tribbles in white bags were both men and women.
Imagine the discomfort of the poor dancers in these hot costumes!
The music was awful, but again that’s standard in modern music.
The spectacle is what matters.

My little experience with hydrochloric acid was years ago. Taking environmental water samples. A drop was used in the volatile vial as a preservative.
