Word first broke on the Twitter last night about a board coup inside the Project Veritas organization led by Matt Tyrmand, a rabid advocate for Ron DeSantis and part of the 2024 influence operation. [TWITTER Source]
According to the leaked information, Matt Tyrmand organized a six-hour confrontation session against Project Veritas founder James O’Keefe, culminating in a decision to put O’Keefe on leave.
“The board held a six-and-a-half-hour struggle session vs James where they subjected him to constant derision and insults. At the insistence of Tyrmand, O’Hara, and Hinckley; “about ten employees aired their grievances about James, which essentially boiled down to him being a tough boss to work for. James O’Keefe, the founder and chairman of Project Veritas, has taken a paid leave from the conservative nonprofit media organization as its board considers whether to remove him from his leadership position, according to current and former employees of the organization.
An internal message sent to Project Veritas employees by the organization’s executive director, Daniel Strack, said that O’Keefe would be taking “a few weeks of well-deserved PTO.” An image of the message was shared by a source familiar with the organization’s internal operations, and its authenticity was confirmed by a current employee. When reached for comment on his personal cell phone, O’Keefe said nothing in response and did not respond to follow-up calls and text messages. (source)
Considering the recent explosive undercover work against Pfizer, it is not out of the question, heck, it might be likely – that the Big Republican Club is at work against O’Keefe.
Remember, big corporate donors like the Koch Donor Trust are attached to Project Veritas and simultaneously attached to Ron DeSantis. This could be where DeSantis operative Matt Tyrmand connects the issues between Big donors (Koch), Big Pharma (Pfizer) and Big Club (DeSantis) motives.
However, Occam’s Razor could also apply in that an untrustworthy, backstabbing dirtbag and ankle biter like Matt Tyrmand just happens to find a natural ideological alignment with Team DeSantis.

I have said this for months, since before the 2022 selections last November, Matthew Tyrmand is the one who bragged on Bannon’s War Room that Ronnie D will be the presumptive nominee for President in 2024.
I didn’t know the guy, and I tho’t it was rather strange considering Ronnie D was running for Governor of Florida. And it was perhaps only weeks before Sundance came out against Ronnie D’s 2024 plan and team. All I had ever seen of this guy was his reporting on Poland and Brazil, so I did not even know he was connected to PV or Ronnie D. I just tho’t it was an odd thing to say at the time and I noted it for future reference.
It wasn’t that long ago that PV brought a guy on board directly from a main stream media outlet. I tho’t he was trouble from the get-go and wondered then if he was a snake brought in to muddy the waters. Either way this smells fishy.

Why would project veritas need a board of directors
If the business model changes back to a sole proprietorship, then a ‘board’ may not be needed?
My guess is the Jo business began to grow years ago, and it went from sole, to corporate.
It’s more complicated than that…
Changing the business model ( or changing a computer server system for a blog )
chews up a lot of time…often affecting production in the short term…which can affect customers…
There are pros and cons to different business models.

Sole proprietorship, in a highly litigious society, can risk losing a personal business ( if lose a civil suit ).
Incorporating can disperse personal risk ( to the corporation),
but weaken individual control ( via board ) in part depending on one’s retained % of ownership.

Some members of the Florida legislature were interviewed a month or so back saying they expected to be able to change the law to enable DeSantis to run without having to resign the governorship. They wanted to do this because it would be so wonderful to have someone from Florida running for president (as if Pres Trump were not a resident of Florida too).

What I think we are seeing isn’t people who were already corrupted. I think we are seeing the deep-intelligence people corrupting things on the fly it order to implement the changes they desire.
Look at what they did to Parler. First they had Amazon cancel them and when they came back, they were suddenly destroyed from within their leadership and they never came back from that.
If you go down the road of trying to point to a source of corruption based on “was brought in by X” you’re missing something worse — the fact that we know how the intelligence operators work to overthrow governments. Do you really think their methods do not apply to corporations and non-profits????
