Harmeet is as successful a lawyer for the RNC as the private corporation is at winning elections; yet for some reason, people choose not to see it.
Harmeet Dhillon is successful at collecting legal fees from the RNC club, and the RNC club is successful at collecting donor contributions from Wall Street, Hedge fund managers, corporations and billionaires. No one in this process has been successful at collecting ballots, because the club priorities have always been on the money gathering operations, Dhillon’s disingenuous claims notwithstanding.

When Sundance commented on Harmeet Dhillion taking millions in RNC cash to LOOSE election related cases … he stated in a veiled, backhanded manner something that needs to be plainly said … Most of the Election related cases were TANKED … LOST on PURPOSE.
The cases focused on RIGHTS and did not use actual written election law as their basis to prove those elections were fraudulently conducted. After establishing the technical violations of the law then as corollary RIGHTS based arguments could be introduced as the results of the technical violation.
Sound familiar … it i the same reason disease (currently COVID) mandates WILL keep resurfacing based on Public Good. NOBODY is attacking the technical aspects, in the courts, to knock away the basis of the PUBLIC GOOD arguments. Even these cases are being TANKED in the courts.
Until Kari Lake….then the judge had to outright admit laws were broken but….you know….intent or some other BS.

The Judge had the intention to hear the case and dismiss and was shocked into admitting there was wrongdoing by the enormity of the evidence. Still he did not act, saying there was no proof of “intentional” wrongdoing.
Proof of “intent” is not a necessary tenet of the law in Arizona, just the facts. Errors and mistakes were made that defrauded the people. So how does the justice stand on solid ground in his ruling?
How does he go outside and face his neighbors?
Can the judge be investigated by the republicans at the state level? If he was bribed or blackmailed or simply refused to adhere to his oath of office, impeach him. Until The People begin holding the judiciary accountable, the legal system will remain corrupted.

In addition, IMO, the reason he only let two of the ten claims move forward, was the fact the other eight were to blatant when it comes to this “intent” angle the judge hid behind. As you point out- intent is not used in AZ, in fact, I believe, no state uses “intent” as a tenet of the law. When pulled over they dont’ ask “did you intend on speeding?” nor do they ask a bank robber “Did you intend to break the law?”
As we both mentioned- this judge had to admit in his ruling laws were broken. Well, if they were broken, what does the law require when found to be broken? I’m sure it’s not dismissing and letting all of the ill gotten gains stand. Laws were broken- intent only determines misfeance or malfeance.
In a homicide case- misfeance results in manslaughter charges, malfeance results in murder chargers. Both as a result of breaking the law- one means death of the person was not intended but resulted, the other mean it was intended, in some cases planned, and death resulted.
And this is where Ms. Dhillon comes in- to ensure the law is never applied, even when it helps R’s because the goal is to support and maintain the Uniparty elite.
Dhillon= Cost of doing business. Seen it on a local level for years. On zoning disputes. What would be ( and will be ) a done deal keeps getting cancelled, deferred. Because of “opposition” that nobody in the general area has ever met : “Trojan horses”.
Biggest example? Wanting to put a Publix in the middle of an affluent area. Good fit that eventually
happened, but only after the Trojan horses delayed it 6 times. And, guess what? The meter was
running. The lawyers hired by the developer charged billable hours. Some appreciation was shown
afterwards by said law firm. They supplied office space for some of those that made the actual
decision when they were running for re election.
If a few judges were killed without “intent” the importance of that unlegislated notion would evaporate.

The RNC and anyone else who’s looked at this issue knows full well that the key to free and fair elections starts and maybe even ends with CLEANING UP THE VOTER ROLLS.

It’s not clear in the readings I have done about whether Dhillon’s contracts with the RNC made payments contingent on success or if she gets paid regardless of the outcome (retainer basis).
FEC records report that her firm has been paid $1,333,967 by the RNC over a four year period or averaging $350,000 per year —ever since she appeared at former President Donald Trump’s “social media” summit at the White House in July 2019, according to Federal Election Commission filings.
Dhillon now also represents former president Trump personally and has received $360,575 from his various political committees.
She had not received any money from either the RNC or Trump before her speech at the White House.
Only six other law firms have received more from the RNC over the past four years, including such powerhouses as Jones Day and McGuireWoods.
The Dhillon Law Group, in contrast, advertises itself as a “boutique” firm and has a total of 21 lawyers.
In all, the RNC has spent $1.2 billion since Jan. 1, 2019. Of that, $50.8 million went to 169 law firms for legal work and $93.1 million went to 72 firms and individuals categorized as consultants.
Among that latter group, only 13 consulting firms received more than Dhillon Law Group over the last four years.
There are several media reports that say Dhillon’s work for the RNC, which includes defending some staff and members who received subpoenas in the Jan. 6 investigation, fully merits the money she has been paid.

Just before she speaks, Dan is discussing a California election. One issue, the mail-in envelope had a window where the yes or no vote showed thru the window —unless the voter turned the ballot around to hide it. Then just prior to Harmeet speaking, Dan showed two videos of ballot theft:

One only need to look to Lake’s case to see what happens when you hire someone outside the bounds of the RNC- cases get heard, wrongs are clearly admitted, judge also agrees…but then comes the QA aspect of the Uniparty’s approach- the judge still dismissed citing “intent,” which has no tenant in our current legal system when determining if a law has been broken.
So, no issues with hiring lawyers. The issue is who they are hiring and how they are faring. Interesting as I pointed out- she always loses. How does a lawyer who always loses maintain a client list? They don’t, unless paid to lose.
Just look around and pay attention locally- many lawyers. Go see how long on average a lawyer lasts that never wins….it’s no long.

If I’m still breathing in 2024 (I’m 75), I’ll consider breaking my 54-year streak (1968 to 2022) of voting on election day and voting early. My preference would be to return to a one-day election. I’d be OK with absentee voting for military personnel serving overseas and people with a notarized letter from a physician indicating they are physically incapable of showing up in person. I would also have the election day polls open for a full 24-hour period to provide ample time to be able to cast a vote in person. In my system, photo ID would be mandatory. Provisional voting and same day registration/voting would be prohibited. It’s not like elections spring up unannounced, so they are difficult to plan for. Come on, man, it is the first Tuesday after the first Monday in the month of November. Hand me a perpetual calendar and I can tell you the date of the election for every year forever. Plan accordingly or wait until the next time.
