Kari Lake dared to bring a lawsuit against Arizona officials for manipulating the outcome of the 2022 gubernatorial election. Last Saturday, despite affirming the numerous issues in the election, a Maricopa judge ruled Ms. Lake failed to prove malicious intent for the failed electronic voting systems and broken chain of custody issues.
Without an admission of intent, and without evidence to prove to a demonstrable certainty the errors, mistakes and broken election procedures were intended to influence the election outcome, Judge Peter Thompson ruled against the challenge and asked the defense team to provide him with a list of sanctions against the Lake campaign.
Today, the team of Katie Hobbs asked the court for $25,050 in fines against Kari Lake and other penalties and fines the court may deem necessary to punish the plaintiff for challenging a duly certified election result. [Today Court Filing Here]

Maricopa County Superior Court Judge Peter Thompson denied Lake’s challenge after the trial in a 10-page ruling Saturday. He said the court did not find clear and convincing evidence of misconduct that would have changed the election results. Thompson also noted that the defendants had stated their intention to seek sanctions against Lake and ordered them to file a motion for sanctions by Monday morning.
Attorneys for Hobbs, who has been Arizona’s secretary of state for four years, joined the county in its filing Monday seeking $25,050 from Lake, which includes attorney fees for Hobbs and the state’s most populous county. The county took aim at Lake’s remarks before the election indicating she would not accept the results unless she won, as well as her “groundless” and “frivolous” lawsuit after the election was certified. IMHO there is nothing admirable about using innocent prairie dogs for target practice, especially when the animals are living out in the desert minding their own business and not harming anyone. If those men were truly interested in developing and exhibiting marksman skills, they could easily have put a gallon jug filled with sand out or other small objects out there and use them for a target. Put some cardboard silhouettes out there with the thoracic triangle clearly marked. Leave the innocent small animals alone. Those animals have enough of a challenge dealing with predators like hawks, foxes, coyotes and snakes.

Collect ballots to ensure that every person whose on the registered voter list that is at least a registered as Republican has handed over their ballots marked or unmarked and vote them if needed.
The point is to force the judiciary to enforce the lawbreaking they refuse to enforce on the Democrat ballot collection process.
If Republicans are in charge of voting process change the size of the ballots or change the printer settings in Democrat areas.

I just completed reading the judge’s order of denial and all I could think of was what our Founders stated in the beginning of this great Republic; that is that the Constitution and all of its principals rest upon a nation with solid Christian principals. Well, if you ARE looking at PEACEFUL civil disobedience, look at J6, look at the Truckers protest, and look at the Australian protests, and lessons learned.
The J6 the enemy had plenty of notice, and so time to plan their staged insurrection, and infiltrate FBI CI’s, as well as set up their teams of window breakers.

In Canada, EVERY major city had protests, so no city had any officers to spare, and Federal police were tied up with the port protests.
Thats why they HAD to bring in forces from outside the country, in order to break up the protests.

He really would have liked a single person to have been named as doing something wrong intentionally. At what point does allowing incompetence and neglecting one’s responsibility (dereliction of duty) become malicious intent? Is there a lawyer on Treehouse that can address this issue?
I am a retired aerospace design engineer. If I had failed to do basic calculations on a part that failed and an airplane crashed as a result, I am pretty sure I would have lost my job, likely been faulted for criminal negligence. Is there a similar penalty for those who oversee elections? I suppose, in my analogy, the plane did not crash, but was diverted to another destination where all passengers were held hostage and not free to go to their desired destination.
What lawyer worth his salt is going to take on the cabal and the Democrat machine? That lawyer will never work another day in his life, and his dog and family will be found dead. Who? That is why we can’t win!

As I understand the original complaint by Kari Lake, the election results were uncertifiable, because the presence of so many problems–she was allowed to argue only the ballot image problems and the chain of custody problems–made it impossible to know the actual outcome of ballots cast by legitimate voters. The judge, however, wanted to know that the outcome would have been different and that all these problems came about by purposeful, malicious action. KL showed purposeful action, but not definite malicious action. She showed uncertainty in the election outcome, but not definite difference in outcome. I do not think KL’s team had access to information that would have allowed them to show definite difference in outcome or definite malicious action. She certainly showed Maricopa County’s BOE ability to mismanage (incompetency? evil intent?) an election. It does beg the question, do the people of Arizona want this incompetent (likely corrupt) KH governing their state? [Frankly, when Bill Clinton got away with the “I didn’t inhale” defense, my thought was that the latest “virtue” to be extolled in a politician was lying to the public’s face and getting away with it. KH, by that standard, is “virtuous”.]
As to the judge asking the defense for sanctions, I suppose this is standard legal procedure. I don’t like it, but it is routine practice. If I were able to sanction someone who sued me, I’d come up with a list.

Every single bit of this attack on us all for well over 6 years now, is eventually going to set off the point of no return for the American Citizens. I fear for the safety of my Grandchildren because for the most part their parents generation has been nothing but a bunch of Hand Wringing COWARDS, that has allowed this explosion of unjust rulings to totally overcome us. This unjust system of our Judiciary MUST be set straight. Our Republic cannot endure such Blatant Obvious unjust rulings as this. A child can see that there was massive Fraud in that entire election in Arizona, and again we get it rubbed in our faces by some predetermined outcome. We keep trying to avoid it, but it appears we are NOT going to avoid the ultimate confrontation that it’s going to take to right this ship.

What did she think was going to happen? First of all, you don’t reveal your strategy to the enemy. I think it’s great that Lake is a fighter. But she shouldn’t have been going on about what she was going to do if she won and didn’t win. If they can get away with stealing the votes, it is unlikely a judge in that county will side with her. Lake should have been more subtle to catch liberals off guard
