“Arizona law thus clearly and expressly prohibits county officials from conducting a hand count audit of ballots beyond the limited sample size allowed by statute, let alone all early ballots cast in the election,” they said.
The plan to count more votes violates the law, according to the suit.
The board’s 2–1 vote in October ran along party lines. Republican Supervisors Peggy Judd and Tom Crosby approved the hand count. Democrat Supervisor Ann English voted against it.
For instance, how many more times does this kind of statistically unlikely ultra-close race need to show up before anyone besides me suspects something:
As of Friday, with nearly all the votes counted, Boebert holds a 551-vote lead over Frisch out of nearly 327,000 votes cast, a difference of 0.16 percentage points.

-FBI focused on citizens and corrupt use of justice system
-Corrupt Elections with little interest in honest, fair, transparent processes
-Federal Spending out of control-lack of accountability and transparency
-Corruption of our medical system and autocratic control of treatments by government
-Teachers Union and local school boards embracing sexual transitioning of children
-Corrupt congress-self-serving, self enriching and lack of representation of voters
There are other things I’m sure, but Republicans hate policy, not people
Democrats focus their hate on people and differing opinions
-They absolutely HATE Trump and have convinced themselves he is worthy of their HATE
-They hate the people that support Trump, even family and friends. They lecture and cancel
-They hate people with differing opinions and shut down free open debate and speech
-They hate or maybe dislike people who have accumulated wealth , except their friends
-They hate climate change deniers and people that present alternative scientific evidence
-The hate people who do not get vaccinated or wear a mask
-They hate people that resist wide open unregulated and elections
-They hate our founders and the people that developed our country

And then there is the Manufacturing of Hate in our educational institutions, media, entertainment, and other groups in our society.
I bet a really good analysis could be done on the creation and manufacturing of hate to control people, policy, and our society could be done. But, of course, all the truly hateful people would not care. It’s their way or the highway so to speak.

It seems to me, that some changes are in order on our side. Changes that we ourselves have control of. For example:
When we use the term ‘rino’, we’re actually using a term which the uniparty prefers us to use. Even that term is a mask. We need to stop using it. Reject THEIR paradigm in its entirety. Reject their masks and refuse to refer to them in any way that gives them cover-credibility.
In addition, we need to be able to differentiate between those who are willing, knowing mouthpieces for the uniparty, and those who are stuck in the afforementioned paradigm and just don’t know any better. Only then can we direct efforts accurately to expose the former, and bring the latter into the fold. But how can we make this happen?
Some kind of effort needs to be made to educate influencers on the internet, on talk radio, and in other places, in such a way to make differentiation obvious.
I’m not sure what that looks like or what form it takes, but somehow it must be done.
The biggest threat the uniparty faces, the one that will very likely lead to their undoing, is their illusion of choice being seen for the illusion that it is, and that perception being shared and amplified.
This is what we need to make happen. We have two years to work on it.
IMO, the changes needed are not about which words we use…. but thats just me.

I was the only person in Congress who did anything real to oppose the first $2 trillion of spending. They hated me in DC for breathing air.

It is, of course, rather difficult to commit murder in a nightclub when you’re sitting in prison on felony kidnapping charges.
So what would have absolutely prevented this individual from committing this offense?
Throwing him in prison for the previous one would have been rather effective, don’t you think?
Perhaps the correct action in these circumstance is to throw the DA in prison for the murder committed as a direct consequence of his or her refusal to bring the previous case and prosecute it when, as apparently the case here, said person would have absolutely not been able to commit this set of murders had he been in prison.

So long as we view “winning” and “losing” in terms of how many seats in the House and Senate are republican vs democrat, we lose because we aren’t seeing things clearly.
Its how many seats are MAGA vs Uniparty, thats the only score that matters.
And, counting the seats in STATE legislatures, SoS, aG’sand Governorships is more important than Congress, cause Congress will NOT be instituting extreme Federalism.
And, the MOST important, is how many seats in State Republican parties are MAGA, because those seats detirmine the rest.
