It wasn’t that long ago that unaware citizens were still asking:

Then along came President Trump with his 3 prong message machine:

Those 3 messages were the touchstone to identify RINO / GOPestablishment candidates.
They could/would not utter the words. They became nervous when asked to commit to those messages because they didn’t believe in the messages.

Your assessment of Trent Lott I agree with, but Newt Gingrich? No way. Gingrich in no way collaborated with Bill Clinton. Instead, he forced Clinton to go along with the Contract With America. He accused Clinton of stalling on welfare reform. The “Republican Revolution” as the 1994 elections came to be known, was led by him.
Gingrich is NOT a UNIPARTY candidate … at least not the past 20 to 30 years. He was the original MAGA politician, seeking to shrink government and give power back tot he people. His contract with America was a masterpiece, proving that. Unlike Lott, he supported the Clinton impeachment effort. He led the effort and if it failed it wasn’t because of him.
And remember that Gingrich ran against the UNIPARTY chosen candidate, Mitt Romney. Romney won the primaries only because he outright lied about Gingrich’s record and positions on half a dozen issues. The leftist UNIPARTY supporting media let Romney get away with it. They attacked Gingrich.
For example, Romney support the notion of global warming being a problem. Gingrich didn’t, which is one of the topics that Romney lied about when attacking Gingrich. Romney dismissed Obama’s radical ideology. Gingrich understood that ideology mattered, as he proved over and over during the primary attacking Obama for that.
Gingrich understood what the Founders envisioned for this country. He still believes in the Constitution as written. Romney clearly didn’t and still doesn’t. Unlike Romney, Gingrich wasn’t *nice* to the democRATS. He attacked them from day one in very effective ways, telling the truth over and over about them which made him an enemy … not a co-conspirator, like Romney.
How can you say what you did about Gingrich, when Gingrich was quite vocal in supporting Trump from the very beginning. Even CNN noted that “when Republican naysayers were mocking Donald Trump’s improbable White House campaign before the primaries started, Newt Gingrich was reading ‘Trump: The Art of the Deal.’” He campaigned for Trump in 2016 and is still very supportive of him, advising him on many occasions.
In fact, Gingrich predicts that historians will rank Trump among the most iconic presidents in American history. He wrote a very positive book about Trump … “Trump and the American Future: Solving the Great Problems of Our Time”, published in June of 2020. He’s written and said lots of positive things about Trump.
He warned that the choice in the 2020 election was between (1) strong economic growth, a foreign and trade policy that puts American interests first, dismantling the deep state, and dramatically reforming the government’s bureaucracies or (2) electing radical Democratic policies of big government, globalism, and socialism. He didn’t mince words like UNIPARTY members did at the time. And he thinks this election is just as critical.
He didn’t support Obama. He didn’t support Hillary. In fact, he wasn’t even very chummy with the Bushes. At the time Gingrich was House Republican Whip, Bush told the media he are NOT an advocate of Gingrich. And Bushes backed Romney, not Gingrich. And you mention the CFR. Yes, he’s a FORMER member of the CFR. But maybe that just gives him a better perspective of what they are up to? Remember, when Trump tweeted that the Election was being rigged by Hillary back in 2016 (when Trump was a surprised as everyone that he won), it was Newt Gingrich who ALSO warned that the election was being rigged …. on ABC’s “This Week” no less. He said at the time, “without the unending, one-sided assault of the news media, Trump would be beating Hillary Clinton by 15 points.” Was he wrong? NO.
Sorry, but it’s my opinion that Gingrich is one of us. A believer in MAGA. I’m convinced of that by his actions the last 25 years. If he was one of the insiders in the liberal establishment at one time, he’s not now. They even want portray him as part of the J6 plot. But he’s not falling on his sword for them.

No, none of that. Do you know when that picture was taken? No? Well let me tell you. They were at an inaugural luncheon back in 1997. This has been an event organized by the JCCIC since 1953”. JCCIC stands for Joint Congressional Committee on Inaugural Ceremonies. Nothing all that sinister.
Now back in the 1990s everyone important was still expected to attend such events and be on their best behavior, even if they didn’t like each other. Things were still reasonably civil. But recall, this was not long after Newt forced Clinton to sign the Personal Responsibility And Work Opportunity (i.e., Welfare Reform) Act. And Gingrich was busy pushing for budget and tax reform. You can bet Hillary wasn’t toasting that.
And by May 1997, Gingrich would force democRATS and Clinton to accept a federal spending plan designed to reduce the federal deficit and balance the budget by 2002. And by August Gingrich would get Clinton to sign the Taxpayer Relief Act of 1997, something Clinton and democRATS fought. Meanwhile, the House and Senate were investigating various Clinton scandals. And in 1998, it was Gingrich who initiated the effort in the House to impeach Bill Clinton. It probably wouldn’t have happened without Gingrich pushing for it. They certainly wouldn’t have been toasting that either.
CFRR Gingrich made sure his CFR comrade Clinton was not impeached for treason. They could toast for that treason or they could toast for Gingrich helping to pass the treasonous NAFTA & WTO. Those would be three treasonous toasts these CFR globalist anti-american traitors/criminals could toast.

First of all, let’s be clear about something. Newt Gingrich is no longer a member of the CFR. How do I know? Because he’s not listed on current roster of members: https://www.cfr.org/membership/roster . And Wikipedia says he’s a FORMER member. But Chelsea and Bill Clinton are still members. So is Never Trumper Paul Ryan. Tim Geither, who was Obama’s Secretary of the Treasury is still a member. Lots of folks are still members, including a bunch who were in Trump’s administration … like Jeffrey Rosen (Deputy Attorney General), Fiona Hill (high in the NSC), Christopher Miller (Secretary of Defense), and Raj Shah (deputy press secretary). But not Gingrich.
Second, I’m not suggesting Clinton wasn’t guilty of treason (just the opposite) but maybe the reason he wasn’t accused of treason during the impeachment is that Ken Starr didn’t include the charge of treason in his report to Congress? And did David Schippers ever mention a desire to charge Clinton with treason at the time? Not that I know of, sir.

Did he ask about Chinagate or mention treason? He didn’t mention the word China or treason in the testimony even once. Nor did any of the Congressmen questioning him mention those topics.

We were, however, informed, both by the Department of Justice and by the Office of the Independent Counsel, that to bring forth publicly that evidence at this time would seriously compromise pending criminal investigations. Most of those investigations, I understand, are nearing completion. We have accordingly bowed to their suggestion.” Notice, he didn’t mention Gingrich as the reason for not including even those charges. Is it Gingrich’s fault that Schippers didn’t include a treason charge as well?
If Schippers really thought Clinton committed treason, shouldn’t he have mentioned that concern to the Judiciary committee? Maybe the person you should be blaming is Schippers? After all, Schippers was a democRAT who had voted for Clinton for President. Maybe that influenced his diligence? Certainly, if he had reason to believe that Clinton committed treason, he had a duty, both ethically and to the American people, to pursue it no matter what Gingrich or any other Congressman told him to do. Or quit, if they were trying to prevent him from doing so, in order to bring that fact to the public’s attention. If he didn’t, he is very much responsible for letting Clinton skate on those charges.

Let me ask, when did Gingrich support NAFTA? Back in the early 90s? NAFTA was signed in 1993. Back then LOTS of people on both sides of the political aisle supported NAFTA without any help from the CFR. It passed the Senate 61 to 38. More Republicans voted for it than democRATS. In the House it passed with 75% of the Republicans voting for it. And you want to blame just Gingrich for a vote that is open to interpretation? LOL!
Let me ask you … can’t a person change their politics over time? Or do you feel the sins of ones past can never be forgiven? You do realize, don’t you, that TRUMP himself was a registered democRAT from 2001 to 2009. He supported democRAT policies. Even believed they were better for the economy. My suspicion is that he even voted for Obama in 2008. He hasn’t denied it. But, to his credit, he woke up to what democRATS were, perhaps in part because he saw them from the inside of the system. Maybe as far as the CFR and UNIPARTY are concerned, Gingrich did the same back in the 1990s? He’s done little since the mid 90s to make one suspicious of him in that regard. What illegal cash? Do you have any proof Gingrich got illegal cash from China? The only connection I know of between illegal cash, Gingrich and China is that Gingrich met with Chinese leaders and asked for their help in unraveling the accusations that Chinese citizens illegally contributed to US political campaigns. So what exactly are you accusing Gingrich of here? Please be specific and provide sources, rather than vague smears.
And by the way, Gingrich has admitted he was wrong about bringing China into the WTO. Here are the facts. Clinton took over in January of 1993. From 1993 to 1995, both the Senate and House had DemocRAT majorities. It is during this time that NATFA was passed and signed. When Clinton planted the seeds of the 2008 housing crash. When Chinagate occurred and the seeds of 911 (the Chinese Walls) were erected too.
And during that time, deficits mounted. In both FY1994 and FY1995 the deficit was $281 billion dollars. The deficit only began to fall in FY1996 after Republicans took control of Congress, UNDER GINGRICH. But getting the necessary changes past Clinton took time because the Republicans never had a veto proof Congress. Gingrich even had to shut down the government for a time.
As for immigration, Bush Sr signed an immigration bill in 1990 that ensured more than 20 million people would enter the country over the next two decades. I’m just curious. Did you vote for Bush Sr? He was a CFR member. Gingrich, on the other hand, actually pushed through an immigration AND welfare reform bill that help problems a least a little.

And you must heard that even the January 6th committee now wants to know Gingrich’s contracts with Trump advisors. They seem to think Gingrich was part of Trump’s January 6th effort to overturn the election. Maybe Trump didn’t need to hire Gingrich to get his support? Maybe Gingrich actually cares about America, unlike so many RINOs that only say they do, that he helped Trump for free? And maybe things would have turned out different in 2020 if Trump had actually hired Gingrich to an important position.

Pet Peeve — and I have no idea how many others experience the same frustration — but here it goes!
Where I live, it is impossible to KNOW beforehand who/what will be on the ballot — until you step into the voting booth. And, then you’re faced with — ‘who’s that?’.
Finding out who is running for the ‘major’ offices is easy, but it is those ‘other’ selections that are impossible to find. (I have tried.)
All this ‘talk’ about judges, school board members, etc. — yep, I would sincerely like to help you out — but there is no way to find anything about these positions prior to voting.
They are JUST names on a ballot.
Try your secretary of state site, they may have links to sample ballots that show the races by voting precinct or area/district. Figuring out who those names are in real life is still a challenge, but at least you would know the races and issues/bonds, etc. that will be on the ballot.

I usually start researching these people individually a couple months before the elections. Just random net searches.
Cuz yeah, it can be hard to find info so I don’t want to have to pile it on at the last minute.
Also tho, you can check out local orgs., like Tea Party orgs, etc. cuz they sometimes have good info, or recommendations about different candidates.
Good luck. If I can’t find info, or recs fr/ sane people, I leave it blank.
And Ballotpedia is a decent place to start.
I vote NO to retain all Judges unless I know one or two that are honest and responsible. Most delegate work and golf or play then show up whenever they must.
Easy job with no one looking at your actual decisions.
