t is now established fact that Twitter was used as the mechanism to tamper with elections in the last cycle. This is not speculative; that parts of the Democrat Party bought the services of bot purveyors to smear opponents is established. Twitter, claiming to have the ability to detect and interdict said “bots”, did nothing about it at the time. These are facts; the only dispute is whether or not the outcome was changed.
It is further now established that the Democrat Part, in the form of agencies in the federal government, colluded with Twitter, Facebook and others to censor information they did not want published. I have long pointed out in multiple articles that I know, factually, there are back-door APIs in existence for “reporting” alleged content that are not public and neither are the lists of those with access to them. I know this because I am a data analyst among other things, I’m very good at what I do, I leave “honey pots” all over the place for this sort of purpose among others and I caught them censoring and demonetizing my content using traceable markers that could not have occurred manually by a human being. These techniques are one of the reasons that my blog and its software are not routinely blasted by said bots and other game-playing; they are interdicted automatically before they can do so. Twitter and others could do this too; I am hardly the most-intelligent person on the planet when it comes to such, and while I’m good I am certainly not so arrogant as to believe my capability is unique in this regard.
Exactly zero of the “social media” sites or other entities providing “public services” to the Internet (including webmail providers) thus they don’t want to; their refusal is intentional, not accidental.
But suddenly people believe that Musk taking over Twitter is going to change things.

I had heard that Georgia does allot of commerce/trade with China. China has purchased many Georgia political prostitutes similar to “democratic” China purchasing the criminal Clinton Admin back in the 96 elections to help Clinton steal them from the anti-NAFTA/WTO voting block spearheaded by Buchanan & Perot
The evidence was given to the FBI, True the Vote worked with the agents for many months and that culminated recently in the arrest of that company’s President that was collaborating with sending voter information including poll workers id’s to China.
That company then sued the True the Vote, similar to how Dominion sues those who provide evidence of wrong doing in order to bankrupt them into silence through the courts.
Very comforting that at least the FBI/DOJ had to make the arrest for that company (unfortunately our State’s voting system is hooked into them even now after the arrest), and the head of True the Vote and her associate from another company, both are now in jail for not handing over to the judge the name of a 3rd party (not the whistleblower) that saw the information they presented to the federal law enforcement agencies. Nice way to tie up information from being disclosed by having a judge throw the evidence bearers in jail thus halting their lawsuits, eh?
I really hope a few people out there, maybe state AG’s in position to do so – are offering temporary immunity with an expiration, if they come forward and spill the beans. After that, you go to jail if caught.
I’d also love it if Trump or other noms to the prez ballot would designate an AG early on, who would also say the same… once we are back in power, you will be prosecuted fully. unless you come forward right now.
The situation is more than ripe for a sort of sting operation. Honest State AG’s have more than adequate probable cause to seed each precinct in their jurisdiction with several dozen ‘fictitious’ voter registrations to be monitored to see if these non-existent individuals ‘cast’ a vote (which would of course not count) and then work backward from there to see how it happened and by whom. Lock a few of these vote manufacturing apparatchiks up and they’ll give up their bosses and the operation. . . . . . the same way you take down a illegal narcotics distribution ring.

Jay Valentines team has developed an “app” you can download on your phone, enabling you to monitor State voter rolls, and watch in real time as ghost voters are created, vote and then ,…uncreated.
The idea of the app is that you can CONTEST the voter, but the app would also enable you to gather evidence for later prosecutions.
I believe he has made this app available to County Sheriffs thruout the country, and it includes methods for tracing exactly WHO is activating these ghost voters.
SMART people, if there were any, would NOT participate, this time around, but then criminals never think they will get caught.
The MAGA Slate in Az, Nev. and perhaps other States have made it clear they will aggresively pursue ballot fraud, if they get in.
And yes, the prosecution shouldn’t be that difficult, IF you have County Sheriffs, and prosecutors that WANT to prosecute.
Those recruited as mules, when confronted with the case against them, and have it pointed out that each ballot is one count, and so they are looking at potentially lifetime sentences, will flip.

…a public company is accountable to the shareholders and ultimately can be sued if it does things that are demonstrably and intentionally harmful to the owners, which is the public that invests in same. Said owners can sue and then subpoena the data required to prove their case.
A private company generates nobody with standing to bring such a suit; there is no law prohibiting a private firm from lighting $100 bills on fire for fun and thus nobody has standing to sue or compel production of said data.
What’s worse is that private companies are almost-always not actually owned by the alleged principal. Yes, Musk allegedly “owns” Twitter, but he didn’t buy it with entirely his own money. He borrowed some of it and those people are de-facto owners who in fact have superior rights to a shareholder in a public or private firm in that they have capital stack preference. If they act with collusive intent there is nobody who has standing that can stop them or even compel the production of proof that it is happening via a legal process.

In the Elon Musk biography by Ashlee Vance (I highly recommend reading it, I listened to the audio book) she talks about a memo Musk sent to Space X employees reference not doing an IPO – taking Space X public. Musk addresses the issue that the innovation Space X is doing would be at risk because they wouldn’t be able to take chances pushing against the “industry” standard (big space blows a lot of money and does no innovation, they play it “safe” – read everyone gets their cut) and innovate new ways to do things (land and re-use the booster rockets, find cheaper alternatives that are as good, if not better than “space” certified components). If Space X were a public company, then someone who owned a single share could sue because they lost $100,000 by trying something knew that failed when there’s an “industry standard”.

Quite frankly, I don’t care who our candidate is if he/she is definitely MAGA and is a fighter that pushes back on Media, Establishment BS and is committed to cleaning out corrupt Washington government institutions.
Having said that, President Trump created the MAGA brand and is successfully growing the Republican Party promoting the brand and hopefully getting MAGA candidates elected. He is a proven fighter albeit a little harsh at times. Maybe not. He deserves an opportunity to continue the MAGA fight as President once again.
Every who really believes the country is going down the tubes and believes that MAGA policies and separation from Establishment is critical to getting the country back on track should support everything MAGA. Continue the message and expand the Republican Party in that direction.
I see DeSantis as an excellent Governor and we need more like him. I do not see yet that he is truly MAGA. Even though he has not announced interest in competing agains Trump in 2024, it seems that he is positioning himself to do that. There are people already supporting and advocating that he run and his recent political behavior confirms it. Many of his supporters are Establishment types which is quite concerning. So by making a run at this time, it seems to me, it’s more about him than MAGA or country.
IMHO, I would like him to support Trump and firm up his MAGA credentials much like what I think Karl Lake is doing and help to continue to rid the Republican Party of Establishment types. If he challenges Trump it will not help either so it seems too self-serving at this time.

A republican controlled House can certainly impeach Biden officials. They can vote on articles of impeachment, spend months holding hearings, subpoena witness testimony and documents, and then vote to send the issue to trial in the senate…where it will die in a few days…just like the impeachments of President Trump did. The only difference would be the lack of any media coverage of the house proceedings. It would be a futile waste of political energy and electoral momentum. The opposition doesn’t care one iota about facts nor will that change anything about the actual government – multinational corporations and the administrative state.

They can be impeached with a majority vote in the House. They can only be REMOVED by a 2/3 vote in the Senate and there won’t be 2/3 (67 votes) in the Senate.

There are so many other, more important ways for the Republicans to act: close the border, defund Ukraine, fund local police where they have been defunded, end the green new deal, encourage oil and gas production to slow inflation, end the student loan payments, end entitlement programs, end the unconstitutional jailing of J6 defendants.

I’m referring, of course, to what the video of the rear of Pelosi’s home showed the morning of the attack. I’ve discussed it several times here. To me at least it’s clear that there was debris from the broken wood frame of the door window lying on the threshold of the door when the video was taken. That would preclude the door from every having been opened after the window was broken, which shatters the narrative that DePape broke the window, unlocked the door, and entered the residence through the door.
Another suggestion I made, that apparently hasn’t been thought of by the conservative elite, is to offer a good lawyer to be the lawyer for DePape, Pro Bono of course. This would ensure that the lawyer is not part of the coverup (which a democRAT public defender could be) and thus make it more likely that someone not part of the coverup will gain access to all the video and audio tapes. Why wouldn’t the conservative elite do this?

notice the lingering east north east flowing high trough. this is what will have the most driving/steering influence on any storms over the next several days.
my prediction: storms forming in this region will be steered up and along florida but will not fully develop into serious storms, but may bring lots of rain if these storms make landfall. It is more likely these storms will take a more northerly track in the next 36 hours-48 hours then steer further easterly tracks.

It’s quick spin up tornadoes that concern me. There is an awful lot of debris still on the ground in SWFL. The St.Johns Basin is brim full, so are our aquifers. My vegetables really could use some rainwater though.
I am unfamiliar with eastern flanking florida wrt to tornadoes. Can’t speak to that threat from any credible experience or training.
From a risk approach, generally speaking, if there is a chance of a tropical storm making landfall, assume high winds and even perhaps tornadoes will occur. My brother who lives in the existing predictive cone for this storm has all his custom storm shudders stored in the garage. I suspect he will install them again if there is even a slight risk of local disturbances. for the same reasons: still lots of debris and refuse on the ground waiting to get picked up and disposed..or picked up and launched.
Noting: it was the same scenario with Laura here in SWLA! only 40 days later Hurricane Delta tore through the place with a nearly perfectly identical path (with just slightly lower wind force and forward velocity). But the debris from Laura was on the ground. Missiles and lots of them. So even though Delta was slightly less powerful, it was armed to the teeth with ammo to do just as much and perhaps even more damage than the prior Laura.
When you go through things like this, it changes your entire perspective on preparedness. You take nothing for granted and assume nothing. You do become much more vigilant following storm tracks. It’s both a good practice and a curse ..chasing storm risks that for the most part never materialize …but then you find yourself remembering laura and delta. and it doesn’t seem like a waste of time, contemplating different scenarios.

In 2009 Russia hosted the first BRICS summit to establish a better international financial system with China, India, Brazil, South Africa and later with future BRICS+ partners. In short a new “multipolar order”. BRICS is challenging the US Dollar reserve currency status.

A.R.S. Section 16-602(F), the plaintiffs said, outlines that hand counts may only be conducted with specific parameters, including counting a sample of no more than 5,000 ballots.
“Arizona law thus clearly and expressly prohibits county officials from conducting a hand count audit of ballots beyond the limited sample size allowed by statute, let alone all early ballots cast in the election,” they said.
The plan to count more votes violates the law, according to the suit.
The board’s 2–1 vote in October ran along party lines. Republican Supervisors Peggy Judd and Tom Crosby approved the hand count. Democrat Supervisor Ann English voted against it.

And never forget that FDR allowed Stalin’s Soviets to spy on America. And why wouldn’t he? He himself said “Stalin is a great leader.” Some in his Brain Trust wanted him to govern like Stalin.
