(Databases & machines are hacked & tracked in real time… showing who voted & didn’t vote; so fraudulent ballots could be printed & filled out for those who didn’t vote, which are then given to the NGOs to distribute to the ballot boxes. The last step of distribution was shown in the “2000 Mules” documentary. Dr. Frank says the ballot box stuffing is a symptom of the fraud. The real fraud took place in the machine. So the key idea is every stuffed ballot has to be assigned to a voter in the voter rolls.)

We HAVE formed a “3rd party” (actually a,SECOND party, to oppose the UNIparty).
Its generally referred to as the MAGA Republican party, and it has SLATES of MAGA Candidates running in MANY States, Az, Penn, Nev., Mich. and others as well.
RSBN has done an excellent job of giving it coverage, in the rally coverage, BEFORE PDJT’s speech starts.
TGP, and especially Conradson at TGP, has been doing a STELLER job of covering the battles within the State Republican parties between MAGA insurgency, and RINO “machines” that run State parties.
PDJT does not let road blocks stop him. He finds a way, and he found a way around the road blocks the Uniparty put in place, after Perot to prevent a “3rd party”, AND the roadblocks put in place after the Tea Party, to prevent primarying R incumbents or RINO candidates.
Concentrate on taking operational control of State parties from the RINOS, that way MAGA Candidates can win primaries, and he can and us building an effective MAGA party, within the existing structure.

While at this present time I am in agreement with your philosophy, it is not always feasible. IMO a unified movement/political party is so very much stronger than a fractured party. At the moment the GOP is very fractured.
Remember the Tea Party. It gave the Republican Party all the ammunition it needed to do great things. Alas, because the Republican LEADERSHIP was still part of the UniParty, tasks that should have been accomplished were not. It was very discouraging and has created the position the country is in today.
Take the Brexit party for a prime example. As soon as it merged into the Conservative Party all gains were lost and only succeeded in giving more power into the hands of the globalists. Now Nigel Farage (sp) has to find a way to resurrect the Brexit movement from a position far weaker than before.

I saw your post about the thoracic bulging disc and lumbar issues yesterday. I tapped out a lengthy response, and somehow, lost it before it posted and didn’t have time to tap it out again.
Sorta short on time now, too, but in a nutshell, walk a lot. Stretch, a LOT. Do core work that is safe for back injuries, not sit-ups or crunches though. Examples can be found on YouTube. Planks go a long way.
Sugar and easily refined carbs are the devil, they create inflammation, and inflammation is your enemy. Mom told me that, and I verified it with my surgeon.
The inversion table will help, to a point.
Walking, STRETCHING, and core work, along with making these things a habit will help more, but definitely do the inversion table.
Personally, I am trying to lose some weight. I’m not huge, but I’m not what I was in the Army in my mid twenties, either. Every pound lost makes a difference. It definitely is more difficult to lose weight now that I’m a bit older.
Life is movement, movement is life. That is worthy of serious reflection.
There are two quotes I made up for myself that have helped develop a mindset for dealing with the back issues.
1. Hurt and hate it but keep moving.
2. If you keep moving, you can keep moving.
Sounds silly, I know. But it works. You gotta keep moving. When you don’t move, it just flat out hurts more. I’ve found that if I take a few days and do not walk or stretch the pain levels go way up.
There are levels of progression with disc injuries. Bulging, herniation, and rupture. I dealt with herniated for over twenty years, until I re-injured the two problem lumbar discs four years ago and surgery was unavoidable. Two fairly ugly surgeries in nine months helped, but it’s been an ugly road to recovery. I had more done in two surgeries than Tiger Woods did in five. Neither was minimally invasive.
I’ll never be the same. BUT, I can walk and work and do things I did not think I could ever do again.
There is hope. I’m saying that as someone a bit farther down this road than you have been so far, based on what you said.
We have both been on here for a long time. I don’t get to read all of this thread every day, but I usually get to read the first couple of pages. If I can help advise or encourage, please let me know.
I hope you get relief from the pain. Back pain is it’s own special brand of hurt. Nobody knows what it’s like til they are here, and once here, you never really get to leave.
But if you can do what I outlined above, and I still do these things, it will help, but it takes time and CONSISTENT effort. Consistency really, really matters.
You can do this.

Many thanks for your kind words. I do almost everything you have listed, short of the surgeries. Fresh Pineapple has been added to my morning routine of natural anti-inflammatory spices. Swimming therapy has been most helpful. As you are well aware the psychic drain from dealing with this nonstop dagger in the back feeling can be overwhelming at times.

Pineapple is something I would have never thought of, may have to try that. I’ve been told, but never verified it personally, that avocado has something in it that helps. I DO like guacamole, but I always want corn chips with that and I’m doing a low carb diet, sooooo it’ll be awhile til I can taper in carbs and try that. Self discipline gets *WRECKED* when I get into corn chips! Guacamole without corn chips is likely a sin!
The swimming is an excellent idea! You’ll get more core work in there than you realize, as well.
The psychic drain is very, VERY real. Setting some physical goals and working toward them is something I’ve found helpful. The more core strength I get, the less pain I feel. The longer I walk, the less pain. I try to walk fast. I’m not where I used to be, but I’m close, and there is an intense psychological reward from that.
Fortunately, I do not take pain pills other than Tylenol and Aleve. And I’d rather not take them, but that’s a reality at the moment.
Sleeping is impossible.
I see on a lower post you’re getting to see an acupuncturist. That is one thing I’ve never tried, and I hope it helps you.
If you don’t mind, holler back on here after you do that, please. My curiosity is definitely up.
A chiropractor can possibly help, to a point. The guy I saw several times a long time ago helped, but as he put it, “you don’t have much left to work with, I cannot be aggressive popping on you”. Frankly, I think he was good, but the physical therapy I did provided a better long term result. If you get out of alignment, yeah, they can get you back in. But you gotta build muscle strength to STAY in alignment. By this point, I’m fairly sure you have likely tried that.
I have another thing that helps with core strength that I used to great advantage before I wrecked my back again four years ago. I’ll save that for another morning. Done wrong you can destroy, and I mean that literally, a good back. Done right……you’ll be shocked at how it helps, if it’s something possible for you to do.

Excellent analysis. The ramping up in the media of the current manufactured “split” in the Republican Party is just getting started. PTrump and DeSantis should cut them off right now and end it or else they will be fighting the media about it for the next two years over this push to break open the repubs. The GOPe is also pushing this split as we know from Ryan’s words and the endorsements SD has revealed for DeSantis.
Time is now to bear down and unify, not feed the media more sound bites they can twist into fuel for the Dems/left. If the red wave happens on Tuesday., unification is essential to win in 2024. The GOPe has to be nullified, wiped out hopefully, or at least put in their place within the party. They have latched onto, bought out apparently, the candidate they think can defeat PTrump for the nomination and put the GOPe in the drivers seat of the party once again and place their control firmly over their guy. They knew they could never control PTrump which is why they hate him. The GOPe still does not believe MAGA is as strong as we are and this will be their undoing just like SD said.
This will be an epic political battle. Who and what survives of the Republican Party is yet to be known. MAGA must be the one to go forward and win out in 2024. This spat needs to end before it gets a life of its own in the media. They will make it their own crusade if they are allowed to and their leftist overlords tell them to. Cut them off now.
So President Trump created the MAGA movement and moved the party in a more conservative workers and family party and is growing minority support which is why we have the growing support we do. He does this in spite of Establishment Republicans back stabbing him at every turn.
Now along comes DeSantis who has been a really good Governor and said and done things conservatives really like and support. However, everyone knows Trump will be running for president in 2024 and DeSantis is pulling in support from the same Republican Establishment to run against Trump. Hell, there are tv ads to draft DeSantis to run for president in 2024.
I haven’t heard DeSantis say anything about the corruption in Washington and push back on Establishment Republicans who are at least complicit and part of a Uniparty. Maybe he has, but I haven’t heard it. And now Uniparty creatures are helping to support his challenge to Trump.
Makes me wonder if DeSantis truly wants the country to support MAGA policies and fight the Washington corruption he would be very loudly help support and grow that movement. I really like him, but tired of being fooled by politicians and just skeptical of who the true DeSantis is.

That a solitary, reasonable, intelligent person would vote for this person to have a vote on issues which impact all our lives is beyond me. Our representative government has seriously declined.

That is, from about the age of three or so we all know that blood circulates, that it circulates everywhere, if cut you bleed, said blood is common among all the tissues and it goes around and around.
This is not knowledge that is limited to “medical professionals”; every single human old enough to think, once their mind goes to this matter, realizes that this is true. Even a child knows it, which means that even a child knows that anything you inject will go everywhere to some degree.
Therefore nobody with more than two IQ points would logically ever take an injection of any sort, under any circumstance, until and unless it is reasonably proved that said “thing” won’t hurt any part of their body, because all parts will be exposed to it.
We now know this is false for every single Covid shot. All of them. We know the spike is dangerous for both the circulation and the brain, and it is dangerous in both even without any of the rest of the virus being present. In other words we now know every single one of these shots, no matter who made them or what technology they used, is dangerous.
Therefore roughly two out of three Americans are, at best, STUPID.
Why do I restate this?
Because we just saw the same thing with Musk and Twitter.
