Perhaps the person who opened the door is a well known local celebrity or gay prostitute and DePape was called and became the supplier of drugs for the soiree. Pelosi got into an argument with said “other person” when things got too rough, or expensive and locked himself in the bathroom, then called police. The “other person” talks Pelosi out of the bathroom and he agrees that if the police come, they will say it’s DePape and they agree he’s the fall guy, because he’s sketchy mentally and the drug dealer guy.

Then Depape wakes up and suddenly gets what’s going on…he’s going to be the fall guy. He eventually grabs a hammer and then threatens Pelosi for setting him up. The “other person” says it’s DePape that argued with Pelosi, and opens the door for the police, so then DePape knows he’s going to be thrown under the bus and ends up whacking Pelosi with the hammer…They need a cover story for the whole mess, and you can guess the rest.

The guy in dark clothing is DePape, bringing the drugs and bondage sex stuff for their tryst and going to the back door. No alarm, no security, the staff is “off for the night” and it’s a cover up because someone else IMPORTANT was there…and it’s very bad to be there. They now keep DePape in the hospital and sedated for a few weeks and commit him to the psychiatrist…because who would believe the mentally ill drug-user guy saying anything? That’s why there’s a lid on EVERYTHING, and a fake FBI summary.

I just listened to the ADA’s statement.

1. How did DePape get to the Pelosi’s residence?
2. Why was Pelosi trying to get to the elevator if he already had his cell phone with him?
3. Assume Pelosi had his cell phone on a charger in the bathroom – Why were the police there on a “Wellness Check”? She never mentioned the “Wellness Check”, which was a major part of the story to begin with. All he has to do is say “I’m being assaulted”. The police are NOT showing up for a “Wellness check”.
4. The INSTANT that the name “Pelosi” appears on the police 9-1-1 computers, this is “all hands on deck”.
5. Where was security? No mention whatsoever of uniformed private security, Secret Service, Capitol Police, nothing.
6. Where was the alarm? No mention at ALL of any alarm system. You would have thought they would mention that he did not activate it. (Yeah, right, guarantee you they rely on security systems in that house.)
7. She VERY obviously avoids the question of ‘who opened the door’.
8. Why would DePape allow Pelosi to open the door? Would this 42 year old man not be able to prevent an 82 year old man from walking to the door and opening it?
9. There is ZERO mention of DePepe’s mental status. His neighbor’s are on record stating he had mental issues. His ex-partner is on record saying he had mental issues. No mention of a mental evaluation, or nothing.

At least we know why the FBI does not record interviews. The story is almost believable until you ask how DePape broke into the residence without setting off the alarm. The pesky drone photoalso shows the glass was broken outward.

Nice details though. DePape was dressed in “all black” and not his underwear. No mention of how Pelosi took the hammer from DePape in the first place. For a man so intent on doing harm, he gave the hammer up quite easily. Was Pelosi running downstairs to open the door for the police or was he trying to grab the hammer from DePape?

When the door was opened…..Who opened the door? Police? Pelosi? Depape? Other?

…Pelosi and Depape were both holding a hammer with one hand and Depape had his other hand holding onto Pelosi’s forearm. …How far away from the door were Pelosi/Depape? Who was closer to the door? If Pelosi was able to open the door, why did he engage/re-engage Depape instead of staying at the door? If Depape was wielding the weapon, and Pelosi was protecting himself, why would Depape be holding onto Pelosi’s forearm? Was Depape holding onto the forearm with which Pelosi was holding the hammer, or onto Pelosi’s other forearm that was not holding the hammer? And the police at this point are apparently exchanging ‘greetings’ ?

So, in all the releases on this incident, it appears everyone has forgotten that just a month ago Paul had a DUI incident swept under the rug with rumors of an unnamed “friend” in the car with him?

The federal complaint states that after DePape confronted Paul Pelosi in his bedroom, Pelosi tried to make it to an elevator in the home to reach a phone, but DePape blocked his way.
Thia raises a logical question. With no telephone on the same floor where he was sleeping, per Pelosi, why would a man in his 80’s not have his cell phone by his bed instead of in a bathroom charging?
Also, how did Pelosi know the guy’s name was David on his 911 call. Did this violent criminal break in and then introduce himself?
Finally, if DePape and Pelosi were fighting over a hammer, how was Pelosi able to open the door, as they now say, without getting clobbered at that moment.
DePape must be one very polite criminal. First, he lets Mr. Pelosi take a bathroom break, and then he apparently lets him open the door for the police.

Simple:

Release the CCTV security footage,Release the full un-edited 911 call, andRelease the body cam footage.

Those will show all the truth. Thus, they will not be released. Maybe never, but not before next Tuesday. Those three things will show what happened, and it will show that what the FBI/DOJ have written up is nothing but fiction.

But in the meantime, they want you to believe that Pelosi called from the bathroom, left the bathroom and walked past DePape, went to the door, opened the door for cops, went back past DePape, and then went back to the bathroom.
