The only thing I can do is research and write about it. With an even stronger degree of certainty than originally expressed, and with all of the subsequent data points falling into alignment with the initial suspicions, the background of Jack’s Magic Coffee shop remains unchanged. {Go Deep}
Six weeks ago, the Twitter security ‘whistleblower’ came forward to congress. The whistleblower is a former technology expert who came from within the research farm of DARPA, the Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency. Peiter “Mudge” Zatko, is a well-known cybersecurity expert who left government work, entered the public world, and eventually became the head of Twitter security, reporting directly to the CEO. {Go Deep}
According to a recent SEC filing [LINK HERE], Elon Musk is now back to supporting the purchase of Twitter as the first step in creating the “everything app.”
{{{sarcastic voice}}} Gee, what could this be about? I mean what could go wrong?…. We already know the infrastructure of Twitter’s operational database is tied into portals with the Dept of Homeland security {citation}, and now Musk wants to use that central infrastructure to create an all-inclusive “everything app”?
The bigger risk to the surveillance state is discovery that Twitter and the U.S. intelligence community are in a public-private partnership. The Dept of Homeland Security has access by design, not flaw. How the stakeholder media are reporting on the issue shows the nature of the risk, (emphasis mine):
[…] The scathing disclosure, which totals around 200 pages, including supporting exhibits — was sent last month to a number of US government agencies and congressional committees, including the Securities and Exchange Commission, the Federal Trade Commission and the Department of Justice. The existence and details of the disclosure have not previously been reported. CNN obtained a copy of the disclosure from a senior Democratic aide on Capitol Hill. The SEC, DOJ and FTC declined to comment; the Senate Intelligence Committee, which received a copy of the report, is taking the disclosure seriously and is setting a meeting to discuss the allegations, according to Rachel Cohen, a committee spokesperson. (link)
How would it damage the U.S. government if previous claims about the Chinese government having access to all user data on TikTok, are shown to be exactly identical to the U.S. government having access to all user data on Twitter?
Let that question settle in for a few moments, because that is exactly what I have been alleging since, well, 2011, when the U.S. State Dept first collaborated with Twitter in a joint public-private partnership to use the platform as a communication tool exploiting the Arab Spring uprising in Egypt, Libya and beyond.
The issue of Jack’s Magic Coffee Shop is an issue of financial viability. The business model of Twitter just doesn’t exist as a free social media discussion platform while running the ultra-expensive data processing system needed for millions of simultaneous users. A global chat that requires exponential database responses as an outcome of simultaneous users is just ridiculously expensive. {Go Deep} However, if the computing system and massive database were being subsidized by the U.S. government, then the viability of the ‘free coffee‘ business model makes sense.
“Cloud computing is one of the core components of the strategy to help the IC discover, access and share critical information in an era of seemingly infinite data.” … “A test scenario described by GAO in its June 2013 bid protest opinion suggests the CIA sought to compare how the solutions presented by IBM and Amazon Web Services (AWS) could crunch massive data sets, commonly referred to as big data.” … “Solutions had to provide a “hosting environment for applications which process vast amounts of information in parallel on large clusters (thousands of nodes) of commodity hardware” using a platform called MapReduce. Through MapReduce, clusters were provisioned for computation and segmentation. Test runs assumed clusters were large enough to process 100 terabytes of raw input data. AWS’ solution received superior marks from CIA procurement officials”… (MORE)
♦ Legal Stuff – The issue of American citizen privacy and U.S. constitutional limits against the government listening in on communication is functionally obsolescent. The Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act (FISA) prohibits communication intercepts on U.S. citizens without a valid search warrant. However, if a U.S. citizen is engaged in a conversation with a foreign person, all privacy restrictions are essentially gone. [Insert example of Michael Flynn taking to Russian Ambassador Sergey Kislyak here]
Your phone calls can be intercepted by the government from the foreign side of the call. The govt can freely monitor the calls that involve foreign actors. The only rule is that your privacy must be maintained. If the foreign actor is in communication with a U.S. citizen, the U.S. citizen must be “minimized” or not identified in any intercept.
However, what happens when the phone call is on a community line that is connected, and visible, to the entire world? That’s the benefit of social media monitoring from a surveillance perspective. It is from that opaque and unresolved archaic legal perspective that surveillance authority of social media platforms, by the U.S. intelligence community, exists. Now you see why the SSCI is taking an interest in the Twitter whistleblower, classic risk mitigation.
Hopefully, you can also see why the 200-page whistleblower document was leaked, by a Democrat staffer, to the Washington Post and CNN.
CNN defends the equity interests of the U.S. State Dept., and WaPo defend the Intelligence Community (CIA, DHS, etc).
Within the narrative as constructed you will note, “Zatko further alleges that Twitter’s leadership has misled its own board and government regulators about its security vulnerabilities, including some that could allegedly open the door to foreign spying or manipulation, hacking and disinformation campaigns.”
If the relationship between Twitter and the U.S. intelligence community is a public-private partnership, why would Twitter want to shut down the portals given to the Dept of Homeland Security?
Answer, they wouldn’t… Ergo the response from Twitter to the whistleblower complaint is (emphasis mine), “What we’ve seen so far is a false narrative about Twitter and our privacy and data security practices that is riddled with inconsistencies and inaccuracies and lacks important context.”
Put another way, the “lacks important context” is the nature of the security risk, which is structural to the relationship between the intelligence community and the platform. See how that works?
The integration between Twitter and the United States Intelligence Community has been hiding in plain sight:
July 26, 2021, (Reuters) – A counterterrorism organization formed by some of the biggest U.S. tech companies including Facebook (FB.O) and Microsoft (MSFT.O) is significantly expanding the types of extremist content shared between firms in a key database, aiming to crack down on material from white supremacists and far-right militias, the group told Reuters.
Until now, the Global Internet Forum to Counter Terrorism’s (GIFCT) database has focused on videos and images from terrorist groups on a United Nations list and so has largely consisted of content from Islamist extremist organizations such as Islamic State, al Qaeda and the Taliban.
Over the next few months, the group will add attacker manifestos – often shared by sympathizers after white supremacist violence – and other publications and links flagged by U.N. initiative Tech Against Terrorism. It will use lists from intelligence-sharing group Five Eyes, adding URLs and PDFs from more groups, including the Proud Boys, the Three Percenters and neo-Nazis.
The firms, which include Twitter (TWTR.N) and Alphabet Inc’s (GOOGL.O) YouTube, share “hashes,” unique numerical representations of original pieces of content that have been removed from their services. Other platforms use these to identify the same content on their own sites in order to review or remove it. (more)
A shared hashing protocol is a form of data system integration. The databases of the identified social media platforms are integrated with the U.S. intelligence system.
…. And now Musk wants to integrate an “everything app”?
Follow the bouncing ball and you enter the world of the comprehensive surveillance state. But if you don’t do anything wrong, you’ve got nothing to fear right? Insert example of non-vaccinated repercussions, Canadian truckers and Dutch farmers here. Then add a digital identity, digital currency, energy resource apportionment and social equity. Where do you end up?
All I can do is research and write about it.
Even the influential members of the ‘Rebel Alliance‘ used to think I was crazy…. Not any longer.

No one I’ve read can convey surprising but testable, fact-based insights (vs opinions) on what’s really behind what’s going on with DC, as Sundance. Best of luck to him in the Hurricane recovery, thanks Sundance for everything you do to bring the truth to the surface.
I need to read this particular article more carefully tomorrow, but I do see one thing Sundance may want to revisit. I’ve become familiar with Musk’s Tweeting style. It’s likely he doesn’t actually mean what he’s saying in that Tweet.
Musk frequently throws provocative Tweets out to test the waters on ideas, both to (apparently) amuse himself, show off, or just entertain a bit and keep his follower base engaged. Often, his purpose is to purposefully provoke his audience into blurting out reactions in response. Things that he wants to learn more about.
So my point is, don’t take him literally. His reason for making this provocative statement could be something that only he knows.
Elon has to know there will be no such thing “…an everything app” anytime soon (not within 10 years, at least; likely never). He’s most likely ‘pushing buttons on purpose. Elon has that in common with. a certain New Yorker that many of us Treepers are a fan of, on some level at least:)
“So my point is, don’t take him literally. His reason for making this provocative statement could be something that only he knows.” Predictive programming has you looking at Elon as a white knight…they are playing the “revenge of the nerds” script. One thing you have to remember about that movie is the “nerds” weren’t fighting for us, they were fighting to be accepted into the elite university. To quote elon, “i didnt go to Harvard, but people who work for me did” Bottom line is that we know nothing and can assume everything…the world is a stage.
That, and the $64K question: To whom exactly does Musk owe his allegiance? To those who sign his current paychecks? Or to the ideals of our so-called free society?
I thin Musk is not getting many paychecks. His income has always been made by making money the old fashion way, producing things people want to buy. It is also obvious that Musk makes a lot of things that the Government directly subsidizes, like electric cars and such. But lots of grifting Companies are started by friends of the politicians who spend the taxpayer dollars.
Now, they mostly spend dollars backed by nothing at all, which amounts to spiraling inflation, and most of us still want the “free stuff” this produces. Only morons think that this is going to work. Maybe someday we will be careful who we elect, but I doubt it. Stupid cannot be fixed.
Elon’s paychecks? He gets his money from capital gains and sales of stock.
No one pays Elon one penny.
We have an everything app, its called an iPhone.
We already have an “everything app”. It’s calledLIFE.
Put down your phone and go live it.
Are you experiencing life at a desktop or are you mobile?
App =application,
especially as downloaded by a user to a mobile device
…….
Hmm….if there was a everything app for life it would be competition and free markets
.
It leads to lower prices, higher quality goods and services, greater variety, and more innovation.
I have an old Samsung smart phone, but I only use it when I have to. My internet access is by laptop only.
I use my smartphone to see if sundance has posted anything new and I like the dictionary.
The meaning of words is constantly changing. I have to keep checking…it’s a curse..
The meaning of English words is modified by the English as a 2nd Language crowd. Just last week I heard a prominent, immigrant speaker from a South American country saying “There’s principle and there’s agenda” thereby comparing apples and oranges.
The opposite of principle is expediency. The opposite of agenda is disorder, muddle, and disarrangement.
He said, “You have an agenda, but I have principles.”
It’s difficult for me to hear anything else this speaker might have to say.
English is my first and only language.
I think there are only two sexes determined by your chromosomes.
To try and understand people who think differently I use a dictionary.
Does not mean I’m going to change my mind.
There are only 2 sexes, period..
I think public schools are ruining our children.
People should have school choice, but they don’t.
I wish things were different , but I try to stay positive.
……..
My grand kids go to public schools but they are charter schools.
The mother wanted them to be bilingual so she enrolled them in a public school which only teaches in spanish.
Nobody in my family speaks spanish.
The kindergarten teacher does not speak english.
When the third grader was finished with her homework i showed her how my chrome book in google docs. Could do voice typing. She was impressed.
I said we should write a story together. We each dictate a paragraph and see where the story goes.
She wanted to go first..
She dictated a whole story with a beginning and end.
I ask where it came from and a story she read in school.
“In spanish?”, “yes “,she said.
I was impressed.
It was a spooky kids story. Frank E. stein??
The story is still on my chrome book, the cloud, and I know google voice typing is SPYING on us.
That’s spooky,… I Know..o..well..hmmm.. maybe.. I can write that into our story.
The next paragraph is mine.
She did 125 words .
Now it’s my turn.
Me too – except my phone is not smart – it’s a flip phone.
LOVE^^^^^^
Maybe its a brain and critical thinking, which is in short supply.
Hmm….the everything app is Freedom.
I think we are talking about all communication devices, not just the ones found with the Apple brand pasted to them.
Regardless, I prefer to be Peter Ustinov in the game of Logan’s Run!
Better you than me. Cleaning up after TWO cats is plenty.
Also, go read the Ashley Vance biography on Elon Musk. You get insight into where he’s wanting to go. X.com was started to be digital banking well before technology was there and Elon had fights with the board and eventually the PayPal execs/board about the direction the company should go.
I don’t think Elon considers profit first, he wants to solve problems.
At the end of the day, in reality, Twitter and the IC relationship is what it is, there’s a bettter chance of change with Elon buying it than under current ownership. Remember it will go private and he doesn’t need to make decision as a fiduciary.
This everythingApp is when Elon blows it all up?
We know Alphabet and Meta cater to the left leaning and censor the right, but arguably, the market of right leaning people is larger by volume and discretionary income.
My questions are 1) “Is Elon creating a plan to go head to head with Meta’s Facebook and Instagram generic marketing data for sale?”
As successful as Elon is, he doesn’t seem to be the kind to waste money. And he really understands Market share. 2) So he picks up a wounded electronic platform, for his original offer, even knowing about the “Bots.” So what’s Elon going to do with all of that infrastructure and programming power (and don’t forget, he started with PayPal)?
He started x.com that merged with PayPal. He wanted to do complete banking (what you see starting today) without the brick and mortar. He got push back from the board and Thiel’s group took over. Elon helped hold up day to EBay and got them a better deal.
His first company he sold was kind of a mapping/local advertising company. Same thing, he wanted to go the direction you see today, even back in the late-90’s but got push back. Ended up selling which led to being able to start x.com which led to PayPal merger and sell to EBay allowed him to start Tesla and Space X which is allowing him to buy Twitter.
There’s a reason he wants to take it private, re-tool it and then public again.
He sent an email to Space X employees explaining why it wasn’t smart to go public (they’d make a killing) because they aren’t beholden to fiduciary decisions. They wouldn’t be able to innovate as much under the scrutiny of the SEC and need to look out for shareholder interests.
I understand Sundance’s argument and he’s probably right, but I know if anyone can make Twitter better and “freer” it’d be Elon.
We shall see, it can’t get worse.
Really? So how is this writer’s assignment of nefarious intentions of Elon Musk “testable, fact-based insights”? Did he interview him? Can we watch the interview? Clearly you and I have a different definition of “fact-based.”
He can do what he likes with his money, but I think that he agreed to pay vastly too much money per share. Was he really hippie enough to have made a “420 joke?”
“So my point is, don’t take him literally. His reason for making this provocative statement could be something that only he knows.”
You need to understand more about decentralized blockchains to take him literally.
I am taking him quite literally. Combined with Starlink the “Everything” app is quite possible and would be as technologically disruptive as cell phones.
Time will tell if you’re right, however Musk is a transhumanist. Neuralink isn’t just an innocent technological advance to help those who can’t communicate, communicate. It’s not a far stretch to go from brain/mind control in the chip to an everything app that will probably connect to the brain’s interface he’s creating. He’s a very dangerous man, with very dangerous ideas. Trust his ethics, Shock factor, and boyish nature at your own peril!
Curious Musk is always referencing X. Do y’all ever watch Dark Journalist on Youtube? He is always posting about the X steganography in connection with ufos, anti-gravity, & everything related that has been kept under wraps for decades. And where it shows up, who is connected, who KNOWS. Who is behind Musk?
X city preceded the siting of the UN.
https://researchworks.oclc.org/archivegrid/collection/data/78638731
And then there’s this:
https://www.yourprojectx.com/about-us
The recognitions speak volumes.
Maybe X just represents his fetish over his young son.
Gee – thanks, NV. As if I needed ANOTHER rabbit hole to go down. Oh well. OK. Sounds like a bunch of Blavatsky stuff, but I’ll bite for a little while. Here we go.
Contrary to the skewed suspicious thinking we’ve all come to embrace because of the deep state, not everybody is bought out or has somebody “behind them.” Unlike our sold out politician monkeys who have a King Kong behind them, Musk is, himself, King Kong. But from things he has said in interviews, Musk is more of a globalist than a nationalist, at least when it comes to trade. While he appreciates America, i would not call Musk a Patriot.
He started x.com which merged with PayPal. He wanted it to be a complete financial entity – bank account, payment services, etc.
Read Ashley Vance’s Elon Musk biography and Eric Berber’s “Lift Off” (essentially the biography of Space X).
You’ll learn lot about Elon.
This is far beyond my little pea-brain’s capability but if this X app does it all (social, financial, medical, etc.), the end result is total control over everyone and everything. Without it, one doesn’t survive.
Sounds like … you mean like … the mark of the beast?
X marks the spot.
Space X…
I’ll find a way
I personally don’t see how.
Even becoming a hunter/gatherer, somewhat like that Mick Dodge guy, you’ll be constantly on the run until you are hunted down.
I am also trying to find a way. I have grandchildren so what I find needs to be a workaround that will work for their and their children’s lifetime.
There will be no escape from this except to appropriate the blood of Christ for the forgiveness of your personal sin. They-the kids- and we ALL NEED Jesus. It doesn’t mean our earthly lives will be spared, just that here will be no sin that separates (eternal) us from God:
A- Admit you are a sinner.
B-Believe that Jesus died on the cross for YOUR sins.
C-confess that Jesus Christ is Lord and ask Him to be your Lord and Savior.
I will email wait too long, either.
There is NO other name under heaven by which man can be saved. Acts 4:12
Last month I picked up my 2 grandchildren from school, kindergarten and 3rd grade.
public school.
watched them for 3 hours.
They both did their homework.
I have changed my mind on giving computers for kids to learn on.
Her computer homework and time spent is recorded for the teacher.
She can log onto the school system any place in the city for free and do her homework and play educational games for kids and use the library system.
I have a cheap chrome book and my screen was to lite and she pushed buttons at top of my keyboard to fix it for me,(3rd grade)
I helped her with her math homework.
I am 70 and had trouble understanding the math questions.
She needed to know her times tables to do her homework but the school hasn’t taught the memorization of times tables.
She got all excited when I told her I would pay her 10$ dollars if she could do her 12 tables in 5 minutes.
Nobody could go out to play until they had passed that test in MY school. Im can still remember my friends playing when I was trying to beat the clock.
I’m going to lower the standards for my grand kids.
10 tables 10$ another 10$ if she masters the 12 tables.
Timetables..
10 tables 10$ another 10$ if she masters the 12 tables in 5 minutes.
It’s not easy. I was working on them with her to see how fast I could do them and my grandchild said I had terrible handwriting.
I agreed, especially when I’m in a hurry.
Kids are fun and learning can be fun.
When my father would come home from work and after dinner my father would lay on the couch and I would sit on his hip. (I was 5). We would go over the times tables , first from 1 to 10. By 6 he would start to throw double digits at me. It worked great but sadly I was great in numbers but lacked in most other subjects. Parents did the best they could and only wanted their children to have an easier life than they. Pray and pray more
The Whole Earth Catalogue shows you the ways,… hey, maybe Freak Flag long hair and Bell Bottom jeans will be back in vogue soon, as the Anti- Establishment rises again???
Trade in your Smart phone for a Ham and/or CB radio? “Breaker, Breaker, anyone out there?” on the new Social Media that can’t be tracked and controlled!
Ditch digital, go back to analogue.
Use to have a copy of that back in the 70s. It was a good time waster.
You really should read Revelation 13.
And if your not “group think”, you won’t survive.
David Icke did a segment recently on Elon Musk (30 minutes in length):
https://davidicke.com/2022/10/05/man-of-the-people-no-man-of-the-cult-david-icke-dot-connector-videocast/
Mr. Icke highlights everything Elon Musk is involved in, and when you see it as an entire package, you’ll question Elon’s motives.
I’ve always questioned his motives. Musk has used our tax money for some of his fantasies.
Remember, we are still in their Fear & Control, post covid, campaign.
Anyone involved in government-funded projects knows that much of our tax dollars are spent on fantasies and faux research. At least Musk isn’t studying coronaviruses.
Are you sure?
You didn’t see “all Elon Musk is involved in” in 30 minutes. You saw someone’s linked-together snippets intended to take the viewer to a biased conclusion. Nobody knows the heart of another person. Elon Musk is an intriguing enigma. I’ve watched multiple hours of interviews where I can not only hear what he says, but see the expressions on his face when he says them. Money is NOT a primary driver for Musk, but a necessary evil for achieving the thing that IS his primary driver—namely, galactic-scale projects that, in his mind at least, solve basic problems of humanity as a whole. Tesla deals with air pollution and freedom from fossil fuel dependency. The Boring company is trying to tap into thermal energy. His rocket company’s real goal is to create a place for humanity to populate if everything on earth goes to hell in a hand basket. His AI/neuro links company has the same “human aid” mission. Are his goals grounded in reality? Not my reality. I think the Mars settlement is ridiculous. But he sincerely believes his conclusions. Based on his pattern, then, Twitter became just another “everyman’s” problem to be solved. Based on his pattern, any assignment of a nefarious intent or a government collusion would be disingenuous.
I, too, do not like that the government (our tax dollars) are funding research that seems nonsensical. However, if you have any background in government funded research, you’ll know this is par for the course. At least he isn’t studying coronaviruses and mRNA jabs.
In a world where the US Gov’t ignores Tony Bobulinski, but goes after Mike LIndell, I don’t envy SD’s current and future workload.
Great point about tony/mike, and what the eff, bee, eye prioritizes.
Agree! The “US Gov’t” doesn’t investigate that which they are involved with! But the “US Gov’t” does investigate that which it doesn’t control!
Leave your phones at home folks. Buy local. Pay cash. It’s not hard to do and your life is much simpler.
I’m 78 years old. A widow, with a son living within 30 minutes drive time. I drive myself to visit his family, to doctors’ appts, and do my own shopping both in town and at nearby farms, etc.
I have a terrific local auto mechanic service (large outfit) who will drive up to 50 miles/each way to come and “tow me in” if anything goes amiss with my car while I’m out and about. At no charge.
If I “leave my phone at home”, I will have no way to –notify my son that I have a car problem and am waiting for my mechanic people to show up, while I’m miles out on a rural highway –call the automotive peeps to come and help me –call 911 if I am in a minor collision and think my arm might be broken
I will not “leave my phone at home”.
I do buy local. And I do pay cash. But I will not leave my phone at home, and thus, with that one poor decision, make myself completely dependent on passersby (or hoping there will eventually BE someone passing by who is trustworthy) for even routine, everyday help.
It used to be possible to get help from a family member or a tow service, or call for medical help….just by always carrying a dime or a quarter to use the nearest pay phone even if I had to walk a bit or duck into a neighborhood bar to find one.
There are are no public pay phones any more.
I thought Musk was just trying to do the right thing. That was misplaced. Musk sees what Amazon has done with government contracts; and wants to beat him at his own game. Another capitalist using the modern Fascist system. BTW Sundance you aren’t crazy.
You have no idea what Musk’s intents are. Anything you claim are your own projections assigned to a man whom, I presume has done you no harm. Not Ok.
Up to a few years ago every time I used the name Soros in Disqus, the next day I would receive a phone call from India offering me free painkillers. If I used it in three different comments, I would get 3 phone calls. How did Soros get my phone number?
I agree. I had a cell phone conversation with my HVAC guy regarding mini-split AC systems. No Google, no paperwork, just talking. Immediately my social media and spam email filled with ads for mini-splits. That is the clearest of hundreds of examples. There is no privacy.
Same experience. My husband and I were in the car discussing different shed companies and when I got home and opened my kindle up popped a Old Hickory Shed advertisement plastered across my screen. Very random item to suddenly display. We started really noticing it after that.
Creepy, isn’t it? People no longer laugh at me for putting black tape over my laptop camera lens. They’ve been watching and listening to us for years, and recording every key stroke. Hi guys!
I too, keep electrical tape over the lens of the laptop and phone. Sickening that one has to fight for any privacy.
LOL had a friend who used to swear TVs (pre computer driven LCD monitors that pose as TVs) were able to watch and listen to us. Had to explain that wasn’t possible, yet. That technology hadn’t gotten to the point where it be both receiver and transmitter. But even then, it was not difficult to see it was coming.
Does your phone have an email app? Do you have location turned on?
Think about how this happens and you may be able to avoid most of it.
Uhhh, I never have the location turned on. Shockingly, I get ads for my exact location. The location on/off if a “feel” good only mechanism.
Yep. The cells tower still track the phone, so matter what you chose for location settings, they still know exactly where you are and have been.
FBI gave it to him.
Never signed up to Disqus & many other comment sites for that very reason. Same reason I don’t sign-up to every news site even if they offer you “free” usage for a sign-up! I get less Spam in my e-mail mailbox that way!
I’ve said it before and I’m going to say it again, Computers will be the ruin of the world! Amen
This is not original with me, but so applicable:
The whole world is going to bits and PCs!
Computers are like any other tool: It’s the intent and purpose of the user, not the tool.
It’s not the computer, it’s the internet…but of course both are intertwined now, along with cell phones.
Computers were just machines until the Internet.
“Surf the web” 😎 sounded so cool at the very beginning.
Social Media is no more than your public email. You send it to everyone. Until people loose their vanity and gain some sanity they will continue to think someone cares. They don’t.
Never had a twatter or fakebook account, never will. Those that do, ARE the problem. Simple as that
This is Social Media too. The Techs have your IP address, and that’s all they really need.
Facebook, Twitter, etc just make it easier since people tend to put all their info on those plataforms.

Retired Magistrate here: Elon Musk is an unstable genius. The way he views the world depends on what day it is. Look at what he did for Florida with the Starlink capability he gave to many survivors in Florida so they can communicate with loved ones and get help if needed. Now he wants to purchase Twitter again, so he can provide an “anything” app. In his mind maybe it is for good or not. Only Elon Musk knows.
It does seem strange that he was willing to terminate the purchase due to an unknown number of “bots”; something must have changed, but I doubt we will find out what it is.
Elon Musk is a very stable genius and he knows darn well what he is doing.
He is especially dangerous because he is a realist and a technologist who also has a firm grasp how to make money … a rare and dangerous combination in the wrong hands.
Everything he touches is heavily subsidized and secured by the US Government and developed overseas (gee like COVID) within the control of China Inc. Musk is so sure of himself that he does this in full view of the public, in 2008, who does not grasp the significance of his actions.
Mark of the beast…
Lest we forget, Elon Musk has recently become the “declared” richest man in the USA via US Government subsidies that started with his car and battery businesses, both based on China Inc. development using US Tax Dollars and sold as US Tax Dollar SUBSIDIZED products in the USA.
He did all of this within full public view starting in 2008 and nobody has even raised an eyebrow.
Add this to Sundance’s article when considering, who is Elon Musk in reality.
China Inc. – Twitter (via all Twitter’s technical interfaces & adapters) – US INTEL (the 4th Branch of the US Government)
Does anyone think the connection between Twitter and government intelligence will REMAIN after Elon Musk takes over?
Ha,ha,ha do you think for a minute the gubbermint will give up ANY part of their “share” of twatter?
No need to become unhinged, just because Musk posts another provocative and intentionally vague tweet. In advertising, we call them “teasers.” You get a buzz going, monitor feedback, and using an agile approach to adjust your product to market demand. Stirring the pot is one of Musk’s super powers.
Years back in Ad Agencies (old Mad Man here) we used to used Direct Mail, wait 21 days for max response returns to judge the Effect of the Teaser, then TV spots cut the time way down. Now, with Social Media it’s a day’s Trending cycle to judge the effect and do that ‘agile adjustment” to shape mass thinking/opinions.
In my Mass Comm minor in college in ’68 I had to read Marshall McLuhan’s The Medium is the Massage that became a best seller with a cult following,… but the Mad Men of Madison Avenue then knew full well of Mcluhan’s warnings of mass media used with emerging technology to shape a Global Village via opinion manipulation on scale, as he defined it.
Now 55 years later, here we are, back to the import of The Medium is the Massage,… but now applied by Big Brother not just Madision Avenue.
I also learned in that Minor’s courses then how the DOD was using Mass Comm to shape the world to control political effects around the world to it’s liking, not just here in the USA. Interlocking Corp Boards and the DOD have been at this for many decades before Jobs moved the tech/comms from Desktops to his Smart ‘I-Phone’.
Musk and Trump are both great at ‘Stirring the Pot”, but today, as McLuhan warned, there’s a lot more ging on via Big Brother’s meddling in and shaping of the Global Village.
Control is the Goal.
My two cents (and gut) on Musk: 100% not to be trusted. There’s no way in H E double toothpicks that he could ever be as successful as he is, and launch satellites on the regular, without the approval of the “deep state”. The guy is brilliant – absolutely. He is part of the “in” crowd already, goes to all the meetings, envisions life on Mars, Universal Basic Income due to Robots replacing most human functions, A.I. making decisions, pro-transhumanism, etc etc etc. Digital currency, one world government, mark of the beast – it’s all connected.
Adam Townsend on Twitter: “Twitter HQ right now https://t.co/7BCshUntwT” / Twitter
So true 😂 😂 😂
just don’t use it. It’s not mandatory… yet.
“How would it damage the U.S. government if previous claims about the Chinese government having access to all user data on TikTok, are shown to be exactly identical to the U.S. government having access to all user data on Twitter?”
I hope it would damage the US government severely. They need another lesson about who is in charge of this country.
Best pray for Tony Bobulinski’s continued good health. He may be our knowledgeable Canary in the Coal Mine now.
Wow…that’s quite a few dots of nefarious “facts” about the US government and Twitter being in bed together. But when this writer fills in the blanks with pure speculation about the intentions of Elon Musk, it shows I can’t trust his “research.” The whole article goes up in smoke to me. Fake news is fake news, buddy. Stick to what you know and stop vilifying somebody with no evidence to back up your claims. Geesch!
one app to rule them all and in the darkness bind them
“Big Data” and “Cloud Computing” have been riddled with security vulnerabilities since they began. If you don’t know where the computer is (and pretend not to care), then you also do not know who else has access to it without your knowledge. I have seen companies put their most-sensitive data sets “in the cloud,” literally “to save money.” No one is suspicious about what they properly should be.
This is also why I do not use “social media.” At all. Never have, never will. (Even in the earliest days of “IRC = Internet Relay Chat,” I was never a chatterbox.)
When I exchange emails with my friends and associates, those emails are digitally signed and encrypted. Because, as Phil Zimmerman (PGP®’s inventor) famously said: “It’s private, and it’s nobody’s business but yours.” I would happily decrypt everything if served with a search warrant, but the e-mail handling system is not going to be handling an intelligible copy of my important message. Nor is anyone going to forge one and pretend that my friend sent it, or that I sent it. (The “plug-ins” needed to do this are reliable, standard, and free. It’s basically “https-like” open source technology.)
Elon is the deep state’s very well paid front man. He gets the glory and the money and they get what they want as he becomes the pied piper of the young of today.
Hi highly doubt that, big Space hates him and all regulatory agencies attack him whenever possible.
Elon fairly recently had been making statements that suggested he was working closely with “Jack”, and we already knew that Jack was a liar and not against censorship, because Jack didn’t have anything to say when Alex Berenson was banned, and he told a fib about the New York Post censorship.
At that point I gave up thinking this could turn out well.
Elon did expose the extent of the fakery going on, though.
Hmmm,… since SD is now feeling like Marvin Boggs (Malkovich in RED) cuz Everything X will yield Exponential Database monitoring/control,…. it may be high time for me to search my attic for that last edition of The Whole Earth Catalogue!
That’s the one I used to sell in my record store, Pepperland Music in ’72/73,… cuz perhaps it’s time to “Stay Hungry, Stay Foolish”, as Steven Jobs warned us in closing in his last public speech in 2005,…. perhaps time to once again access the tools to escape the impending Doom and live with Liberty and Freedom in the planned future just around the corner.
It’s also a great primer for surviving in a post Cat 4 hurricane world where Making DO is the secret to survival.
Would be a Hoot if Elon’s predecessor genius, Jobs, was trying to warn us in advance to eventually turn off his greatest invention, the I-Phone, go back to Nature and live off the grid of Big Brother’s control, no?
As Donald Trump says,… “We’ll See!”

Before it was simple enough to just ban users they didn’t like and in the beginning it worked. Those users would leave and go elsewhere but in time they usually came back under new accounts using different emails/computers/devices and VPN accounts..
It became a battle ground where new accounts created by old banned users kept coming back in and upsetting their agenda. They are having a very difficult time even with all the levels of control they have. This has made them angry and frustrated. It’s likely also gotten personal for many of them and at this point they likely want revenge. The chaos of a musk takeover allows them all the cover they need if they want to push things to the next step.
But how to lure all those users back into the system and right before an election. With the current legal framework anyone that posts unfavorable political commentary will be ripe for arrest for obstruction of an election. Everyone else that pisses them off goes into a database with geotagging and then they outsource the data to those that handle the doxing efforts. Regardless of all the ‘We are winning you guys’ claims from much of the echo chamber on the right. The left doesn’t seem to be giving up and if anything the train is moving faster.
I still think everyone should bail on twitter and cancel it into oblivion but they wont. It’s almost like the old South Park Walmart episode… You cannot stop Twitter because you are the heart of Twitter. Buckle up folks.
Reminder: any time we start spending time wondering if Donald Trump, Elon Musk, Steve Bannon or anyone else will rescue us, we diminish our own strength. The system is a giant engorged tick living off of our lifeblood, not the other way around.
Revelation 18:24 … “And in her the blood of prophets and saints was found, and the blood of all those who were slain on the earth.”
Why wasn’t this obvious after his AI “showcase” aka smoke and mirrors show? I thought he’d be using it for stuff like that from the get-go.
RIP DONALD TRUMP’S TWITTER
Musk wants to turn twitter into a free speech platform and has talked about making it a blockchain.
That means there will be micro transaction fees that are used to reduce spam as well as generate revenue.
If it is turned into a payment platform as well this will absolutely shatter SWIFT and the control the banking institutions currently have on currency. With the Starlink system as the backbone this will be a very good thing for freedom in general.
You also need to understand what he means by decentralized application. What this means is there will be no central server. Right now there are several crypto chains like the Cardano network that are open source and run on nodes created and controlled by users. In these systems there is nothing connecting the user of the network to a physical address or individual. If they make twitter accounts created by using a seed phrase instead of email or phone number they will be completely anonymous.
The changes that Musk is talking about making will do the exact opposite of what you are worried about here.
Elon buying twitter is driving them nuts. Only thing that would have driven them totally insane faster would be if Trump were to have offered to buy it. I can only imagine.
You all should read this post:
<a href=”https://www.zerohedge.com/markets/now-twitter-belongs-elon-here-what-he-will-do-platform-his-own-words”>Zero Hedge has a lot of Elon’s thoughts on this.</a>
I would recommend learning a little bit about how decentralized blockchains work. They are the future and what Elon is proposing here using this paradigm is very interesting. It will also be very positive.
But it will require a completely different workforce than what is currently employed at twitter.
A new, improved and unstoppable giant Napster?
Most people that have a twit account (I never have/never will) have found other avenues by now to have their voices heard. If they keep going back to twit for more beatings, they deserve the beatings. I think they left the Musk-Twitter Stew on the burner too long, and it’s just slop. It was an insert into the playbook they thought they could use. 😂😂
Everything I need to know about Musk is that he attended the Never Trumpers meeting at Sea Island in 2016:
“Apple CEO Tim Cook,
Google co-founder Larry Page,
Napster creator and Facebook investor Sean Parker,
and Tesla Motors and SpaceX honcho Elon Musk all attended.
So did Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell (R-Ky.), political guru Karl Rove, House Speaker Paul Ryan, GOP Sens. Tom Cotton (Ark.), Cory Gardner (Colo.), Tim Scott (S.C.), Rob Portman (Ohio) and Ben Sasse (Neb.), who recently made news by saying he “cannot support Donald Trump.””

Let’s face it- none of these Tech oligarchs are our friends and they never will be.
Forgive me for thinking, even for a few seconds, that Elon might be a white hat Good Guy who is on “our” side.
The way it’s playing out, they have become our lords and masters along with their Satanic brothers who run the Governments.
The MAGA army that is fighting the good fight has one leader and that is President Trump.
Then we have the patriot warrior/scouts like our hero Sundance, who have their boots on the ground, slogging away for freedom and liberty. We are very lucky to have the Fellowship of the Tree House and his daily doses of wisdom and information.
Having grown up in the 1950s and ’60s, my greatest fear today is that one of these jackasses is going to get us into a nuclear holocaust.
They are so stupid and mean spirited, not to mention possessed by the Devil, that they are capable of destroying everything.
Maybe the deal is people will be forced to use the X app for some reason, like the medical part will be how you use medical insurance or something…
Good. Move it to Texas and hire a bunch of conservatives.

Looks like those who hate Elon Musk, and want to burn him at the stake, have some like minded company.

Idk if there is anyone in history who has leveraged US taxpayer monies more than Elon Musk for their own benefit.
One would assume there then would be a cost for such progress, no? A way to pay back your privilege?
Elon Musk is brilliant and quite the salesman too. His pursuit in bettering mankind and leading mankind is very noble. But is he providing those whose intent is not as noble the tools to take freedoms away?
One just has to watch a few sci-fi movies to understand this pursuit provides powers to a very few.
The flaw in your outlook is you assume Musk is MAGA, instead of a guy who was just on tape praising the Chinese Communist system , has doubled Tesla production in China, and is looking to move Tesla HQ there.
Liberal Media and CCP Freak Out Over Elon Musk Twitter Deal Going Through
https://redstate.com/nick-arama/2022/10/05/liberal-media-and-ccp-freak-out-over-elon-musk-twitter-deal-going-through-n637870
Funny how it’s the media who can’t seem to deal with someone who wants free speech.
Hu Xijin, the Global Times commentator who is Chinese state media, threatened Musk, saying he believed too much in “freedom of speech” and would be “taught a lesson.”
ORRR, you could do like me, an original .comer and choose to not engage. The things I learned from Cambridge Analytica at the time were scary. I learned that people can be conditioned and the amount of information gained just by visiting a web page phenonenal. Consequently, I don’t use Apps, never been on Facebook or any other social site. I’m old. Have you all forgotten about Privacy?
Have not forgotten about privacy. I don’t use apps unless necessary (e.g., hearing aid functions). Don’t use fb or twit. Don’t get shots just because the CDC or my primary doc says to. Don’t get full-skull X-rays as a screen-thingy just because my dentist suggests it. Don’t get an overpriced (new) shingles shot just because it’s available. (I paid $200 for the first one about 8 years ago–and now we do it again? Probably not.)
My primary doc has learned that when he wants to suggest/recommend things (such as DEXA scan) he concludes with this, “If you decide you’d like to have that done, just give us a call and we’ll schedule it.”
Remember when we were young, how we got tired of everybody telling us what to do? Now I have the years and personal reputation with others that I can pleasantly say, “Nope. Don’t wanna. Not gonna.” Good times.
I think Elon is about to pull the curtain back on the deep state. Then he can do whatever he wants, as a true hero.
Something major had to happen behind the scenes for Musk to capitulate so quickly and easily. Don’t believe threats as much as carrots. Someone earlier mentioned if this means musk will be independent of crooked government, sadly as regards to Twitter , I think the opposite is true. Pray and hope I am wrong. And help others
Elon has recently mentioned twitter and rumble plus a search engine (yet identified) could compete with google (thus creating his “everything app”)
Maybe buying twitter was his plan all along, waiting for Rumble to go public (easy acquisition at this point?) And a few other things to fall into line? Sundance makes sound, compelling arguments that even Rush Limbaugh read
Has the whistleblower testified yet? Or is that rhetorical?
