I’m not defending or supporting this raid in any way but technically speaking aren’t all passports ultimately the property of the government that issued them? That could mean that if you twist it around enough the FBI did “Retrieve” the passports as government agents on duty. Not an authorized retrieval to be sure but a retrieval all the same. Sometimes you have to read in between the lines of what they say and don’t say.

To be fair, she didn’t say the DOJ didn’t take the passports, she said the DOJ wasn’t in possession of them which at the time the passorts may have been returned so the DOJ no longer had them.

Kelly Tshibaka said the best way to manage the “ranking system” is to just go in and vote for the person you want like in a real election and don’t bother ranking people. Go in and vote for Kelly Tshibaka and Sara Palin and be done with it.
