The Search Warrant of PDJT was signed by the Magistrate/judge on August 5th, a Friday. It was not executed until Monday August 8th.
The delay in executing the Search Warrant undercuts the required reasonableness of the search.
If there were documents so sensitive requiring immediate seizure, the search should have taken place on Friday August 5th.

Just because a document is MARKED top secret does not mean it is. The contents of most top secret documents eventually are reduced to secret, confidential or for official use only. Having an old copy with top secret markings does not make that currently so.
Hopefully President Trump was smart enough to have copies of everything stored in a secure location known only to him and his most trusted associates.

I hate to say this (I don’t really) but Trump needs to announce his candidacy for 2024 ASAP. The State is already acting as if he is running and can only do what they are doing as long as he hasn’t announced. Once he announces, while legally it doesn’t bind their hands, politically it absolutely does. In my litigation experience, when a Complaint is filed, attorneys either take custody of the originals or they make copies thereof, thus giving the originals back to the Client…..
However, there is a gap if there are a lot of documents…and then those would still be in the attys custody…
I don’t have personal experience with Classified etc info …so I am sure there are those here who could state with more certainty how those underlying supporting documents would be handled
This all sickens me….more than words express….
