The binder has intercepted transcripts made by the FBI on various Trump staff. It has the tasking orders and debriefings of Christopher Steele and Stefan Halper, the FBI’s main human sources. There is a copy of the final FISA warrant approved by an intelligence court. It also contains details about Fiona Hill, who introduced Steele to the FBI, and much more There is a tremendously important information in this binder that has never seen the light of day. Is it possible a copy of this binder was at Mar-a-Lago?
Using FOIA, many have tried to obtain the binder or communications around the redactions. On August 8th, 2022 Judicial Watch finally filed a lawsuit against the DOJ to obtain these Russia Hoax documents. Former Pentagon Chief of Staff Kash Patel, who helped the House Intelligence Committee unravel the false Russia narrative, said: “It is illegal to hide documents from publication through the FOIA process, if their sole purpose is to cover up an embarrassment or unlawful activity. And that’s what’s going on right now.”
When Meadows delivered the binder and his memo to the DOJ, Jeffrey A. Rosen was the acting Attorney General. That afternoon of the 20th, after the transfer of power, Monty Wilkinson became the acting AG. It was Wilkinson, a former Holder/Lynch crony, who is responsible for preventing the release of the binder. He sat on it for 7 weeks until Merrick Garland was sworn in on March 11th. Garland then appointed Wilkinson a Director, who now oversees the Executive Office for U.S. Attorneys (EOUSA).

Kash Patel, told Breitbart News that a report claiming classified materials were found at Mar-a-Lago is misleading and that the documents were actually already declassified by then-President Donald Trump, but the classification markings had not been updated.

The DOJ had already made redactions to protect sources & methods, and returned the binder back to the White House. But the corrupt FBI also wanted to hide names. So at the last minute, the DOJ demanded the binder comply with the 1974 Privacy Act. The Act requires any “agency” that releases records to also hide personal or identifiable name information. The DOJ knew this Act doesn’t apply to the White House, it was a stall tactic. The courts decided this 22 years ago that the Privacy Act was based around FOIA requests, and the White House is not an agency.
Hours before Trump left office on January 20th, Chief of Staff Mark Meadows gave the binder back to the DOJ, along with this memo. He asked the DOJ to make any Privacy Act redactions “out of an abundance of caution”. In the memo he asks they expeditiously release the binder when finished. Meadows foolishly expected this would take 3-4 days. It’s been 19 months and still not released. Just the News recently obtained the Meadows memo from the National Archives, who also denied having a copy of the declassified binder.
Meadows admits in interviews, various agency’s often stalled or defied Trump’s orders. Meadows knew better than to rely on the DOJ to release this damaging binder after they left the White House. He should have released the binder to the public himself. But in doing so, there was a chance he would become a target of the DOJ and FBI. The memorandum below is what Mr. Meadows sent to the DOJ Attorney General on January 20th, 2021.

It contains damaging information about the corrupt actors involved with our government. Two different DOJ Attorney General’s have defied President Trump’s direct lawful order to publish the binder in the Federal Register. It’s been 19 months as the DOJ defies the order, and every FOIA request to make it public. Can we now raid the homes of acting AG Monty Wilkinson, and Merrick Garland?

I have HAD a search warrant executed on my property.
I vacated the premises and “got away” so they did not have the opportunity to hand me a copy of the warrant.
However, later “recovered from the scene” was a copy if the warrant, and on the back a list or inventory of EVERY item taken, with detailed description.
This is SOP, any time a search is executed, and the principle is not on the premises.
It is also not SOP to deny a lawyer for the principle to be present during the execution.
These aspects of how the search was carried out are like breaking the “chain of custody” and mean they were NOT actually attempting to gather evidence for some future trial they hope to win, as they open the door wide for a defence of “fruit of the forbidden tree”.
IMHO, this was a PR raid, and nothing more, it was an act of desperation, as every major act of the enemy has been since the escalator ride.
Just as the amount of time for a new false narrative to fall flat has compressed greatly, the amount of time before a stunt falls flat (whitmer kidnapping, J6 false flag) has compressed as well.
Its now immediate, because they have moved from having credibility, which they exploited during their long march, to having just the opposite, discredibility.

Its like every time you get together with friends, and all go out to dinner, there is invariably a conversation to decide on a restaurant.
And every time, YOU sit out the conversation saying “whatever you all decide, is fine by me!”
And, you find yourself, time and time again eating CRAP.
You look on the menu, and there are no choices, its ALL CRAP.
At what point do you change YOUR behavior, and either get new friends, stop going out to dinner with them, or start SPEAKING UP when the “where we gonna eat tonite?” conversation occurs?

He called it the worst attack on our republic in modern history.
It was a direct assault on liberty, history, decorum, normalcy and democracy. You know, all the things that Democrats claim to be defending from Trump.

Mark Levin discussed this yesterday. He said Trump can’t release the warrant because it could be used against him. Especially if the warrant has classified details in it. Wisconsin’s corrupt GOP Speaker of the State Assembly, Robin Vos, somehow picked up 260 votes to pull out a win in his GOP primary last night.
A local FOX affiliate in Madison, Wisconsin reported on Robin Vos’s narrow win last night:
Wisconsin Republican Assembly Speaker Robin Vos defeated a little-known Donald Trump-endorsed challenger Tuesday, overcoming intense criticism from Trump and others that he hadn’t pursued decertifying the 2020 election won by President Joe Biden.
Vos’ defeat of political newcomer Adam Steen comes just days after Trump held a rally Friday in Wisconsin where Steen spoke. No Democrats are running for the seat.
The recorded vote count with 100% of precincts reporting shows Vos ahead by only 2% or 260 votes:
It’s hard to imagine that Vos could pull this one off. He’s been so terrible since before the 2020 Election.

Vos did all he could to ensure the 2020 Election in Wisconsin was certified. Recently, when it was determined by the Wisconsin State Supreme Court that drop boxes were illegal in the state Vos ignored the results and decided to keep the 2020 Election results certified knowing there are hundreds of thousands of ballots that reportedly were placed in drop boxes in the state in the 2020 Election.
After the 2020 Election, people in Wisconsin and across the country must be wondering if more than 261 votes in the election for Vos were even valid.

The Az Rep party executive committee voted to CENSURE Bowers, a powerful R party leader for 40 years, and to urge that no R voter vote for him, and he was soundly defeated.
Ken Bennet also ran for a seat in the State legislature, he is also a long time R party RINO.
He is neck and neck, still too close to call in a contest with a frankly little known MAGA challenger; before all this he Bennet would have been a shoo-in.
You can not just put up a MAGA candidate, when establisment RINOS hold key positions within the State party. FIRST you have to mount a sustained insurgency, capitalising on our strength in numbers, to go in to R party local meetings normally attended by 50 people, with a 200 strong maga army (AFTER first sending in scouts to map the territory) and following the by-laws (make them live by their own rules) VOTE the SOBS out.
And then you move up the hierarchy.
Az R party still isn’t 100 percent, but we ARE in a strong position. Frankly, thats why Rusty Bowers career is over, and Bennet is on the ropes, and I suspect is why VOS survives to continue to thwart MAGA.
If there is an effort to have a nationwide strike, I’m in. I actually think it’s a good idea at this point.

Mitch McConnell must not be Senate majority leader after the midterms

Senate minority leader Mitch McConnell declined to comment on the FBI raid of President Donald Trump’s Mar-a-Lago home during a press conference in Kentucky, following recent floods that hit the eastern part of his home state.
“I’m here to talk about the flood and recovery from the flood,” McConnell said when asked about the raid.
Hours later, McConnell’s office released the following statement:
This wasn’t the unequivocal condemnation that the FBI raid deserved. It was instead a perfunctory act released after pressure from the MAGA wing of the GOP.
Clearly, McConnell despises Trump and the MAGA movement and would love to see all of it brought to an end so everyone can go back to business as usual — i.e., deceiving the public that there is a two-party system when it is actually only one that loyally serves and profits off the Washington Establishment.
Mitch has benefited from the Washington Establishment.
McConnell’s wife, Elaine Lan Chao, is from a family that has extensive business interests in China and close ties with Chinese elites. Chao was appointed secretary of Transportation by President Trump. There were reports that she used her office to promote her family’s shipping business, even trying to include family members in high-level meetings with Chinese government officials. There were allegations that Chao boosted her husband’s political fortunes by showering attention and grant money on McConnell’s constituents and prominent Kentucky supporters.
But the Biden administration’s FBI will never ever conduct raids of their homes or offices. There won’t even be a preliminary investigation into these connections. In exchange, McConnell attacks Trump and remains mum about Hunter Biden’s shady businesses. This is how D.C. functions.

I am hoping they find all the employers who pay with cash to illegals and all the Welfare kings/queens and second hustle folks and they get their due. If they actually lived off what the gave them and did not do car washing, house cleaning, food prep in front of convenience stores to sell they’d get off gov dependency and try to do better. However the gov money (which appeals to greed gene) plus working a cash paying job is theft. Add in the disability hustles and it is too many fleecing a system we are all required to live under.
There’s too much money involved in big business for them to do more than wink and nod about the mass numbers of illegals employed under the table (or above with fake ID) and signed up for benefits.
Must not forget the non-governmental organizations and nonprofits that depend on the resettlement of “refugees”.
Those 87,000 new IRS agents are there to enforce the commie agenda. Such as a carbon tax, lets say a CT of $5.00 per sq foot of your residence. a 1,600 square foot house would have a carbon tax of $8,000.00. Fixed income parents that paid off their mortgage would lose their home and IRS thugs would be the ones throwing them out into the streets.
Think of all the other carbon taxes that the left has a wet dream about, cars, farms, work places, pets and livestock, just to name a few. A lot of people will become permanently indebted to the government because of their inability to pay the tax. Debt is the currency of slaves.
From my experience in government the majority of those will be desk jockeys more concerned with where the birthday cake is today and where they will be going for their next leave time. Many will be support people making sure that the pride posters are up and that they have plenty of “me” time off.
