The local police in Florida did a good job in that Epstein case, it was higher-ups who blew it for the girls.

Way back when President Trump and Melania came down the escalator I was no Trump fan. I saw him as a brash, narcissistic, NYC a_sshole. My nephew called me on the phone and demanded I watch so I did. Even though I used to stupidly keep FOX running in my office 24/7 with the volume down. However, I did as he asked, turned up the volume and I was shocked, I knew at that point, this is my/our guy.

Saw a ‘pressure’ ad for a shingles vax with a scary list of side effects. Why? My husband had it and it was very easy to treat.
My husband had it and recovered, but shingles can be life altering. My aunt has had chronic pain for years because of nerve damage caused by shingles. It’s not joke if you are older.

Got shingles behind my ear (didn’t know what it was) then it was on my forehead (figured out what it was) and it quickly went down by my nose and into my eye and was heading toward my mouth. Started meds right away and went to an eye doctor immediately; yep, in my eye. Got rid of the shingles in the eye and then two days later my right eye was so cloudy I could hardly see out of it; acute uveitis caused by the shingles.
That was a year ago and I am still fighting the acute uveitis; it is under control if I take the meds; if not it is back within a week. Also have painful nerve damage in my forehead.
No, I do not recommend the shingle shot even after all that. If you get blisters that pop up unexpectedly, get medical treatment right away. It is important to start taking the antivirals within 48 hours of the outbreak.
In fact, Marcia, it would be wise if folks of a certain age have the antivirals on hand. Sometimes getting to the doc/the Rx/the pharmacy is more than 48 hours. I’d further add, take the antivirals even if past the 48 hours.
My sister in law got the shingles vax. I don’t know why. But she got very ill. It was a stomach thing.

The FBI and others from the Federal Government would not let anyone, including my lawyers, be anywhere near the areas that were rummaged and otherwise looked at during the raid on Mar-a-Lago. Everyone was asked to leave the premises, they wanted to be left alone, without any witnesses to see what they were doing, taking or, hopefully not, “planting.” Why did they STRONGLY insist on having nobody watching them, everybody out? Obama and Clinton were never “raided,” despite big disputes!
The violation of the 4th amendment is so systemic now in the ‘legal’ system as to be completely void in practice.
