A friend here in NorCal is in his early 60s, a landscape worker / runner, with horrible knees and was running at night in a Conservative suburban town. Someone called the police, and said a man was struggling and disoriented.

FBI Raid On Trump Confirms The Security State Picks Who Americans Are Allowed To Vote For

The FBI made an unannounced raid on the private home of a former U.S. president Monday night, authorized by a U.S. attorney general whom that president had denied a lifetime appointment to the U.S. Supreme Court. The raid happened as the former president publicly mulled another election bid, and amid growing FBI interference in state elections.

The raid has provided needed clarity to Republicans who have participated in, presided over, and failed to bring accountability for perhaps the biggest security state hoax in American history, known as Spygate. In that operation, Obama administration officials colluded to frame and hijack the incoming opposition presidency using fabricated evidence, lies to secret security courts, media propaganda operations, and breaking numerous laws as well as the public trust.

They framed a president and got away with it. Now they’re raiding a president. It won’t stop there if they get away with it again. If Republicans don’t end this, they’re all next.

The bottom line of being run by a national security state and its influence operations is the end of self-governance in America. If Americans aren’t allowed to choose who their leaders will be until national security agencies filter the pool, we don’t have a democracy, a republic, or a democratic-republic, we have a security state that uses elections as a facade for tyranny.

We Have No Reason To Trust The FBI

If Republicans were doing any of this, Democrats would be calling it authoritarian. And they’d be right.

Yesterday, Merrick Garland’s DOJ raided the home of a former president, and likely future presidential candidate, in a case regarding “potential mishandling of classified documents,” according to The Washington Post. Is that really it? We have long been told that “mishandling of classified documents” isn’t a serious crime.

When Clinton set up a secret private server to circumvent transparency, likely to hide favor-trading related to her now-obsolete corrupt foundation, it was a potential felony. In that illegal server, the FBI would find 100 emails containing classified information, 65 marked “Secret,” 22 marked “Top Secret,” and over 2,000 emails that would be retroactively marked classified. Many felonies. Unlike Trump, who had the power to declassify any document he wished, Hillary could not. And as numerous experts pointed out, the chances that those documents were intercepted by foreign powers were quite high. No one’s home was raided by the FBI.

Indeed, Hillary’s staff then attempted to destroy all evidence related to that secret illegal server, wiping it and literally using hammers to break phones and laptops—as Comey noted at the time, they “cleaned their devices in such a way as to preclude complete forensic recovery.” Another bunch of potential felonies. Not only were there no FBI raids, but Comey showered Clinton’s staff with immunity.

When Democrats support underlying causes that end in riots, they are absolved of responsibility. When Republicans do, they are insurrectionists.

Georgia couple charged with using their adopted children to make child porn

A Georgia couple has been charged with using their two adopted children to record child pornography, police said.

Walton County Sheriff’s Office raided a home in Loganville July 27 on reports that a man there was downloading child porn.

After interviewing the suspect, who was not identified, police said they learned there was another suspect in the county who was “producing homemade child sexual abuse material with at least one child who lived in the home,” the sheriff’s office said Thursday.

Around 11:30 p.m. that same night, executed a search warrant in Oxford at the home of William Dale Zulock, 32, and Zachary Jacoby Zulock, 35.

Both men were charged with aggravated child molestation, sexual exploitation of a child and enticing a child for indecent purposes, WSBTV reported. William Zulock was additionally charged with child molestation.

FBI seizes cell phone of Trump ally and Pennsylvania Republican Scott Perry, lawmaker claims

A key ally of former President Donald Trump is reporting that federal agents seized his cell phone a day after they executed a search warrant at Mar-a-Lago.

In a statement provided to Insider, Rep. Scott Perry, a Republican from Pennsylvania, said that on Tuesday morning, “while traveling with my family, 3 FBI agents visited me and seized my cell phone.”

Perry denounced the alleged seizure, first reported by Fox News, but did not say what reason the FBI gave him for taking the phone.

“I’m outraged — though not surprised — that the FBI under the direction of Merrick Garland’s DOJ, would seize the phone of a sitting Member of Congress,” he stated.

In June, federal agents searched Clark’s home.

Perry has not been charged with a crime.

Trump suggested that he was continuing to work with NARA and DOJ on the matter, and was thus dumbfounded by the swarm of FBI agents that spent hours combing through materials Monday in Mar-a-Lago while Trump was away in Manhattan. “After working and cooperating with the relevant Government agencies, this unannounced raid on my home was not necessary or appropriate,” his statement said.

But that cooperation by Trump gave agents the justification they needed to obtain their warrant, according to the Miami Herald:

“Federal agents were able to establish probable cause for the warrant because Trump and his lawyers had already turned over some classified documents that had been sought by the National Archives and Records Administration, the source said. Agents suspected that Trump was unlawfully holding other classified documents from his presidency in his private club and residence at Mar-a-Lago, which is the crux of the investigation led by the FBI and Justice Department in Washington, D.C.

After 9/11, the FBI scoured the Muslim community for mentally vulnerable targets who could be coaxed into participating in the FBI’s make-believe terror plots. More recently, a jury rejected the FBI’s contrived plot to “kidnap” Michigan Governor Gretchen Whitmer when it turned out that the FBI funded and set up the whole thing—even to the point of facilitating introductions among the “conspirators.” This is also why many in the public are alarmed that the FBI had informants inside the crowd that breached the Capitol on January 6. 
The FBI should not be allowed to justify its existence by making its own criminal plots. Congress should pass laws permitting expedited discovery in criminal cases and a procedure for quickly dismissing cases where the suspects were not already criminals when the FBI started its investigation. And while we’re at it, the Justice Department should not be able to hold defendants in jail for a year without trial or bail to coerce plea deals.

It’s time for more of the American people to disabuse themselves of the belief that there is any goodness left in the Department of Justice or the FBI. They are no longer the good guys fighting for justice or the guardians of the rule of law, as Hollywood has been portraying them for years. Those days are long gone. What those institutions are is the exact opposite of goodness. 

They’re nothing less than the Administrative State’s Praetorian Guard, the ruling class’ personal bodyguards, intelligence gatherers, and intimidators. They aren’t protecting the rights of the American people, and haven’t done so for decades. But they are hell-bent on attacking their political enemies, protesting parents, and anyone who dares get in the way by questioning whether justice is truly taking place.

People suppose that it’s just top level management that is corrupt, that’s it’s just the seventh floor at the FBI or the AG’s office. If that were the case then why haven’t more of the tens of thousands of employees of those institutions come forward as whistleblowers?
