Good questions all. I suspect the answer is largely because we’ve allowed the left to take control of the Courts and institute a two-tiered justice system. That makes seeking relief from the Courts a very iffy proposition wholly dependent upon which Judge you get. Of course, the left will work overtime to ensure the Judge in your case is beholden to the left and has long ago abandoned the concept of free speech and impartial courts.

The schools jacked up the charges because with the loans, students could pay more. Then they used that money to increase the numbers of administrators not professors. (And increase everyone’s pay.) And they have been using it to impose all sorts of abuse.
I personally think the schools should eat the cost of student loans. We should also remove all government loan guarantees. Stop loaning money to people who can’t pay it back.

I was a high school special education teacher in Kansas when we brought up this very issue at a faculty meeting. Our principal took our concern very seriously and within 2 days all our doors were redone so they could be locked from the inside.
Retired school teacher here. In SC we had no locking mechanism on the door from inside the classroom. During any lockdown, we had to use our room keys to lock the doors from the outside. Further instructions were not to open the doors even if the person wanting to come in the classroom was a student. I had great difficulty with that and asked the principal “what if the student was your child?” Crickets…
Sandy Hook wasn’t even a school. It had been condemned and they were using it for storage. That’s why in almost every picture you can see stacked chairs and desks and mildew everywhere. There are rusty handrails and even broken ones. Wolfgang Halbig points all these discrepancies out. They rented portapots for the day of the shooting and they refused to let him see the invoices and tried to have him arrested.

I thought use of sock puppets was a banning violation for most websites. It is generally a method for one puppet to make some comment and then get lots of praise and supporting comments from the other puppets in order to show popular approval. The Yahoo boards had certain trolls who ran/posted on certain stories. The patriots who constantly pawned them caused them to lose the narrative as I believe many just regular readers were getting the truth from the patriots so they shut it down for a while and retooled/censored it. I have been voting no all school tax issues for decades. My dad, in his second career as a superintendent of maintenance for a large CA district, told me over and over that schools were the worst run organizations in America. (And he fought the good fight from within for 15 years.)
Of course it won’t. Parents don’t want to admit this because they’d have to make some sacrifices like pay for private school or homeschool.

Good point. As I get older, I’m finding fewer and fewer critical thinkers at my place of employment. They intentionally made it hard to find allies in ending COVID policy, and all I can do is keep bringing up medical statistics. The pandemic ended Oct 2021, and for some reason, our society keeps acting like people are dropping dead left and right.
The reality is, in my populated suburban ring county of Philadelphia PA, the current weekly hospitalization rate for COVID is 13 out of 100,000.

Fortunately, my granddaughter is pretty well grounded and seems to have escaped the insanity, but my son was amazed at how quickly this group of girls that he’s known for years seem to have gone insane!
Teenaged girls, particulary junior high to sophomore year, are incredibly group oriented and attention-seeking, a well-known phenomena. Girl in lower socio-economic groups often attain that attention by getting pregnant; girls in much higher SE groups do so by attaching themselves to social causes they feel can’t be criticized among their group.
Which is exactly why school officials hiding information from parents and actually aiding and abetting gender affirming behaviors is so dangerous.
It IS well known that young girls in this age group are vulnerable and should be protected from life altering decisions.

Keep them out of public schools also because you can’t control what sort of kids they are exposed too and you have no idea what awful things the teachers are telling them.
Internet blocking software, no cell phones, and computers in public areas of the house are also a good idea – Tumblr alone has caused all kinds of teen girls to say they are trans.
All this may not be enough, but you have to try.
And yes this may sound extreme, but we are now on our third generation of kids who are either morally relativistic or completely amoral, and it’s not going well for our country.

A member who has needed medical marijuana for c. 30 years to alleviate a legitimate medical condition thought s/he was being included in this objurgation, which I later explained was not the intention. This member also complained that nobody was mentioning Alcohol’s effects on society.
The discussion reminded me that the debate about personal use of mind-behavior affecting chemicals goes back centuries. I have gone back on forth on this throughout the years: at one point in my earlier years I had a rather libertarian view, i.e. if you want to fry your brain with whatever, go right ahead. You are an idiot!
The problem with that is the fried person often ends up abandoned on society’s doorstep, so to speak, a lead weight on that society…and his family.

As a recovering alcoholic I stay away from drugs obviously. One year ago I had neck surgery. C2-3 fusion. CSM~Stenosis from arthritis. Now constant burning pain from damage over time right side essentially a stroke if you will.. 67 years. Cannabis does not get rid of the pain. It allows me not to think about the pain and go on about my day. The good news for this alcoholic is medical cannabis controls the dosage amount of THC so I am not accidentally having to sleep all day. Never really heard of ODs on pot. Do I want to do this drug ? No ! It goes against all of my concepts of Sobriety. Government involvement though like anything it touches increases the costs. There are a lot of elderly chronic pain healthy patients that could benefit from cheap meds especially naturally occurring plants. Currently I am living my best life with my beautiful wife on the Emerald Coast trying to think about how high the Liberty tide is rising. We will rise from these ashes.

Cannabis has many properties which make it an effective drug and intervention but it can also be a food source (as in salad greens not as in get you high). This takes education and more reading than most people want to do.
Pot shops, everywhere in my neck of the woods, are where most people go for pot. IMO they are confusing and useless. Growing the stuff, like you do tomatoes or cucumbers, and research is what I’ve found is the best and most effective way to utilize the plant.
That being said, I noticed the 19 yo neighbor looked higher than a kite the other day getting out of his car (as the driver), this is a big problem. Education is a must. Marijuana use is not harmless and somehow instead of education, in the push for legalization, we have a strange notion that it is safe. Young teens smoking is a tragedy that we will pay a price for.

I am reminded of something else: the grand-daughter of a friend fell prey to Batten’s Syndrome, an absolute nightmare of a disease, genetic and incurable.
It is a one in 10 million disease or so, because both parents need to be carrying a certain odd gene for the disease to hit.
The child develops just fine until about age 3, and then very slowly, over c. 10 years, the brain deteriorates into mush and the child dies. We saw this cute little girl lose control of her limbs, go slowly deaf, blind, aphasic, etc.
Her parents became saints because of this ordeal (all parents with children suffering from this become saints, we believe): they never gave up hope. As she grew, her father still took her on canoe trips, bike rides, etc. For he was positive that some consciousness was still alive in her.
Here is the point for our discussion: Massive, continual seizures afflicted her in her last years (she died at 13), but marijuana extracts were able to diminish them somewhat, when nothing else seemed to work at all.
To those who wonder why God seems to inflict such a plague on a child and her parents, the answer is: so that people can show God’s love to them.
Literally over a thousand people from small-town, rural Ohio banded together year after year to raise funds at festivals, funds donated to the parents for defraying or completely paying for the medical expenses and for special vans, special beds, special everything!
We attended most of these and it was always heartening to see the good will and optimism, and made me proud to be a Christian and an American, no matter how dismaying it was to see “Mary” continue to decline: twisted, shaking, drooling, eyes staring at nothing, yet possibly somehow sensing the love around her.
I apologize to the entire community for taking up so much space and time here flying off the handle every time someone bashes the plant. Believe me when I say I despise those pimping cannabis as a party drug to people I wouldn’t trust with ginger beer. It is worth noting that Big Pharma is one of the largest backdoor proponents of recreational cannabis because it cheapens and degrades the curative credibility argument. This is a serious discussion for me to get into on a Saturday, but it is one in which I have a lot of personal/family history.
There were at least 6 of my siblings with addiction problems, including one who died from heroin abuse. Three that are still living are in recovery and 2 of those work in the field of counseling/addiction rehab.
My younger sister is about the most experienced and expert one can be in addiction/recovery. She says that addiction is the problem – whatever a person’s “drug of choice” may be. She believes that addiction is a spiritual/mental/physical problem. Substituting one drug for another (such as in methadone or suboxone treatment) will not solve the problem. All of her counseling work is based on an abstinence-only approach and dealing with the spiritual, mental and physical issues.
Based on that, I don’t think outlawing drugs or alcohol solves the problem. Again, it is a problem of mind, body AND soul. We should teach our children about the difference between responsible drug/alcohol USE and drug/alcohol ABUSE. We should also teach them that some things are just too toxic or risky to put in our bodies. But in the end the choice is up to the individual – with the guarantee that they will suffer the consequences of their bad choices.
Thankfully, I have not had any serious problems with addiction although I do drink beer. I know and have seen people addicted to beer and how it can ruin their lives as much as shooting up heroin. I know my limits and I also know it is not the healthiest thing to drink and I should probably avoid it like I avoid drinking sodas.
But I have to admit, as a mom and grandma, it’s difficult not to wish there were no legal drugs.

I agree and don’t like the trend of actually promoting drug use.
Here’s a thought experiment. My counselor sister calls alcohol a drug just as you would call marijuana or cocaine a drug. And alcohol in the form of beverages is definitely promoted, especially beer and wine. Would as many people consume alcohol if it came in pill form or had to be smoked?
I can’t imagine doing that. I like the taste of certain kinds of beer (not all), but I also admit I like that it relaxes me. And I don’t like the taste of non-alcohol beer. If cocaine were in a beverage, as I have heard it was at one time, would I drink it? No, because I know how harmful and addictive it can be.
Everything in moderation? No, there are definitely drugs that are more addictive than others, I think. I guess that is the “physical” part of the triangle. The spiritual part can heal both the mental and physical parts of addiction I believe.
I was prescribed Oxycodone’s for a surgery I had in a motorcycle accident. I despised it as it sapped my Soul/Spirit. I have a non-addictive personality, luckily. So in previous times I was prescribed medications for my injuries (football,motorcycle,cars,fights etc) I was prescribed medications that were Valium offshoots. Way different than the junk now.
I have a theory based on my own experiences that hard drugs (including alcohol and prescription pain meds and downers) separate the link between ones soul and their bodies and consciousness, stuffing it down. When the subject stops using their drug of choice, the withdrawal symptoms are the soul re attaching to the flesh. That is why they hurt so damn badly. Just a theory.

Their is a drug epidemic of frightening proportions of disgusting drugs like Meth,Fentanyl, Oxy, & the old killer Heroin. It makes the old days of pills & Cocaine seem tame. These new drugs are truly terrible.

The right to own property is a given for conservatives, a proven idea for superior societies.
“Property” includes physical and intangible things – intellectual property, culture, beliefs, values, etc.
Private property generates intense personal motivation. We care about, learn about, and more efficiently use things we own. Making our property productive makes us work harder, think better, and cooperate better to accomplish tasks and invent new things.
Property incites human ambition and greed. The more property we own, the better our chances of surviving, reproducing, and living a comfortable, pleasing life.
We care less about things we don’t own, unless those things are useful for us.
“Public” property gets some of our caring because we find it useful. Shared usage of vital infrastructure can be beneficial.
A neighbor’s property deserves some attention and respect. It’s condition may affect us, and neighbors won’t respect our property if we don’t respect theirs.
The elimination of private ownership will kill creativity and productivity since no one will be inspired to the special efforts that arise from pride of ownership.
Socialists want all property to be public, with people only allowed to borrow the things they are allowed to have. You would own nothing, have control over nothing, including intangibles such as beliefs, values, culture, family, feelings, relationships, etc.
Socialist economics and Politically Correct Wokeism (the socialism of intangibles) run amuck will kill human progress and create slavery, whatever our new masters may call it.
The socialists elites will, of course, enjoy the benefits of controlling all the things we can’t own. Their power will not be called private property or ownership, but that’s what it will be.
So …
If losing everything of value in your life does not motivate you to pledge your “life, fortune and sacred honor” to defending the U.S. Constitution, conservative values and Western Civilization, you deserve to lose all that you have.
