Donald Trump and Elon Musk have something in common….
“It must be remembered that there is nothing more difficult to plan, more doubtful of success, nor more dangerous to manage than a new system. For the initiator has the enmity of all who would profit by the preservation of the old institution and merely lukewarm defenders in those who gain by the new ones.”

For Elon Musk it is the organization of Twitter with 7,500 employees dedicated to ensuring he would never succeed in his takeover effort. From the board of directors to the data engineers who build the controlling algorithms, to the third-party service providers who manage the data demand, there are likely only a handful of people within the entire corporation who would welcome the type of change Elon Musk represents.
As a result of the scale of opposition, any organizational takeover would ultimately deliver a company filled with sleeper cells and activist agents who consider it their personal and ideological mission to destroy the social media platform rather than accept change. The purchase effort was doomed from the outset, considering Musk represented something akin to Rand Paul being nominated to lead the World Bank or Federal Reserve. Some stuff just isn’t possible.
We The People attempted the Musk route when we sent President Donald Trump into Washington DC. However, instead of one institution with 7,500 people, it was dozens of institutions housing hundreds of thousands of entrenched ideologues. Most MAGA voters did not realize it at the time because grade school civics was never updated with our post-9/11 political outcome.

Imagine what the 7,500 Twitter folks would do as employees within an institution they abhorred overnight. What scale of effort would be exhausted to kill baby Elon Hitler for the greater social good? You don’t have to go too far in your imagination, because that’s exactly how Washington DC reacted to Trump’s arrival.
From day one to day one-thousand-four-hundred-sixty-one, no opposition was too much opposition by anyone, in every institution and every branch – including both wings of the UniParty congress, upper and lower chambers.
The threat that Trump represented needed to be managed, attacked and ultimately removed. There were/are trillions at stake, and keep in mind, DC is the epicenter of the global financial universe. As a result, the financial foot-soldiers of almost every western nation were aligned to assist the DC system in removing the threat.
Sometimes I laugh at the hindsight of people who say Donald Trump had terrible judgement in his appointments. I snicker because these are the same people who said General James “Mad Dog” Mattis was the greatest military leader since George Washington. How did that role as defense secretary work out?
No wait, Trump could have done a better job against the 74,000 people in the United States Dept of State, extending like metastatic cancer around the globe from their primary origination point in foggy bottom DC.
Oh, I’m sure the Ron DeSantis advocates have a plan for that, just as assuredly as they can jump to the typeset to instruct Musk how to modify the personnel outlooks of the social media network. Something that involves the multi-billion global media corporations folding up shop to shift their ideological compass headings, right?
Maybe free cookies will help the kids who work 3 hours a week, smile as they adjust to a 40-hour expectation.
I’m told that Donald Trump also planned badly to take over the 90,000 employees and $8.7 billion payroll at the U.S. Dept of Justice. Trump should have listened to the advice of the esteemed and well-regarded senior Senator from deep red Alabama, Mr. Jeff Sessions, who was also praised effusively by the same conservative crowd who praised the Mad Dog. If only Trump had installed a great stalwart for conservative principles like Sessions. Alas, we lost the opp… wait, huh, no.. wait,.. I mean, what?
Former UN official Ric Grenell was awesome as the “acting” Director of National Intelligence. If only President Trump had nominated Grenell from the outset, instead of that insufferable DC insider from the Senate Select Committee on Intelligence, Dan Coats, things would have been so much better.
With an ODNI confirmation from the same senate intelligence group that was trying to block Trump from ever reaching Washington DC, things would have been awesome. Hey, why is that “Acting” word always in front of Grenell anyway? Oh, wait, the “Republican” committee members wouldn’t what?
Alas, if Trump had only done a better job of hiring the 2,400 people who work for the White House, he would have avoided all of those horrible stealth terror cells who were in place to facilitate his removal. Surely it wouldn’t have taken him that long to go through the candidate pool and interview everyone willing to live within a 100-mile radius of the epicenter of morality and truthfulness known as Washington DC.
And boy did President Trump ever screw up with his 400+ staff National Security Council, who report to the National Security Advisor and come from every executive agency, including intelligence, to deliver wholesome and practical advice to the oval office holder they hated.
I’m sure Musk has a better plan to manage the Silicon Valley coders who design the algorithms at the Twitter. I mean, Musk and Ron DeSantis being all smarter than Trump would have a plan for stuff, right?
Speaking of “intelligence”, what was candidate Donald Trump thinking when he selected former Indiana Governor Mike Pence as his vice-presidential running mate? I mean everyone in the republican sphere of conservative politics hated Mike Pence in 2015 and 2016, knowing his conservative bona fides were a mask just waiting to drop and create havoc for the America-First agenda. I mean it’s not like everyone didn’t know Mr. Pence surrounded himself with liars, fabricators and political club staff who hated the Tea Party base. We all knew that in 2015 and 2016, right?
If only Donald Trump had hired the right kind of people within his administration, then the multinational global corporate media would not have needed to treat him like he was the walking personification of the antichrist. A few people here, and a few different people there, and everything would have gone swimmingly.
Many people know -to a demonstrable certainty- that Ron DeSantis has, right now, a list of about 200,000 people ready to move themselves directly into Washington DC and finally change the system for the better. I am certain this list exists because all the right crowd in conservative media tell me they are sure of it.
These betters are the people who would know such things because they knew Senator Ted Cruz was the reformist lightbringer in 2015. The word is that DeSantis uniquely carries the power to replace every corrupt republican member of the House and Senate simply by raising his chin a certain way when the sunlight glistens upon him.
It was the Fourth Quarter of 2019…..
….despite two years of doomsayer predictions from Wall Street’s professional punditry, saying Trump tariffs on China would create massive inflation…. It wasn’t happening!
Overall year-over-year inflation was hovering around 1.7 percent [Table-A BLS]; that was our inflation rate. The rate in late 2019 was firmed up with less month-over-month fluctuation, and the rate remained consistent. [See Below]

A couple of important points. First, unleashing the energy sector to drive down overall costs to consumers and industry outputs was a key part of President Trump’s America-First MAGAnomic initiative. Lower energy prices help the worker economy, middle class and average American more than any other sector.
Which brings us to the second important point. Notice how food price had very low year-over-year inflation, 0.5 percent. That is a combination of two key issues: low energy costs, and the fracturing of Big Ag hold on the farm production and the export dynamic:
(BLS) […] The index for food at home declined for the third month in a row, falling 0.2 percent. The index for meats, poultry, fish, and eggs decreased 0.7 percent in August as the index for eggs fell 2.6 percent. The index for fruits and vegetables, which rose in July, fell 0.5 percent in August; the index for fresh fruits declined 1.4 percent, but the index for fresh vegetables rose 0.4 percent. The index for cereals and bakery products fell 0.3 percent in August after rising 0.3 percent in July. (link)
For the previous twenty years food prices had been increasingly controlled by Big Ag, and not by normal supply and demand. The commodity market became a ‘controlled market’. U.S. food outputs (farm production) was controlled and exported to keep the U.S. consumer paying optimal prices.
President Trump’s trade reset was disrupting this process. As farm products were less exported the cost of the food in our supermarket became reconnected to a ‘more normal’ supply and demand cycle. Food prices dropped and our pantry costs were lowered.
The Commerce Dept. then announced that retail sales climbed by 0.4 percent in August 2019, twice as high as the 0.2 percent analysts had predicted. The result highlighted retail sales strength of more than 4 percent year-over-year. These excellent results came on the heels of blowout data in July, when households boosted purchases of cars and clothing.
The better-than-expected number stemmed largely from a 1.8 percent jump in spending vehicles. Online sales, meanwhile, also continued to climb, rising 1.6 percent. That’s similar to July, 2019, when Amazon held its two-day, blowout Prime Day sale. (link)
Despite the efforts to remove and impeach President Trump, it did not look like middle-class America was overly concerned about the noise coming from the pundits. Likely that’s because blue-collar wages were higher, Main Street inflation was lower, and overall consumer confidence was strong. Yes, MAGAnomics was working.
Additionally, remember all those MSM hours and newspaper column inches where the professional financial pundits were claiming Trump’s tariffs were going to cause massive increases in prices of consumer goods?
Well, exactly the opposite happened [BLS report] Import prices were continuing to drop:
This was a really interesting dynamic that no-one in the professional punditry would dare explain.
Donald Trump’s tariffs were targeted to specific sectors of imported products. [Steel, Aluminum, and a host of smaller sectors etc.] However, when the EU and China respond by devaluing their currency, that approach hit all products imported, not just the tariff goods.
Because the EU and China were driving up the value of the dollar, everything we were importing became cheaper. Not just imports from Europe and China, but actually imports from everywhere. All imports were entering the U.S. at substantially lower prices.
This meant when we imported products, we were also importing deflation.
This price result is exactly the opposite of what the economic experts and Wall Street pundits predicted back in 2017 and 2018 when they were pushing the rapid price increase narrative.
Because all the export dependent economies were reacting with such urgency to retain their access to the U.S. market, aggregate import prices were actually lower than they were when the Trump tariffs began:
[…] Prices for imports from China edged down 0.1 percent in August following decreases of 0.2 percent in both July and June. Import prices from China have not advanced on a monthly basis since ticking up 0.1 percent in May 2018. The price index for imports from China fell 1.6 percent for the year ended in August.
[…] Import prices from the European Union fell 0.2 percent in August and 0.3 percent over the past 12 months.

It’s amazing what President Trump accomplished in the time that he had and with so many people working against him
Gee. All those Libertarian Free Tradists criticizing Trump tariffs (i.e., Free-And-FAIR trade) were flippin wrong.
Paleoconservatism is the way, folks.
As always THANK YOU Sundance these are hard times and you my friend are our very own Paul Revere be well Sundance stay strong and God Bless
R.D.
We all need to pray daily for Sundance and thank God for this platform. Sundance is without peer in his brilliant analysis of today’s politics.
Be bold for the Lord your God is with you,in Jesus Christ name,Amen.
Well said.
Amen.
Good discussion, but I’d like to offer a small correction. Today, the Department of State has about 14,000 Foreign Service employees [U.S. citizens available for posting overseas and in the U.S.]; 12,000 Civil Service employees [mostly U.S. citizens who work in DC and at other U.S. installations]; and 47,000 non-U.S. hire employees overseas.
Good golly — let’s cut their staff down at least 50% to start! Ridiculous!
Agreed. Why does it take so many people to portray our country so terribly around the globe? Just let Biden/Harris run wild and we can save a ton of money that doesn’t exist anyway.
Nah…Fire them ALL and rehire as needed. from Fly-over states
“Fire them ALL”.
The Real World doesn’t work the same way Hollywood movie Fantasy World ” works”.
Hopefully backward gazing armchair critics and Drumpf “should have” aDviSoRs will wake up and realize they’ve been in a media induced trance.
That was my first thought. Why the hell are we paying soooo many gubbermint workers to begin with. Too many of them can hide in the shadows with that many.
There was bound to be trouble stirred up foe Trump when he came in. But Trump did have a legit problem, one inevitable to an outsider. He didn’t know the character of people he was appointing. I don’t mean he would know all of the 24,000 minor appointees. But he chose as his chief of staff Reince Preibus, RINO of RINOs, and who is chief of staff maneuvered dozens oftraitors into Trump’s cabinet and other High positions.
That was an Outsiders mistake. Trump eventually found a few people who would do decent jobs for him, but with his very first choice he set himself up for several very rough years. Mind you, if someone like DeSantis got in now, I don’t think he would have the moral fiber that Trump did. Priebus might have still been his chief of staff four years later, and if DeSantis had any better press or relationship with Congress or the Democratic party, it would have been because he folded on every major issue.
So let’s recognize the treasure we have in Trump, but we don’t have to pretend he’s an unlimited genius 4-D chess player who never makes a mistake.
None of us knew how deep the Swamp was. Trump and Sundance opened our eyes.
And that’s one advantage that Elon had as well, as he was able to see the Twitter Swamp with “experienced” eyes.
Try reading the article again.
No, never mind. You’ll never get it.
You’re one of those.
I read the article. In short, Trump was in too deep in the entrenched Swamp of DC and could not affect the change needed to drain it. But he’s also the best and all we’ve got to get the job done so let’s put him back in office and somehow, someway, this time it’ll be different.
To peacefully and legally remedy the corruption of the swamp is not something that can be accomplished wholly in 4 years, run the country, and deal with the rest of the world all at the same time.
That’s NOT what the article said. In fact, quite the opposite.
It highlighted the dangerous naivite of armchairs who critics Trump for not defeating the Global Swamp and repairing the damage they’ve done in his first four years.
Obviously Trump has plans he believes will succeed or he wouldn’t have risked EVERYTHING, including the lives of those he loves, to go to war with the Global Swamp.
Trumps LITERALLY betting his life that he and we will win this war.
Those who still imagine he should have already defeated the Global Demons and restructured the world are still in a make believe world trance.
As President Trump keeps saying, “Its time to Wake Up and to start helping to Save America”.
AKA A Businessman!
do you know how our government works, in particular the republican party?
A new CEO is named to run the largest corporation in the world. He can fire every single employee and start over. Trump, as CEO of the United States of America, doesn’t have that power. But here’s the similarity of their respective roles: the board of directors of the world’s largest corporation would remove the CEO in a heartbeat if he tried to fire every single employee.
My point? When the swamp gets too large, regardless of whether it is the USA or a large corporation, it has more power than the man at the top. It’s all about momentum . i.e. It’s hard to stop a train or turn a ship around at full speed.
Trump did an incredible job against tremendous resistance from the swamp. But the sad truth is that America is too far down the tracks to be saved.
“The sad tRuTh is that America” can’t “be saved”.
Fortunately, visionary genius Trump disagrees with your GUESS and he’s betting EVERYTHING, including his live and the lives of those he loves, to PROVE that he’s right.
He believes that by working together ” the BEST is yet to come”.
I’m with him. 😘
I would like to suggest that it seems to me Trump likes to work with existing conditions and then bring it around to the new goal. Standard procedure for a new manager.
Putting in Preibus was a standard business tactic-put in someone you know who knows the job and people.
Priebus was successfully tempted to step down as head of the RNC by being offered the job you imagine was a “Trump mistake”.
Aside from removing Priebus from the powerful RNC position, his appointment temporarily pacified the DC Republican Swamp demons which bought Trump some much needed time.
Notice that Priebus didn’t last long. Trump got rid of him and his gang while keeping his hands clean.
Real World savvy businessmen like Trump realize that Hatchet Men can be very useful. 😘
Unlike savvy genius Trump, backward gazing armchair critics suggest marie antoinette tier survival skills and threat awareness.
Re-read Sundance’s paragraph on Pence.
Then read it a 3rd or even 4th time. Until a lightbulb goes on.
This is a cogent defense of Trump’s Presidency and a credible description of the powerful DC and National forces that opposed his admin during his entire Presidential term. I hope it lowered sundance’s BP.
The Trump WH was a vastly outnumbered Alamo situated in the middle of hostile enemy territory but it also had a fluctuating array of self enriching traitors and enemies embedded within its own white walls. It wasn’t a 13 day brutal take no quarter Santa Anna Mexican siege in 1836 but a self destructive battle for political power between Americans in the 21st Century.
The “MAGA King” and his loyal supporters held out for 4 embattled years against an evil combination of Public and Private special interest forces that have been unobstructed in their efforts to consolidate power and rule over Main Street etc. USA undemocratically for decades. Biden was chosen as their puppet and the self destruction of the USA sped up.
Ultra MAGA King!
Also, if nothing else, it showed alot of people who may not pay as close attention as we do, for myriad reasons, the true nature of the GOPe rino. Hopefully not a small thing.
And lest we forget, that because Trump, Roe is on the ash heap of history, the Sullivan Act is no more, and there’s been a shot across the bow of those who rule administratively without legislative authority. The whisper of a penumbra, the misbegotten theory of privacy as injection point for ill considered legal vaccines, has been choked off.
This court’s month of June rulings see the ship’s course turned 180 degrees and moving under the full sails of constitutionality. Kudos Justice Thomas for playing the important long game.
GF
While I applaud the Supreme Court decision, abortion laws are now left up to the states. The swamp did this to create an excuse for why so many states will suddenly go blue this November.
Hint: Elections have nothing to do with voters. They simply create issues to exploit for their pre-planned election fraud.
Trump becoming president forced me to really look at and open my eyes to how bad the swamp really was.
When he became president the rats couldn’t hide in the shadows no more.
The problem now is the DC swamp rats are not going to relinquish there death grip so easy and president Trump isn’t going to be able to defeat them on his own.
This is going to take us citizens to do the job.
We are going to have to fight our hardest to win this and I’m not sure if our elections will do the trick.
We will see this next election cycle if the game of election are over?!
Voting and community organizing is all we have Patrick… is this what you mean?
Its a process (battle) in which we are entering our 5th year of wins and losses.
Now is the time for MAGA to double down our efforts and take the battle to next level.
Stay positive, stay strong, stay united MAGA!
Yesterday, on Facebook, Mary Grace did a live walk and talk; for an hour, and touched on the work that True the Vote is prepping for which includes, not July as some had expected, but in August, where Gregg Philips and Catherine Engelbrecht are doing their disclosures;
they are working with the Sheriffs and other local authorities on the one hand, creating the structure for having real-time eyes on the ground so to speak, against voting fraud and the same time
there is a meeting, what Mary Grace is calling the Pit, where invited people, the new journalists, will be given the details of what is being disclosed so that as this happens this new media (and I do pray that Sundance/CTH is among the invitees) can begin to show what it is True the Vote has uncovered.
She mentions that even those who cannot physically get involved, but are good at using the internet for searches, for spreading (sharing) information whether personal emails or on their own websites, information which the MSM and the bigger swamp itself will be working overtime to block.
Basically, stuff is happening behind the scenes. Right now think it’s on us to be patient just a tad longer.
Her walk and talk isn’t up on her Rumble channel but if it shows up will put a link to it in a reply here.
She does encourage everyone to follow True the Vote, they have a website and are on Truth Social.
I agree that Donald Trump and Elon Musk faced similar challenges but there are some big differences. I’m not sure Trump was aware of what he would be facing from the deep state when he took the oath of office. Musk on the other hand I’m sure knew what kind of opposition he would face – not just from Twitter employees – but from the power structure in the United States.
Musk was prepared to face the wrath of the establishment and only backed out when he realized that the company was way overpriced. Musk may very well take over Twitter if the price is right and if that happens I have no doubt that he will turn the culture around by 180 degrees even if it means firing every current Twitter employee. Musk didn’t build two of the most amazing and successful companies in history from scratch by not being able to recognize the best talent, hiring them away from the competition and retaining them. Musk didn’t get to where he is today by hiring top lieutenants who are not 100% loyal to him.
It pains me to say this but Trump did a horrible job of hiring people. I know that a lot of people will make excuses and say well most appointee’s had to be approved by the senate but in the first two years in office the Republicans controlled the senate. With enough arm-twisting Trump should have been able to get his people through but he relied on the treacherous Mike Pence to get the approvals through the senate, the very person who made many of the recommendations to Trump in the first place! (e.g. Pence recommended his good buddy Dan Coats to DNI to name just one traitor).
Next to Pence it was Reince Priebus who made the most hiring recommendations. How could Trump not know that Pence and Priebus were snakes who would hire other snakes to infiltrate the White House (“You knew damn well I was a snake when you let me in”). As an aside Pence has a lot to answer for. He knew the type of people he was bringing into the White House but he didn’t care because his objective all along was to get Trump impeached so he could assume office.
I would bet that Trump had never even heard of most of his hirees before hiring them but there were some people that he should have known better about. Why for instance did Trump keep James Comey on as FBI director? He should have asked for Comey’s resignation on the day he was sworn in. Think of all the grief that would have saved him! I say Trump should have known better about Comey because it was Comey who made that special visit to the Trump tower after Trump won the election and met with Trump in private where Comey revealed to Trump the Steele extorsion dossier. This was Comey trying to do a J. Edgar Hoover on Trump. How could Trump not see that? Since the Steele dossier was so patently fake how could he have any confidence in Comey who presented to him as legit?
I know most in this forum will disagree with me and are hoping Trump gets elected in 2024 but if he does what will be different again? Have you ever heard Trump acknowledge that he made major staffing mistakes? He never admits he is wrong so what will change? If elected I bet he will once again have Jared and Ivanka at his side advising him what to do. Two people who look down on the very people that elected their father president.
Keith, you are correct. I disagree with you.
Armchair quarterback much?
Keith is not only an amchair quarterback but also a splitter for the UniParty. As Sundance says, “There are Trillions at Stake.”
It’s just like you didn’t read the article.
This!!!
He didnt
Did you read the essay at all? Your comment is exactly what Sundance is talking about.
Go look at some old videos of Trump on the Oprah show or the Washington correspondents dinner. He knew exactly who he was dealing with.
My personal opinion is that he didn’t know the complete travesty that is the 4th branch until he got to DC, as NONE of us citizens did. We thought the Constitution still was in effect. Well, surprise! It’s not.
He knows now, his Rolodex is updated, and he’s loaded for bear. I say, send him in again.
The old cynical line is “If elections changed anything, they’d make them illegal” … proof of this axiom came with the election of President Trump. I’m sure I don’t have to tell this audience that after the surprise, beyond the margin of fraud, victory in 2016, there was a great deal of chatter in the leftist blogosphere about the need to reduce (or even eliminate) the impact of the “electoral process” … With the blatant, out in the open, virtually unquestioned theft of the 2020 election, that chatter has all but disappeared … It’s even difficult now to find archive copies of those columns as they’ve been dropped down the memory hole.
The deep state has “fixed” their elections problem … and knowing they’ll have cover provided by the 5th estate, there is no longer any electoral margin they cannot overcome … so we can pretend to have elections again. They can, and will, allow losses in elections that don’t really matter (e.g. Chesa Boudin) but unless the Republicans learn to “ballot harvest” and “vote the graveyard”, Donald John Trump will never again be allowed to threaten the system.
There is, of course, one other solution … but it’s a last resort ….
“they’ll have cover provided by the 5th estate,”
“ eating bugs and insects” and “together with the social acceptability of cannibalism” is the current help the media is giving Democratic policies.
It will be extra hard to hide the cheating if the whole world is voting against the democrats policies.
Even Bill Maher said we shouldnt poke out a kid’s eyes and remove their legs so they can be a pirate.
Another nostradoomer appears pretending his gloomy guesses are facts.
Comrades, ignore Drumpf, rEsiStaNcE is fUtilE. 😂😂😂
President Trump obviously knew what he was getting into because he hit the ground running. He had to show US what we were dealing with. WE are the ones who were blind to the swamp.
I agree with much of what you say. A president relies on this party machine to fill all the positions, but he must have a core around him of trustworthy people. Trump could have perhaps chosen better there and Comey should have been fired as you say.
Have you read this article? https://www.axios.com/2022/07/22/trump-2025-radical-plan-second-term
It gives me hope, but Trump’s biggest problem will be the establishment’s proven willingness and ability to absolutely destroy anyone perceived as a Trump loyalist. They even have a well funded group that is dedicated to getting any lawyers that worked for him disbarred. And there were many lawyers we never heard of involved in the filing of post election suits in several states.
“Trump’s biggest problem will be the establishment’s proven willingness and ability to absolutely destroy anyone perceived as a Trump loyalist”
Exactly right! This is Trump’s biggest problem. How can he attract good people to serve him when we know that the establishment will crush anyone who is loyal to Trump?
I wonder if given a chance to do it all over again if General Flynn would have got on board that Trump train? Somehow I doubt it. Or what about Mike Lindell? He has paid a big economic price for his support of Trump. All major retailers discontinued selling his product line. He had to sell his business jet to pay for lawyers.
And then there are the grass-root supporters who have been targeted for prosecution by Biden’s Bolshevik AG Merrick Garland and are languishing in Garlands D.C. gulag denied bail because they took an unauthorized tour of the Capitol on J6.
I should add that the same thing will be true of any non-Team Davos president. The establishment will engage in the same politics of personal destruction.
The left (the overt face of the Uniparty) does not, cannot engage in policy debates. The only tool in their box is personal attacks
President Trump doesn’t have a problem attracting good people and apparently you have no understanding of true patriots like General Flynn and Mike Lindell.
Is there a battle on? Without question.
Are cowards and losers going to win? Obviously, you are hoping they will.
You conveniently overlooked McTurtle’s role in not allowing the Senate to recess and thus controlling those who could be approved.
Oh, poppy cock!
I agree 200%. I believe Trump as an outsider was wasn’t aware of how deep and sinister the deep state was. I also believe Trump always wanted to believe the good in people and thought he could work with them. I will say I don’t think DeSantis would have been as easy for them to deal with. Look at the Disney calamity.
I hope if Trump is elected, he will clean house and will have learned how people in the Republican party can stab you in the back. He needs to get rid of those people or nothing will be different
I’m going to ask:
IF the nation had not experienced the 4yrs of Trump, COULD Desantis really have taken those actions when he did and created such an effect?
I say no, timing is everything. Trump and prayer have trailblazed the way for what is turning around at our present time.
Exaclty. So many voted in Trump then sat back down on their butts and waited for him to fix things. Get involved in local government. Vote in every election you have and volunteer if you have the same. President Trump can’t solve this from the top down. It’s Deplorables that need to fight from the ground up.
Just reiterates his exceptionalism……….. with all the hurdles, look to his accomplishments. People like to complain a lot, even about his personality. Who cares, frankly I admire his constraint. Given what he was against, who managed to work and make America First like ULTRA MAGA TRUMP?
I doubt another outsider will ever enter the WH again. Maybe I’m wrong. I’m waiting for the midterms to see what happens. After that, we’ll see what happends.
While some people never admit their mistakes, those very people often learn from them. I’m betting all this crap we are watching now, what people say and how they act is being filed away in his head. He knows more now. They more they flap their gums the more information they reveal about themselves, their ideology and so on. I think there would be a difference in his next Administration.
I agree, his next administration will be very different. I believe he will take no prisoners.
😂😂😂😂😂😂😂
The Know It All Tween phase fortunately does NOT have to be the final stage.
There is a moral cancer that some Americans recognized fifty and even a hundred years ago. Sadly many Christian denominations have during this time departed from their solid Judeo-Christian foundation and gone with the world to be relevant and accepted. Jesus did not adapt his message to make himself popular with everyone. So we find one of his inner circle of 12 disciples, Judas, betraying him. We find the crowds that flocked to hear him, for physical healing, that were fed by him and even gave him a triumphal welcome into Jerusalem, disappear completely when he was nailed to the cross.
Only when many received new hearts were they prepared to take up their cross and follow him – even if it meant persecution and death. The message of Jesus was that all kingdoms will fail but that he will ultimately be recognized. As Paul summed it up:
at the name of Jesus every knee should bow,
in heaven and on earth and under the earth,
and every tongue confess that Jesus Christ is Lord,
to the glory of God the Father.
Excellent analogy. I also think the people were fed a lot of fake news by the Jewish elites and the same elites whispered to their Roman masters about a coming insurrection with Jesus Christ as the leader. Over 2000 years ago the scheming elites used fake news to deceive the people into sacrificing the Son of God. The father of lies has been at this game for a long time.
Mostly agree . . . except for this: when someone receives a new heart by accepting Christ, at that point, they ARE “taking up their cross and following Him.” It’s not salvation by grace, and then works to keep it going and to be admitted to heaven.
It’s grace all the way, all the time. If ANY part of it is up to you (either saving yourself or keeping yourself saved), you’re hell bound.
You sadly distorted what I wrote:
Only when many received new hearts were they prepared to take up their cross and follow him.
I did not speak explicitly of the new birth, or how repentance, faith in Christ and sanctification are connected to it but simply that a work of God’s grace is needed in a person’s life before they will respond by following Jesus.
I don’t know what prompted this but I will say, I did not know these people when President Trump did pick his cabinet and trusted your articles about them from the beginning until they turned out to be traitors. Early on, though, I did NOT “trust” Jeff Sessions when it looked like he ignored the corrupt Justice and was one of the naysayers on him.
I think we were all blindsided by Mattis and even Tillerson. But when he picked John Bolton, many of us were scratching our heads. Then sometime after he was fired, President Trump admitted he was talked into it.
I actually would rather DeSantis stay in Florida and continue to be an example to other governors, including my own DeRino here in Ohio.
I know I have talked about President Trump back in office potentially hiring backstabbers again because it is a worry and was a huge hindrance. My thought with DeSantis is that he is able to get his agenda done for Florida and I don’t know of any backstabbers. Would he be able to hire better people? Would he pull the rug out from under us and turn out to be a RINO on the national stage? It sounds like DeSantis isn’t really MAGA and is another faker. I’d like to know more about this, if he is a Kristi Noem or something. It’s also that he is presented on here in a positive and fighting light so often, it seems he is the only one outside of President Trump that could help MAGA. I don’t know if there are any other governors quite like him.
President Trump’s economic team is where he shined. I don’t think any of them were traitors for the most part. We were really starting to get things back again like they were. Maybe Gary Cohn, he left and probably has said some bad words. But I still remember that soundbyte from him on a news cast when things had started to boom under President Trump and the news started crediting Obama and Cohn started laughing, and basically said, NO, this is all because of President Trump.
I don’t understand how there is no one in power to help with the MAGA agenda as if they don’t care what happens to their children and their descendants with the totalitarian leftist onslaught. I guess they’re all communists, except for President Trump.
I’m just going to presume now they are all fakers and the ones that seem “extreme” are put there to make us feel better with the illusion of fighting back. I’m talking Josh Hawley, Jim Jordan, MTG, Matt Gaetz, and others. I would like to think Thomas Massie is sincere.
I remember after the ’16 election when the Republicans realized they had a majority in Senate, House, and Presidency and they looked like they were caught with their pants down. They didn’t know what to do with themselves and it was revealed they didn’t want to really change anything. The good things that happened were because of President Trump’s executive actions while we had to fight with Republicans of mixed ideology in Congress.
Thing is, those things we were fighting are still important, like repealing Obamacare, does anybody in office even care anymore? We’re still choking with our insurance policy since Obamacare turned it into absolute crap from copays to all deductible to this massive medical debt from last year to this one. I don’t think our insurance is even trying anymore. Can someone explain how an orthopedic office visit with a hand x ray and a cortisone shot amounts to $721? Really? Got slammed with that one recently.
Back then the enemy was George Soros, now he’s faded into the background with the horror of Klaus Schwab WEF with energy killing policies to even starvation. I don’t know if the GOP has any kind of plan against this.
I think it’s good that we talk about what happened during President Trump’s presidency. I believe Peter Navarro has said he had ordered massive amounts chloroquine as well as hydroxychloroquine for Covid and it didn’t go anywhere. And that’s because Fauci as well as Birx were allowed to run the show, probably because Pence was put in charge of the pandemic. I have found out through FLCCC, there was some attempt at getting the President’s attention, and apparently someone from FLCCC met with the administration but no changes were done to save lives.
I don’t understand things like the Dr. Oz endorsement nor why Marco Rubio was endorsed for reelection early on after he left office.
Honestly, I’ve been feeling very battered lately by the rest of the GOP, they can’t muster up much of a fight at all.
I guess we have no one except President Trump. It’s not like there’s anyone else that can take his place, maybe we thought we could change things, but the Left has gotten worse and their policies on everything are insane. The whole CRT/Transgender attack is so outrageous and I cannot believe how people have lost all sense of perspective and biological science vs a mental disorder. And they’re targeting our children, while also plugging for communism and anti-capitalism.
We’re just losing, even Crayola, frickin’ crayons!, are advertising with a transman in a wheelchair.
We have a person with an untreated identity disorder as secretary of health!
I’m ready for Jesus to come with His sword and I’m dead serious What’s evil is good and what’s good is evil. Especially now that some prominent denominations are condemning the overturning of Roe v Wade. So many led astray with false teachings and doctrine.
In the meantime, I will keep voting in primaries and lesser of two evils in general which means RINO if may be. I have to vote for DeWine this November, it would be worse with the Democrat. As soon as I feel better, I
will reconnect with my local GOP and try to be a poll watcher in November. I really am at a loss on what to do because two things:
We are educating our children to be Leftists.
Obama purged all conservative bureaucrats and replaced them with his like-minded people.
The purge continues in our military ranks.
I said early on after President Trump’s election we have to fix education. This is not meant to really be derogatory toward him but it was bad enough before the election, then we saw what happened after with the Left’s hysterical behavior and how indoctrinated they are.
If we EVER do regain any real power, I think there needs to be a bombardment of real scientists to back up the policies in all matters, environmental, medical, mental, etc. I don’t know how to turn back the clock on the brainwashed.
We saw two semis with windmill blades on the way home earlier this evening around Ashland, Ohio I-71. Who knows where they’re going.
Did anyone hear about our polar ice caps being the highest since the last 40 years according to the National oceanic and geographic something organization? My husband reported it to me. Also, U.S. emissions were very low but have now climbed due to the switch to coal from natural gas to power electricity, also reported to me by my husband.
The biggest question is, how are we going to win elections with all this fraud? President Trump won and we are living in a banana republic already. He won by surprise with the Monster Vote in ’16 because they didn’t expect it, surely this next vote will be even more massive, and yet, they could be prepared for it.
I really don’t know how to fight against the Left anymore as they have taken over about every position of power throughout the country, private and public.
I often wonder if the people we are more likely able to influence are at the lowest level, local government structures, people we know who are our neighbors, with children at school with our children, shopping at the same grocery store and the likes. Because we know them we should be able to choose more competent and principled people to fill these positions and to remind them regularly of their responsibilities.
my opinion is that generally speaking many have become corrupt themselves; no wonder our government
workers are also corrupt.
When you are at the bank or shopping and you are given too much change, do you bring
it to the clerk’s attention and give back the money? If you go to a store and they neglect
to charge you for something, do you bring it to their attention and then pay for the item?
Do you steal from your employer? Pens, paper, etc.? Do you shoplift? I know someone
who manages a large department store and they lose $10,000 per day form shoplifting.
As a society we are becoming more corrupt. Not Treepers btw.
Yes, to all your questions. But we are becoming more corrupt and morally bankrupt. The people who are lamenting the mass shootings don’t realize it is a symptom of a sick society. We didn’t have mass shootings in the 70’s-80’s that I know about. I learned of the tower sniper in the 60’s but that’s it until the stuff started in the 90’s.
I feel like my town is turning blue. We still have a Republican mayor but it seems there are quite a few leftists that deny CRT is being taught in our schools. And we went from conservative school board to all democrat but one! I’m waiting to hear about trans athletes in girls’ sports here. Three years ago, the ONE democrat on City Council who is at-large led the entire council to vote in anti-LGBTQ discrimination. The Left is loud, even in my town, and apparently 100 people were there supporting this. I was concerned then about the direction of this town and what this legislation means for children in the schools among other things. At the time this happened my father was dying of heart failure and I happened to see the article at the hospital about this legislation in our town so it wasn’t like I could help do anything about it.
I still can’t believe while other school boards are being overturned in this country by concerned parents my town votes in democrats.
We finally got a new free town newspaper because the old one that went online during the pandemic, turned national constantly badgering President Trump. This new one said they weren’t going to be political but Lefties are apparently running it and constantly featuring Democrat news and activities. Including this one church in our town, the United Church of Christ that is in a historical Congregational church on our square.
I think a lot of our “Main Street” promotions and activities are being led by democrats. But I believe one prominent business here is run by Republicans that are frequently featured by the democrat leaders.
I haven’t been involved in anything around here since my mother died in ’11 and had to become caregiver/manager to my father until he passed and am still working on getting their house on the market in this failing economy so am not able still to get involved. If I did run for something nobody would vote for me.
Thanks , your post hit the hail on the head hard.
Every Morning I wake from a restless sleep . My mind racing with stressful thoughts regarding the state of the world we live in.
The first thing I do every day is look to my news sources ,starting with the CTH , hoping for a bit of positive light . Can’t remember the last time I found one. Negative events seem to be growing exponentially and most people I know seem to accept it as just the way it is.
How does and why would this sad ship turn it self around if the majority of it’s passengers are so willing to go to such a bad destinations?
Liberals are living the life jimS!
The conditions we face may be stressful to us.. but not to them.
If elections cannot change the direction of our country… well then we are just living in a purgatory of leftist hell just waiting to die.
Try some L-Theanine with your coffee. It helps me. Smooth energy and focus for most of the day, out of 1/3 of the amount of coffee I would normally drink, and it (Theanine) actually helps me sleep through the night and for me it promotes regular dream cycles that were interrupted from Nov.3 onward.
I can relate, Jim, the news is devastating every day and I cannot take it every day either how everything is going south. I took three days off CTH because I was so shook up by the latest real estate news here while we are still trying to get my parents’ house on the market. Then I caught up anyway with what was posted. I wake up also at night, hence, my late, late post here last night/early morning.
I’m not willing but don’t know what to do about it anymore. It doesn’t help my husband’s family are so low-info, supposedly Republican but easily influenced. My mother in law watches Fox constantly and will believe anything they tell her. I hope she catches Tucker at least. My husband’s sisters are totally blind, I can’t even get started with them.
You can’t even start with people. Look at the George Floyd matter, the world went mad over an edited video. Then we see the whole thing and his whole “I can’t breathe” was even being said when he was standing up and also sitting in the back of a cruiser. The cop had his knee on his shoulder next to his neck, not on his neck according to another video angle. But no one wants to believe the guy was dying of a drug overdose. The only thing I see against Chavin is he should have assessed his condition to some degree when Floyd became quiet and not responsive, or didn’t notice he was unresponsive. I can’t remember the extent of his sentence but it is long and all political, not real objective justice.
Please stay strong and continue to speak the truth whether they will listen or not.
I will say this about Ron DeSantis. When he became Governor of Florida he held his FIRST cabinet meeting NOT in Florida or even anywhere in the USA! DeSantis held his FIRST cabinet meeting as Florida Governor in a FOREIGN COUNTRY! (I’ll give you three guesses which foreign country!).
To me this is all you need to know about Ron DeSantis. He is NOT America First although in this respect he is like just about every politician save for a few who you can name on one hand.
That DeSantis picked this foreign country for his first cabinet meeting as Governor of Florida tells you that he already had his eye on the Oval Office before being sworn in as governor of Florida. Just like other aspirants to the highest office in the land (e.g. Pompeo and Nikki Haley) DeSantis knows if he wants to be elected president he must pledge his fealty to this foreign country every chance he gets!
Absolutely true. It is going to take a mass awakening to change things but they have the biggest microphones. We have to fight regulation of the internet at all costs.
He held his first cabinet meeting, a historic one, in Israel during a trade mission at an annex of the new U.S. Embassy in Jerusalem.
OMG!!! This tells you everything.
LOL
It tells you he is owned by Israel just like the rest. Keith is correct. What you do speaks louder than what you say. Desantis has done well for Florida but also remember what he did with the bds movement. These politicians protect Israel at all costs because that is who controls them. Everyone needs to wake up! The only thing republicans and democrats ever agree on is Israel whether it be aid, wars for them or allowing them to push 3rd world immigration while not calling out their hypocrisy.
You’re both full of it.
Subtle dynamite, Charlotte!
Comments like yours are why the CTH remains a wholesome place to be.
I didn’t know about that but on the same note, who prioritized moving the embassy to Jerusalem in the first place? And there are many Democrats who are against Israel and support the “Palestinian” resistance.
Israel is our only “friend” in the Middle East, the rest are Muslim. I just don’t want to keep funding them to the degree we are.
I’m sure he has his eye on the oval office but I thought he said he wanted to get reelected as governor of Florida anyway. Isn’t he still in his first term? He better not run as a splitter if PT is way ahead of him in the polls.
“Israel is our only “friend” in the Middle East, the rest are Muslim. I just don’t want to keep funding them to the degree we are.”
Actually the United States has very good relations with just about every Muslim country in the region: Qatar, Bahrain, UAE, Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Oman, Egypt. The U.S. actually has large air bases in Qatar and Saudi Arabia (how many air bases does it have in Israel?) None of the aforementioned Arab / Muslim countries ever tried to sink a U.S. Navy vessel.
Tennessee has a Republican Super Majority and we still move toward socialism. So many of the Republicans are UniParty. Our schools have only 1/3 of kids reading and doing math at grade level with CRT off shoots everywhere. Gov Lee was fine with the National Guard nonvaccinated being let go. Lee closed most of the businesses but let the big box stores open. I for one will never knowingly vote for UniParty candidates again.
And yet here it is 2022 and Lee is up for re-election. He has absolutely no worries about getting re-elected. Have you heard even a word about his re-election campaign? Nope, neither have I. Will he get my vote, no and I’ll probably have to write in a candidate. We seem to only elect squishy GOPe leaders here in TN. I guess it’s better than being in a blue state and being stuck with an outright Dem/Commie. Not much though.
In fact I did write in a candidate instead of Lee. We are trying hard to elect only Conservatives in Maury County. The splitter candidates with big bucks are numerous. The dirt being thrown up by PACs is everywhere. If we cannot take back local, we cannot take back State. Will let you know how it turns out. There are Trillions at stake.
This is exactly what I’m talking about the weak, ineffective, corrupt GOP! Letting the Left run the show for them with them pretending to fight or not fighting at all. Big Pharma money too tempting to stand up for what’s right.
I voted Renacci but he had no campaign again for governor and we had a stupid splitter in the Ohio primary, some nobody that got the gullible riled up with his fake MAGA cowboy personna. I wonder if he’s moved to the Dakotas like he said he would after he loses the primary. Joe Blystone siphoned off enough votes from Renacci for DeWine to win again.
But God help us if Nan Whaley wins.
I see no reason to distrust DeSantis. He was one of the first House members to come on Fox in 2017 to question Russiagate. He stepped back from that when he began his run for Governor .
I am hoping he does not try to challenge Trump in 2024. Florida needs him and I fear it could really get ugly if he did.
The only hiccup in Desantis waiting til 2028 will depend on who Trump’s VP is and their ambitions for 2028. Can’t imagine Ron waiting 14 yrs, but we can worry about that in 6 yrs.
I also see no purpose in running DeSantis down. There’s a plenty of time for that if decides to challenge Trump. In the meantime, there just isn’t any reason for it. Trump could get run over by a golf cart tomorrow.
Sundance knows exactly why he said what he said about Desantis. I agree with him. He does not make idle comments. He speaks with discernment and authority. He is a true God-fearing patriot.
What’s really confusing is that Sundance has presented us with so many positive articles about DeSantis and now he’s a traitor? Is there something that has recently come to light? The guy went to bat against Disney powerhouse. I’ve seen nothing but good things shown of DeSantis on here, is it any wonder people might come to like him and start to think critically between him and PT in trying to pull this country back from complete ruin?
I assume Sundance is getting worried about DeSantis in 2024. In the last week he has started going negative on him. But I have also felt like Fox, Laura Ingraham at least, is starting to pump Ron.
I don’t want to borrow trouble. I am assuming DeSantis would not run vs Trump. Been wrong before but not gonna worry about it now and see no reason to bad mouth the guy
I think he has to wait, I think DeSantis needs to serve a second term before jumping to running for President.
But like in ’20, we all saw the huge potential for fraud before November and we couldn’t do anything about it and I’m going to ask again, how do we circumvent the fraud to even get PT into office again?
we take back one inch at a time
Kaco, yup you hit the nail on the head! Great post and I feel exactly the same way. I’m from Hudson, Ohio. I have family who still live there and feel the same about Dewine.
We’re going to have to and keep our majority legislature to combat DeRinos also, just like they took away his power in the pandemic. Or else we’ll have Green New Deal Ohio and CRT/Gender Unicorns in our schools and who knows what else.
I’d like to see these people that promote the windmills live next to one. I hear the constant humming really takes a toll on people’s health and those who have won their lawsuits and were bought out by the company so they could move. And Nan Whaley would probably do something about nitrogen fertilizer in Ohio, too. Nitrogen is 77% of our atmosphere, why the sudden attack on nitrogen fertilizer?
“Feed the World” my @$$.
This is what happens when ideologues who don’t understand “science” are in charge and the scientists have been corrupted. Remember the promoted Ice Age threat in the 70’s?
They won’t allow debate on Climate “Change”, the “science is settled”. Even that statement is wrong, the science is never settled. What happened to the scientific method and objectivity? We’ve caught them with many lies about the Climate, including the hockey stick thing, but it’s not reaching the brainwashed masses.
Kaco, I hear you and agree with you…Come Lord Jesus…Come. It’s morning and we haven’t had electricity for 3 days in Southwest MI. I feel like I live in a third world country already. We had to fire up our generator for our freezer. Your post actually made me laugh because of the truth.
Oh, dear, I don’t know how we’re going to deal with rolling Biden blackouts that’s been predicted. I now have two freezers, we got our old chest one back and it’s been filled with whenever there’s been a decent sale. We’re so reliant on electricity. I hope your power is restored soon. What happened and why so long to fix? Part of our town had power out one evening after a big storm a few days ago but it was restored next day.
But I know you’ve got Whitmer as governor also.
Repeating what you have written here is the best way to confront the brain deadbeats. Keep talking, keep explaining, don’t back down, you are right.
The infiltration of the human genome and the relegating of billions of people to Homo Borg Genesis (i e. corporate chattel) status will help grease the skids towards mass system adoption.
Power retention in the future will no longer require the cunning and intrigue of Machiavellianism.
As Harari says, we are now hackable animals which renders free will problemmatic to say the least.
Thus anyone still dithering over Tweedledum-blue vs. Tweedledun-red sort of issues has been thoroughly overtaken by momentous and sinister events.
We no longer have the LUXURY of bemoaning the excesses of US CofC or the turncoat Rinos. Those were the salad days of old-school graft and corruption. My kingdom for map to get those problems back!
Anyone still busying themselves over these quaint peeves is in rigid denial, which may not be a bad treehouse to hang out in since there is no ready (earthly) response to the evil at hand.
As for hacking into people and overcoming their wills, first of all, many of us did not get the “upgrade.” And secondly, for all Christian who did, that takeover ain’t gonna work. “Greater is He who is in you than the one who is in the world” 1 John 4:4
Do not take the mark of the beast. The Bible is very clear on the ramifications of this one act. I pray for those who unknowingly defile the Temple of the Living God.
I read this a couple days ago, figuring if axios doesn’t like something Trumpian, I will. Ties into SDs article on gov employees https://www.axios.com/2022/07/22/trump-2025-radical-plan-second-term
I’m sure Axios’ intent with this article was to attack a future/possible Trump administration but I found it to be a ringing Trump endorsement
This is great news, if true and what is sorely needed.
The Ted Cruz bots from 2016 are some of the most insufferable idiots around – they are as bad as the NeoCons.
If only Trump hadn’t listened to Dr. Fraudci, Dr. Birx and PROFESSOR Neil Ferguson.
What should he have done? Fired them? The “Trust the Science” Gang? Look what happened to him when he mentioned Ivermectin and hydroxychloroquin. In one day Ivermectin and Hydroxychloroquin went from affordable, widely used, safe medicines to pariahs. He had his “beloved” Mike “Brutus” Pence handle the Covid crisis.
Deep down, part of me believes that the first term of President Donald J Trump was to MAGA and to see who were the traitors to MAGA. Now we all know who is on the anti-USA team. PDJT also had to contend with his looming re-election campaign. Now he can go into the DC cesspool and know that there are probably a handful of people who should be spared. It reminds me of the Sodom and Gomorrah story. Let’s pray that he with Almighty God clean the filth out of that city.
He should have promoted science behind the FLCCC protocols, like how Dr. Kory testified to Congress and made a decision.
Remember turncoat Pence was in charge of the covid committee
The article that I link below is now 2 weeks old and I hope it has been linked here before. I apologise for copying it here but it supports Sundance’s position so well. It was picked up by ZH today. This it what it says
“The video footage coming out of Sri Lanka right now has been the recurring nightmare of every ruler throughout history. Thousands of protesters outraged by the deteriorating material conditions of the nation’s economic meltdown have stormed the presidential palace of Sri Lanka’s President Gotabaya Rajapaksa, and I guarantee you the aerial footage as they poured into the building en masse has made every government leader and plutocrat a little uncomfortable today. Just look at that. Look at all those people flooding in there. That is some truly awe-inspiring power. Imagine how terrifying it would be to find yourself on the receiving end of it.
I don’t know enough about what’s going on in Sri Lanka yet to comment with any authority on what powers might be at play in this uprising, but I do know that every ruler throughout history has spent time envisioning what would happen if a crowd that size decided to storm their base of operation. If their numbers became too great to suppress, or if your forces who would be doing the suppressing joined the ranks of the people instead, the best-case scenario for you is that you’d have already fled the building by that point, as Rajapaksa had the good sense to do shortly before the building was stormed. If enough angry people get their hands on you, it won’t matter if they’re armed with rockets or pistols or their own bare hands; you are in for a violent end.
If you’ve ever wondered why so much energy goes into keeping everyone propagandized in our society, this is why. If you’ve ever wondered why our rulers work so hard to keep us divided against each other, this is why. If you’ve ever wondered why we’re always being instructed to take our grievances to the voting booth even though we learn in election after election that it never changes the things that most desperately need to change, this is why.
Our entire civilization is structured around preventing scenes like the one we’re seeing in Sri Lanka today. Our education systems, our political systems, our media, our online information. Religions that have been around for thousands of years because the powerful endorsed and promulgated them are full of passages extolling the virtues of obedience, poverty, meekness, and rendering unto Caesar what is Caesar’s. From the moment we are born our heads are filled with stories about why it’s good and right to consent to the status quo and why it would be wrong to take back what has been stolen from us by a predatory ruling class.
This is why we’re always inundated with messaging about the importance of civility and politeness any time people realize that they can simply confront corrupt officials in restaurants or at their homes to push for what they want. The managers of the oligarchic empire which rules over us are terrified that we will one day notice that there are a whole lot more of us than there are of them, and that there’s really nothing they could do to stop us if we decided to replace them with a system which benefits ordinary people instead of an elite few.
Things are getting worse and worse because the systems that are in place are designed to exploit and oppress rather than to uplift and help thrive. Those systems will protect their own ability to continue to exploit and oppress until the people use their numbers to replace them with something healthy. The people will never use their numbers to replace abusive systems with something healthy as long as they are successfully propagandized away from doing so.
This is why our political and media institutions act the way they act and why our systems are set up in the way that they are: to keep us from realizing how easy it would be to shrug off the old mechanisms of oppression like a heavy coat on a warm day and build something new that works for all of us.
Things will keep getting worse until we find a way to cut through the propaganda brain fog and rise like lions.”

What’s really sad is the new history books presented to our children in school will have Jan 6 written as an “insurrection”, and they will learn the Leftist and RINO side of it.
What an excellent description of what Trump faced when making hiring decisions. These facts are little appreciated by know-nothings who think that Trump should have just come in and fired everybody in DC, as if he could have.
Anyone who had qualms about a cabinet member during his administration were vilified here and told they weren’t supporters of President Trump and that we must “Trust Trump”. I think the biggest mistake is how some here thought President Trump was infallible, omniscient, and was playing 4D chess. He is not. He is a fighter but isn’t perfect and we all have to be watchdogs if there is any chance of of an intervention to circumvent disaster during a second administration. We have to be sensible people and keep our wits.
Good to reminder, Kaco.
All that 4-D chess and q-ish cult.
I also had no idea about the extent of the RINOs, deep state, etc. And even though I am a foreigner, I do follow a lot of US politics.
I don’t fault Trump for his picks – but I hope he has learnt from it. Next time I would love to see him choose some people who are not politicians and bureaucrats, but perhaps from within his own companies. Maybe this is wrong too, I don’t know, but it feels like it can’t be worse.
decepticons
Omarosa and Cohen, both turned out to be hot messes.
Perhaps; in the future, in retrospect, President Trump serving two nonconsecutive terms will be the best thing that happened to the United States. 😏
* Yep, I know he won in 2020.
There’s no doubt that many eyes have been opened that would still be in the dark had it not turned out as you say.
Churchill and Netanyahu bother served non-consecutive terms. Bibi may be going for a 3-peat.
We just somehow need to survive and then thrive in the interim.
This is one VERY GREAT screed on OUR political class…We need to bring back The Great Mega King.
For an early Monday Morning…WOWZA…
Musk opted to cut Twitter loose. Trump opted to stay in the traitorous Republican Party. Except for a few precinct committeemen, the party is unchanged after Trump as evidenced by Mitch and Kev still in power.
Musk opted to cut Twitter loose???? What???? He is being sued by Twitter – court case in October. By the way if BOTS are such a problem with Musky Boy, then why isn’t he pushing for the trial sooner so HE CAN EXPOSE THE BOTS??? Musk is the one running away – he wants the trial in 2023. Why would he not want it ASAP to expose the BOTS? Twitter is supposedly is lying about the BOTS wants the trial now. Can you explain that?
“ Trump opted to stay in the traitorous Republican Party.”
The GOP has delivered devastating blows to Democrat policies.
Roe vs Wade, the “constitutional Carry “ Ruling, and the EPA ruling,
This has the media crying crocodile tears, which means things aren’t all bad..
Democrat appointed judges are NO help at all.
i agree that,
The GOP party sucks.
but,
There is NO third party.
and,
The democrat party?
“…. the Biden(democrat policies ):…. , forced medical procedures, radical climate change, the eating of bugs and insects, post-birth abortion and chopping the genitals off children without parent consent…..(etc )”
Trump chose the BETTER party because they are less disgusting..
^^^ This ^^^
One of the BEST of so many Great posts.
Trump &Musk are much more alike than they are different….I don’t understand why they don’t get along.
Because Musk is a liar and a fraud. Trump is not.
A huge difference as to why they don’t get along, starts with PDJT encourages the individual to do and reach for their best while Musk sees it important that everyone become some sort of human/computer hybrid (transhumanism);
and it is this difference which continues to carry forward from how PDJT made his fortunes through individual creative efforts whereas Musk, who did make his first fortune in Silicon Valley, is now completely dependent on the wonderful federal, state and local subsidies and tax breaks without which none of his current businesses would have ever gotten off the ground.
The rights and inherent abilities of the individuals vs the belief that humans aren’t good enough without some tweaking by other humans seems to lay at the bottom of why the two don’t get along.
This is the same difference between small government vs big government ideologies we see in our politics today, same as when the original patriots decided King George just wasn’t cutting it as far as the colonies were concerned.
Comparing Elon Musk to Donald Trump is a laugh a minute. The electric free speech god has never invented anything. He is a convicted SEC fraudster, lies about everything: No Semi, No Cybertruck (Tesla is refunding Cybertruck deposits in Australia right now) no man on mars, no one million robo-taxis, no Fully Self Driving, he is facing tons of lawsuits from employee discrimination, more SEC fraud, Solar City Fraud, poor quality cars, and FSD/Autopilot accidents – the list goes on and on. His fight with Twitter is a joke (I care nothing about Twitter and hope it explodes like a Tesla) as Elon cares nothing about free speech. He was able to dump about $8 billion worth of Tesla stock while keeping everyone, except me, not looking at his financial wealth – he has lost over $60 billion in wealth since his game playing with Twitter – by the way if Twitter is so worried about the electric free speech god exposing the BOTS (JUST ROTFLOL) then why IS TWITTER PUSHING THE LAWSUIT as quickly as possible while MUSKY boy is trying to extend it to 2023? Musk has made all his money on the climate change and green energy hoax – biggest lies of the century? He is a globalists educated and mentored by Klaus Schwab of the WEF along with Trudeau, Newsom, Page and Zuckerberg. Elon Musk is a self-loving snake oil salesman who has everyone but Donald Trump and me fooled.
Trump has risked his family, wealth and personal safety to expose the DC SWAMP and the people who wish to destroy this country. Yes, he is a bull in a China shop, but that is what we need now to break the evil in DC at all costs into little pieces.
Comparing Musk and Trump is a fool’s game.
I think you missed the points of comparison made by S.
True Trump and Musk are opposites in many important ways. But the obstacles they endure are very similar.
Musk got free taxpayer money to finance his companies. He is a corporate welfare queen who has never invented anything nor has he done anything for America. He is a fraud and a liar. When you are a fraud and a liar your actions eventually come back to haunt you. Musk has brought his obstacles on himself.
Yes, they both face obstacles. However, what President Trump faced and is facing
is not comparable to anything else.
1000 percent.
“Comparing Elon Musk to Donald Trump is a laugh a minute. The electric free speech god has never invented anything.”
It’s not true that Elon has not invented anything. He has 19 patents to his name but more importantly he built from scratch two of the most amazing AMERICAN companies in recent history. Tesla which is the largest car company in the world by market cap worth as much as the combined market cap of the nine largest carmakers around the world, including automotive giants like Volkswagen and Toyota! As well Musk built (and wholly owns) SpaceX the first private company to launch astronauts into outer space (as well as Musk’s red Tesla Roadster!).
I can’t think of a person alive who has accomplished as much as Elon Musk and he did it all on his own! Elon is estranged from his father. His father gave him NOTHING!
I’m a big admirer and fan of Donald Trump for his own amazing accomplishments. Getting elected president of the USA as a Washington outsider has to be one of the biggest accomplishments of all time! Only Donald J. Trump could achieve that! There has never been a president like Donald Trump and we are all blessed that he held that office. He was the right man at the right time but comparing Trump to Musk seems like a fool’s game.
Musk’s Patents: YOU ARE DEAD WRONG:
A very quick search shows that Musk has three utility patents (i.e. actual inventions), one abandoned application, and three design patents (for the appearance of a car door, a charge port, and the general look of a vehicle). The utility patents are assigned to zip2 and myway, and Musk is only co-inventor on all of them. The utility patents are for various internet-related communications (fax and phone).
He did not start or invent Tesla: Try these names: Tesla was officially founded by Martin Eberhard and Marc Tarpenning on July 1, 2003. While both men have since left Tesla, they played a huge role in the company’s beginning. In addition to co-founding Tesla, Eberhard served as CEO up until December 2007.
He could have never started Tesla or SpaceX without $13.1 billion in taxpayer money.
By the way his latest SpaceX StarShip Booster exploded two weeks ago. He has lost $60 billion in Tesla stock and he is going to pay dearly in October with the Twitter lawsuit and he is being sued again for SEC fraud – which he seem the most proficient at doing.
MUSKY BOY HAS YOU PUNKED!!!!
The comparisons that Sundance make are not “laughable” (as you claim).
And you haven’t addressed any of them. You go out of your way to ignore the comparisons made by Sundance.
Musk is a fraud and a liar and a convicted SEC fraudster. Using Musk and comparing him to Trump is a fool’s game. A fool’s game.
Saying such stuff (fools game) doesn’t make it true.
Intelligent people, like Sundance and others, see the legitimate obstacles both have faced.
Again, comparing Musk to Trump is a fools’ game. Musk is a liar, fraud and snake oil salesman. Trump is not.
alwayscowgirl, many people have no idea how many people Musk has screwed over… you are correct he is a fraud and plays on others accomplishments.
The list of people Musk has screwed over is longer than the Nile River. You are correct.
built on our tax dollars
1000 percent.
God bless President Trump and thank you Sundance for reminding us.
If you can please donate to the CTH site.
Thank you.
By “you” I meant we.
Very much appreciated Mr. S.
I urge everyone at CTH to take heart in this thread.
God Bless you all.
Guide us Father, and help us to remain steadfast in our Faith.
As the old saying goes “it’s hard to drain the swamp when you’re up to your ass in alligators”. I can only rely and be comforted by the founders firm belief in providence.
Sundance you have never been more golden in your analysis and your humor than you are now. Thank you for writing this rebuttal and nailing the President Trump haters to the wall. They certainly are legion, but God has dealt with legions before!
((((( ❤️ )))))
It is quite possible that Musk planned the attempted purchase of Twitter knowing with certainty he would find reason to walk away. Enabling him the opportunity to cash out tens of billions of stock from Tesla, etc. without the sort of scrutiny nor impact such an event would cause in the stock market. Avoiding bad PR and SEC scrutiny. Were he to just cash out that many stock options without cause it would have had a massive ripple effect on the company stocks as well as raise the ire of the SEC, etc. A $1 Billion penalty paid to Twitter is peanuts by comparison and even then he would have to lose the lawsuit which is unlikely.
“Once you see the strings …”
DC will continue to metastasize until something breaks We are seeing that now.
👍👍
Bravo Sundance!
“If not President Trump then who?” (I’ve never gotten a good answer to this.)
What this man, our Great American President Donald J Trump did rivals any hero story I’ve ever read. Going up against an entrenched bureaucracy who murder, maim, destroy anyone or anything that disrupts these evil uniparty swamp rats while saddled up to the trough feeding off the goodness and trust of the American people.
Now these over zealous swamp rats have broken that trust with the overt election steal, once broken, it’s very, very tough to restore that trust. For me, I don’t know if that’s possible.
I love my country. I believed in phrases like Full Faith and Credit of the USA, Mom. Apple Pie and the American way. I proudly fly Old Glory. Even when I was a young counter culture dummkopf (Carter cured me) I never, ever wanted to destroy the USA.
Great and timely essay Sundance.
Another work of art from Sundance. Keep this info!
Counter a stable genius with a cornhusk sock puppet and we know exactly what a coup looks like.
Great Elon analogy. It is as you say.
The PermaBlob reacted to Actual President like a burning stick poked into Cyclops’ eye. They think he’s the meanest, most vicious madman dictator ever–which gave them permission to revoke our system of Self-Government and install their own vicious madman dictator, a pedophile gangster suffering from mental and moral Alzheimer’s.
But I think President Trump is too nice.
Far, FAR too nice.
He needs a right-hand man who will rip Sewer City apart root and branch so we can start over again and be free.
Let the People rule in America once again under our Almighty God, by His Grace and for His Glory.
He needs Don Junior and Eric at his side.
MAGA voters will understand immediately that he can’t trust anything else this time.
WOW! What an awesome article! Thank you.
Re: Trump appointments, I defended Pence against critics until his betrayal of our country, our election system and American citizen voters – when he ignored the brazen overt provable election fraud – using the false flag planned violence operation created by FBI, Capitol Police and DEM/RINO politicians as an excuse – on Jan 6.
Now, in hind sight, we see that putting Pence in charge of Election Integrity and the White House Coronavirus Task Force and the appointments of Fauci and Birx* seem to have been a vehicles for more betrayal by Pence. Was Pence reticent to admit the grand scale of fraud he allowed to happen during the 2020 Election week?
The actions and policies of the White House Task force created more deaths, poverty, loss than we realized as law-abiding Americans blindly followed their directives, pressure and coercion to stay home, shut down our businesses, and take the CV19 vaccines.
However, there were many Trump appointments and nominees, in addition to Pence, that disappointed and betrayed our Commander in Chief and the Constitution, around that time and earlier.
And earlier….
Mattis
McMaster
Kelly
Scaramucci
*(appointments of Fauci and Birx engineered by Matthew Pottinger? https://www.zerohedge.com/political/talented-mr-pottinger-us-intelligence-agent-who-pushed-lockdowns)
Our 45th President Donald Trump, and our First Lady Melania, navigated the Swamp full of serpents and gators, with diamond hard courage and committment to do good…. and succeeded in many many ways. During his tenure, despite all the opposition and aggressive nastiness thrown at him, and the many betrayals, President Trump amassed a mountain of accomplishments and beneficial America First policy changes – and the stock market responded to record-breaking heights.
Here’s a list – https://www.magapill.com
(The White House has taken down their list of Trump’s accomplishments that I had linked.)
The key to President Trump’s continued popularity is the success he was able to bring about within a very short time. He demonstrated the decline of America is completely an artificial construct. In just a three years time he was able to reverse all the negative trends and secure the border to a degree nobody thought possible.
The Democrats love to point to the pandemic numbers as proof Trump crashed the economy but the people know better. But for the pandemic and the intentionally destructive countermeasures the economy would have continued to roar and Trump would have won upwards of 40 states. The people remember; the people know. Even if they don’t know why, they know things were better under Trump than Biden. And they don’t count the pandemic against him.
The whole Federal Administrative State needs to be gutted and burned to the ground..
Then we need to hunt.
I have to say it was hard to imagine there are that many people working in the legislature and administrative state who don’t give a crapola for anyone but their own power and grift. This is what President Trump exposed. That the GOPe and Paul Ryan were willing to throw out control of the House to defy Trump. McConnell was willing and still is willing to lose GOPe senate seats to defy Trump. Rona McDaniel, head of the GOPe is willing to lose seats to defy Trump. All has been exposed. I do hope and want to believe the Trump train is already working on how to eliminate and defuse the administrative state starting in 2025. I am guessing that Kevin McCarthy (who I dislike and don’t trust at all) is somehow going to be strong armed by Trump to either follow what Trump wants or he will be out as Speaker. The old crow McConnell will never bow and he will retire once his term is over if Trump is still in office. McConnell had wanted his grift with China to continue well into his 90’s. McConnell will never stop trying to stab Trump in the back. McConnell can’t be strong armed, he can only be bribed.
This is perfect timing, brother Sundance. Pundits at AceofSpadesHQ like JJ Sefton, who is a total mensch, along with Michael Walsh are moving for DeSantis over Trump because…. Trump can’t win, etc. I am always like “Really, you don’t think the donor class and deep state won’t come for him, too?”
I’ve said it before, I’ll say it again: The silver lining to the theft of 2020 is President Trump spends 4 years in the wilderness building his own political organization. When he is re-elected in 2024 and takes office in 2025 he will not be the complete neophyte outsider he was in 2017. He will return to the White House a seasoned veteran, older and much wiser, with his own political network and the undisputed head of his party.
Well, maybe not UNDISPUTED, but leader of a large and powerful faction instead of a fringe movement.
President Trump will have a deep bench of Rich Grennell types willing, able, and ready for the Herculean task that awaits them.
Which is why the Democrats and Republican Establishment is so desperate, frantic even, to derail the Trump candidacy before it begins by any means, because they know there isn’t any stopping MAGA. There is no telling how low they will go. But seeing how an assassination attempt against a gubernatorial candidate and current member of Congress was just charged as a misdemeanor and the attacker released on “no bond” I think we can guess.
Back in October 2020, someone actually sat me down and warned me about what was going to happen with the 2020 election-sounds crazy, I know. It was also explained to me, amongst several other things, that Trump’s main “purpose” was to expose how the whole treasonous, infiltrated, and corrupt system and government has become. It took Trump’s Presidency to bring this it all out in open – without it, most would not have believed it.
I can’t imagine how tough this all has been not only on Trump himself, but his entire family and inner circle. I pray hard every day to keep him and his family safe and that he is successful in returning as our President and stopping this insanity!
I dont see why Trump and Musk are snarling at each other.
Trump called him out when Musk said he’d never voted Republican in his life. Trump said Musk told him that he voted for Trump in 2016. Obviously Musk is a decepticon.
I read “The Art Of The Deal” after I watched Trump come down the escalator. We had always watched his tv show. The book was a great insight into the man himself, and after reading it I had full confidence that he loved this country, identified China as the greatest enemy, and economically would be great for America I was however, upset that though I felt most of us elected him to get law changes in migration policy while we had and house and Senate, it seemed to have been left to the end of his term, when we didn’t have that control. We are hoping Trump comes here for a rally again……we had a blast, had to find our car in a huge cornfield in pelting rain and mud, but it was so worth it!
And when the Great MAGA King is no longer with us, then what? Roll over and die? We can’t blindly worship the man and not also see where mistakes were made.
Yes, mistakes were made: But some of them were unavoidable. President Trump had to play the hand he was dealt. Given the level of opposition he faced within his own administration it’s a testament to his executive ability that he was able to prevail to a greater or lesser degree on nearly every front.
His legacy is the MAGA movement, which is already stronger and more vigorous than the TEA Party movement ever was. A testament to Trump’s genius that created and set in motion a force bigger than himself which will be around long after he is gone .
I don’t know anyone in the MAGA movement who is blindly worshipping P Trump.
Kinda insulting to opine such.
The value in the Trump/Musk approach is in how much it red pills the average US American and even the rest of the world. The more they fight, the less they can deny and the more they show themselves.
Think of how quickly they changed from “pro-choice” to “pro-abortion.” Didn’t anyone notice?
Musk is having an effect on Twitter. After being senselessly banned for almost 2 years for liking and retweeting a Stephen Crowder photo, I am suddenly back on. I’ve sent numerous appeals that went unanswered and finally gave up.
I accidentally logged in today. No explanation.
Lost 1K followers and I’m sure I’m shadowbanned but my account is active again. I’m seeing other people report they’re suddenly unbanned, too.
I’m using Gettr and TruthSocial so Twitter’s not that important anymore but an interesting development all the same.
THNK YOU, THANK YOU, THANK YOU SUNDANCE!!!
The Trump “isn’t perfect” critics complain of Trumps “bad” choices … while totally ignoring the fact that Trump was/is surrounded by demons from McConnell’s approved swamp list – focused to destroy Trump 24/7/365.
There. Is. No. Perfect. Person.
But … President Trump is as close to a Perfect Patriot as one can get … he loves America, her Constitution and her Citizens … and … produced dozens of successes against all odds!
Gob Bless Trump and his focus to Make America GREAT Again.
Thank you for your ability to put into terms ideas and constructs that I can understand and utilize in discussions with those who do not.
I’ve said to people that if you take away the name “Trump” and (R) and just write down a list of his first term accomplishments, probably 85-90% of all prior presidents would clamor to have a record like that. Stronger economic growth than his two predecessors. Strong stock market. First real wage growth in 20 years. Near-record low unemployment. Lowest black unemployment in more than half a century. Prison reform. Hundreds of billions annually in trade concessions with china. The repatriation of capital and manufacturing. Multiple middle-east peace deals. First president in a generation to start no new overseas wars.
And he did all this with a media who lied about his words and deeds on a daily basis, while surviving a coup attempt carried out from within his own government.
Nevertheless, Sundance’s summary of how deeply entrenched the DC/Globalist/Progressive threat is gives me no hope of any resolution to our troubles. They control EVERYTHING. Lock, stock, and barrel.
Never give up, never stop trying.
Thanks for his article particularly the first apart explaining what Trump was up against.
Bravo Trump!
Perot said it best. “How can you expect a politician to run the largest corporation in the world…the United States government”
