Whenever I check out at my local grocery store I usually make some smart @ss remark about how I’m going to prepare the goodies in my basket and yesterday was no exception. I had stocked up on salad makings, you know the usual stuff you need to make ’em more palatable ham, blue cheese, blue cheese dressing and eggs. I told the cute blonde behind the cash register that I was going totally “Vegan” and you could see her eyes roll as she swiped my fat inducing salad trimmings through the scanner. “Yeah right” she says with a smile in her face. My reply was “Honest, I’m only going to eat vegans from now on!
