We see an occupant of the Oval Office purposely destroying the nation, purposely acting as if it is not a sovereign state as he refuses to acknowledge its borders and the violation of its borders.
He wishes to abolish the present make up of 1/3 of our government, the Supreme Court.
We have a Speaker of the House who holds what she calls “hearings,” although in the history of the House, there have never been hearings which have disallowed appointed members by the minority leader of said House as she has done.
Just yesterday we heard a financial advisor to the person who occupies the Oval Office tell the nation that its people must simply put up with their policies which he said were in effect to buttress a “liberal world order,”
It is not in the Constitution that any member of the government should work to further a “world order” but rather work to preserve the “life, liberty, and happiness” of the people of the United States of America.
It is clear our founders and Framers understood that liberties would not be secured simply by putting words on paper, that liberty established once does not insure liberty established for all time. We need to remind all Americans of this sentence:
That whenever any Form of Government becomes destructive of these ends, it is the Right of the People to alter or to abolish it, and to institute new Government, laying its foundation on such principles and organizing its powers in such form, as to them shall seem most likely to effect their Safety and Happiness.
Thus, when the machinery of the government has become inattentive to or dismissive of the sovereignty of the nation, when any one of or all of the three branches of government fail to right itself or themselves in so serving the people OF THIS NATION, Americans need to be mindful of the warnings of our founders and Framers and pay special attention to all sentences of our founding documents, the one referenced above in particular.

This is EXACTLY where we are now…the democRATS and RHINOS have become DESTRUCTIVE to the basic idea of America and must be ABOLISHED. This is a RIGHT!

At some point we may decide that our and our families safety is too important to be intimidated. They are going to kill many of us through war, starvation or plagues regardless. Millions protesting without weapons would be a start. Right now we need to say forcefully, no further.
It is not the form of government, it is the private organizations which have a stranglehold on government.

We have both the Declaration and the Constitution on our side. But none of the present government is on our side, the Declaration’s side, nor the Constitution’s side.
All I’m saying is change the personnel not the form of government.
What’s been happening is that all three branches are protecting other branches from revelations that would lead to the removal of people IN those branches and the bureaus “under them.”
Of course, the “bureaus” are not REALLY “under them [the branches].” The are in lieu of them.

How is it this Form of government has allowed the dishonest to get elected and thrive?
Perhaps we should start and amendment for term limits for federal office, but the among the very people who need to ratify that are people who are working furiously at the state level to GET to the federal level.
Still, I support such an amendment.

The Thing operating in Washington, DC, is NOT the lawful government of the united States of America — it only pretends to be. The current “government” has been corrupted with 3 letter agencies, accountable to no one and out of line with the form of government established by the Constitution. So the current form of government needs to go in order to re-establish the government by the People set up by the Constitution and the original Bill of Rights. I would even say that some or many of the Amendments to the Constitution have changed the original foundation to facilitate the rise of the form of government that now exists.

The 13th has nothing to do with slavery; rather, it codifies, as an amendment, the Title of Nobility clause and it prevents any bar attorney from holding any public office under penalty of loss of citizenship. Bar attorneys hold the title of Esquire and owe allegiance to the Temple Bar in the City of London and to the British Monarch. Every bar attorney holding public office is guilty of treason. How so?
Please note that oaths of office are sworn to protect “the Constitution of the United States of America”, a completely different document. This is the second of three constitutions and it serves as corporate indentures for the British Territorial United States; likewise the third, the Constitution of the United States, which pertains to the Papal Municipal United States. Yes, they are both corporations in business to provide government services; the similar names are meant to be deceitful. The Thing in Washington, DC, only ACTS as the lawful government. Oaths are being sworn to support,protect, and defend corporate interests, not the Rights of the People as we assume.

True, Jefferson and the signatorees said, “form of government,” but it has become obvious that the “form of government” has been perverted by human beings.
We now have a “form of government” in which the representatives of the people do not write bills and laws and do not read bills and laws before they vote “yea” or “nay” to them. In fact, they have admitted to both. That is not the FORM of a reprentative Republic. Remember, the form our Framers laid out also includes the roles of that form.
Can you imagine just how much clarity there would be, how much junk wouldn’t be allowed it to obfuscate, if NO others were allowed to write the laws?
I do believe the Framers believed the reps themselves should WRITE THE LAWS, not armies of paid attorneys representing lobbyist. I do believe THAT IS LAWLESS and does not hold to the Constitution.
We also have bureaus that are unanwerable to the people and one of them is so secretive, by DESIGN, that the people know nothing about its decision-making and its activities.
The “form of government” laid out by the Framers was a representative Republic. The bureaus themselves put the lie to that in the same way the judicial branch, nationwide, has not limited itself to “interpreting” the Constitution.
We need a leader to make this happen.

Like many others I’m concerned about Kevin McCarthy being Speaker of the House if the GOP wins the House majority in November. McCarthy was a Paul Ryan pal, along with Eric Cantor. “The Young Guns”. (vomit) If Trump wins in 2024 I do not want McCarthy to be Speaker. Apparently because of redistricting he is switching from CA-23 to CA-20. In 2024 I wish the people in that district would elect a different Republican. The Speaker spot is too precious. Ryan really screwed Trump and was probably the reason why stupid voters caused the GOP to lose the House majority in 2018.
Serena, I am so with you on this. The Republicans have morphed into a Uniparty with the Democrats largely due to electing RINOS and subsequently weak leaders. McConnell is not necessarily weak, he is just corrupt and hates the MAGA movement, IMO. McCarthy is a RINO and weak leader. There is so much bad stuff going on in our country largely due to left wing and Biden administration policies. You hardly hear anything from Republican leadership pushing back on anything-Corrupt and weak.
If we win back the House in 2022, I hope we/they elect a strong leader other than McCarthy. If they don’t that will be telling.

Jordan didn’t get the offer for speaker perhaps because he was made a different offer he couldn’t refuse.
Jordan has put his hat in the ring before, but the Freedom Caucus that supports him was a minority that didn’t stand a chance. I thought legislatures already had the power and the state judiciary organs usurped it.
Exactly. That’s what the US Constitution actually says – “the Legislatures thereof.” This was intended as yet another “balance of powers” clause to keep control over elections as close as possible to the people’s elected representatives.
What happened in 2020 was entirely unconstitutional and illegal, but Judges and Justices at all levels were in on it, and did everything necessary to deny the people (and the States) the legal right to object.

I always enjoyed the Gutfeld show until yesterday when the usually insightful and brave Gutfeld and all of his guests seemed to fully accept the left’s concept of “toxic masculinity.” Years ago, he made cogent arguments against the blanketed term. There are good men and bad men.
After PM Johnson referred to Putin’s “toxic masculinity” a few days ago, Steyn presented an important counter argument about the term’s foolish acceptance by Conservatives. I posted it yesterday.
I was a bit disappointed that CTH never covered Steyn’s and his female guest’s “toxicity” counter arguments. Many men have been duped or intimidated by terms and tactics like this. The overall state of “manhood” does not look encouraging and is probably a reason why the Biden Admin is ruining America. More “good” men need to wake up and regain their positive manhood because the so-called weaklings on the left have made huge advances in their goals with little push back.
Where are most of the angry fathers of girls that are forced to compete with men in sports and so on? Reps Green, Flores and Boebert are a few examples of the stout-hearted women that are stepping up in their place. (I’m not criticizing the many millions of known and unknown men and Treepers that are still in the fight.)

Following a post made to Twitter threatening violence against Supreme Court justices for overturning Roe v Wade, a Texas woman received a visit from a federal agent and two police officers.
On Thursday morning at around 11:30 am, a Department of Homeland Security special agent as well as two police officers appeared at the door of Madeline Walker.
Walker was handed a letter warning her to cease and desist making threatening posts, which was written by Special Agent Joshua Henry of DHS’ Threat Management Branch.
“You are advised as of the date of this letter to cease and desist in any conduct deemed harassing/threatening in nature, when communicating to or about the federal government. Failure to comply with this request could result in the filing of criminal charges for violations of 18 United States Code Statue 115.”
“In closing, please refrain from any harassing/threatening language when contacting any government agency.”
The code referenced by the letter is titled, “Influencing, impeding, or retaliating against a Federal official by threatening or injuring a family member,” with punishments ranging from fines to as many as 30 years in prison.
Walker posted the letter to Twitter, writing, “This was such a nice way to get woken up this morning. 4 cops banging on my door.”
“She’s kind of taking it as a joke,” Henry told the Dallas Morning News. “She’s not remorseful about these statements, so that’ll be presented a United State Attorney and they’ll make a decision on [sic] that.
