Sad to say it, but I’m with Russia & don’t blame them.
After growing up in the 50s its a shock to hear myself say this.
Really not sure what the Globalist are trying to prove, but they way over stepping the line into WWIII.
Part of me says there is no way anyone would try to provoke a WWIII, but look at what is going on in America. It has become quite apparent that the Globalist could care less what happens to America & Americans. Sad that the crazy Biden liberals don’t how they are being used.
It’s not just anyone, it’s everyone. Everyone in power and everyone with a public voice. Even all the usual suspects who have made careers opposing every last little aggressive, and even defensive acts.
Like the coordinated enforcement of covid tyranny, instantly imposed all across all the Western First World countries, we now have a united drunken walk to war. And nobody is standing up to scream STOP.
Can you imagine spending one’s life protesting every Western (U.S.) Imperialist Aggression for four decades or more, and shutting up now?
How about spending your life protesting everything nuclear, including the slightest increase in risk of a nuclear war, and doing nothing as the two biggest nuclear powers are escalating an indirect conflict into a direct conflict where neither can afford to be the loser?
These people are all marching to war too! Waiving their Ukrainian flags. And cheering as their leaders hurt them with vicious sanctions while asking for more!
It is like somebody imposed 1984’s Big Brother while nobody noticed, and now we can only say good things about our masters. We must cheer their wars. Cheer their election thefts. Cheer their abuse of anyone who would resist. Or be abused ourselves.
Good post Jim. IMO, COVID was the trial balloon for Americans. From POTUS on down to mask wearing new moms, we failed. We were exposed. Watch how those with power and a plan will use that exposure.
I think it started under Obama, using social media as a big brother controller. Trump showed they hadn’t gotten it right. And they retooled massively.
I don’t know how this time period compares in Europe. I remember reading that Europe had much more “protections” for the people and would regularly prevent tech overreach. Didn’t work out that way.
But the retooled system to control the people was surely unleashed upon us in all the West in the name of Covid. It wasn’t just to get rid of Trump. Though that was a major world wide goal.
And now that they have dominance in the west, they are rolling out the big brother police state to achieve absolute control. And matching us to eternal big brother type wars between the global police states.
Agree Jim. During his campaign, I was an avid Beck viewer. I remember the gimmick Obama used of texting your dollars to his campaign and Beck’s warning that it was just massive data collection program. Left, right and center, we have non thinking sheeple.

And if President Trump gets back into office, corrects border policies, and proceeds to finish the wall… who do you think he is going to use to enforce those policies? Border Patrol, CBPAMO, ICE, USCG, etc.
And I suspect a large majority of BP would want to enforce laws that keep our Country safe.
So yes, I pray for BP because at the very least we will need them when things get corrected. Though the ranks may need to be purged of bad apples. My guess is that the far left would like nothing better than that the BP agents would retire en masse.

There’s been a push for DeSantis to run. DeSantis isn’t ready yet, he doesn’t have what it takes to deal with the Global enemy and its trickeries. His state and its economy are flourishing only because people are flocking there for its great weather and low taxes.
DeSantis would make for a great Vice-President, he needs that time to learn how things work at the international level. A Trump/DeSantis would be from the get-go a winning ticket.
I could be wrong but I don’t get the sense that DeSantis wants to compete with President Trump for the presidency. I think that the whole controversy is caused by the TPTB (The powers that be) trying to create a rift between both of them.
Now DeSantis not giving a yes or no answer about whether he is or isn’t going to run is probably a good strategy to keep the TPTB guessing(never tell the enemy what you are going to do). Perhaps Trump and DeSantis can play off this uncertainty and keep the establishment guessing until the last minute… disrupting the calculus for TPTB’s corrupt election shenanigans.
I think DeSantis would rather finish off another term as Governor or Florida. It would be good experience in an executive capacity and it lets him build on his own work, experiencing many of the different challenges and different stages of progress of that work in Florida… but on a smaller scale that that of the Presidency.
Then DeSantis can take over after Trump’s 2nd term as president. It’s just my thinking. I could be wrong.

As far as I can tell I’m doing as little contribution to degrading the environment as possible. This on top of 2 large gardens (about 5000 SF total), 27 peach trees, 2 apple trees, 30 plum trees, 2 apricot trees, 2 nectarine trees, 3 mulberry trees, 12×16 area specifically for blackberry bushes, and another 12×20 raised strawberry bed) to give us food that doesn’t need trucked around. Oh, and we preserve much.
OS – you and I have chatted here before so it’s probably not news to you, but not all young people live the throw away lifestyle. You have asked very valid questions, and greatly appreciate all your input!

On June 23, federal agents stormed the Virginia home of former Department of Justice official and legal scholar Jeffrey Clark in the early morning hours, searching his house and seizing multiple electronic devices in the process.
And on June 27, news broke of the FBI executing a search warrant on June 22 against legal scholar and professor John Eastman for his role in advising the Trump administration on legally contesting the 2020 presidential elections. (Eastman has filed a motion for return of property, claiming that the federal agent refused to show him their search warrant before seizing his cell phone, as required by the law.)
Clark and Eastman, like tens of millions of other Americans, wanted to determine if voter irregularities may have played a role in the 2020 presidential election. Clark, as a member of the Justice Department, and Eastman as a Trump advisor, explored legal remedies that involved fielding alternate electors in states with contested elections. That they should or should not have done this is open to opinion, but it was not at all illegal.
These coordinated attacks on Trump officials and local Republican leaders amount to government sponsored, political retaliation akin to what is witnessed in autocratic, undemocratic countries like China or Russia. Democrats like to say that they are saving democracy, but the targeting of political opponents is an abuse of executive power and is deeply anti-democratic.
Those behind this political retaliation have no interest in upholding democracy. They want more power, and they will abuse the power they have now to destroy those who stand in their way. Moreover, they do it by accusing their opponents of the same things that they do themselves.

The recent Supeme Court 2nd Amendment case reiterated that people have a right to carry arms (weapons in commone use including handguns) in case of confrontation. Metro NY City is heavily dependant on public transit. If that mode of travel is unlawful, the right to carry is profoundly “burdened.”
Social media is essentially speech which is protected uder the First Amendment. NY is setting up a law which will force one to choose which right to exercise.
The NY proposed law will presume all private businesses are gun free unless the owner displays a guns welcome sign. It is highly likely any business posting such a sign would become the subject of protestors and a boycott.
It ocurs to me that NY is intent on maaking the law worse than what was determined to be unconstitutional.

Not exactly. He owns about 150k acres north of Amarillo TX (my birthplace). Texas law says rain capture on a scale used to sell to people can’t be done. However he is allowed to pump and sell how ever much water he wants located in the Ogallala Aquifer located 100s of feet below his property. I am never for state/federal intervention, but this is the single largest aquifer in N America (stretches from TX to ND). He should not be allowed to profit off the peoples water. Farmers, ranchers, and regular folks need that water yet he wants to pump it elsewhere in the state and country for a profit for himself.

We could fix a whole lot of problems by prohibiting any person who is not a U.S. citizen, including entities with any foreign shareholders, from owning any interest in real property in the U.S. I’m not sure why this could not be done by the states. The dirt ultimately belongs to the state.
There would be a lot of screaming about “we need their investments” but I’m not so sure that this could not be accomplished by having a procedure for case-by-case allowing of regulated temporary leases. You don’t trade your dirt, your core resources, for speculative paper.
This also would put a big kabosh on foreign ownership of our corporations. But it could be phased in.
Lots of other countries do this. What kind of nonsense is it that instead of invading, enemy countries and people can simply buy the U.S.
