I’m sorry, I just don’t believe that will be enforced. Choosing which laws to enforce and which not to enforce depending on the political position or color of the accused is what’s happening today. The law in the hands of this DOJ is a menace.
Once a person has been “swatted”, due process is gone. The person swatted must now defend themselves from all charges and that can get expensive. Judges are prone to believing that once in the “system”, a person must, because of circumstances, be guilty.
