Tonight, is election day in seven states. In California, San Francisco voters will decide whether to remove Chesa Boudin, the district attorney who has enacted sweeping justice reform which has created massive increases in crime. A successful recall would be a blow to the progressives.

How many of the 7 states use Dominion Systems?
I’m sure ALL of them!!
I’m a chief election judge in Montana’s 5th largest county – All Chief judges had to hand
count all ballots last night at election HQ with another election worker and had to sign that we both counted the same number of ballots. That was BEFORE they went into the (4) ES&S 850 tabulating machines. These machines are NOT connected to the internet.
Paper ballots counted by hand. Makes for a long day – 5:45 AM to 11 PM at $9.00 an hour for us volunteers but it was well worth it.
We do it right
What is the purpose of the machine if you hand count anyway? Are you just counting sheets of paper and the machine counts the actual votes and gives you the winner. It needs to be an electromechanical device without the need for any programming period. IMHO
they don’t have to be connected to the Internet to have someone run nefarious software built into the voting machines. Your looking like an idiot john.
Thank you for your service JGIII
Here is a link explaining the “ties” between all the systems without the political rhetoric.

Mississippi used machines yesterday in my county.
Good sign…. https://abc7.com/amp/los-angeles-mayors-race-primary-election-2022-la-elections-results-candidates/11920871/
Maybe this Republican turned Democrat is what is talked about often here. “We need a Republican to run as a Democrat in these races.”
I hope this holds Bass is an AOC Progressive.
More Than 8,000 Double-Registered Voters Found On New Jersey Rolls
JUN 07, 2022
https://www.zerohedge.com/political/more-8000-double-registered-voters-found-new-jersey-rolls
New Jersey voter registration records contain more than 8,200 duplicate names, making it possible for one person to cast two ballots, plus another 61 triplicate registrations, seven quadruplicates, three pentaplicates, and one sextuplicate, according to the Public Interest Legal Foundation (PILF).
In 2020 my sis-in-law received 3 ballots in Calif.
in 2022 I received two California mail ballots. Voted in person for Caruso.
“I’m too sextuplicate for this shirt, it huuuuurts…”
Sounds like a new gender.
Interesting find. But, what % of NJ’s rolls were reviewed? If not 100% then these numbers need to be adjusted to account for the entire state in order to give a more accurate picture.
Hey it’s pretend and consent day…
Where 7 states line up the faithful who suddenly believe again that voting is legit. While commiting to volunteering their consent to be ruled by the government.
At best, it merely delays total collapse of our Constitutional rights.
On any topics which, as so many do, involve vast sums of taxpayer money, forget it. What you may want is of no consequence UNLESS it matches what the actual power centers want. You then get what you want and foolishly believe that your vote had anything to do with it.
This is why they must maintain the myth of voter control and why they recently officially identified the act of decreasing faith in government, a point which anyone but an idiot would have already reached, as a dangerous thing spread by dangerous people.
“This is why they must maintain the myth of voter control”
This is also the reason why neither half of the UniParty investigates 2000 Mules levels of voting illegalities nor the insanely vulnerable voting machines as has been proved over and over again and shown in videos on YouTube produced by both the left and right over the decades. Can’t jeopardize the faith in the system.
Plumbing the Depths
How the Gears Turn

Intro:
Common delusions notwithstanding, the United States, I submit, is not a democracy—by which is meant a system in which the will of the people prevails. Rather it is a curious mechanism artfully designed to circumvent the will of the people while appearing to be democratic. Several mechanisms accomplish this. [he details nine of them – W]
Winston, I read the article you gave here and I read the longer version of this article. While I believe what it says, I am not certain that the answer is to “not vote”. IMHO, that seems a bit cynical and unproductive. Some of the MAGA candidates that are winning in the primaries (J.D. Vance, Margorie Taylor Green, et al) appear to me to be the genuine deal.
However, I am all ears to hear a proposal for dealing with the issues outlined in these essays. But I am not convinced that legislative bodies do not have the constitutional power to undo the bloated and unaccountable deep state.
And I understand that we may be approaching a time for which the 2nd Amendment was intended. I understand that I may be called upon to commit my “life, fortune and sacred honor”. But who will lead this? And how will we know that they are leading towards a solution and not just chaos?
The answer is many things, but none of them is not voting. A vote is likely to to cast in your name, especially if the usual slush fund of dead, moved, or fake registrations isn’t enough. Voting at least removes you as one of the fraudulant votes.
Well.. to borrow a page from the UNiparty playbook, if they vote five times, we go HIGHER.
If they cry foul on being out-cheated by better cheaters, at least the *recount* will be visible to all.
“I am not certain that the answer is to ‘not vote’”
I agree. That’s why I said that at best, it merely delays total collapse of our Constitutional rights. But that’s better than nothing.
I just don’t have unreasonable expectations that voting will turn things around. There are FAR too many stupid people, willfully that way or otherwise. In that “stupid” category I include anyone lacking the LEARNED skill of critical thought and analysis regardless of IQ.
I have to hope that there’s an ebb and flow to this.
While voting by itself may not turn anything around, the perfect storm of bad behavior and policy mistakes by the government, terrible economic conditions, outrage over the obviously manipulated last election, and genuine shifts in the voter attitudes may cause the water to reverse for a while. Maybe even long enough to shore up the ramparts.
BTW, “critical theory” is NOT an example of critical thinking. Exactly the opposite.
“I think people in power have a vested interest to oppose critical thinking. You see, if we don’t improve our understanding of critical thinking and develop it as kind of second nature, we are just suckers ready to be taken by the next charlatan who ambles along… there are lots of ways to gain power and money by deceiving people who are not skilled in critical thinking.” – Carl Sagan, noted cosmologist, in radio interview, May 1996
“Despite the favorable opinions of undergraduates and alumni, a closer look at the record…shows that colleges and universities, for all the benefits they bring, accomplish far less for their students than they should… Many cannot reason clearly or perform competently in analyzing complex, non-technical problems, even though faculties rank critical thinking as the primary goal of a college education…Most have never taken a course in quantitative reasoning or acquired the knowledge needed to be a reasonably informed citizen in a democracy.” – Derek Bok, former 20 year president of Harvard University in his book “Our Underachieving Colleges”
When exactly did the term “critical thinking” replace logical thinking?
We use terms of those who mean us harm.
They are not always synonymous.
Neither terms were created by the Left (“those who mean to harm us”).
Logical thinking rarely trumps critical thinking. Critical thinking may affirm logical thinking, but the inverse is rarely true.

Don’t trust these votes any longer–0bama has ushered America into totalitarianism.
SD’s only Rep is a RINO, right? Dusty Johnson defeated Howard. Didn’t Johnson go along with the “no fraud” wing of the party? He also voted “no” on President Trump wanting to declare a Natl emergency at the border to get $$$$ for the wall.
Last night, Johnson and Noem held a joint election watch party. I like Noem, but this gives me a baaaaad feeling.
As Sundance has said before, Noem is Diet MAGA with a shot of Koch Bros conservatism.
Meanwhile … out here in the suburbs … where most of the ex-San Franciscan’s have fled … we reelected Diana Becton … a George Soros funded and planted No-Law and Disorder DA.
https://www.sfgate.com/news/bayarea/article/District-Attorney-Diana-Becton-Holds-Off-17227068.php
Looks like we are stuck with more homeless encampments, no bail releases, and spiraling violent crime. Thanks San Francisco! For fleeing to suburbia … and turning it into San Francisco. Go Home. Get OUT of my formerly CONSERVATIVE County.
I’m catching up on election results and looked Sundance’s offering of NYT election results or CNN election results. It’s kind of like when you’re walking in a very dirty area and your choice is to walk on a pile of fresh poo or on a pile of heroin needles. 🙂
IMO this is one reason why we can’t have nice things, the CA-23 voters chose Kevin McCarthy by a wide margin over the other GOP candidates. CA-23, YOU SUCK.
