Having been a software programmer in one of my earlier careers — and after having read the CISA report in its entirety — I conclude that the “security flaws” in the Dominion software which allow unauthorized outside access to the machines are deliberately-included features of the system, not “bugs” as we think of that term.
The kinds of data issues which have been found in the Mesa County Colorado machines would cause one to suspect that the doors to the barn have been deliberately left open so that someone with knowledge of the Dominion software architecture can enter and leave to do their monkey business — but without being easily caught by direct observation, and without leaving obvious footprints in the barn floor dirt.

From time to time, another treeper has posted a link to a site where one can look up who got what in Federal Covid funds. My former employer, a law firm, got 1.2 million. Have no idea what justified that payment because we all worked remotely for 15 months. We were required to use/pay for our own computers, printers, etc. so the firm had no financial outlay for equipment and supplies, which it would have, had we been in the office. Moreover, there was no loss of business. The firm had its best year ever, as proudly announced by the firm’s acting director during a conference call.
These were not unemployment benefits — these were part of a separate slush fund. Perhaps Housley should investigate the latter as well.

I own and operate a construction business. If you think, absent any profit, that $30k builds a house then I suspect you’ve been smoking crack with hunter…. just to shingle a roof – felt, starter, vents, pipe jacks, shingles, ridge, nails, and labor is about $330/sq before profit for a decent laminate. So a modest 30 sq roof (1700 sf house approx) is $10k. No decking, rafters, insulation, profit or anything else. $400/sq once I pay overhead expenses and a little profit.
(Just to be clear Mike – I do appreciate what you write on here, and no I don’t think you’ve been hanging with Hunter. BUT material and labor on a house before any profit motive is considered runs about $80-85/sf. With profit your looking at $100‐$125 in Oklahoma)

Between OKC and the Texas state line. I bought a 1700 sf home built in 1981 that had partially been renovated on 10 acres (added more acreage since) for $167k. I have 2 ponds a 3 creeks on that initial 10 acres with trees galore, plus a 60×40 concrete floor pole barn and a 12×16 loafing shed. 10 acre plots with nothing, not even a tree, are selling for $150k around me right now….
In Washington state, the easiest homes to renovate/upgrade, and then flip, are manufactured homes. One in my community recently sold for 35 grand — single wide, manufactured in the 60’s. The home was gutted and completely renovated from plumbing to framing. It would now sell for 130 grand, more if there’s a bidding war. These homes are on the market for mere hours before they’re gone. Many manufactured home communities now have on-site realtors with a long list of would-be buyers, which is why anyone not on a list and searching Zillow for new listings will come up short on the possibilities.

Morning friend. Was thinking of our discussion yesterday, and remembered one of my favorite books about the amazing and sad flight of the Nez Perce from Idaho trying to reach Sitting Bull & his free band in Canada against 4-5 different US Army groups. Heavily outnumbered, and encumbered with woman, children, the elderly, and of course what belongings they could carry, they managed to elude and outfight their opponents a number of times.

When 9/11 happened we invaded Iraq, created the Department of Homeland Security and the accompanying “Patriot Act” and the Global War on Terror was declared. One of the functions of the DHS was to act as a clearinghouse for intelligence sharing that at that point was compartmentalized within the various agencies.
Because we had declared a war on terrorism the U.S. Government created the concept of counter-terrorism. This is a government’s proactive use of military tactics and strategies to actively (versus passive) prevent threats to our national security
I happen to think the government types that came up with this strategy used it as cover to infiltrate our country but that is another post.
The CIA head of counter-terrorism at that point was Cofer Black and his protégée was John Brennan. Brenan (CIA) had been presenting the Presidential daily briefs first to Bill Clinton then to George Bush.
He was then put in charge of creating and running the Terrorist Threat Integration Center (DHS/FBI 2003). This was an FBI working group that gathered, processed and distributed all the threats against America to the President and various Fed Policy Makers.
As near as I can tell this is when a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) was signed between CIA and FBI for inter agency tasking and information sharing. Again this was circa 2003 not the Mueller MOU of 2012.
So George Bush put this concept into our federal government much like Al Gore and friends have been trying to do with climate change. Because terrorist attacks are so harmful and use an element of surprise to strike, certain 4th amendment rights started to be interpreted differently when considering counter-terrorism.
The Patriot Act was used to bend these due process rights in order to protect democracy and National Security. This was the the implementation of the slippery slope that is causing the world’s distress today.
After about a year George Bush authorized the National Counter-Terrorism Center (NCTC) which replaced The Terrorist Threat Integration Center. This would have been around 2004 and this agency is with us today.
They are the ones responsible for the National Fusion Centers and now have a network of State and locally owned Fusion Centers. There are 79 or 80 in total and throughout the country.
Here is an important part. The FBI has various Public/Private initiatives to involve the general public. Citizen Cops and “Infragard” come to mind. Infragard is a FBI/Corporate network of public private information sharing (or perhaps Narrative and crime/evidence creating agreement)

In 2012 another MOU was signed between CIA and FBI regarding information sharing of intelligence. The NCTC is part of the DHS but uses NSA database under the FBI. The same FBI with 3.3 million unauthorized NSA/FISA data abuses for non compliance in 2021
I think this is the network that Ol’Maxine Waters was referring to. This is also the time DOJ told their inspector general to take a hike and this is the area Michael Flynn would have been working on.
That is my premise and I need to flesh some more of the details and logistics out. You CTHers that do research might can help a bit, but there is another component that I feel needs to be looked at as well.
Joint Terrorism Task Force
In the United States, the Joint Terrorism Task Forces are locally-based multi-agency partnerships between various federal, state, and local law enforcement agencies tasked with investigating terrorism and terrorism-related crimes, led by the Federal Bureau of Investigation and U.S.
The Joint Terror Task Force looks to me to be the enforcement arm of the Fusion Centers and is useful in avoiding jurisdiction and civil rights issues that get in the way of their gestapo tactics. This involves state and local LEOs as will as businesses through Infragard. Remember Obama militarized our police
All of the above is what concerns me when I read about new “Domestic Terrorism” initiatives. Especially the racial profiling of White Supremacist Privilege.
This was my first attempt at putting this down all in one space, so i probably failed to mention everything. However I think Obama put into place the largest surveillance network in world history (see Mad Maxine Waters video) and he added the “Brown Shirt” Gestapo to go with it.
