CTH has been watching carefully for several weeks; looking, reading and observing the expressed priorities of Elon Musk in an effort to evaluate his free speech intents and purposes. After careful and cautious consideration, I can now say Elon Musk is the closest thing to John Galt in our lifetime.
Today, Mr. Musk drew attention to one of the central cancers. Musk is highlighting the strategy leftists use to target corporations, demand they withdraw advertising dollars, and force them into compliance against any unapproved platform designated by the woke mob.

[CNN Story Here – MMfA Letter Here – Elon Musk Tweet Link Here]
David Brock’s Media Matters for America (MMFA) has organized an activist campaign against companies who advertise on Twitter. [SEE LETTER HERE] Their intent is to assemble all of the radical activist groups, directly target any company who would advertise on Twitter and by extension force woke compliance by the social media platform Musk is purchasing.
The letter urges advertisers to make their next ad deals with Twitter contingent on changes to platform policy under Mr Musk. However, Musk is pushing back against the effort by asking, “who funds these organizations that want to control your access to information? Let’s investigate.” He then goes on to tweet, “Sunlight is the best disinfectant.”
(CNN) – Some of the nation’s biggest brands including Coca-Cola (CCEP), Disney (DIS) and Kraft (KHC) are facing calls to boycott Twitter if the company’s soon-to-be owner, billionaire Elon Musk, rolls back content moderation policies limiting hate speech and election misinformation.
In a letter sent to brands Tuesday ahead of the 2022 NewFronts digital advertising conference, more than two dozen civil society groups said marketers should secure commitments from Twitter to retain its most critical policies, including on civic integrity and hateful conduct, and threaten to withdraw funding if Twitter does not comply.
“As top advertisers on Twitter (TWTR), your brand risks association with a platform amplifying hate, extremism, health misinformation, and conspiracy theorists,” the letter said, adding: “Your ad dollars can either fund Musk’s vanity project or hold him to account.” (read more)
Musk has advocated for increased transparency on the mechanisms and algorithms within the Twitter platform, in order to gain public trust. Everyone knows that Twitter management manipulates the platform based on ideology. Even the original creator of Twitter, Jack Dorsey, has admitted the political preferences within the company are directly connected to the control mechanisms that have been built within it.
One of the key tell-tale sentences in the MMFA led letter is this:
“Consider the implications of full-scale public visibility into Twitter’s algorithm”..
The left-wing organizations and activist groups are worried about what public disclosure of the Twitter censorship and control mechanisms might mean. As a result of their fear, their strategy is to ask advertising corporations to pressure Elon Musk into keeping the background engineering hidden from review. There is no incentive for Musk to do that as a private company, except this type of blackmail effort.
The need for control is a reaction to fear. MMfA and their allies fear a free, open and uncontrolled information platform; and they fear that people will discover just how much has been done to tilt the discussion in their favor by controlling and silencing their opposition.
I can appreciate that Musk is taking the issues of free communication seriously. He is dealing with challenges of incredible consequence, he yet he carries on that battle with a light spirit and does not take himself seriously. That is a remarkably valuable skillset.
If the full purchase deal can be finalized, Musk will take the company private. However, Musk has also reportedly shared that after a few years of private ownership, he would be willing to make the company a public offering again. Per the Wall Street Journal, “Mr. Musk said he plans to stage an initial public offering of Twitter in as little as three years of buying it, according to people familiar with the matter. The deal is expected to close later this year, subject to conditions including the approval of Twitter shareholders and regulators, the company has said.

Thank you for this. Looks valuable. I’ll watch and pass it on.
Oh let it shine! My hometown celebrities (when they were, actually celebrities), I think Marilyn McCoo and Billy Davis, Jr.! Could this be the conservative Age of Aquarius!? In the words of Steve Martin-nahhhh! Keep your powder dry.
That looks like Grand Haven, Mi. We’re from that area.
yup, today.
“Good area” I have owned 5 yachts built by S-2 in Holland, MI.
I’m south Whitehall😀. Love it!!!!!! And in a rainy day too!
just sitting there all by itself, nobody around, saying ‘take a picture’.
Those organizations are not businesses, they are leftist organizations…probably with SOROS funding..what a joke.
If the left is this afraid of the Twitter algorithms being exposed to the public, can you imagine if every MAGA candidate committed to exposing, with strong support by the public of ALL leftists leadership communications captured by the NSA over these past 5 years once Patriots regain control?
Musk is so rich, he understands money has zero value.
I wonder if He is about to expose all internal communications within twitter’s censorship discussion board etc on top of the actual Govt supported architecture that allows other bad actors to continue manipulating the Nation’s consciousness.
He’s better than Galt. Galt worshipped man, Musk is aware of a higher intelligence.
While I’m not wealthy or rich I have had the chance to make the acquaintance of several who are.
At a certain point they start to wonder what will be their legacy and how to shape it.
Simply possessing great wealth won’t do it.
Big hospital donations and departments/buildings named for them. Sports arenas. Etc.
EM thinks really big so saving his adopted homeland for his children would certainly be a worthy legacy.
Same here. I agree wholeheartedly. I have worked side by side with some amazing people who had great wealth and were actually using it for real and good and lasting change. Not pie in the sky crap. They lived it and breathed it.
He’s beyond even that. He’s trying to save humanity by giving us a foothold on another planet. Among many other things he’s doing to make life better for humans.
Aside from that Mycroft, my sense is Musk also feels it necessary, as a matter of righteousness, to respond to the gauntlet the left has thrown down.
It’s bigger than that. His drive to colonize Mars is to save humanity as a species.
[apologies to FakeNametag, I see you already said the same thing]
This isn’t about the money according to Musk. He’s really smart in expressing his intent at exposing the left for who they are. There’s as much chance for these companies to be damaged by boycotts as Twitter
I’m getting the impression that Musk knows how phony the corporate shakedown move is..
Rush Limbaugh talked of this and the left targeting him. He found out it was less than 20 people that organized a campaign against him targeting his advertisers making it look as if thousands of people were against him.
Musk should be able to see how these campaigns work, and who operates them.
I suspect MMFA is afraid their little operation is going to be exposed and shut down.
I remember a similar story on Sky News Australia a few years ago. There was a small number of activists who were targeting the advertisers of some shows with a strong conservative host. But they had made it look like large numbers of people. Across a few shows Sky News Australia exposed the truth and were asking their audience to support the advertisers who stayed.
In the end, we still have these hosts, so it seems the activists lost that fight. Now, in hindsight, I wonder who funded the activists – something I didn’t consider at the time.
If he verifies every user of twitter, then he can eliminate the bots. Numbers of complainants will plummet.
Others will hesitate to complain publicly if they have to use their own name/identity.
There’s always a balance. Less privacy can also have other ramifications. I think after all the security changes post 9-11, there’s a lot of bad outcomes for the people. This is the same. There can be some good, but overall I think there will be a greater loss of freedoms. Just my guess about how it will turn out.
I think Bill O’Reilly was one of their first targets.
And that was a few years back. And yup…it was only a few people at that time.
On the mark, Mark! Important to note, can’t spell Musk without ‘us’.
What’s coming from Elon from all this is the claw back of data. Personal control is going back to the user as long as the user is willing to be as identifiable as they are with a US POSTAL address. The testing has been underway for about 4 years. It’s a “solid” approach. It WILL work,
remember the neighbor who always wanted your Dad’s Sears catalog because they wouldn’t buy their own to stay of list services? It’s a bit like that with some very jazzy new architecture on top of what is traditional about the web to date.
Could you elaborate further? I am a strong privacy advocate and I would like to know more detail about what you are referencing.
I shudder to send you down the rabbit hole but you can look up Solid and AI and Beners-Lee to get some footing BUT
a) B-L and ‘solid’ is taking a UK brush to it there are others with very strong US civics doing their own thing.
b) understand there is a battle to ‘own’ AI similar to owning the cloud which shapes the capabilities I speak of. but c) Elon has already hinted by saying all accounts ave people and https://twitter.com/elonmusk/status/1521630589710872576https://twitter.com/elonmusk/status/1521630589710872576
One small but big function: What does this tweet look like that we’ve all seen before? Oh yeah…big corp paying – cause they HAVE to…to junk up the snail mail box from their list serve purchase. Just like the old days. Why do they have to do that? Because you have chosen a solid platform and you are no longer showing your data even IF you agreed to data terms of service. (that’s the nifty part).
Regardless of what Mr. Musk’s intentions are, or how he made his money, or what he’s been accused of doing or not doing, or what his IQ is – as long as he can drive the left INSANE with one small “insinuating” tweet – – I LIKE THE GUY!
Don’t fall too deeply in love with Musk. He’s a transhumanist who also voted twice for Obama. We all have warts…just in different places. Right now, he’s on our side but that could change. I’ll reserve judgment for now, as I like what he’s doing with Twitter and to Twitter management.
There’s a big difference between like and love.
Love no human being for ALL are imperfect? The “perfects” are ALL fakes.
Personally, I prefer to Love without fear, as Christ commanded. I choose to pray and reconnect my heart to His rather than fret.
The famous Serenity Prayer, easily found on line, helps when tempted by fear and doubt about Gods other kids.
Saying the Serenity Prayer makes it easier to refocus on pleasing Dad rather than worrying about what my siblings may or may not be up to.
Fatal Distractions versus Love Connections.
I agree – I am waiting for the post that says “Elon Musk for president”.
You missed it. Somebody already posted that under a different report.
“The letter urges advertisers to make their next ad deals with Twitter contingent on changes to platform policy under Mr Musk.”
Any sane CEO would see what happened at Disney and tell MMFA to pound sand.
Curious thought: had EM reached a point where he could turn the tables and refuse to sell advertising to these companies? Sorry, Target, you targeted the wrong person/ company. Then turn around and buy all the most valuable advertising slots they might want out from under them.
Couldn’t he just have Tesla buy all that ad space. I don’t remember seeing any ads for Tesla on TV,magazines. etc ever
That’s because Musk rather famously says he doesn’t (and will never) buy advertising for Tesla.
More people want to buy them than they can make, just by word of mouth and a webpage. Why waste money on ads that could be used for something more productive?
This is spot on. The actions of Desantis could be giving second thoughts to corporations that usually would follow the leftist playbook. I’m wondering if they see the impact of the average American to boycott them, that they may start being more hesitant or scared to go too far woke.
The other thing that fascinates me is all these wealthy CEO’s used to getting their way are dealing with a man in Musk who blows them away in wealth and power. It’s got to sting their egos that someone is unimpressed by them lol
Yup!
Didn’t turn out too well for Disney! Which is good!
The operative word is, ‘sane.’ Most of these top corporate office-holders bow to the winds of wokeism and financial threats. How pathetic that they have no backbone.
This is encouraging – another item in the ‘winning’ column?
These people are over the top. They are asking people who have a financial gain to be made from the Twitter platform to commit hari kari by demanding the new platform controlled by Elon Musk bow down to the woke mob or they should fall on the sword and show what great little woke tards they are by leaving a platform that is good for their pocketbooks. We live in interesting times indeed.
It’s a small thing, I’m not being critical. You were probably not exposed to the Japanese language, so I write to help you be correct in the usage, and maybe impress your friends with your knowledge.
“HARI KARI” is not correct and most likely was an invention of WWII servicemen and its usage was continued in Hollywood “B” films. The correct language is “HARA KIRI,” which was a very ritualized form of suicide practiced by the Samurai class, and included a “seconding attendant,” who would sever the head once he had witnessed that the short knife had been thrust into the belly and disembowelment had begun. It was a way of terminating the obvious extreme physical suffering being experienced. One more thing and I’ll go. The act of routine suicide, any manner of taking your own life, is called “SEPUKU,” and is not a ritualized form of taking one’s life. The Japanese are a complicated people with a complex culture with exacting rituals. Although this is far less so today than it was at the ending of WWII, when Gen. Douglas MacArthur took on the task of beginning the Westernization of the culture.
IF you claim to your shareholders or customers that you have X amount of active users, and you sell them ads based on those users, and yet you have shadow banned 50% of them, that is false advertising. And theft.
BTW, Uber had an underground program called greyballing, which is basically the same as shadow banning. Watch the series ‘Super Pumped: The Battle for Uber’. You will also learn more about geo-fencing and operating in the Silicon Valley VC bubble.
I beg everyone here to read the Ashley Vance “Elon Musk” biography and “Lift Off” by Eric Berger (the Space X “biography”). You will have a great understanding of who Musk is and what he’s about.
An amazing African American !
I can appreciate that Musk is taking the issues of free communication seriously. He is dealing with challenges of incredible consequence, he yet he carries on that battle with a light spirit and does not take himself seriously. That is a remarkably valuable skillset.
Had a bit of a time trying to get a read on Musk’s motives and intentions. He’s obviously an intelligent man with a knack for seeing potential in things. So, after securing such a tremendous fortune, what’s a guy to do? He can’t live long enough to spend all his wealth, and even if he did, what could he spend it on? Perhaps he’s doing this dance with Twitter as a way of doing what his fortunes can’t do for him. He can help to make the world a better place by simply enhancing the freedom of speech for the masses through a social media that’s not corrupted by government. Yes, sunshine is a powerful disinfectant. And it doesn’t have to cost the world’s wealthiest man’s fortune to provide it, it only takes his influence.

My thoughts on data and the internet, Twitter included, have evolved to this point:
The Founders left us with the 4th Amendment: “The right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures, shall not be violated, and no Warrants shall issue, but upon probable cause, supported by Oath or affirmation, and particularly describing the place to be searched, and the persons or things to be seized.”
In this internet age, the right to be secure has been deeply eroded as follows:
1) Big Tech companies continuously ask us in the middle of our browsing or other work or play to grant them access to every thing we do online, to plant cookies and malware to observe, record and upload all of our keystrokes, the email, documents, spreadsheets, pdfs we look at, create or modify. They gather up our location data wherever we travel, our transactions, our security camera footage. They even can turn on our iPhones to make them video and listen to our activities without us knowing about it. They aggregate this data and sell it to the highest bidder, and the aggregators become enormously valuable by figuring out how to sort, compile, compare, and integrate all this data to serve those who can use it make more through advertising, or, apparently, for political, or police work.
2). The government, including our spy agencies who are specifically forbidden to carry out surveillance of us, have partnered with many of these Big Tech companies, apparently subsidizing some of them with fat contracts, and, as Sundance hypothesizes, by allowing them to use government computers at below cost, in exchange for government access to all of that data.
In short, we are not “secure in our persons, houses, papers, and effects.” The word “papers” should be interpreted to everything we type out digitally. It was the content of the papers – diaries, letters, plans, agreements, and drafts thereof – that deserved privacy, not the paper itself without content. So I believe all of our keystrokes, locations, and files of every sort deserve to be “secure” on our computers and other devices, and we ought to legislate new rules that:
1) Recognize that all data created by a person using a digital device is the private property of the user and subject to the 4th Amendment, and cannot be accessed, sold or otherwise used by anyone without the express written permission of the user, and that it should be required that every digital service be offered with a complete privacy option at a reasonable price, and that, in the event that people choose to use free services, the data collectors, aggregators and others who use the data to make money, by law must share a substantial percentage of the revenue generated with the users whose data is being sold, along with an accounting of how it was used, so that the people who don’t understand how the internet works can become educated, and perhaps opt out of the “free” service if they don’t like how their data is being used. This would put an end to the era where monsters like Mark Zuckerberg can take data from people he regards as “dumb MFs,” sell it, and thereby become billionaires.
There should also be a thorough audit of the Government’s data capture, storage, use, the contractors who help them, and the reports or other actions resulting from these illegal invasions of our privacy. There should be no constraints on the rights of the auditor tore view all classified data and all of its uses. Heads should roll at least for the worst offenders.
Well said!!!
Why do I have the feeling that Elon Musk is a long time reader of the treehouse?
I know. 😉
Elon has an incredible appetite for extraordinary journalism.
friends tell me.
(noting: there are literally 10 of thousands of people who will never participate, or register, who do “observe” this platform. THEY KNOW…And we do too…that’s the beauty and BRILLIANCE OF SUNDANCE AND CAMP: Truth has no agenda and if furnished in the correct and proper way….IT IS A LION….even reprobate understand this reality!)
God Bless America
Elons more of a 4 chan and 8 kun guy. Ditto Trump and other high IQ inquisitives.
Everyone has their own missions and their own comfy zones. To each their own.
If only Trump read the Treehouse…it is obvious he doesn’t, very obvious.
If he reads this, I plead with him: as well as proving a user is a human, authenticate his age and put that number in front of his handle. This will improve discourse, and doesn’t reveal anything damaging about the user to the world.
They are NOT the woke Mob, they should always be referred to as the WOKE MINORITY
When the communists were taking over Russia they called themselves the majority party. The opposition foolishly called themselves the minority party.
I always thought the use of Mob was short for Mafia… they are after all just another form of organized crime.
I like this idea.
Elon Musk sees humanity as a biological boot loader for Artificial intelligence.
I wonder if he will use Twitter to vacuum up our collective input to populate his neurolink project .
He seems like a lighthearted joyful guy with good intentions.
If we have learned anything let us ‘trust but verify’
Microsoft tried to program their AI using twitter or something like that.
It became a raging raging psychopath in mere days.
Listening to Musk parry with the press and his enemies “with a light spirit,” I’m beginning to see something of PDJT, twenty years ago, as he started to lay the groundwork for a future political life. After he finishes these three big projects that will make him even richer: Tesla, SpaceX, and now Twitter.
“light hearted, light spirited” is a rough equivalent of “intellectual thinking and not emotional thinking”
one does not have to be a genius to avoid the traps of that latter.
reasoned, thoughtful, careful, steady focus, wins every time over emotional reactivity.
now, elon has his enemies that is certain. They are very very quick to point out how childish he is, how uncareful his comments are, and petty even.
Where have we heard this same complaint…resolved to venomous?
That’s right, President Trump
You see very smart people have emotional intelligence and they also have incredible social intelligence.
When we say (or hear) things like: He’s misunderstood….difficult to understand…an enigma.
Often what they means is the person is exceedingly too stupid to understand and thus they replace their lack of understanding with fear. And from fear, comes the attacks, the venom.
I don’t agree with many of elon’s views. Some are childish and seem to support nothing and are contradictor. But that does not prevent me from understand that man has great talent and has outcomes to prove it.
It’s the same with President Trump. There are many decisions and even things he has said that makes me wonder if he has a filter at all. But that’s what you get with a genius. Filtered, unfiltered, raw and extraordinary. It impossible to assume people like this can simply separate out the parts I MIGHT NOT LIKE, from the parts that everyone benefits from!
There is a great lesson (for me) in all of this: people cannot be judged simply in one area or action. It’s the totality of what they can bring to the table.
President Trump turned the lights on, exposed the deep bench of the swamp of corruptors. President Trump informed us all of what is possible with great leadership. Exposing the intentionally failures of even those associated with “conservative” camps.
Elon will do the same. In his own way.
The venn diagram between Elon and Donald is quite the eclipse.
Each will be the number one target of every failed corrupt son of a …..
God Bless America
ps….if Elon would actually build a 35,000 dollar 300 mile range EV vehicle, I might even be tempted to buy one. It would be my first “protest car”…(probably not, but you get the point)
Our Honda Plug In EV has a range of about 300 miles with a full 17.5 Kw battery…. about 250 miles on the 8 gallon gas tank.
When the SHTF and/or the Zombie Apocalypse hits suburbia, I figure I can carry some 10 gallons in jerry cans and around 250 miles from home we’ll see just about ALL BEVs stopped by the side of the road with no “supercharging” stations available. Our Honda will still have another 300 mile range. 🙂
Naw…. Musk will be Premier of the First Mars Republic.
I’m planning on getting us some 1000 acres mid way up Mt. Olympus.
So Trump is Howard Roark & Musk is John Galt.
I always considered Elon to be closer to Hank Reardon…
Who are Roarke and Galt?
From the great book “Atlas Shrugged”.
Fountainhead and Atlas Shrugged. Summer reading for everyone !
It’s been years since I read them. I really need to read them all again and 1984.
I agree.

Thanks Libs!!
We stocked 1 GOYA product in our pantry. Now we have 5.
I do not think this move would be legal if the current twatter employees tried to use it. This would be called corporate sabotage.
They would be deliberately undermining the business, and it would nullify the sales agreement. They would then be subject to shareholder lawsuits and jail time.

Take an hour and familiarize yourself with what Elon Musk is working to accomplish. This interview covers everything except Twitter.
Who is Elon Musk?
And what motor?
Courage is contagious…hopefully some Republicans catch it.
Republicans and Democrats alike. They’re currently working together against the people. When they can get back to representing two or more sometimes different ways to problem solve, with the people’s best interest at the forefront, we’ll be getting back to a Constitutional Republic with representative democracy.
His definition of “inclusive” is not the PC one, but the (here comes one of the democrats’ favorite words, which they always use incorrectly) LITERAL definition.
Once released with free speech, the twitter hordes can exact the same pain upon the woke corporations that decide to play the media matters game. Go Woke, Go Broke.
I don’t think the establishment globalist/left/RINOs yet understand they’ve been painted into a corner. I’m not saying there won’t be pain. If they think WW3, famine, pandemics, economic collapse and underground bunkers will be their out; the globalist politicians associated with WEF, CFR, Trilaterals, Bildeburgers, Illuminatti and other world-control NWO groups may learn a painful lesson about payback.
Why do we support these corporations that are poisining us? You are destroying your health by eating all the sugar filled crap they are pushing. They are drug dealers. Do yourself a favor and dig into the benefits of fasting. Eat whole foods. Not processed crap.
The greatest flaw in the liberal/Marxist mind is the hubris which causes them to believe that only they can be right. Well, I say the Right is right and the Left is nuts. Let the sunshine in! Let’s see just how corrupt they are, and then let’s disinfect Twitter with Truth.
Can you imagine the paper & hard drive shredders that have been, and will continue running at red-line 24×7 before Musk is able to get control?
“Algorithms that overtly censor conservative accounts & ideas? What algorithms?”
Dorsey always speaks as if he was a casual observer.
He’s the father of the modern day Twitter book burning orgy.
The oblivious bystander schtick isn’t working.
I bought shares and I’m keeping em. buy 10 shares as a spiritual vote of confidence… you never know he might give you a shot at ipo shares post detox. (you’ll also get to shareholder vote for the deal.)
The sooner Media Matters for America (MMFA) is shut down under the sedition statutes of the US Code, and the appropriate arrests of its leadership and donors made, the sooner happiness and decency will arrive in America.
Make this a question that you ask of your GOP candidates this fall. Elect no-one who dodges the question.
I just need to know what corporations are threatening to boycott the “new Twitter” so that I and my company can plan on purchasing from their competition.
Did Sundance tell Musk to write that?
When someone asked why he came to the Met Gala, he answered that his mother wanted to go so he took her. That was kind. I know that is a somewhat shallow-sounding commentary on his free speech fight, but he seems to have a real commitment to fairness, what is right to do. I hope that he will be successful with fairness for Twitter users.
And since it is a special love of mine, that brooch his mother is wearing is amazing, stunning!
Wouldn’t you love to be so rich you could be a sh*t-disturber?
Sadly, Bill Gates has chosen to pursue sick priorities.
But Donald Trump clearly said I’m rich enough and old enough to be a who gives a sh*t? guy. I fear he’s learned you’re never that rich.
And Zuckerberg has devoted vast sums to pursuits that, despite his huge wealth, are surely not his obsessions alone. Like subverting democracy. Oh dear!
Zuck’s neighbors in Hawaii aren’t thrilled with him
Erected big stone walls
Interfered with customary footpaths other residents use to get to the beach (I’ve read)
That sort of big-new-buyer misbehavior
I wonder how many of these receive our tax dollars?

Apr 12, 2022 Elon Buys Twitter: What Does it REALLY Mean?
Elon Musk has taken a 9% stake in the public shares of Twitter. Yet he has just declined the board seat that was offered to him. What does this mean? Will he take over the whole company and save Twitter in the process?
….” Soros-funded Media Matters and several leftist groups like Matt Rivitz from Sleeping Giants have been harassing American corporations for years to quit advertising with conservative platforms, websites and businesses.
On Tuesday Elon Musk tweeted on the left’s attempts to destroy advertising on the platform.

Social media is pox on society regardless of who controls it. Solve the Twitter problem once and for all. By abandoning it and taking that time to talk to your family and neighbors.
Open up your Heart; The Flintstones,
Mommy told me something
A little kid should know
It’s all about the devil
And I’ve learned to hate him so
She said he causes trouble
When you let him in the room,
He will never ever leave you
If your heart is filled with gloom
So let the sun shine in
Face it with a grin
Smilers never lose
And frowners never win
So let the sun shine in
Face it with a grin
Open up your heart and let the sun shine in.
When you are unhappy
The devil wears a grin
But oh, he starts to running
When the light comes pouring in
I know he’ll be unhappy
‘Cause I’ll never wear a frown
Maybe if we keep on smiling
He’ll get tired of hanging ’round.
If I forget to say my prayers
The devil jumps with glee
But he feels so awful awful
When he sees me on my knees
So if you’re full of trouble
And you never seem to win
Just open up your heart and let the sun shine in.
So let the sun shine in
Face it with a grin
Smilers never lose
And frowners never win
So let the sun shine in
Face it with a grin
Open up your heart
And let the sun shine in.
Have a Blessed evening Treepers and CTH staff.

Musk must know intuitively that if he can gather the silent majority under this platform to express freely, the minority trying to impose themselves will have no option but to run. Blackmail and intimidation only works as long as it’s tolerated. Yes, there’s the fourth branch of Government but like everything else, every journey starts with the first step.
Musk has also sold most of his properties and seems to be embracing a somewhat minimalist lifestyle. Sounds very John Galt to me.
