“The 51 signatories of the letter who publicly and falsely decried Hunter Biden’s laptop to be Russian disinformation should be barred from holding any level of security clearances indefinitely,” Gaetz’s resolution states.

They never expect to get called out on those sorts of things. The media would report it and that would be the end of the story. They have not needed a Plan B in quite a while.

There has never been a downside for any of them. Andrew McCabe and others did lose their jobs but kept their pensions and you know the Left is taking care of them. Not a single one has even been processed through a jail let alone go to prison.

What I said is a recognition of reality.
Having held a Top Secret security clearance in the Army, I can tell you that if any of those 51 spooks still employed by the government lost their clearances they would also lose their jobs.
Those who retain their clearances and work outside of government would no longer be permitted to receive classified info.
This would put more than a little dent in democrats. They won’t do it.

I miss a lot when I’m at work and barely have time to check back on a break.
Sundance makes frequent mention here of the opinion that “green energy is ‘a thing.'” That it is “a thing” that will divide the entire world into two camps – Red and Blue, basically East and West. After considering this for quite some time, I disagree. Here is what I think instead.
The most obvious thing must first be made plain: that “Green energy is completely impractical and unachievable,” and it is not “Green” at all. The biggest stated objective is to replace gasoline and diesel engines to power automobiles – presumably also locomotives and ships – and: the necessary energy to do that does not exist. Not even with our present coal/oil/gas-powered infrastructure. And it never will. And “they” must already know that.
The necessary technology also does not exist. A very significant amount of energy is lost in charging and then discharging a battery, and the “carbon cost” of that vehicle does not disappear. It is simply moved somewhere else out of sight. And “they” must already know that.
Therefore, in my view, “Green energy” is a deception. But for what purpose?
Let us consider another “thing”: MAGA.™ To “Make America Great Again™” was most of all to restore its place as a net energy producer and as a manufacturer. In the 1940’s, we did not have a hundred ships waiting to dock off the California coast, full of goods from somewhere else. In the 1940’s, we had hundreds of ships sailing out of the shipyards in which they had just been made, stuffed with goods (and soldiers …) that also had been made right here. In the years that followed, all of that was dismantled completely. And, in 2016-2020, an American President who had the b*lls to say the obvious thing, that things ought be different and that it’s a national security issue, was first vilified, then denied his lawful second term by fraud.
Both of these actions were purposeful, and I think they are the same. It may well be said that “these are the very last things that any sensible nation would ever do.” Yet they did them – voluntarily.
Sun Tzu wrote that “the greatest Art of War is to subdue your enemy without fighting him.” And so, in a variety of ways, I think that’s what’s really happening here. It seems to be the case that the so-called “Western” nations … the nations who loudly declare that they are entitled to rule the world … are very easily persuaded to defeat themselves. The USA has fought very hard not to be “great again,” and Germany created a total dependency on Russian natural gas – an obvious strategic error with national-security implications – in the name of “Green.” Both nations swallowed the bait whole, and now try to convince everybody else to do the same. Why?
I’d like for Sundance to “deep dive” on this and to find out where these ideas are really coming from, and who is really promoting them. Because, this really is “the Art of War.” These things really do put your entire nation in jeopardy, and yet you have been persuaded to do it by your own hands and you also try to persuade others. Why? “Cui Bono?”
Power, money, and control over the population by controlling resources and manufacturing energy scarcity. Sundance has touched on the coming green tax (digital control over access to money and resources) as the primary reason for the Green energy “thing”.
I’m not sure that this is the real reason, Intrepid. This, too, is not a sustainable idea. But it is something (else …) that you can be made to fear. And, fear can be a very powerful influence, especially when you feel that you have no control over what it is that you fear. (“COVID” being the most recent and most obvious example, and thoroughly successful. By the end of next year, some “Karens” will have bought their fifteenth “booster.”)
I think that there’s something more to it. Something considerably simpler and considerably darker. Hence my reference to “the Art of War.” There are more ways to conquer a nation than with bullets and missiles . . . you can also conquer a nation with strategy. Troy was conquered with a wooden horse, which they took inside the wall.
They toss out a fearful White Rabbit, and because you are afraid of it you accept it and you chase it. But who is the magician, and what is he doing with his other hand? 🧐
To me, both “Occam’s Razor” and “cui bono?” say that something else is afoot . . . and that whoever is really behind this is a master of crowd psychology.
And the target nations are still unsuspecting.

I don’t believe that “it” being a fraud and deception prevents “it” from being a thing, nor from “it” being used to divide the world.

Take the 100+ year effort to usurp power from the people and place it in an unelected branch of super protected government. The immediate sedition of and takeover by the IC as enabled by the Patriot Act needs more focus than Kennedy enabling government unionizing or Carter creating the SES to remove government control from both President and Congress. Or the ending of staffing all government by appointment by creating a supposedly meritocratic civil service to end corruption in the latter 1800’s.
So ask yourself, where does this fraud take us? And present your picture of what “it” will do to us.
But I do agree. It is a fraud that can’t deliver as promised.
I also don’t think that any of us see it as anything other than a small part of the many frauds that are being weaponized against us by ourselves and our leaders.
I suspect you may be looking for a rational explanation for the actions of people who are not rational. The global communists who are trying to take over the world are not rational, they are just power hungry, in the same sense that the people from the Frankfurt School who came over in the early 20th century did not want to reform society, they simply wanted to destroy it. Concerning the push for more Homosexual and general perversion indoctrination: it has not been sufficiently appreciated that part of the push comes from the old “overpopulation” agenda.
For over 60 years I have heard how overpopulation will be our doom. (rf. The Population Bomb from 1968 by a certain Paul Ehrlich Ph.D. from Stanford of course).
There is no better way to stop “overpopulation” than to push homosexuality and perversions rather than normal, procreative, family life.

But I thought the Supreme Court ruled the Seals had to get vaccinated?
My understanding was that the Seals who wanted to get deployed had to be vaccinated, that it was a partial stay of a preliminary injunction where the military wanted to require the shots for all service members and a lower court had granted a stay so this ruling was a partial ruling on the stay, meaning the Seals who didn’t get the shot simply will not be allowed to be deployed, but are, for now, still Seals.
It’s a case that is still working its way through the Courts and will eventually make it to the Supreme Court. so just one step in a long process.

“UBS Securities is a swiss investment bank which owns 24.99% of UBS Securities Co LTD, a Chinese Investment Bank. The remaining 75% of UBS Securities CO LTD is owned by the Chinese government,” states the report.
What we didn’t know was Biden’s sponsors and investors in BHR are strategic partners with COFCO Group which owns 14% of UBS Securities, hence own an interest in Dominion Voting Systems.

One of the former CIA officers who signed a letter claiming stories about a laptop allegedly belonging to Hunter Biden were disinformation says he helped swing the 2020 election from former President Donald Trump.
“I take special pride in personally swinging the election away from Trump,” John Sipher, who served for decades as a senior operations officer at the CIA, wrote in a recent post on Twitter.
“I lost the election for Trump? Well then I fell [sic] pretty good about my influence,” he also wrote.
Sipher and 50 other former U.S. intelligence officials signed the letter on Oct. 19, 2020, alleging that the effort to distribute its contents “has all the classic earmarks of a Russian information operation,” despite not knowing whether the laptop was legitimate.
The letter was the core of a story from Politico that claimed the New York Post story on the laptop was “Russian disinformation.”
