Just when one thought they have injected most of the comedy possible into the Ukrainian Tragedy there is today’s headlines on the paid spews outlets …. I could not agree more with this article. The gist of the article is why should those that have been under constant attack from this countries “Elite” fight for them now that they are beating the war drums.
They want you to skip straight to the dying. The elite hate you and this country, the way to build back better is to level everything first. Not the mindset you want playing at nuclear war.

The government imposes quotas reserving a certain percentage of builder (e.g., road building, sewer pipe installing) and vendor contracts for somebody (anybody) “other than white males”, i.e., “minority”-owned or women owned businesses. [White folks need not apply for these, especially males! Never mind who submitted the lowest bid or who actually has past experience in doing the job bid on.] Women in the military can now apply for any MOS they choose; if they can’t meet the standards, the standards are “adjusted”, and the NCO’s in charge of the training are made aware that certain trainees “must pass” if their trainers have any hope for a future promotion. If those who are “passed”, either by “adjusted standards” or with a wink and a nod can’t do the the job, stronger (males) are expected to take up the slack and the do extra work to make up the deficit. And if your unit is about to deploy, some but but all of the troops and have a bit of fun on the way over, get knocked up, and ship home avoiding all that nasty bivouacing and sometimes shooting – no penalty for gestating in uniform. “Navy rape” as opposed to forcible rape charges, or allegations of sexual harassment can be leveled by any woman, with no proof required, and no penalty extracted for false charges. Christian soldiers are told that they can have a chaplain, but any chaplain will do for them, including Muslims and Wiccans. Having the “wrong” attitude about sharing a facility or a shower with someone who is “just happy all the time”? This ensures pariah status, and gets you branded as a hater. Our military leadership is too busy studying to “understand white rage” to counteract Afghanistan rage and enforcing disadvantageous rules of engagment that killed any number of Americans, and is also very interested in making sure that our warriors do not disrespect the religion/culture of their enemies or treat the bodies of their slain enemy in any way that could be considered “disrespectful”. Now we no longer have a border, and non-citizen votes in some jurisdictions will count as much as yours. Convoy update, Tuesday morning…
Bus has departed with a group of convoy representatives to meet with Senators Ron Johnson and Ted Cruz in D.C.
Currently the convoy is preparing for a lap of the beltway, the whole journey from start up to shut down taking four to six hours, today planned for a two-lane wide procession.
1st Responder’s Media is doing a ride-along today with one of the truckers so their perspective will be that of a vehicle in the convoy. Currently they’re near the stage at the racetrack awaiting start. Scheduled move-out start is around 9am local time and getting out of the track should take around two hours, last vehicle out at 11am. Huge.
The lead truck, a brown Cabover with step deck, is still in frame waiting to depart. If coming across this truck in any of the videos, unique among the convoy, take a close look at the now tattered big flag flying on the step deck. Note the number of stars.
That’s the burial flag of a WW2 veteran who was killed in action during the war there. It was donated by the grandson of the veteran. It’s the old style cloth flag like my fathers so not very durable in flying at highway speeds in wind.
I hope one of the domestic flag constructors like Anin or Rushmore Rose steps up and designs and constructs a companion, in original style and construction, to give to this family upon close of this event.

Further update from Stan, aka Sasnak, who is third truck…. the usual lead truck the brown cabover referenced prior, will not be in today’s convoy due to the driver, one of the event organizers, being in D.C. to meet with Ron Johnson and Ted Cruz. It is prominently visible in most of the convoy videos and I believe John Siropolous did a feature on the flag in a recent video.
Convoy is underway and headed toward the beltway. It’s so long now CB radio is ineffective so they use the old ‘telephone’ process to pass messages back and forward along the chain of trucks. Also, there are numerous pilot vehicles embedded in touch by cell phone to coordinate.
Single file, apparently the convoy is now long enough to completely encircle D.C. on the beltway. In past laps, some were just entering the loop as others were finishing up. Amazing.

It is interesting that Poland is leading the move towards the Ukraine’s admission to the EU as it means they accept the post WWII borders, which ceded historically Polish areas to the Ukraine and Poland accepts the historically German land given them after WWII as fair payment. In return, the Eastern EU gets a buffer state.
It may also indicate that the actual financial bill payers of the EU: Germany and France as well as to some extent Belgium and Holland want to tally up the costs and negotiate with Russia before moving ahead.

Everyone fears the prospect of nuclear war, and for good reason. Even though there are weapons (fuel-air explosives, specifically) that can and do obscene amounts of damage per device used on a rough scale of a small nuclear device, the very name nuclear and of course the damage from radiation-related destruction to people causes a visceral reaction.
It’s sort of like a virus, if you think about it. You can’t see it and you can be wildly screwed (including screwed dead) before knowing it happened and once it does there may not be anything you can do about it. We can see a tornado coming, or at least hear it if its dark outside. We see hurricanes days in advance. And while commercial nuclear power freaks people out too (including ridiculously-false movies shoved in your face like China Syndrome, for example) if a commercial reactor gets into trouble (e.g. Fukushima) there is at least some warning.

Yep, 5-10mpg is pretty normal range depending on load and road conditions. Heavy haul is at the low end of the range, light dry goods and flatbed loads towards the high end. A typical truck holds between 150-200 gallons of fuel plus, these days, 10-15 gallons of DEF, and the truck goes into limp mode if the DEF runs low.
Then there’s oil, a typical 6NZ-C15 Cat takes about ten gallons which can run 150-200 bucks, plus filters. Trucks are very expensive to operate even without repairs. Let’s not talk about repairs. Heh.
I would be eating costs now for being the low bidder that did not put an escalation on fuel.
I was watching a live stream of the truckers yesterday and heard over his CB radio another trucker talking about having to fill up and it cost him over $800.00 dollars. To think they’re using that gas to stand up for we the people….so proud of our truckers.

I suppose you are right. Lucky for me, I am astute enough to see thing clearly. And maybe it is my personal choice, but I actually enjoy tiktok. I find a lot of the content quite entertaining and often informative. There are actually some really great conservative minds on there. They have to narrowly navigate the same kinds of “user standards” as the other left-leaning apps, but I find it great in that my content is really targeted at me. Here is the thing – “conservative” apps are an echo-chamber. Some great info, as this site is, but not reaching the “other side” en masse. So unfortunately, if we want to get our messaging out to the other side, we have to play in their sandbox sometimes.
