Funny isn’t it? I remember my sister posting a picture of the price of gas right after the 2016 election. She claimed she wanted a reference point when gas prices increased because Pres. Trump needed to pay off his rich friends, the oil companies. I can barely speak to her now. I have taken to only going out once a week for a whole day to do errands and to baking multiple items at the same time. This is NOT how I wanted to spend my golden years!
The lock down was bad enough….couldn’t go anywhere anyhow. Now can’t afford to buy gas to go even to the store. And I’ve always thought I was lucky to this old, but I wish I was already out of order.
Maybe in the futures market for a short period. $200/barrel will bring oil from the moon. The supply will increase as production increases and a consumers limit their purchases.
I expect to see OPEC members start cheating on their quotas. It happens every time.

Remember, after Trump lost they were bragging about how they deceived him about the number of troops in Syria?
And now we have Biden. I think Biden is a “creature” (puppet) of the Intelligence Community. Remember, they have enough evidence to lock the Biden family up at anytime (Hunter Laptop + 10% for the Big Guy). And he doesn’t have a mind to oppose them. He thinks “Putin attacked Russia” and we that we have to “win the hearts and minds of the Iranians”. Biden is the “zombie” president they always wanted.
Obama is definitely in bed with these guys (the Mike Flynn set-up proves that for sure) but how deeply I don’t know. Hillary is in way more deep for sure, but I think they don’t trust her because they are letting Durham proceed. How close they will let Durham get may depend on how cooperative she is?
So, I think the Intelligence Community / Neocons have seized the US Government… and this is why Putin (and Xi) are now playing hardball. For the past approximately two weeks the Stock Market has been in a trading range of 34,000 high and 33,000 low. The Stock Market has broken this tight-trading range to the downside.
Today the Stock Market had a close below 33,000 support and this is significant. There will be a serious attempt to hold the psychologically important 30,000 Stock Market price level. As I have mentioned before, I don’t think the average Joe Blutts will become alarmed until the Stock Market closes below 30,000.
If and when the Stock Market closes below 30,000, I don’t see major support until 28,500. At some point people need to reconcile with themselves, “What is good out there for me to feel good about”?
I’m waiting for 25,000.

I have always felt that steep market declines are engineered to rip off the people that panic. The big players generate the market sell off to capitulation, cash in on their puts, and then buy in at the predetermined low. It’s only my opinion.
In a hyperinflationary period the stock prices will increase as the value of the dollar decreases. People with cash buy assets as a hedge for when the currency fails. It worked for the wealthy in the German Weimer Republic and Venezuela.
The underlying assets will still be in existence. The plants, the fleets,etc. The value cannot go to absolute zero.

Voter GA held a press conference today at 10 am Eastern. During the conference, the VoterGA team released two bombshells that prove the 2020 Election in the state should never have been certified.
The first item involves the chain of custody documentation gathered and maintained during the 2020 Election. All ballots are to be accounted for with proper custody activities performed and documented. Documentation should be available for all ballots that come in the door. (Remember, Biden was given the state by only a 12,000 vote margin.)
Today Voter GA provided evidence that 100,000 ballots lack the proper chain of custody documentation in Georgia which is required by law. Voter GA also reported that the video coverage of the ballot drop boxes inserted into the 2020 Election has either been deleted or is of such poor quality that they would never be able to be used to determine the content of nighttime drop-offs.
If anyone can insert any ballot into any election, then we have no legitimate elections. Georgia’s election never should have been certified.

Time for a little review of “election law” which is a unique and discreet subset of law.
Courts have a precedent, different than criminal or civil law.
If a party, (party A) detirmined to have standing, challenges an election result by challenging the legality and therefore validity of certain ballots,….
And another party (party B) is contesting their challenge,…it is NOT incumbent on party A to PROVE the ballots are not legally cast, valid ballots..
It IS incumbent on party B, to prove the ballots ARE legally cast, and therefore valid.
This is WHY they had to prevent any challenge from actually getting to court, by procedural grounds.
Again, “our side” does NOT have to prove any ballots are bogus; THEY have to prove they are legit.
And, if they don’t, or can’t PROVE, in Court that the ballots are legit,..the ballots are discounted.
THATS what the long standing legal precedent is.

Here in Berserkeley CA gas prices are skyrocketing. My car — a gas guzzler that completely rocks — requires premium fuel. A week ago it was $5.05/gal. By last Friday it had shot up to $5.59. I checked the local station and today it shot up to $5.87. I’ve never seen anything like this before in my life. Yikes!
This is going to hurt poorer people, who the Dems claim to care so much about, the most.
Menwhile, although the mask mandates have been lifted there is one large independent grocery store in town that requires masks as does one prominent music venue in SF I attended last night. But even in Whole Foods and Trader Joe’s which no longer require masks the vast majority of shoppers are still masked. OTOH when I see live music at a venue that has not instituted a mandate very few attendees choose to mask.
It is amazing and disheartening how easily masses of people can be influenced to change their behavior. Scary actually.

…or the energy capacity….we do not have nor will will have for a LOOOOONG time the grid excess capacity to “plug” in many millions of EV vehicles to say nothing of them wanting to convert the trucking fleet to the same technology
Modern grids have lots of excess capacity at night – more than enough to slow charge EVs. A significant challenge to managing the grid is ramping up powerplants in the morning and ramping them down at night. Nuclear plants can not quickly be “throttled”. Natural gas and coal can be throttled gradually to address demand changes due to time of day, weather and equipment issues.
Wind and solar greatly complicate power grid management. Both have effective capacity in the range of only 20%. So a 100mw solar system could be counted on to contribute less than 20MW of what a nuclear plant could – but it still would need on-demand natural gas capacity to compensate for weather, failure etc. Wind is even worse because it is available mostly at night when demand is low.
It is basic physics. Wind power, solar power, and electric cars can complement the power and transportation system of a modern economy on the scale of the US. They cannot replace it, but as the Green New Deals shows, they can be used to destroy it.
True, there are complements, but studies out of ISO-NE show that most EV charging will be aligned with normal day usage. You drive to work, plug in and charge, drive home, plug in again at the evening lighting peak. Add heaters in cold climates and you use up your battery faster.
EVs need to get a lot “smarter” to defer charging to the overnight lows and have enough charge to get you to work. Most residential usage is on a flat rate, not time of use, so there’s little incentive for a consumer to defer. A smart charger needs to be responsive to wholesale rates to really take advantage of excess renewables.
And when those smart chargers start including highway use taxes, time-of-day surcharges and carbon penalties for the coal and NG power the globalists can squeeze even Tesla owners into a commuter train.
My first house was all electric until I put in gas heat. The power company had an off-peak rate at night. I raised the heat and did laundry during those hours.
Or of second stage issues, cost of replacing the battery packs ($13,000-$21,000 ish), disposal / recycling those batteries in an environmentally safe manner (some rather toxic products there), producing the replacement batteries considering materials, labor, and* energy going up.
…nor the infrastructure.
We also have the technology to get to mars.
Yet once there, we find the only way to survive, is to go back to where we started.
And Elon has said batteries are the current bottleneck, they are literally producing as many cars as they can.
It’s a 20 year transition, it’s a generational change. We need oil for many other things as well, it’s stupid to not have cheap gas from an economic standpoint, but hey they’re commies so they don’t care.
