I’d take a different tack. I read how the vast bulk of her work was run of the mill, follow law and precedent, judicial work.
I’d also talk about her earlier phase where she gatted about from job to job, unable to stick to anything for very long, and praise her for sticking with the district Court job for an entire decade. But then I would express concern for the shortness of her tenure as an appellate judge. Will she be able to stick with this new job for the decades that her supporters are hoping for?
Then I’d go back to her run of the mill performance and point out how the few times where she has ventured to make progressive changes, that she has been unable to write opinions that convince other courts to see and accept what she has done. Is she really capable of the brilliant work that brings the country along with her? Not that that has been necessary, the left just needs unthinking judges to vote in lockstep, and then they will praise whatever garbage those judges spew.
Finally, I would wonder just what she has been promising all these leftwing fruitcake organizations that support her so fiercely. It is not like there is a record of judicial decisions that they can rely on to give her such trust.
Oh yeah, I would close by criticizing her work letting criminals out of jail. (Serving and leading commissions, not judicial.) We are once again proving that coddling criminals is the biggest cause of crime. Punishment of those judged guilty should be certain, strong, fair and consistent.
This is a constant theme of the left.

Turley needs to recognize that SCOTUS has made itself irrelevant.
As he praises Jackson, he fails to point out her biased, anti-1st amendment (therefore, devoid of consideration of the Constitution) opinions.
It is one thing to expect an appointed Justice will give full consideration to the Constitution and then have that Justice ignore or vote against such consideration. It is a completely different decision process to appoint or vote in favor of the appointment of a Justice who is known to be anti-Constitution.
SCOTUS is just about who are leftists and who are conservatives… that’s all that matters.

The latest data published by the UK Health Security Agency confirms deaths are rising dramatically among the triple vaccinated population whilst declining steadily among the not-vaccinated population in England.
With the most recent figures showing the fully vaccinated accounted for 9 in every 10 Covid-19 deaths over the past month; and the triple vaccinated accounted for 4 in every 5 of them.
Is this in part related to the larger percentage of the old and very old that were vaccinated?
Probably, but it was supposed to prevent this outcome, so it really doesn’t matter. This product is not working as advertised and has an unacceptable side effect profile and should not be used at all.

In all, between 24th Jan and 20th Feb, there were a total of 1,490,464 Covid-19 cases recorded across England, and the triple vaccinated population accounted for 752,126 of them, whilst the not-vaccinated population accounted for 404,030 of them but 303,107 of those cases were among children.
Overall the vaccinated population accounted for 1,086,434 cases, meaning they accounted for 73% of all Covid-19 cases between 24th Jan and 20th Feb 22. But if we remove children from the equation we find that the vaccinated population accounted for 91% of all Covid-19 cases among over 18’s in England.
In all, there were 9,230 Covid-19 hospitalisations in England between 24th Jan and 20th Feb 22, and the triple vaccinated population accounted for 4,936 of them, whilst the not-vaccinated population accounted for 2,341 of them, 1,132 of which were allegedly children.
But this is where the data doesn’t make much sense. We know that Omicron is now the dominant variant in England, and we know it causes illness that is of equivalent severity to the common cold. So why is it that the data shows Covid-19 hospitalisations among children are more than double the amount that was being recorded when Delta was the dominant strain?
They are hospitalized for something else. They test everyone at the hospital for covid and, if positive, count it as a covid hospitalization regardless of why they are there. A kid could be getting his tonsils out and be counted.
I know a child who had appendicitis and happened to test positive for Covid at the hospital. It was incidental to his condition, as he had Omicron a few weeks prior.
Everyone and their brother had Omicron over the holidays. Of course this will be reflected for anyone tested during that time period.
The following table is taken from Public Health England’s ‘Covid-19 Vaccine Surveillance Report – Week 36 – 2021‘, and it shows that between week 32 and week 35 of 2021 (when Delta was the dominant variant) there were just 404 Covid-19 hospitalisations recorded among under 18’s in England.
This number of hospitalisations among under 18’s is typical for most of the weekly reports, so why on earth are Covid-19 hospitalisations now as high as 1,132 among children?
We know that children have never been at high risk of suffering severe disease due to Covid-19, and everyone should know by now that a person could be hospitalised with a broken leg and classed as a Covid-19 hospitalisation if they happen to test positive for Covid-19 with a highly questionable test within 28 days of admittance.
But we also know that the UK Government and NHS are attempting to justify Professor Chris Whitty’s decision to overrule the Joint Committee on Vaccination and Immunisation and offer the Covid-19 vaccine to children.
Are we seeing the UKHSA manipulate figures here through mass testing of already hospitalised children, to give the impression that experimental Covid-19 vaccination would benefit children?
When we include children in the hospitalisation figures we find that the vaccinated population accounted for 75% of all Covid-19 hospitalisations between 24th Jan and 20th Feb 22. But when we remove children, we find that the vaccinated population accounted for 85% of all Covid-19 hospitalisations among over 18’s in England.

According to our world in data the vax rates in the UK are: 1 dose 78.3% of population, 2 doses 72.9%, booster 56.9%. So the unvaxxed is 21.7% of the population.
So when it comes to deaths the unvaxxed account for 11.5% of deaths, far short of the deaths amongst the vaccinated. 1 dose are 5.4% of the population and they account for 3% of deaths, double vaxxed are 72.9% of population and account for 21.3% of deaths and the boosted are 56.9% of the population and account for 88.5% of deaths.
If we compare the vax category rate to the death rate we find that the unvaxxed are just under 50% of deaths per vaxxed category, single dose are just over 50% of deaths per vaxxed category, the double vaxxed are just under 30% of deaths and the boosted are over 150% of deaths.
so the safest group is to be double vaxxed followed by no vax at all. By far the worst category is to be boosted. But there is a curious thing about the UK. Most of the people double vaxxed in the UK used Astra Zeneca but then I believe the UK started using Pfizer as the booster. This is probably due to the reported death rate from AZ. But Pfizer seems to be completely ineffective, in fact it looks like it makes you more susceptible to death than any other category. What I take away from this is that AZ (not available in the UK) is very effective with 2 doses. A single dose of AZ or no dose of anything are also relatively safe. But being boosted with Pfizer or an MRNA vax makes you most likely to die from COVID.

Deaths among the not-vaccinated have fallen from 889 between 22nd Nov and 19th Dec 21, to 559 between 24th Jan and 20th Feb 22. This represents a 37% decrease in overall deaths.

You are correct. They will not back down. I don’t know the real story in Ukraine but I believe that Putin wanted to reclaim the eastern parts of Ukraine that he feels is still a part of Russia. His warning shots haven’t been heard so to save his own life he will turn this into a full blown war with consequences far beyond Ukraine. The US and Europe will not be off limits if he feels that’s what’s needed to save his own life.

I heard this morning that my high school friend’s 22 year old daughter just threw a blood clot that lodged in her lungs. She is now on a ventilator in ICU. She is a beautiful girl. She became a kindergarten teacher in September. 22 year olds do not throw clots.
It’s this kind of thing that makes me believe that the non-vaccine is a carrier of HIV. How I work these problems is to look for all the diseases caused by HIV/AIDS. Then look to see how many people have come down with these diseases above the national average prior to COVID-19.

This is such a somber and sad report.
My brother and his wife relocated to London last October due to wife’s company move from the USA to London. Though not part of the official statistics of the UK, my brother and his wife were injected in the US early in 2021, as by April he had been injected twice with Pfizer’s gene therapy injection.
Just a couple of weeks ago he had to go to an emergency room in his area (London) because he was experiencing extremely high blood pressure and sharp and intense chest pain.
They did all the blood work and came up with nothing.
Yesterday they performed an MRI. My brother said the doctor wanted to rule out myocarditis or pericarditis, either one of those possible conditions are very serious.
He is taking blood pressure meds and is waiting for MRI results.
My brother said he had tested positive (asymptomatic) for the China plague in February of last year, and weeks later received his first mRNA injection. In April, he received his second. Last October, 6 months after the last injections he received a booster. In December of 2021, he had the china plague, this time with symptoms.
This to me sounds like injection injury. His heart/blood pressure issues came out of nowhere.
But my brother thinks it is all due to the virus…..

So sorry to hear this. My friend is a nurse whose brother, also in healthcare, succumbed to Covid (presumably) on a ventilator in early 2020. Another friend lost her morbidly obese sibling within three days of hospitalization, again on a vent. The family was kept away.
Of course, they all ran for the injections the following year, as did many other family, friends and coworkers. They were terrified!
Now, these people are developing vascular issues, A-Fib, autoimmune disorders, seizure activity and stage 4 cancers out of nowhere.
They don’t dare make the connection to mRNA experiments, lest it drive them mad. Nobody wants to admit they did this to themselves.
All we can do now is PRAY. And FIGHT for our children. THESE ANIMALS ARE COMING FOR OUR CHILDREN!!

So far today the Stock Market is falling like a rock. Major support at 33,000. A close below 33,000 would be ominous. Major support would not be until 30,000. If the Stock Market breaks and closes below 30,000 in the not too distant future, I don’t see anything until 28,500 down the road.
Technical analysis while nice hasn’t been accurate for a few years now…. just one indicator. The consensus is that we are in a bear market and we are already starting to see lots of buying opportunities…. many growth companies are already down 60-70%
Any indicator is perfectly useless unless you learn the process, nuances and procedures. To your defense you have no idea my indicators or how to interpret them. This is not a knock on you but just a fact.
My real exposure to “indicators” was when I flew all weather interceptors in the military. My only means of survival was 100% learned indicator interpretation, application and discipline. I apply the exact same principles to trading the stock market.
I had a long term sell signal (Indicator) January 3rd. The Stock Market has not gone up one tic above January 3rd to this day. As far as when to buy the Stock market, I will get a buy signal indicator when the time comes. I never know when, but I do know where at the time. The key is to get out in the event the buy signal indicator does not “hold”.
It is the same with aircraft instrument indicators, you make corrections and adapt based on indicator display changes. Making judgment statements about when to buy or sell the stock market based on fundamentals is just gambling with dependence predominately on “luck”.
