Last October Rumble bought out Dave Ruben’s Locals platform. In November Rumble announced they were moving to Florida {LINK}. A month later the Trump Media Group announced a partnership with Rumble.
Even with Joe Biden’s inflation, $100 million is a stunning amount of money and Rogan wouldn’t have to worry about being censored or cancelled. Smart move by Rumble in getting all of the PR just from the offer.
In the old production economy, competition in a free market undergirded freedom. In the surveillance economy, your device or operating system or browser or other apps are still skimming your information and creating a human futures product predicting your behavior from that data.
Deep Tech is still mining you, selling you, and manipulating you while you’re enjoying freedom of speech on Rumble.
Having “our own” places to go on the internet–conservative, Christian, libertarian, etc.–simply means we are self-identifying and self-isolating into cyber ghettos.

They threw Rogan a lifeline that does one of two things: 1) it makes Spotify realize that they have a hot property, and thus they want to keep Rogan, thus knocking-out the attempt to cancel him, or 2) they hire Rogan away and open his eyes to the fact that he really needs to, and now can walk-away from the whole narrow-minded leftist CENSORSHIP shite show.
