I would imagine that the government would now conveniently claim covid isn’t life-threatening despite all the fear-mongering about death, death, and more death. (And I’m not discounting or minimizing those who have died from covid, but I think we can all agree that the survival rate flies in the face of the way this virus has been peddled by the powers that be.)
In addition, and perhaps this would be the most salient point, the government would likely claim that unless you’ve decided to be a guinea pig with the latest, greatest, new and improved, hard to find and probably quite expensive pills that big pharma has now pushed to market, then you wouldn’t have exhausted all treatment options. Not to mention how they’ll likely thread in vaccines as another variable. And, let’s face it, even if a person did try those semi-placebo high priced hard to find brand new pills and they didn’t help, by then they’d be well beyond the window when monoclonal antibodies (and just about any other treatment) would be effective.
In sum: The left gets us every time and we’re screwed. Change my mind.

Good question. I don’t know how that would work. I’m very eager to see what the docs at FLCCC and other places who are treating covid with monoclonal antibodies as a central element of the treatment (a feature that developed after Delta hit) have to say. So far I haven’t seen anything, but I would imagine they’re scrambling right now to figure out what to do on multiple fronts.

Thing is, is ivermectin available in FL or TX since it does work, I am living proof it does. Was lke the walking dead, hallucinating due to low oxygen levels (81). Friend drove me to my doc and he put me on ivermectin. Had to find a pharmacy that would fill it but did and that and O2 and i was feeling better in less than 12 hours. Was on O2 for 6 weeks due to clots in the lungs, but I had comorbidities. I am a former smoker, bad allergies and sinus problems and though i have lost over 65 pounds I still have 10-20 to go. I will stop when the weight stops coming off. Hubby did not have to have O2, he had a dry cough and food tasted like crap, other than that he was just tired. I seriously thought i had another sinus infection until I started hallucinating, then i knew something was off. Now I have a pulseox and take my oxygen level twice a day, stay steady at 96-97. Doc said that is great.

I am getting over Omicron right now, day 5. I infected my husband and adult son. We all took Ivermectin, vitamin D,C, zinc and quercetin, melatonin, gargled with listerine and nose spray of .1 povodine iodine.
I had the worse symptoms but they were mild really in that I had a full day of sore throat, then headache and viral upper respiratory feel, some chills but no fever. Son and hubby had headaches, fatigue, viral feel, some coughing, general listlessness. We all had stomach weirdness.

A few days before I had a houseguest (he was fully vaxxed and boostered) over. I sat across from him at the table for hours. He seemed not his normal self. I thought depressed. He was about to go on an international flight where he had to be tested within 24 hours of his flight. He was tested and he was positive. His wife called us and informed us. I got sick about 2 days later.
I don’t know for a fact it was Omicron- as you said there is no test, but my symptoms paralleled so many Omicron stories I heard and it was really so mild and I listen to Drs . Malone, McCullough, Ryan Cole, Pierre Kory. They say it’s almost all Omicron out there in the US. They say there there is still Delta out there but not so much. Also, my infection was high up the back of my throat and in my head. I never felt at all that it was going down into my bronchial tubes or lungs. And again I have heard that is typical of Omicron. Delta tends to go to the lungs I fear.

The recommended dose from FLCCC .Org for early treatment is 0.4-0.6mg/kg. That means per kilogram of weight. You have to convert from kilograms to pounds (I use google to convert for me). Then I multiply by the number of lbs. I weigh. Let’s say 150 lbs. That comes out to about 15 mg a day. Either you take 5 of the 3 mg or get a 15 mg and so on.
Y’all please don’t forget livestock ivermectin works as well, if not better than the human prescribed pills. Just don’t buy Ivermectin “plus”, or “gold”, etc. Tractor supply online. I prefer the 1% injectable ivermectin for cattle and swine (taken orally of course). Dose according to weight. No more colds, no more flu, ever again. The monoclonals work versus the (ostensible) Omicron. I have two close vaxxed friends who were having significant symptoms with their diagnosed Omicron. Both got Regenron and were better within hours of receiving the treatment. Both were completely free of symptoms within 36 hours, except for a touch of lingering tiredness. That went away by the 3rd day.
HE mentioned the non-working vaccines, and avoiding mentioning IVM is protecting himself politically. There are several Dr’s in Florida that prescribe IVM, but talking about it is not wise.

After listening to Victor Davis Hanson, it’s hard listening to Gov. DeSantis. I heard the word ‘wrong’ 7 or 8 times. I’m sick of the political niceties, the carefully worded phrases and words. It’s why people cheered for Trump. It’s why they’re champing at the bit. DeSantis would do himself a favor (with the base) if he called a spade a spade.
I hear ya’. I also think that all of the best that we’ve got have different strengths. VDH is insanely intelligent. What he has to say is of paramount importance. DeSantis may not speak with the same breadth of historical perspective and detail, but he does vital things in his executive position, and that is critical. We need everyone’s talents during these dark and dire times. I am grateful to them all. And, for sure, like you, I get frustrated when I listen to even the best of them because I wish they would say this, or that, or this but differently, or why did they leave such-and-such out. But ultimately, I come around again and again to feel grateful for their voices and/or their actions, despite whatever weaknesses I may perceive.

They can go their own way; given the tenuous circumstances internationally, adverse action there could provide an excellent opportunity.

DeSantis is all talk. He’s setting up for his 2024 run (or so he thinks) and therefore refuses to fight 2020. He fights all the petty battles, but not the war.

DeSantis’ biggest and most glaring weakness, which will cost him down the road, is his naïve assessment of election security in Florida. Florida was a hot bed for voter fraud in 2020, but he refuses to conduct a forensic audit. The Democrats will move Hell and Earth to win Florida, but DeSantis (for all of his many positive qualities) is walking on a glaring Achilles heel with respect to voting reforms in Florida. He MUST conduct a scorched-Earth forensic audit of the 2020 election in Florida, and use the findings as a basis to ban all electronic voting machines / ballot harvesting / drop-boxes / mail-in ballots and any other Democrat voting BS in Florida. Also, the audit results will create a forensic trail to the bad actors and their methods for other state audit efforts to leverage. He is fighting a lot battles to his credit, but is missing the war.

I think what happened is that Governor DeSantis opened the monoclonal antibody treatment centers and soon Jen Psaki announced that it wasn’t equitable for Florida to have so much, so government started rationing to preferred clients and withholding from Florida. DeSantis then went directly to the company and bought the antibodies. Biden couldn’t have that so FDA removed approval for its use nationwide.

Saw a very detailed discussion about the 3 previously available monoclonal antibody products. Only the GSK brand was engineered to address “reserved epitopes” from a range of virus samples going back to SARS-1, so it continues to have some efficacy for Omicold and probably for Omicold-BA2. The other brands were, somewhat similar to the vexes, based on very small, narrowly targeted virus samples, so they probably will become useless when there is no more Delta. However, all that shows is that CDC/FDA really are playing games with citizens’ lives, b/c there’s still plenty of Delta going around and no one can predict whether there will be other variants in the original genetic line or if it will be all Omicold-BAx from now on.
