Recently revealed video shows the Joe Biden White House is erecting a concrete (K-Rail) blast and security containment wall directly around the White House. There doesn’t appear to be any explanation readily available. Pictures below:

These types of security barriers are sometimes erected when heads of state are planning to come to the White House. However, there doesn’t appear to be any information about an anticipated delegation or foreign dignitary. Additionally, according to one researcher on social media {LINK}, all of the publicly available CCTV video-streams have been disabled as this work is taking place.
The perimeter fence appears to be approximately 10′ high and is made from reinforced concrete k-rails. It is also being installed directly around the White House building itself. Quite odd. Video Below:

You never want to jump to conclusions, but given the COVID pandemic situation it’s doubtful the fencing would be for a head of state arrival.
What is the White House preparing for?
Looks like a false flag operation getting ready to go down. The FBI and DOJ could partner with antifa to create an attack on the WH in an attempt to claim domestic terrorism. It would give them the opportunity to “round up” all domestic threats.
Seems most likely of all the theories here. PDT was just in the way, y’know–it’s us they’re after.
It’s not about any real threat, they don’t care about that, so it must be some FBI plot, they are probably rehearsing right now.
It’s to play into the narrative that Republicans and anyone who doesn’t toe the leftist line is a domestic terrorist and likely to resort to violence. Therefore preemptive use of police force to arrest and lock up political opposition is somehow justified.
If this is a false flag to a ginned up FBI plot to arrest citizens with the release of newly released military documents contradicting Dr. Fauci’s testimony under oath. The documents also revealed the US government was hiding information on effective treatments from the American public. Millions died as a result of this. People aren’t stupidly ignorant of government deceit with all those mandates after Jan 06 last year when perpetrators and those who incited/committed violence have all gone scotfree thus far.
That’s a possibility.
Maybe they are ginning up another Fedsurrection during the upcoming March for Life (1/22) or rally against vaccine mandates (1/23).

said it enclosed the “FOUNTAIN” area and from her video TODAY it appears to be the case. No suggestion from her that it will go around the WH. Maybe that will change tomorrow, but at this point I would find another possibility for the reason it was constructed.

Okay, after some research these walls looking like they are boxing in the fountain in front of the WH for construction. There are other pictures, no so close up, that shows the barriers forming a box. It’s not built for protecting the WH.
Then why no discussion or talk of the project. Why turn off the camera’s as they build it. ETc.

This may be overblown folks. I’m hearing from friends that they repaired the north lawn fountain over the summer and they’re repairing/restoring the south lawn fountain now. Temporary barriers to block the construction from sight but still allow tourists to see the white house. There isn’t any added military presence or secret service activity.
They needed concrete blast walls to hide construction? Sundace Identified them as such. Since when do they put up structures like that for hiding construction work.

I get privacy barriers for construction but k-rail and solid panels? They could easily put up privacy panels of the same material they used for the temp fence around the Capitol and it would be far more attractive, and not need an excavator or crane to set them like the k-rail. Bizarre.
