There should be no arguments for either, the experimental injection or the mask mandate. The farce has run its course. It’s time for the country to get back to the real normal.
I feel like as with so many of these big cases that they were only brought before the court to be deliberately lost. How could a justice spew such incorrect information and never be challenged? It’s an absurd circus shit show. No credibility at all, and at this point they’re just rubbing our noses in it! Where is the old mill, and when do we meet?
Isn’t the question the court is being asked to decide is where does the power come from that allows a federal agency to enforce these Covid mandates?

Took the time this morning to listen to the entire 3 1/2 hours of Testimony and Questioning. It gives one a prospective of each Justice and their ability or inability to grasp Counsels answers. Gorsuch was all about the law. Breyer and Sotomayor hyperbole plus. I alway wonder when Breyer phrases a question like (If we grant this stay will we be portrayed as KILLERS?) is to scare Roberts. Who is always more worried about how the court looks than the rule of law.
