If only 2% to 3% percent of the population is homosexual, they are wildly over represented in the media. Their relentless ambition and networking has rewarded them well.

Today Kroger announced that they are taking away paid Covid benefits and adding insurance surcharges for unvaccinated employees.
I cannot in good conscience do business with any company that discriminates in this manner.

I’ve been boycotting Kroger for almost a decade. I fell smack dab in front of their doors on an icy ramp on Christmas Eve, badly fracturing and dislocating my wrist. Christmas Eve, with the store and parking lot packed.
Not only did people walk right by me without helping, some even shaking their heads (I guess thinking I had fallen in a drunken stupor) which was shocking enough…but not one employee helped me. Not one.
So this act of blatant cruelty and utter economic stupidity does not surprise me. I’m hoping they pay the price.

Been out of circulation for an extended weekend. I usually disconnect over the weekend and since I was managing a medical situation starting Sunday and officially ending today, I’ve remained disconnected until now. Today is my “Monday” for catching up.
I have to say this weather destruction is the largest I’ve seen in memory. But what’s most important to the elected in federal government? NOT THIS! NOT THIS when it should be a temporary suspension of all things political and a chance for those elected to represent the people to SHOW why they were elected and they are generally absent.

The fallout from this and so many other things critical to the average people of this country will not be forgotten when the next major elections occur as they have been so often in the past.
It took between 3 and 4 generations of people to forget what happened in the great depression. What has happened in this country in 2020 and after is, in my view, an order of magnitude worse as what we are seeing now threatens the very existence of a constitutionally based republic as the founders created and established. This isn’t merely the suffering of the people with a government disagreeing and struggling about how to recover. This is a government claiming we aren’t suffering at all.
While there is absolutely NO shortage of people echoing the media in daily conversations, I sense around me a growing majority of people who are very, very uncomfortable with what’s going on and largely feel that speaking about it is forbidden. These are the darkest times in the history of our country. We are living in the 1984 prophesied long ago and no one believed possible. And many are accepting it as “a new normal” in a political climate where you aren’t allowed to use the word “normal” in the context of people. And too few people even questioning the fact that the word “normal” itself is supposed to be forbidden??
Yes it’s about 80 years for folks to die off or become too infirm to do anything. Revolutionary War (yes, actually good), ~80 years, civil war, ~80 years, great depression/wwii, ~80 years…….and that’s where we are now.

Interestingly, some of us were raised by older parents and knew at least three grandparents in our formative years. I knew one grandfather well who was born in 1894. I knew a grandfather and grandmother well who were born in 1911. My parents were born in the middle of the Depression in 1935. I knew both of their older brothers (each had two older brothers). I may only be a Gen X in my mid-50s, but I KNOW the Great Depression and World War II. I remember much of what my Granddad told me about his stint in the Army in WW I hauling dead people out of the infirmary during Spanish Flu.
It will take until I die to rid the living memory of these things. As long as one is alive who knew from one who lived it, it will never be forgotten. For me, 1894 is where it begins.
I heard it all growing up. Multiple generations of military in my family, even some killed in action (sadly).

Wife & I were born in 1961 & 1960. We have jokingly been called children of the depression, since we adopted the habits of our parents and grandparents, who did live through the depression.
We heard all the stories and those still living still have habits that stem from the depression.
One of my wife’s grandmother’s quickly took a liking to me, told me endless stories, showed me pictures and even showed me her deceased husbands guns, rifles and reloading man-cave. Few in the family ever saw that until she passed.
I still think about her often. She was a wonderful woman.

Pima County hosted a review of the 2020 election on Monday. Mark was there. Wendy Rogers was there. Seth Keshel was there. It was broadcast live on the RSBN channel on Rumble. Over 7 hours. Most of the presenters, aside from Capt. Keshel, were locals who implemented a grassroots effort to review election results. A few of their findings have stuck in my mind. I believe it was Sells, AZ whose vote tallies exceeded the actual population. That happened in a couple of places, if not with total population it happened with the number of eligible voters within the population. Both types of, ahem, anomalies were uncovered. In another case a SAE fraternity house was noted to have 27 registered voters. All of them were 45 years of age or older.

The Constitution commands that the President shall be elected by Electors appointed in the manner directed by each State’s Legislature.
It is undisputed fact that multiple States did not appoint Electors as directed by that State’s Legislature.
As Joseph R. Biden was not elected by Electors appointed in the manner directed by each State’s Legislature he is illegally occupying the office of the Presidency.
Also the Constitution commands that voters must be 18 years or older, a U.S. citizen, and vote in the precinct they are registered in. As I recall, our Supreme Court through out a Texas lawsuit for lack of standing considering state legislatures are the only body that can decide voting procedures for the state.
So if Texas has no standing when other states do not follow constitutional law regarding federal elections then maybe a state could have noncitizens vote, 16 year olds vote, etc. The other states would have no standing to sue another state fo not following law.
My afternoon rant-not a lawyer so maybe I’m wrong in my assumption.

But isn’t it Federal law that requires voters to be U.S. citizens, 18 years or older and vote where they are registered. I should think it should be consistent from state to sate and thus a Federal law. Otherwise some states could have significant advantage over others if they allowed everyone in a state at time of election to vote.
Considering NY allowing noncitizen’s to vote in local elections could expand into federal-presidential elections would be a significant problem.

NY Laws are being adjusted for State and Municipal Elections. This are not covered y the Us Constitution.
The regulations and requirements set down in the Constitution cover only Federal Level elections.
On that note…the other Federal Regulation overlooked since all the suits started is that the DATE Federal elections for President and Congress is fixed by Law and Constitutional Amendments to the same date…that being the date for Presidential Elections spelled out in the Presidential Election Act of January 23, 1845.
The 28th US Congress passed “An act to establish a uniform time for holding elections for electors of President and Vice President in all the States of the Union.” The act selected “the Tuesday after the first Monday in November” as the day on which all states must appoint electors.
Subsequent amendments to the Law and Constitution, fixed the elections of President, VP and Congress to the SAME date. Any and extensions have to be legislated by CONGRESS, and not a single change to this legal arrangement had been legislated by the US CONGRESS nor delegated to the states to adjust. ALL votes counted after the fixed date were illegally counted.

The elections clause and the electors clause say precisely what they say because of what one of the authors plainly wrote at the time was an intention to create yet another “separation of powers.” Control of election was placed – not in state governments generally, but explicitly with “the Legislatures thereof.” It was not Federal, not State, but as close to the People’s representatives as possible.
Also: the Founders never contemplated that the Judiciary would have power of review or override of the other two Branches. The word “unconstitutional” never appears. The SCOTUS simply “decided, one day, that they could do this,” and no one called them to task. Article Three barely says anything more than that a Supreme Court exists.
I agree but you’re talking Constitutional legalities and I’m talking about the politicization of the Supreme Corrupt Court. All I’m saying is if the Democrats pass a Federalization election bill I have major doubts it would be struck down by the Court! They could simply not take up the case or rule to let it stand and who would “call them to task”? Kavanaugh and Barrett have already showed themselves to be weak on the Constitution and more concerned on how bad a ruling looks for the Supreme Corrupt Court! Not what we were hoping for when nominated and sworn in!

The House of Representatives late Tuesday evening voted 222-208 to refer Trump’s Chief of Staff Mark Meadows to the Justice Department for potential criminal charges.
Representatives passed the contempt measure 222-208 with RINOs Cheney and Kinzinger voting with the Democrats.
