This action makes clear the last argument Biden’s Administration had was false — and means they will lose.
Yes, the bill will die in the House. Pelosi will never bring it to the floor on a voluntary basis and certainly not on an expedited one with there being no effective forcing mechanism in the House; she knows damn well the majority of Americans do not support mandated vaccination and she’s already screwed in the midterms. This bill, irrespective of the vote outcome, would turn that into a slaughter and for no purpose, since Biden will veto it anyway if it gets to his desk.
While its theoretically possible to force action with a discharge petition that’s unlikely.
But for those who argue that this means its a “worthless gesture” by the Senate you’re wrong. If you’re an employer or legal department and argue this you’re going to wind up asset-stripped to your underwear.
The Executive has no authority to enact such any such mandate on its own. It has to rely on, and has argued in court multiple times that it was delegated this authority by Congress. That’s the entire foundation on which such a mandate rests — that the enabling law for OSHA permitted this and was explicitly authorized and contemplated, that the FARs governing contracts with the government again explicitly permitted this action as a result of Congressional delegation of said authority and that CMS, likewise, can do it under the Medicare and Medicaid enabling legislation.
That argument just got a cement boot tied to it and tossed into 3,200 feet of water.

So, the wording indicates he is covering any individual being mandated and then emphasizes some detail reasons.

The students were stupid to take the initial jabs. No sympathy. Had they all said no – the colleges would have backed off quickly. Unfortunately, something like 90% willingly got in line for the death jab.

IMO, he doesn’t need to go as far as you suggest but he does need to acknowledge that serious concerns about these vaxxes exist now that didnt exist, publically, when he was in the WH.
Trump could even just say he is alarmed that FDA would request 75 years to disclose to the public the same data FDA used to approve the vax.
Also, a lot of Trump voters did get the injections so I do see he needs to walk a tight rope on this to some degree but it will bode very badly for him in the future if he continues to promote these vaxxes and they turn out to be as harmful as they appear to be. “Ignorance is not a defense.”
However, I do notice that most news outlets are not permitted to discuss these vaxes for more than a minute or two. Someone in their earpiece tells them to change the subject.
I also don’t think Trump’s ego is the cause because it appears to be so overtly his ego. Trump is no fool. He is a very smart, savvy & experienced man. IMO something else is going on, behind the scenes, that we don’t see.
I don’t think there is any doubt that Trump did not respect Fauci. He joked about doing the opposite of Of Fauci’s advice after he left office.
More importantly, he stopped using him in press conferences and hired Scott Atlas to be the main coordinator of policy/messaging while he was still President.
Atlas has criticized both Fauci and Birx (after they attacked him).
I do think Trump would better serve his legacy if he were more up to date on — and openly discussing the Vax injury and risk data and condemn the continual suppression of therapeutic treatments.

For some reason that question was on the form provided from my employer and it referenced tetanus vaccines. I researched that and they are not derived from aborted fetal tissue, which I challenged and I think bolstered my exemption request. The implication was that if you took a tetanus vax, why wouldn’t you take a Covid vax. It was a false comparison and I pointed that out.
I followed guidance from the Liberty Counsel’s website at lc.org and it served me well. I’ll be making a monetary contribution to them for helping save my job.

There are no approved vaccinations available in the United States. Ask your company if they are assuming liability for any injury incurred as a result of mandating you take an experimental vaccine.
The other path is to tell them you are fully vaccinated. I do not think they can check. If they do check, tell them the information in the database is wrong. Many early vaccinations did not post that information in a database.
Ninja – my “company” (the Commonwealth of MA) asked similar questions but more general, your company’s form gets a bit more detailed. The questions, as Puzzled mentions below, and as I’m sure you’ve surmised, are designed to trip people up – such as those making the claim of the use, production of the vaccines using fetal cells, etc.
Some companies have denied exemptions where people make this claim, stating that this or that Covid vaccine did not use fetal cells etc., to this I say, if this is the route you will go – see Liberty Council at lc.org – I quoted their language, where they provide evidence that all three vaccines used fetal cells in some capacity. And so that part of my statement WAS NOT contradicted by the “interviewer”.
I had to explain why I objected to these vaccines and not others as well and state why if I’ve had vaccines in the past I now object to these. I stated that I do not have a general objection to vaccination and have had vaccinations since childhood. However I stated, at some point as an adult (true) I became aware of the use of fetal cells in some vaccines and to these types I object.
Also, you might want to include, or solely use, some “non religious, religious objections”, again see lc.org for some great examples, in which strongly held moral/ethical belief, per Title VII, falls under religion as well. I included this type of language as well, and it might be useful in your case too where “they” are asking why you might take some vaccines and not others – so the argument I made here was that I had a strong moral/ethical objection to coerced/forced/mandated vaccination, believing it my conscience right – held as strong as religious belief – to direct my own medical care free of force and coercion. (And I absolutely do believe the above – but it also is another avenue for approaching the tripwire of why are you ok with these other vaccines but not the covid vaccines – and the answer is it’s not about the vaccines themselves, it’s about the force/coercion/mandates).
In my case, I received a response that I had “successfully demonstrated my strongly held religious beliefs” but unfortunately it would be an “undue hardship” (right, uh huh) to accommodate me. Once again see lc.org for some great information regarding the employer claiming undue hardship.
My employer absolutely refused to discuss or divulge what exactly the undue hardship is and it’s my understanding the employer does need to try and offer alternative accommodations, etc. and not just simply get rid of the employee as did mine. I was offered no alternatives and in fact the “decision makers” refused to even have any sort of discussion.
It is all, all of it! just so wrong!
