According to numerous media reports, the jury in the Jussie Smollett fake hate crime case has reached a verdict.
The jury verdict is expected around 6:00pm EDT.

however, under oath in court he ALSO made (by my count) 6 additional false intentionally misleading statements…some directly…some by his counsel.

1. he paid the twins for diet exercise advice. this is a lie
2. he denied giving money to a cutout to make that payment…this is false
3. stated the reason for the attack was racism..this is false
4. alluded insinuated he was a target because he was black AND faggot. this is false
5. denied discussing beforehand with texting details about how the “attack” would happen. this is false.
6. described the attack as three people, not two..this is false.
7. denied he had the “attack” take place near a recording device to give it material evidence. this is false
8. denied buying material used on the attack or providing the money for those items. this is false
9. lied about the nature and scope of his relationship with the twins. this is false
so again…this is not simply a case of 6 charges.
this is a case of six charges AND at least 6-9 aggravating elements that are demonstrably proven as additional factors of the deception and fraud he manufactured to continue the fraud AND to try and deceive his way out of accountability.
did I leave out conspiracy?
did I leave out the enormous amount of police and investigative effort, time, and money spent that his fraud created?
the sentencing MUST include these aggravating factors.
my prediction, based on proper judge theory, he gets at least 2 years on jail..5 years probation. 500 hour community service…and at least 500,000 in fines to reimburse the police for the enormous waste that he is directly responsible.
why?
because of the aggravating elements.
because he showed zero remorse or even any degree of accountability.
he lied IN COURT under oath. that’s a big deal. several times. .and each lie was designed to avoid accountability.
this judge has the responsibility to apply a higher sentencing and
penalty given these aggravating elements.
if he does not, he will be opening the door and inviting this same scumbaggery into the courts.
but more important, this defect deserves such justice.
The judge reprimanded Smollett while on the stand, reprimanded his attorneys & will be ticked at Smollett for being late to reading the verdict, so there’s a small chance that Smollett doesn’t get off easy w/probation. The judge isn’t a fan.

What he did extended well beyond the legal counts against him, which are bad enough. But his actions (and all the media and political hype that immediately swirled validating his story on a personal level and also a grand scale) put targets on the backs of every single conservative, Trump supporter, person wearing a MAGA hat (or even a red hat), etc. He fueled hate against us and as many well know, the left has become increasingly bold and brazen about attacking us on multiple levels, including physical violence.
But of course we’re not allowed to discuss that because we’re the deplorables and whatever bad things come our way are deserved.
Meanwhile, countdown to lemmings screaming that what Smollett claimed could have been true, it could have happened, and that’s what matters. And off they’ll go with race hustling and all the rest.
