Hi Everyone! I was hoping the wonderful posters here could help. We live in Miami and my husband’s company (infested with Libs at the top), is headquartered in Florida and is a Communications Technology company with about 120 employees.
They have been beating that “Shot Mandate” drum and keep trying to devise ways to mandate it on their employees, despite Gov. DeSantis’ best efforts. And this is also knowing that that a high percentage of people will leave if the shot is mandated.
They are now requiring that all employees show them their shot papers. There has been no reason given right now. What would be the best way to approach this with them?? Any good links? Thank you in advance!

B-1 and K-4 seem interesting here. I suggest he politely asks for documentation that the business is following EEOC guidelines for medical records. Medical status is specifically grounds for discrimination; the employer must still provide reasonable accommodations to the worker, because dismissal needs to be properly documented.
His corporation is probably like mine, throwing around Biden’s 100 employee rule that isn’t a rule. The corporation is hedging its risk, just as we do. Until the federal gov (OSHA) actually DOES something, I’m not panicking. So far, there is zero guidance. Section 11(c) of OSH Act contains language against discrimination and reprisal based on infection control.

They don’t have to provide a reason. Florida’s an “at will” employment state. It’s in the state constitution, so DeSantis can’t really do anything about it. In such states, employers can require practically anything legal they want to, and your only options are comply, quit or get fired and sue (which you aren’t likely to win). A Florida employer could legally require you to hop on one foot and cross-dress at work. Employers don’t have to have “cause” to fire you there.

I just walked out of my doctor’s office. He was running behind and needed to get out of town so he didn’t have time to spend with me discussing the Covid inoculation.
He wants me to get the inoculation. His office uses Moderna. He told me the local hospital is using Monoclonal therapy for Covid treatment. I was disappointed he is supportive of the inoculation.
He told me that data was not showing what I am concerned about. I believe data is being hidden and said so. I mentioned VAERS…. He said the VAERS site is about 50% true and 50% lies. I told him that I read research on mRNA vaccines and the recommendation was more research was needed because it causes cancer. I already had cancer. He said we all have a chance of getting cancer. Sigh.
He said getting infected with Covid also causes heart inflammation in young people….so the vaccine can’t be blamed solely for causing heart inflammation.
He did say that people who were infected with Covid do not need the vaccine and doesn’t understand why the vaccine is being pushed on people with natural immunity. I said it’s political and too much is being suppressed, that is why I am hesitant. He didn’t say anything.
I did say the Covid inoculation is nothing like traditional vaccines of polio, mumps, rubella, measels, etc. If it was I would have no problem getting it. He thought I was being ridiculous. He has no issues with mRNA vaccines.
I wanted to ask why the Swine Flu vaccine was stopped after people died and horrible side effects were reported compared to the Covid inoculation causing much more deaths and debilitating side effects, a person can still get Covid, and yet it is being forced on us. But no time to discuss more.
In four weeks I am getting a medication Intravenously. The side effects are horrible. I had it six months ago, must get it every six months. I told the doctor I didn’t want to get the Covid inoculation right before getting another medication that will debilitate me for 6-8 weeks. Because if I have side effects from the Covid inoculation I would not know because of the other medication I will be getting. He said fair enough. But to think about getting the Covid inoculation.
I would like to know how much true information and true facts are being withheld from doctors.

There is definitely a bias by good doctors to trust other doctors and to accept without a lot of questions what the medical community presents as truth.
They mutually respect each other and don’t question areas that are not considered to be their area of expertise.
I bet there is and will be a huge loss of trust within the medical community as the problems with these MRNA “vaccines” continues to be exposed.
Just like there is a loss of trust between patients and the medical community now.

My doctor is a good man, good doctor. He said people should not be forced to get the Covid inoculation. I am in a high risk group which is why he wants me to get it. Oh, I also mentioned an increase in autoimmune issues/diseases and he said data doesn’t support it.
After reading what you said, I realize doctors are busy and don’t have time to do their own research…..you are absolutely correct…..doctors listen to others in the medical community.
I wanted to also tell him the medical community is now also corrupt by doing the bidding of the corrupt CDC, FDA and Xiden administration….and by forcing doctors to not use Ivermectin or lose their license.
The doctor who put up the video of the information of tests on his patient pre Covid inoculation and post Covid inoculation is very interesting. I am going to try to get my doctor to watch it. I doubt he will, but I can try.

Well, evil is as evil does. Ignorance can not be an excuse. “Good man, good doctor”? ….. nope, not at this point in 2021…..he is proving that $$$$$$$ is his main interest, not his patients.
It appears that the company that wanted to create their own nation within a nation, the tech company wanting to build their innovation zone with their own laws, taxes, courts, etc. – says it no longer wants to do so.
Will be keeping an ear out to hear if they try to come back in a different form, but in the meantime – very good news.
