On September 9th, President Joe Biden made the announcement that all employers with more than 100 employees would be required to enforce a worker vaccine mandate.
At the same time Biden announced all federal workers must be vaccinated and issued an updated executive order. Biden also expanded the federal requirements for contractors, Executive Order Here.
♦ The federal worker requirement has a date for guidance to execute the order listed as Sept. 16th: “The Task Force shall issue guidance within 7 days of the date of this order on agency implementation of this requirement for all agencies covered by this order.” {Section 2.0 link}. The XO is very vague and generic on the issue of guidance.
♦ The due date for guidance for the contractor order is September 24th: “By September 24, 2021, the Safer Federal Workforce Task Force (Task Force) shall, as part of its issuance of Task Force Guidance, provide definitions of relevant terms for contractors and subcontractors, explanations of protocols required of contractors and subcontractors to comply with workplace safety guidance {Section 2.0(b) link}. However, the Director of the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) has to review the Task Force guidance for feasibility and then approve the guidance.
So, there are three elements: (1) Federal worker mandate; (2) Federal contractor mandate; and the big controversial one, (3) a national worker mandate for companies with over 100 employees.
Focusing on #3, the big one. The only material from the White House on the BIG CONTROVERSIAL national worker mandate is a small paragraph on the WH COVID PLAN section:

… That’s it folks. Almost a week later, and that’s the sum total of everything about the biggest economic and workforce disruption in the history of the nation. That one paragraph posted on September 10th.
Why is this important?
Well, the U.S. Department of Labor website has ZERO mentions of this national mandate. ZERO, nothing… nada, zilch. [SEE HERE]
Looking at the OSHA COVID information portal, used by employers and legal execs, will show you the exact same result. Nothing. [SEE HERE]
Notice there’s no date for DoL or OSHA delivery of any employer guidance or details. Nothing.
Think about this. This is the largest nationwide change to employment eligibility requirement in U.S. history. Nothing else is even close… and yet, if you didn’t watch the Biden announcement or read the media discussion about the Biden announcement, you wouldn’t be able to find a single detail about it – anywhere.
This is not normal; not even close to normal… even for the federal government.
If there was a federal intent to actually force American workers to get forcibly vaccinated as a condition of employment, there would be daily updates from a massive inter-agency network of compliance offices, regulatory agencies and private sector business interests giving updates and briefings. And yes, that pertains only to the anticipated guidance part, not to the actual setting of a deadline and working through the implementation phase of the national mandate.
I’m only talking about the basic guidance aspect. The labor discussions with internal and external customers of the DoL, OSHA, etc. to set a calendar for how to implement “guidance”, just that part. There’s nothing.
The absence of even a scintilla of material to indicate the White House or any federal agency is organizing an action plan of how to structure the guidance itself is telling. The silence of the machine tells us it is not turned on. The bureaucracy has not been triggered. The machinery of the federal government has not been instructed to begin any process to execute on the instruction that OSHA will “develop a rule that will require all employers with 100 or more employees to ensure their workforce is fully vaccinated.” Nothing.
The silence is deafening.
It sure does seem like they have no intention of ever even triggering the process to get OSHA to begin evaluating how they could even begin to pull this off…. and again, for emphasis, I’m only talking about the tiny step of delivering initial guidance to employers that would indicate to them that OSHA was developing a rule.
There’s no deadline for OSHA to generate the guidance – and there’s certainly no deadline for the OSHA rule itself, which will come as an outcome of that initial guidance part.
Some have speculated that Joe Biden’s big White House announcement was nothing more than a distraction. There’s no way for them to ever get over the hurdles that would come from immediate employer backlash on the federal mandate; and they have no intent on even trying. Meaning, it was all a big distraction -never intended execute- and always intended to clear the national conversation of all Biden-centric controversies and reset the administration. I’m starting to think that speculation is exactly correct.
If 80 million Americans are unvaxxed, and even if only a quarter of those are Main Street employed, the entire social and economic system would grind to a halt if 20 million heavily productive people quit working for 100+ employee companies and went to work much smaller operations. Remember, this is the workforce that was called “essential workers” last year. They were essential for a reason.
A grocery chain cannot lose 20 essential people per store, + warehouse and distribution, and still function. A WalMart cannot lose 50 essential workers per store, + warehouse and distribution, and still function. A hospital or hotel cannot lose 20 to 50 essential workers per operation and still function.
Ford? GM? Auto-workers in general? Labor Unions? AFSCME? SEIU? Police, Fire, Emergency First Responders? I cannot see a reasonable scenario where the national worker vaccination mandate is even feasible with an eligible 80+ million unvaccinated holding out.
I would not be surprised to see nothing more ever said about this “National Employment Vaccine Mandate.”

CONSIDER THE POSSIBILITY OF A HEAD FAKE: The announcement (and media portrayals that it is, in effect, settled law) has already triggered employers “complying” and forcing the jab on their employees. So the forces behind the jab are largely getting the results they desire.
But if the rule is never promulgated, there will be no court challenges because the courts would (legitimately) dismiss as “not ripe for adjudication” because there’s no issued rule to challenge.
I have to think that most unvaccinated that remain will not just comply because they are told to, these employers will find that out the hard way.

This is all about the pharmaceutical companies complete and total refusal to stand by their dangerous products. EUA’s confer a complete liability shield for Big Harma. The EUA states consent MUST be received as experiments MUST be voluntary.
So what does our government to? Bully employers to illegally mandate dangerous medical experiments and therefore assume all the liability for any vaccine injuries and deaths.

Playing poker- is it a bluff?

I wonder if this was only meant to back up any employer who wanted to establish a vaccine mandate and not something that OSHA would get into carrying out. Maybe they pushed Biden out into public to read it on the teleprompter to see how it would be received. Maybe the number of states and individual companies that said they would not comply and threatened to sue made someone re-think the OSHA implementation and how it could be tied up in court defending an unconstitutional order. I am most angry that the executive branch is making hundreds of laws and rules, instead of carrying out the laws passed by Congress.

The employers have a number of issues.
1) they foot the cost of testing (or force that on the unvaccinated employee… how long will they stay around?
2) there is likely a level of liability they take on doing this. Arguably, if an employee catches some other (not Covid) communicable disease from a coworker that the company doesn’t test for, do there now bear a liability for,ONLY testing for Covid?
3) is there ultimately a liability for these companies when the vaccine is shown to be Bad? Between potentially dead or desperately ill employees due to the mandate, loss of employees who left/were fired due to the mandate
4) is there really a “for cause” claim a company can make to justify firing an employee for being unwilling to be inject with an experimental medical treatment?

Step by step: Obviously some hospitals have already begun demanding their personnel get jabbed or get fired. WalMart, Tyson, Disney now have requirements to one degree or another but no deadlines have passed, yet. These are all ‘voluntary’ (be a shame if OSHA or DoJ Civil Rights division targeted your company). By the end of the year, these ‘voluntary’ requirements will have run their course. I’d look for a turning of the screws to inspire more ‘volunteerism’ to include more of their employees and additional companies.

Reports out of Australia are that the hospitals are administering Ivermectin ONLY to patients that have been vaccinated. Those patients then improve due to the Ivermectin, but the tax-pushers use it claim it’s because of the vaccine that they survived. It’s all evil. The primary test used over the last year for COVID doesn’t even find covid. The CDC finally admitted this via announcement, what, maybe two months ago now. The Covid 19 cases were in fact the flu cases. So you need to subtract around 38 million (if that was the actual number) from the ultimate Covid statistics to get a better estimate of Covid numbers.

My husband works for a large engineering and construction company, and Monday they let him know that employees in my husband’s level are mandated to be vaccinated. The deadline for completing the first shot is 9/24/2021 and for the second shot is 11/5/2021.
So my husband’s boss had a talk with my husband and got an ear full of truth. My husband’s words were: “I caught my boss totally off-guard. He got hit with the sledgehammer of thruth!”
At the end of talk the boss promised he would do anything to advocate for my husband to not be fired! But my husband said he didn’t want nor need any special treatment while the rest of the employees are being treated the way the company is treating them.
Hubby said he will not comply with mandate and that’s settled and that there is nothing outside of total change of policy that can change his mind.
Hubby is integral part of a project slatted to bring company multi million dollar revenue and possibly to even increase to billions. Company is as it is short handed. They are hiring and have not found people to fill positions.
If my husband forces them to fire him, this could have negative impact on the rest of the team and the work they are doing for the clients. Showdown!

If my husband’s company decides to go the route of “mandates”, they will lose at LEAST 30% of their employees. They are already having issues with hiring, so I am holding out hope they ignore Jobama’s ramblings. Of course if they don’t, there will be a fight at the very least from him, if not more.
Our ferry system in WA State is crippled by a worker slowdown in response to Gov. Inslees’ vax mandate. Many of us in the San Juan Islands have been stranded by cancelled ferries. I support them 100%. Just recently, our county told me I was no longer wanted as a volunteer driver for seniors needing rides to medical appointments on the mainland, or as a kitchen helper for meals on wheels. As an un-vaxxed person, my volunteerism was prohibitted. I am beginning to think that it is the vaxxed people, slouphing (sp?) off virus variants ,who are the danger now. My comment to the powers to be was , “When are you starting an anti-obesity program? ” “Have you created a BMI app for all county residents? ” and “What exactly is your criteria for mental health? My quibble with the county was about the lack of education about pumping up the immune system and the disrespect for personal choice. So much more.

I will not comply, but make no mistake, if the objective is to cripple the economy and they proceed on this path then we will all suffer. No one will be spared. The cost of almost all goods would double in a year. Small business and the middle class would be destroyed and that is the objective as that is the only way they install Communism successfully.
I saw a senator in Australia (I assume provincial level?) who was arguing about vaccine mandates saying this was wrong and would never hold up in court. The others discussing it absolutely agreed but told her it didn’t matter if it held up in court or not. Most people don’t have the resources to fight the government. By the time the fight makes it through the court with those who do, it will be long over. Meanwhile tens of thousands of people thinking they have to, will quit their jobs or comply and get vaxxed. I know that in Canada after each mandate a whole bunch of people go and get vaccinated. The health officials congratulate themselves for being so clever. Many freely admit there is no science to the vax passports but when they mandate things, they get a big surge in people rushing off to get vaccinated.
That’s the point of these exercises. Trick people to freely get up their rights and submit because that’s the only way they can do it.
I know someone who just got the vaccine because she was told she would be fired if she wasn’t vaccinated by mid October. Part of this announcement was to scare companies into making vaccination a requirement for employment.
…and ‘they’ (whom have flip flopped on no vax mandate ever, to vax mandate) in the future will obfuscate any responsibility or intent to create fear (something real, but not precisely measurable…and something a judge or jury may or may not believe, x time down the road)…

My extremely intelligent, highly independent step daughter got the first jab exclusively because she is convinced that the vax will be mandated for air travel.
She had an immediate reaction, on the verge of being administered epinephrine at the vax facility.
In the subsequent 3 weeks, she has had headaches, body wide tingling and muscle spasms, headaches, weakness, loss of appetite, been to the ER twice, Drs office once, CAT scan, blood tests, and every medical person says the vax has nothing to do with this.
She KNOWS it was the vax. She is active, healthy, and an avid hiker. So she got a Rx for IVM, took the first prescribed dose, and all symptoms but the weakness were aliviated.
Now for the insanity produced by our govt and media.
She insists on getting the second shot so she can travel!
“They” are winning the vax battle, because young people want their lives back and they still believe, despite all evidence to the contrary, that if they just obey the rules they can return to living.
This young woman is the last person I would expect to turn into a lemming, but here we are.

Interesting. My husband’s company has said nothing about it whatsoever. We wondered if they even paid attention to the news. I read of several people stating their employers were requiring it, but that’s it. We’ve been waiting to see what happens, but nothing has happened yet.
We will see if they are bluffing the corporate community in a couple of more days. I think the Goobermint decided they can’t win the lawsuits and this is the only scheme they can use to try to get more vaccine sales into the hands of Big Pharma. A deal was clearly made with Big Pharma, more than 20 months ago, to get them to go along with the “Plandemic”. Maybe a minimum requirement of at least 80% fully vaccinated is a deal the Goobermint made with the Teacher’s Labor Unions before they must return to work after Trump has been removed from office is part of the explanation for an obvious lie to the American people? We will someday know, but only if we can ever get our Country back.
I don’t see the upside of corporations mandating the jab. Are the top execs so immune from personal financial loss that they can indulge their leftist fantasies without consequence? Do they actually believe mandating jabs helps their bottom line?
But yet thousands of companies will go ahead and do it. Done. It was a disraction but had intent to find out what companies are on the team and which ones weren’t. This may have been a test just to see what would happen when liberal companies purge what they believe to be mostly conservatives.
It will turn out to be disasters because there are likely more liberals refusing the jab than conservatives and these companies will ruin their workforce. It could also be a plan to get rid of some workers so that these companies can hire in the homeless, illegals, and the stupid. Think about it, who would try to get a job at a company that has no respect for health privacy or your rights?
Does BuyDem really need to have OSHA do anything? No. Just look at how many corporations (non-government entities) are requiring vaccinations.
Where I used to work, we would always joke that lawyers ran everything. But, it was actually no joke and mostly true. So many matters would be referred to lawyers for an opinion (HR, contracts, you name it). They would then give an opinion/recommendation and tell my boss (a senior VP) it was her decision. This would go on all over the company and who would stick their neck out and go against the opinion of an attorney?
I am sure in all of these companies issuing these vaccine mandates, there are lawyers behind the scenes recommending the company to take this stand as they are afraid of being sued by someone who says they contracted the virus at work, and the company was negligent in their work environment policies.
No lawyer would give that advice with a straight face.
Stupid HR is running the show. The lawyers, if they have any would stop them in their tracks. Risk is too high and lawyers help to control that.

Just went to Cigna for an audiology appointment. I was given an Ipad with a “Consent to Treat” form. I actually read it, and it gave my permission for Cigna to give me any drug they decided I needed. When the man tried to explain prescriptions to this old lady (give me a break) I said we both knew pills were not the drug in question. I refused to sign. They refused to let me see the audiologist. I apparently no longer have medical care. Interesting.
I think it’s best to assume that unless you’re totally compliant you don’t have “health care” anymore. I certainly am assuming that and am planning accordingly. That includes not paying for Medicare Part B when I get back into the US (I’m currently living abroad). Why should I give the b****** money for jabbing with medication that may very make me need other treatments from them?
That makes no sense. You have never had to consent to hand over your bodily autonomy and free will to see a practitioner. What does that mean if they want to inject you with testosterone or put a non-diabetic on insulin you have to let them if you want to do a hearing test? Insane
The real problem is that most people making medical decisions are not even doctors. Doctors are somewhere else. Maybe the golf course? I just don’t know anymore. It took me 5 days to get treated for shingles last year. I finally got a practicing nurse to prescribe the pills for it. She spent maybe 3 minutes with me. I had to show her the shingles. She wouldn’t even look for them and they were on my knee. I ended up with what seems to be permanent nerve damage because treatment should have happened in 2 days.
I sure am glad we got our Goobermint to straighten out our medical industry. Sheesh.
I know, maybe we should let the Goobermint take over security at the airports, so we can be safe, I recon.

The purpose is to give large companies a SPECULATIVE “law” to point to for enacting their own mandates — that way the companies can shrug off responsibility for justifying why their mandates are necessary or non-arbritary, and use the PERCEPTION that they are being “required to do it” instead of having to address the medical and scientific evidence.
What’s easier than having to persuade people? Issuing orders.
What’s easier than having to explain your reasons? Pointing to rules.
What’s easier than arguing over what the rules say? Preparing to comply with rules that don’t actually exist yet.

step 6…begin organizing with major political sponsors and realized media events to pressure political parties to make this a 2022 election issue.
