Doctors in general, and pediatric doctors specifically, are being told by licensing boards & regulatory agencies tied to the political systems of healthcare – that medical providers board certification and licensing could be in jeopardy if they are found to be discussing negative vaccine outcomes and/or contradictory issues about COVID-19 treatment in non private settings.

If the vaccines were not generating statistically significant negative outcomes, this type of letter would not be needed. For whatever reason, the medical boards need to stop doctors and healthcare providers from explaining what is happening in the real world.
The medical system claims that surround the COVID-19 story are tenuously being held in place by bureaucratic systems and political agents within the regulatory bodies. As you can see above they view honest public discussion as a risk to their position.
Think about it from a common sense perspective. The FSMB is a BS professional organization. It is the equivalent of what the ABA is for lawyers.
And good lawyers ignore the ABA for what it is: an unenforceable mouthpiece for far-left tort lawyers. It is state boards of licensing and disciplinary conduct that good practitioners heed, and the rules and discretion of those regulatory offices varies greatly from state to state.
The same is true for medical professionals.
If I got a letter like this from the ABA, I would toss it in the wastebasket.
Why can’t state legislatures pass a law to make it an automatic felony punishable by 10 years in prison at the minimum to threaten medical personnel in any way for being honest about dangerously wrong protocols as mentioned in that FSMB letter that Sundance posted above ? Cannot argue with your claim about existing laws (because I do not have any background in that area – medical laws). But apparently the existing laws do not carry sufficient “teeth” to discourage the board officials from signing their names to this threatening letter…or from likely following through with their threats against any licensed medical professional who “violates” their arbitrary demands.
The problem appears to be – if the signatories of this letter are violating existing laws, what States Attornies are going to go after these clowns for making this threat?

Retired Magistrate here: I have a retired Seabee repairing my decks today; he is doing an excellent job. He served in Bosnia and was injured when a sniper almost hit him and he fell from a 45 foot pole. He gets his medical care from the VA. His doctor told him not to take the vaccine because there would be a lot of negative consequences from taking it. Not too long after that this doctor was terminated from the VA.
He also told me that the quality of care under President Trump was excellent; the same thing my brother, a Viet Nam vet told me. However, ever since Biden was installed the quality of care has gone down to where it was under Obama and is getting worse.
Do your own research regarding the vaccine. However, GOD gave us an amazing immune system. Take care of it by eating healthy, loose weight if you have to and exercise. No shot or masks; I take care of myself and get lots of fresh air (Florida). I’m a retired RN and have a plan for my kids to follow if I should get sick because I do NOT want a shot, hospital or ventilator. Out of curiosity, I called my primary doctor to ask about his covid protocol since Gov. DeSantis has made early treatment available to everyone. His nurse called me back the next day and said to self-quarantine, take aspirin and fluids if you have a fever and go to the hospital if you can’t breathe. No mention of free availability of early treatment with antibodies, or even to come to his office for treatment. I called the hospital where I had been employed and was referred to customer services. She said they do early treatment at some of their outpatient clinics WITH a referral from your primary doctor. She stated she had no information about the free clinics that are available to Everyone. I called a 3rd urgent care night clinic and they said they knew nothing and did not treat covid patients. God has been protecting me, and I thank Him for it…especially since I apparently cannot depend on the healthcare system to treat me OR refer me to a place where I could receive immediate effective treatment. I am telling everyone I know about the public clinic…maybe it will help give direction to some who are sick and don’t know what to do. And my children will know what I expect from them if I do get sick; I even have the phone number and address of the closest clinic at the top of my “to do” list.

My doctor wrote me a letter medically exempting me from getting the shots a couple of months ago due to an underlying immune disorder. However, the letter had a grammatical error in it, so I called the office and requested they rewrite it. It has been over a month now and I still don’t have the corrected letter. I have called several times and definitely feel like I’m getting the runaround. I am wondering if my doctor is getting pressure to not write any more letters!
Getting letters from physicians has been a notorious problem for many years. Many view it as a distraction from their practice, and many will only be persuaded by receiving a fee for their time in preparing what many view as an ‘expert report’.
Asking for a corrected letter can be even harder still, as most of them don’t like writing letters in the first place.
It’s just the culture of the profession these days, and it has been going on for a very long time.
If the error is not substantive, but merely an error of form or grammar, I would consider it de minimus. I suspect that’s how your doctor’s office is treating it, too.

I am on immunosuppressanrs for an autoimmune condition and my two neurologists, one of which is from Mayo, recomended the jab last fall before it was even rolled out.
I ignored the advice, which to my mind was based solely on thinking these are just like regular vaccines and that COVID was more of a danger to someone with a lowered immune response.
But to me it seems the jab would excite an immune system that I do not want to excite. When it lit up last time, it inflamed my spinal cord and brain, yielding symptoms similar to adverse COVID shot reactions I’ve seen. Not pleasant, and in the case of a jab reaction, neither curable nor controllable.
I still talk to docs these days, but I take my own counsel.

My father was doctor. He was rigidly ethical to the point of sometimes annoying his colleagues. He had an illustrious career, and retired as a department head at a major hospital. He made it to 93, but we lost him last year…and in a way I’m glad he doesn’t have to see this. I find it hard to believe that the same medical system participated in and helped to shape has fallen this far, this fast.
As a surgeon, my dad was the same. Ethics were to him as important as his surgical skills. I wonder if they are taught anymore in today’s medical schools. My guess is no. Self preservation in a corporate medical world seems to be the first and only priority.

A double-dosed person is still capable of contracting and spreading c19. Not only has this been quietly admitted, it is so painfully obvious the CDC has altered its definition of “vaccine.” The point is beyond dispute now. So what is the purpose of requiring only non-injected people to show proof of a recent negative test? A person showing a recent negative test result is actually far less likely to spread C19 than a double-dosed person who is not required to do so, since non-infection has been proven and not assumed. Based on the logic these measures are necessary to prevent spreading the virus, requiring only non-injected people is highly “irresponsible.” If public health were really the heart of the issue, the highest safety standard would be to require everyone to show proof of a negative test, regardless of the number of shots he or she has received.
Now the reason this illogical practice exists is quite clear: constant testing is a means to harass resisters, psychologically wear them down, and obtain their compliance. The patient has the right to know the pros and cons of the proposed therapy, the side effects, and the alternatives. Go in for a colonoscopy, a wisdom tooth removal or other same-day invasive procedures involving general anesthesia, and you’ll probably get a consent form several pages long these days.
If you read the consent form for the flu vaccine every year, it contains a warning about egg allergies. Why? Because of the potential side effects from being injected with a vaccine cultured in eggs. Does the physician’s nurse go over your medications and drug allergies with each visit? Both patient and physician need to be fully informed so that the patient can ultimately decide. Sometime the option agreed to is “Do nothing, and wait and see for now.”
